My puppy was stung by a bee and everyone gave me amazing care and was really reasonable. I’ll definitely take any pet needs to this place. Very upfront and pricing and what to watch out for with pet injuries.

Josh Johnson

Go see Dr Loweth at this location. She was very knowledgeable and has a pragmatic approach. Based on our experience and if you pet is really sick, I would avoid the Emerald location. Lesson learned

The tech who helped was sweet to our puppy. That’s the only reason there is a star included in this rating. AVACC came across as they care more about the bill being paid than what is going on with your pet. Before they treat your dog or move forward with anything, you are required to sign a form saying you agree to pay the total. I had to ask the Vet to come back in and explain our options because the first was quick and did not make sense nor did she check for understanding. They didn’t figure out what was wrong or give any suggestions as to help us with our sick puppy. Only solutions that made them more money like staying overnight for observation and taking more X-rays. Walked away paying a big bill and almost as much uncertainty as when we walked in.

Doug Harward

Get ready to wait and wait and wait some more. Can I put you on hold for 20 minutes.....we will be right back......in an hour or two. This was most of our experience here. They are also the most expensive vet we have ever been too. The only reason we came was because it was labor day. Disappointment. But thankyou for helping with our dog. She was hurt pretty bad by another dog.

I wish I would’ve saw the reviews before coming here. I wish I would’ve just taken my dog somewhere else before giving him up. I had just found my yorkie after 2 months of having him taken from us. He was lying there in the middle of the road not sure what was wrong. We took him to the Humane Society which recommended us to go here. First they had us sign a paper saying they would charge 200-500 to have him stabilized; we signed. They came out after & said he had a broken pelvis & to fix him up would cost around 3000-4000. The lady said it’s always most likely the higher price. Either that, UPFRONT or I had a choice of putting him down. We asked if there was another option & they said they could put him in their shelter to a new family. I had to give up my dog that I had just found after 2 months on the road because I didn’t have enough money. The doctor asked if we wanted to see him again & of course I said yes. The front desk lady said “we’ll check you out & you’re good to go” doctor walked past us again & didn’t even explain why i wasn’t able to see my pup for a last time..We waited there 4 hours, paid the fee of stabilizing him & I wasn’t even able to see him again.

We had a great experience with All Valley. They were not our normal vet, but we used their resort service in an emergency travel situation based on a friends recommendation. We loved them immediately and quickly switched to their vet services as well. I definately recommend.

On Halloween evening, we were faced with the very tough decision to have our sweet, 12-year-old dog Lily put to sleep. My husband and I were so appreciative of the kind, non-judge mental, and helpful staff during such a heart wrenching time. We were greeted immediately when we walked in, I was crying and hard to understand, so my husband took over explaining the situation which brought us there. After we were informed of our options and had all of our questioned answered, we decided it would be best to have our Lily go peacefully to sleep, rather than go the other route (involving surger, recovery, etc.). When we left we were both bawling, yet felt we made the right choice for Lily, rather than keeping her alive for us. Thank you very much to the Veterinarian and staff, for making such an incredibly heart breaking situation, more bearable

Michael Steele

Quoted a price, stayed within the terms of that quoted price and now being charged more. This organization only cares about money. If you value your pet's life do NOT take them here.

Alicia Purdy

You're better off waiting until Monday and going to your regular vet (hope it's not serious). Unless you enjoy spending the night at the vets. We ended up leaving after an hour and never seeing anyone.

Nancy Kurts

Paying for a beautiful new building seems to eliminate the care, compassion and empathy from veterinarians these days. I refused 'stabilization' at $200 to $500 dollars asking only for an exam on an injured cat I found and intended to rehabilitate. As a long time, and well experienced, licensed race horse trainer, I am fully capable of administering medicine orally and by injection as well as administration by IV and Sub-cutaneous methods. My office call plus a $6.00 1000 ml bag of lactated ringers, several needles and a prescription for Clavamox cost about $100. When I found that my bottle of the recommended steroid was expired, I called back, asking for a prescription to replace it and administer the much needed medicine to the ailing cat. Apparently, aftercare is not a service provided by the staff at All Valley as my call was NEVER returned.

