As you can see its rating is quite high, and it's based on a large number of feddbacks, so we may conclude that the score is quite faithful. If people have bothered to evaluate when they've done well, is that it works.
As you know, we do not usually stop to put evaluations when these are positive and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...

Great service to my dogs. Love the vets thete.
Thanks for taking such great care of my gurls
Aww We love the staff here. Everyone is always so happy and cheerful. They genuinely care about our fur babies. They make each visit personal. Spikee and Carmel get so much love and affection everytime. Thanks for making them feel welcome. We appreciate the Love.
The vets are so gentle with my fur babies!
Great staff. Very friendly and knowledgeable.
This veterinary clinc is the best love Dr. Mike
They are the best!
All the Doctors and support staff are awesome to interact with.
The vets seem to really care. The last one we saw, even made follow up calls, just to see how things were going. I don't care for some of the requirements of the visits, ie: testing for worms. I could see that discouraging lower income clients from coming in for shots.
They said that they cannot see my pets because they don’t know how to communicate with me. What’s so hard to understand that I was upset I brought my cat in to be treated was told he had a bite and no X-rays to be taken sent him home on antibiotics and a week later his condition got worse and I had to rush my cat to the humane society to find out that his arm was shattered and so I called and complained and to inform them about there miss diagnosis and I was upset and years later I am trying to trust them again and I get told that I’m not easy to communicate with. That’s utter nonsense I was very clear about my cats condition they screwed up and are taking it out on me and my pets once again! Never see them people! My cat had to have his arm amputated because of a bad doctor and a bunch of hot heads who won’t apologize or allow me to try to trust a vet office again. I would stay far away from this business if you want to be told the truth about your pets condition and if they make a mistake own it and apologize and let you re build up that relationship. Shame on you critter clinic!
Treena always does a great groom on our dog.
Such an amazing staff! So caring and sweet and they were really great with my kitty! They offered other screenings, for preventative measures and to make sure there wasn’t any underlying issues, but they were not pushy whatsoever and were very understanding. This is a great clinic to bring your babies to.
Nice people that take their time educating you on your pet's diagnosis. I once worked at a vet clinic so I am very picky about where my babies go. Dr. Mike & Dr. Fiona are my favorites! Never had a bad experience.
The doctors and staff are amazing! The two kittens, in my house, have been so fortunate to have Dr. Mike as a vet. He's, literally, been a life saver. Everyone is so gracious and supportive. Thank you!
They are awesome been taking my dogs there for years...will not go anywhere else
Dr, Mike and staff have been wonderful. They have really been great in helping us with our ill animals. Greatly appreciate and trust them!
Literally yelled at in the front office in front of the whole staff by Mike, for some time, and snidely put down...while I was trying to calm my dog as he was yelling. Why the yelling? Because my dog growled at the tech. I did everything right - called ahead, came in first to let them know I had a fearful dog...had her muzzled to make things safe. The techs had no idea, how to approach a scared dog, and obviously neither does he. I realize it is difficult. If they would have told me they are not able to deal with this, I would have understood and left.
Dr Fiona is fabulous and adores my cat, Fat Jacob Tiger, and lovingly refers to him as a pretty mister. Dr Fiona is fantastic and helpful, and non judgmental. Thanks!
Nice friendly staff!
My hounds are my most precious possessions. They are taken to the Critter Clinic as soon as I acquire them and I have availed myself of all their services for my animals. I have had an ongoing relationship with the Critter Clinic for about ten years. The professionalism and care has been excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Mike and his staff.
They are wonderful with our family's dogs. They take the time to calm anxious pets and will answer any questions the pet owners might have. I recommend them to anyone looking for a vet.
I've been taking my dog here for the last 5 years and they've been excellent. We actually came upon the Critter Clinic after we had just moved our family across town when our golden retriever escaped from the yard and was hit by a car. The nearest place we found was actually the Cat Doctor on Ustick - they refused to even look at him - so down the road a little ways we found the Critter Clinic and they took amazing care of him, gave us great directions and followed up with us in the days following. He's been a patient there ever since, plus they do a great job with grooming and reasonably priced.
Terrible. Over the past 10 months my father in law took his cat to the Critter Clinic because the cat wasn't eating and was losing weight dramatically. It was very obvious something was terribly wrong. And every 3-4 weeks my father in law would take the cat in to be looked at and every time the Critter Clinic would adjust the cat's food or make some other trivial, meaningless adjustment then collect their fees, until the next visit. Today we took the cat to our family Veterinarian who x-rayed the cat (something that was never done at the Critter Clinic) and found a large mass next to the intestines. One additional test later we learned that the mass was cancer and that the cancer had spread. For ten months this sweet little cat suffered by going to the Critter Clinic. It is a very sad day today but thank you to the wonderful Veterinarian and staff at The Pet Doctor whose competence and compassion has meant the world to us.
