The staff and veterinarians at Boise Cat Clinic have been more than just great for my cat, but also there for me when we found out our cat has a lot of different health issues to work through. They have went above and beyond anything I could have ever expected out of a vet clinic. They have checked on how I was doing throughout the process, day and night, to answer any questions or concerns. They also have been great about helping to find ways to save us some of the financial strain that this would be otherwise. I wish I could give more than five stars because they are hands down the best vet clinic I have ever taken a cat to.

I brought my cat Pharoah in because of some respiratory issues and he was extremely unhappy to be there. He's an 18 pound cat and they were great about handling him and his fussiness. The entire office, from reception staff to the vet, were all amazing. You could tell they actually loved the animals they saw there. And to top it all off, a couple of days later I got the sweetest note signed by everyone in the office. The entire staff is great and I've made this my official clinic for him!

I brought my cat Stella into The Boise Cat Clinic last Saturday for her first Vet visit since her adoption. With flea season coming we had given her frontline which rid her of the fleas but she had a skin reaction to the little critters. Dr. Roller, Ambria, and Janelle were very helpful and good to my cat. They did a full exam including a FIV/Feline leukemia test and comforted my cat while doing so. They are very caring and compassionate towards their work. It has only been four days since my cats visit. She is on medicine looking and feeling much better. Today they called to check up on her to see if she was doing well. Upon getting home from work to check the mail I also received a card with a little tid bit hand written and signed by each one of the employees in the office, including the ones that didn't have the chance to meet us. I highly recommend this cat clinic, and will be bringing all my future cats here. I also have never taken the time to write a review for a company before now, so that's saying something! :) Thank you Boise Cat Clinic!

Dr. Roller and the vet techs at Boise Cat Clinic are absolutely amazing. She was very thorough in diagnosing our cats ailment and suggesting the best course of action while being upfront with the costs and potential risks. We have been going to the Boise Cat Clinic for 3 years. All of the staff are incredibly caring. They are transparent with treatment plans and pricing. Dr. Roller and Dr. Vekman are so patient even with my kitty that does not do well at the vet or in stressful situations. They do such a great job of making vet visits as low stress as possible for our kitties.

Everyone here was great and very friendly. And I do not doubt the quality of the services provided here at all. It is great to take your cat to a place that specializes in just cats. The downsides were that my estimated 45 minute appointment turned into about 2 hours for an examination and shots. And it was really expensive. And the quoted price for getting my cat fixed was over 7 times more expensive than another local price.

Dr. Roller has been consistently reliable and pays attention to detail; I know my cats are in good hands. The facility is always clean, with modern technology. They also help various cat charities with different events, many of which have been fun to participate in.

I cannot say enough about how much I love Boise Cat Clinic and the entire staff. Each of my kitties has been a stray that has decided to become a member of our household. This, of course, means that they each have lots of medical challenges. My kitties don't even mind going to the doctor! When my kitty, Jack, was mortally injured, Dr. Roller and Hailey took care of everything. It was a very sad time, made a lot easier by the Boise Cat Clinic staff. We will not go anywhere else.

Staff was very nice but I was very disappointed and unhappy with the way they handled my cat. It was my first time there so I’m not sure if they handle all the cats like that or if they were just unsure of mine because it was his first time. I feel like I didn’t get the answers I had come in for and if they had of handled him better and not pinned him down to the table and stressed him out they may have been able to do a better exam. Again the staff was very nice but I feel like a bit more communication with me about why they felt the need to treat my cat like he was dangerous would have been nice.

The staff and providers here are really great. Everyone is helpful and kind and seems to truly care about our pets. They work with you financially as well which is a huge blessing when it comes to our furry babies. I also enjoy that they only do cats at this clinic, it keeps the focus on one type of animal but opens the door for more knowledge and ideas in that area.

These ladies are awesome! Dr. Roller did a complete exam on my cats as well as took the time to get to know me and them individually. Everyone that works there is caring, skilled and compassionate. Its rare where you are this impressed with a business, let alone every aspect and person in a business. If you have ever walked out of a vets office not being completely wowed, try Boise Cat Clinic, you don't even know what you and your cats have been missing!

Came in clearly devastated and brought in two kittens one who just by glancing at him you could tell he needed help. The lady at the front said she'd have to talk to the doctor then left and I waited roughly 10-15 minutes and was informed that because it was their short closing day they couldnt see either cat. It was well over two hours before they closed at this point. Disgusting.

I brought my kitty here after a bad experience with another vet. I spoke at length with the front desk before bringing my cat in - I told them she has high anxiety and is aggressive. She gave me different options, e.g. bringing her in one time for strong sedation or bringing her in two separate times to assess whether a milder sedative would work. I opted for the latter and brought her in. We were immediately taken to a smaller, private exam room so we didn't have to wait in a busy lobby. She ended up escaping the exam room and the vet techs wrangled her with heavy duty falconry gloves. They were READY for a wild cat. Dr. Roller advised me to bring her back so they could use a stronger sedative. The second visit went far more smoothly. I'm so impressed with all of the staff here. They were all patient and kind with both myself and my cat. Highly recommend bringing your cat(s) here!

Went back this year 2018 Dr Vekman was no longer there. Saw Dr Roller. Didn't like that she didn't communicate to me and gave my cat a one year vaccine instead of the 3 yr for both shots and didn't find out till I paid the Bill. Don't like the non communication.

Thank You so much Dr. Roller for taking care of my very sick cat Elliot. Dr. Roller took the time to try to medically treat my cat before needing to perform a procedure under anesthesia. She called with frequent updates and sent us home with very thorough instructions, I feel my cat received excellent care, and for that I was very grateful. He is home and is hanging in there, I don't know what the long term situation will be for him, but I have had some great times with him this week. Thank you again for all you did. Boise Cat Clinic was extremely kind when I suddenly lost my cat recently. My cat passed due to a heart condition while I was home alone with my daughter and I called them having no idea what to do. They were so patient with me and told me to bring my cat in. At the clinic they rushed out to help me and were so sensitive to my grief. Along with our cats ashes they sent a very nice note that included paw prints(we didn't know they were going to do that, it was very special to have those memories). I was so appreciative of their kindness and sensitivity.

So disappointed in my visit at the cat clinic. First off I was in the room for 2 1/2 hours for a simple exam and a 25 minute urine analysis. Not to mention the vaccinations they recommend(that I got) made my cat sick and they refused a follow up appointment without charging me another $56 for another full exam. Within 20 minutes of leaving their office my cat threw up all over his carrier I called and the office said keep an eye on him and keep them updated. Now 4 days later he is having a reaction and they REFUSE to see him for a post op check. Even after speaking with the manager. WILL NEVER GO BACK OR REFER!

I cannot recommend Boise Cat Clinic enough. From the caring staff to the level of care, the treatment my cat and I received were second-to-none. Jeanette was very helpful with check-in, and as a first-time client, made us feel incredibly welcome. When it came time for the check-up, Courtney did a fantastic job keeping my nervous kitty calm during the assessment. Dr. Roller was resourceful and professional, explaining each step, going over the lab results, and providing recommendation that worked best. Treatment cost was reasonable and comprehensive, with affordable options available.

I bring in our old fluffly oversized scaredy cat every year to get his shots and to have his annual exam. Everyone treats him well and we get in and out quickly. I like the fact that it is a cat only clinic as he always has issues with traveling the six blocks to get there he can quickly calm down once we can get him out of the carrier as he doesn't smell other animals. Everyone is very kind and knowable as I ask a lot of questions to keep my furry friend happy and healthy from transporting to better food.