Andrea D

After taking my puppy here, her condition just worsened. Upon going to a different vet, they told me that All Valley had not only falsely tested her negative for mites, but gave her steroids which worsened the mites. My poor puppy is miserable now. Oh and I got to sit there 3 hours and spend $150 for them to make my puppy worse than before. Thanks.

Tim Spencer

The people here are always friendly and helpful and actually care about my dog. The service is always quick and thorough. And the vets take the time to explain all the medical techno-babble so we know exactly what's going on.

Robert Smith

Went to All Valley at 2 a.m. to euthanize our dog who was going downhill fast. Staff was excellent, everyone treated us with compassion and respect. Thank you.

Angela Olson

I couldn't be more pleased with the care an compassion we receuevr from the staff, and Dr. Zann who cared for our dog. She was in labor and not able to have the rest of her pups on her own Dr. Zann performed a C-section and our dog and her pups are doing great. So thbthank for such a caring and loving staff. Thank you for taking of our girl the way you did.

aimee Lundquist

I was told that they take payment arrangements so that is why I went there but after my dog was seen not only did they not treat her because I couldn't come up with 500.00 up front because they dont take payment arrangements but I gave them the only 100.00 I had for them to tell me exactly what I already knew and told them when I originally called so they left my dog to die. This place is a scam they take advantage of peoples love for their animals and they lie

Thuan Pham

Absolutely terrible service. Not once did I feel safe leaving my dog at thier facility. Will never be there again. The vets don't know what they're talking about and they lack the ability to make your pets feel comfortable. My dog came in with unknown bumps under his armpits and around the groin area. The first thing the vet did was corner him and placed a mussel over his face which terrified him to death. Is wasn't fleas, ticks, or rabies but rather a skin infection. They wanted to sedate him, run a blood work, and take x-rays which estimated at $544.00... ??? The whole staff lacks in customer service, friendliness, and compassion. The well-being of your pet isn't high on their priority list. My sole purpose of coming to this place was a seek medical assistance to my dog, instead I got lectured 3 times on how poorly behaved my dog was and to not breed him because of his aggressive behavior. If you love your pet as much as I do, I highly urge you not to go here. Find a clinic that treats your dog with the same respect you do, with love and compassion, because you wont find that at All Valley Animal Care Center.

Miche Nicholson

We have taken both of our dogs here for the last few years and they have been really great! The staff is awesome, they treat your animals amazing. They are super friendly and experienced!

Kyunnie

Took my sick cat in at 3am for an emergency visit for vomiting and convulsions. Got absolutely no answers and they were asking for nearly $500 for only two treatments. They gave no other options besides telling us to try the humane society instead. Which we did. Come to find out my cat has feline diabetic ketoacidosis. The vet at the humane society only had to smell his breath and gave us an answer in 5 seconds with no tests besides a physical examination. So angry that my cat has this disease since his diabetes was left untreated because absolutely no vet told us he had it, so we were in the dark. My cat almost died. He still has a risk of not making it through this. We are spending the same amount of money at the humane society for so many more tests like glucose, electrolytes, bloodwork, urine, 4 days overnight stay, medication, etc. Don't waste your money here if you have to do so many tests on your fur baby. Their hours may be good but they were absolutely no help for us. Spent over $100 because of an emergency. Makes us feel like a burden. Absolute waste.

Rebecca Gibbs

Thank you for taking such good care of Gracie, she was a good dog, very sweet and loved people. I miss her already

Jessica Picho

rip off. I was charged basically for my time to be wasted. Ridiculous.

Kurt Abo

Always hard having to take your animal in to be put to sleep, but they make you a priority and help you feel very comfortable while talking you through everything. Our family was very thankful for how professional the staff at AVACC is and that they were able to help us through this tough time. Thank you!