Wonderful!!! Dr. Fiona was marvelous! The staff, service and price were great. Upon moving home from a time overseas I am so lucky to find a very close, personal and professional vet that I am sure we will have a healthy and happy future with! Thank you!
All of our "kids" are seen there. Very good and professional service
They are the best. Super friendly staff, very attentive, and take great care of my babes. And they don't charge you out the wazoo to do it, either. Love my vet!
These guys and gals are Amazing! I brought my emergency sick kitty in for some fluids and tests. They got me in within hours of me calling for an appointment. Afterwards the vet called every day to check on my kitty and make sure she was recovering well. She had to go in a second time for more fluids and additional blood draw, and they made it so simple and easy. Long story short: They made a very stressful and scary situation a positive experience and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg. I cannot rave about them enough! I loved them so much I'm planning on having all of my animals have Critter Clinic be their doctor.
$95.33 to have one suture taken out and an unnessary prescription for antibiotics for a small abscess. $30.50 for the antibiotics. Never again!!!!!
Fast, friendly. Thorough with their exams of your furry family. Give you different options to help you save money instead of trying to make you spend. It is decent priced.
Recommended by a friend, they were very friendly and kind to my cat. I'm glad for the recommendation, I'll definitely keep bringing our family cat here.
Clean, friendly, knowledgeable!
Has turned into a vaccination place that refers you elsewhere regularly
Excellent customer service and tasty food
I Can't say enough about this place ,the Vets are amazing and so is the Staff .We feel like Family and very Wonderful people to work with.
They are the best
Helped us with our new puppy and I was pleasantly surprised how affordable it was. Will take him here in the future.
Been taking my pets here for years. They are great
Feel better about bringing in our senior cat to Critter Clinic. I feel the professional staff and I are in alignment on how to proceed in the next phase of this lovable cat. Many thanks to Dr D and great staff.
On the worst day I can remember they were very compassionate and understanding. Then took the time to send a card. That meant a lot to me.
The front desk staff absolutely love animals, so getting checked into to the vet is never a bad experience for the animal. Also the two doctors who have worked with my cat are gentle and very knowledgeable.
Great place to bring your pets. Staff very helpful and explains things very well.
They completely over charge you and make you pay for things you don't need. Don't go here.
Super helpful, and the doctor even came in on the weekend to help me with my kitty in kidney failure. He's doing well and I'm so grateful!
I like everything about Critter Clinic. They take care of our three dogs and show great patience with listening and examining the animals. They explain things very well, and will not try to upsell things (as some vets do). Great compassion, great care. Highly recommended.
First time bringing my puppy to the vet and it was a wonderful experience! Dr. Thresher is amazing! She stayed and answered my questions and was so patient and kind. Very knowledgeable, friendly staff. I pass quite a few vets on my way to this place, and it’s totally worth the extra distance. I hope that our future visits are just as great!
Best vet clinic! My dogs love Drs Mike and Thresher. They don't rush you out the door once the exam is over. They really listen to you and ask questions, give great advice. Also worth noting they arent always trying to "upsell" you w unnecessary tests etc. They talk about them, but give an honest assessment to whether it "needs" to be done now or maybe somewhere down the road. I am so happy I found them.
I've only just started going there but so far I like it. They called to see how our dog was doing multiple times after being seen
I just moved from the Bench to this area. I came home from work to find my Lab cross had torn her eyelid open badly and had stress diarrhea all over the house. (It looked like she had torn her eye out at first.) I called Critter Clinic, said ‘My dog has torn her eyelid open and you’re the nearest vet!’ They let me turn up with no appointment, a dog covered in diarrhea, with a torn open eye, who promptly vomited all over their floor. They were nothing but kind and helpful in spite of the fact I wouldn’t be able to pay until my paycheck cleared in a few days. They sedated her and got her cleaned and stitched up. She’s in her cone of shame now and has some healing ahead of her, but she kept the eye and is going to be just fine. Their prices were more than reasonable. I cannot recommend this place highly enough! The staff were amazing where other vets would have outright turned me away. They even stayed past closing time so my wife could get there with the car to take our dog home! We will definitely be going back! I don't write a lot of reviews, but I honestly felt compelled to make sure people know the value of this place!
I love this place. I put my dog down here recently. Wholesome, such kind vets. Non judgemental. From this sad event, I remember kindness from the people here. They even sent a paw print from my dog.
Close to my house!
Friendly, good people, they're honest and upfront and always willing to do what is necessary to help your furbaby.
Been taking my dogs to Critter Clinic for almost 20 years now. They have my pets best interest in mind.
