I called this place on a Sunday. I have an Australian Shepherd with a broken rib. I don't have access to money till Monday and cannot afford the hundred dollar fee until then. This person accused me of trying to steal vet services. I have a dying family pet and he calls me a thief. Unacceptable. Worst vet I have ever seen.

Who ever they have as their receptionist didnt introduce herself or the business when she answered, I thought I had somehow gotten the wrong number and woke an old woman up, all she said was "Hi" and then paused and asked who I was.. She definitely needs a refresher on phone service. Poor first impression of the place.