Danielle Badke

I have very conflicted views about this vet. The care that I have received while here has been wonderful. The staff was very caring and attentive. However, the second you walk out the door it stops. Their follow up is awful. I was just in with my senior dog this last week. We were running some tests and waiting on results. They told us to call back if we hadn't heard anything by a certain date. We'll when we did the staff was extremely rude and insensitive. This was just the latest of this type of behavior that I have experienced. I have gone through this same experience when my dog was spayed as well. As long as you are physically there and in front of them you will be treated wonderful. Just remember they don't care about you anymore once you walk out the door, it's on to the next patient.

Ave Dinzel

having to put a healthy dog down because we were a few hundred short of being able to pay thousands of dollars upfront in the middle of the night is absolutely devastating… You need to learn to work with people more and not kill healthy dogs and find other options… There’s a little girl who has been crying every day over this .

Mollie Jacobs

I give it 1 star. When I was there service was fine. But that's it, just fine. Then All Valley LOST all my records and I have to completely start over with my animals vaccines and labs. There was zero remorse from them. No help what so ever! So thanks for nothing I guess.

Nikki Martin

Uuuuuuuuuuuhhhhhhhhhhh we were closer to here then west vet! BAD IDEA!!!!!!!

Jason Asher

We have only ever had to come here under unfortunate circumstances and yet every time the staff here have done their best to make us feel at ease. Phenomenal level of care and understanding.

Andrea McElroy

This was our second experience boarding our 3 dogs, and will be the last. The staff is not friendly, actually quite rude. Dropping them off was very short and the new manager was extremely unprofessional. The first time the cameras in the suites were not working the entire time, yet we paid for it. This second time they were, thankfully. We were able to see them put other blankets in the room and fed our dogs out of bowls that we did not bring. There is a reason we bring our own stuff. Our dogs seemed really stressed out the both times we have picked them up. Our dogs are our family and they deserve much better care then what All Valley provides which is a major disappointment for how much we spend. We would not recommend this place for boarding.

Michael Weston

Mixed bag really is the best I can say. They have had vets mess up and have to credit us for potentially blinding one of our animals. Have had over $3000 in vets bills for a parvo puppy which I personally had to inject solutions and care for at home for over a week then put into their care (to try to minimize the huge costs.) We're over $5000 in (parvo, uti in cat, basic exams) and some vets there are fantastic, others we couldn't trust at all. The motto is you get what you pay for, here they seem to follow thru, SOMETIMES, other times they vastly underwhelm. Would have been nice to speak with someone about how to handle a move across the country with our pets, 3 minutes of their time after how much we have spent already, however that'll be $150. I'm done here.

Sara Hartsock

Have had a good experience on the vet side, however the grooming is a different story. They gave my Yorkie a fantastic haircut but when I called to make another appointment, no one has since called me back and I've called multiple times. They are subcontractors so they must not be very ambitious to make money.

Nathaniel Lemoine

My 4 year old lab spent two nights here and had to have surgery for a bowel obstruction. The entire team at All Valley was great to my wife and I through the whole process and kept us informed one every option we had. Dr. Grigg was especially knowledgeable and caring. Other reviews complain about the wait and the cost, but it is one of two 24 hour animal ERs in the valley; it is bound to be busy and ERs are just costly in general. In the end, I am just grateful that they were there when we needed them and treated our pet very well. They literally saved my dog's life.

We own a very small toy poodle who had the misfortune of breaking her foreleg in two places at the tender age of 20 weeks. We took her to All Valley Animal Care Center in Meridian Idaho. That is where we met Dr. Lake. Dr. Lake monitored the healing process making sure the bones did not shift and also that the pup continued to grow normally. After the fact, our poodle looks normal and has full range of motion in that leg. During the initial 7 week healing period, we had to make numerous trips in because our pup had soiled her bandage, or got sick from medication, or simply required a recheck. On each visit Dr. Lake listened very attentively, addressed our concerns, and was very gentle with our tiny pup. Dr. Lake and the rest of the staff at All Valley were so exceptional that even after so much trauma, our poodle shows cheerful recognition of those individuals who worked with her there. Once while waiting in the office, I chatted with a woman who had to stop while passing through town because her cat had a diabetic emergency. She told me she was so impressed with everyone at All Valley Care Center that she wished she could pick the whole hospital up and move it to her home town. She made a good point, we are very lucky to have skilled and compassionate 24 hour veterinary care right here.

