This was a great establishment with an awesome membership plan that made paying for my dogs needs easy and affordable and most of all no hassle. The mobile option of having the vet come to your home for check ups was awesome and the staff was great. I worked with them when they were a small establishment and saw nothing to complain about. They were personable, punctual, and flexible to my needs. Plus the care was excellent.

Dr. Ormond goes above and beyond. I called his emergency number on a Sunday because my cat was sick. After listening to the symptoms he didnt feel the cat needed emergency attention. He was willing to come and see the cat but cautioned me that emergency fees would have to be charged. He told me what to watch for with the cat and encouraged me to call back if I felt the symptoms were worsening. He felt the cat had air in his stomach and was feeling uncomfortable. While I was speaking with him the cat got sick and threw up a lot of food. Now he is settling down. Being on Social Security and a fixed income, I truly appreciated this service from Dr Ormond. He is a great vet. He also takes care of my dog.

We use the mobile pet service and find it very convenient. Our dog gets very stressed out going to the vet office. The vet comes into our house to do exams, shots, etc. and works much better for him. We have used both the father and the son. I appreciate this family run business and you will too!
