I called today as of today, Thursday July 26th 2018. I called to make an appointment to spay my dog and was asked if I was a client there. I said no since this is my first time calling. The lady told me that they no longer accept new clients. After that she hung up on me.

My dog, Sam, inhaled what we thought was a fox tail and was miserable with the sneezing, going so hard she was banging her poor nose on the floor, finally to the point of throwing blood. I was freaked out, my poor dog! Dr. Jones was very calm, telling me he would have to sedate Sam, then went on to explain what all he would have to go to treat her. Sam came home later in the day, the sneezing hadn't quite stopped yet, but was Much improved. Found out, thru Dr. Jones and his staff, Sam was having some other issues, and he treated her at the same time, with the attitude this was done "just as a matter of course". No second appointment, no dragged out treatment plan. Just caring and compassion for Sam, and great information for me. Thank you, Dr. Jones and staff. You are great people, with compassion for both pet and owner. I appreciate you all.

Dr. Pat is amazing. I will never take my dogs to anyone else. He is so full of compasion for all animals and kids. I have been to other vets in the area that treat my dogs like a money pit. Only interested in the bottom line. Dr. Pat is not like that. He treats my dogs with love and he treats me, as a person, with care. I would recommend him over ANYONE else.

It's more than the full experience here. Healing creativity and a loving, talented team are the magic combination. Herbal formulas created by Dr. Jones have helped our family (and not just the furry ones!) in so many ways in which western medicine alone wouldn't have stood a chance. Our little dogs are everything to us, and even though we had to move out of the Magic Valley over ten years ago, we still travel the 2-1/2 hour distance to get to these folks. Nothing says it better than that.