This review is for 2 visits within 2 weeks of each other. Both times we had an appointment only to wait for 45 minutes just to be herded into a room to wait another 20-30 minutes before being seen by the vet. The 1st time took so long ( 2 1/2 Hours) that even the receptionist said "Have you really been here this long"? when I finally checked out to pay. The 2nd time I had waited 35-40 minutes before I asked how much longer because I had waited so long the previous time so she went to the back to ask. Within 5 minutes I was "called" to one of the rooms but before I went in I asked if I was actually being seen now or is there more of a wait. I was told the techs were busy and it would be another 30-45 minutes!! I asked why even bother with an appointment at all if you have to wait potentially 1 - 1 1/2 hours before even being seem? She did not have an answer or an apology for the wait. I just left without being seen. I should bill you for my time. The vet himself was great and appeared really sincere in helping. Why even make appointments? Thanks for wasting 2 hours of my time.

Brandy Hilliard

More than one amazing experience. I come back for all of my dog’s medical problems.

Taleah Bankos

We brought our Chihuahua, Buddy, in for a check-up, nail clipping and shots. Alex was our vet tech and our doc was Dr. Annie. They were both so sweet, very knowledgeable and informative with all of our concerns and questions. Definitely recommend them both! Thank you!

sabrina winkler

We had to take our dog in to be put to sleep due to very old age and declining health issues. They were kind and fast and made the experience as painless as possible for us. They also took care of our dear Rosco and had him cremated and returned to us in a beautiful urn in way less time then they originally quoted! Because of how well they treated us in our time of need we have switched vets and now bring all our fur kids here! Update: It's been a few months and we have starting bringing our new kitten here. Still a wonderful place! Prices can vary on really great to a bit high depending on the service but that's to be expected anywhere. What is high for one person may be cheap for another. So far the money has been well spent ;) The ONLY complaint I have is time management. We have never gone in (so far) with our new cat and not had at least a 30 minute wait. ( this is with an appointment) Once I was in the front for 50 minutes before even getting a exam room. Then had another 15 minute wait in there. If I had just walked in I wouldn't have minded. But making an appointment ahead of time I kinda hoped would make the wait time a tad bit shorter. But the wait is worth the service and hey when dealing with pets you can't always predict what they will do so its easy to get behind sometimes ;) LOVE THE KITTEN PACKAGE!!!

Jessica Landman

My friend told me about this place. These individuals saved my pets life in an emergency situation and I could not be more grateful. Their prices are actually very reasonable for the service they provide, which is highly skilled expert care. When it comes to paying if you don’t have the cash up front, you can apply for care credit. If you have terrible credit you can file with another person to help quality you. If you have an emergency and want to give your pet the best chance possible I would recommend All Valley. THANK YOU ALL VALLEY!!!

We have been clients of All Valley Animal Hospital for several years. Each and every time, our animals have been served with great medical care and professional expertise. The Professional Staff care and protect each and very customer (the animal in need)and their owners with positive welcoming attitudes. Each animal is secure and their care is delivered with respect and dignity. The Intake staff that accept the patients and the Vet Assist/Technicians are the kind and effective as are the Dr.s who love their roles in the care team of AVACC. Those of us who live in this community, are very blessed in deed to have advanced medical services. quality care and professional teams available to our Idaho animals. The hours are 24/7 and have been so helpful in the unplanned traumatic events that sometimes unfold in all of our lives. My family and I want to say a big thank you to the front desk staff, all the vet Techs, the staff that helped us with the passing of our dear Cassie, Josh and the internment care for her, Drs. Lake, Metos, Veiles, Hindregger, just to name a few. We apologize for those we did not list in this post.

Michael Duncan

Horrible, had to wait 4 hours. On top paid for x rays where my dog ended up having a broken hip and potentially a broken rib we are now going on day three have called 5 times... 5 TIMES. To yet have a vet call me back to go over the results. So no I took my business to another vet but hopefully this will save you guys some time.

Daniel Malan

We have boarded our Shi Tzu on multiple occasions at this location. The facility is clean and the 24 hour pickup/drop off is very convenient. The staff has always been kind and professional. We also recently had our cat, Bach, in for an after hours visit. The front office staff, vet techs and the vet were excellent. They were gentle and kind to Bach. They also were very professional and took the time to answer my questions and address my concerns. Their advice and diagnosis was spot on. Bach is feeling better and we’ll definitely be back if needed. Thanks!!

Bernice Hiersekorn

Warm loving caring people. We have taken our sick little fur babies and even our oldest to go over the Rainbow Bridge. What compassion they have for you and your fur baby

Willbill Cozad

They made me fell like a lowlife because I could not afford a $1800+ vet bill. Fyi the dog is fine.

Andrey Shabura

Horrible communication. Very disappointing. Call then yesterday. Explained that I need my pet seen. I was told walk-ins welcome... I explained that it's my first time being pet to see a doc. So today I get there and they check me in and was told to wait to be called. But they didn't say anything about how long... More that half hour later... I ask them so, what's happening, how much longer? They tell me oh at least Hour to JOUR AND A HALF... That's after I sat there with my pet for over half hour already. So I left after calling another place to get my pet seen.

Kayla Marks

Took my cat in thinking she had drank draino, turns out she was just in heat. They didnt charge us anything which was pretty awesome. They are very upbeat and very nice people will recommend

Shawna Fulton

Received a voicemail while I was at work that my dog had been found. I immediately called them, waited on hold the ENTIRE time I drove to their location, only to get there and be told they let the people that found my dog take her home with them. Which is really odd seeing as the email I received from HomeAgain stated that All Valley had her and I could pick her up at my earliest convenience. Never mind the fact they were rude and treated me horribly after making me wait 10 min just to find out she wasn't there. Oddly enough I'm in the market for a new vet, but now I know just who not to go to.

Blake webster

My dogs claw was ripped out of his foot hanging on by skin they tell me it's an hour and a half wait so after waiting two hours they put us in a room finally and tell me it's going to be another thirty-five to forty-five minutes untill we are seen so I gave up and took my pooch elsewhere! Ridiculous service would not recommend to an individual I didn't even care for!

Brycie Decker

We took our baby princess into All Valley as our regular vet could not see her (not happy about that and will be looking for a new regular vet for all three of our fur babies) and referred us to All Valley. They happily checked her out and got her all taken care of. The wait was a little long, but we were very happy with the staff and care they provided for sweet baby princess.

Late Friday night a 7 week old lab pup was brought to this facility. He had been stepped on by a Belgian draft horse. The kids that brought him in are young and were devastated. An examination showed both femurs had been shattered. They were told to pay up $6000 for surgery or sign their right to the pup away. In shock and not knowing what to do, they asked for overnight to think about the decision they needed to make. The next morning, upon inquiry, they were told again to give them $6000 or sign their right to the pup away AND now to pay $679 for the overnight stay. Decision was made to sign the pup over. We went in Sunday to discuss the $679 charge and were told that nothing had been done for the animal other than pain medication. At this point I don’t even care what the excuse is for the outrageous $679 charge; what makes me sick is the fact that 48 hours later NOTHING had been done for the pup. What a horrible and inhumane experience for a scared and injured animal. And to top it off, the vet didn’t even have the consideration to discuss the matter. He/she (nobody was ever identified) refused to come out and made a receptionist try to explain what happened. I want to share my recent experience recent with All Valley Animal Care Center not to vent or slander, but to warn the public of the standard of care at this facility. The people running this place and/or working here have no business giving care to any living creature. UPDATE: Since I am unable to respond to the “Response from Owner” I am adding to my previous review: This facility agreed to remove all charges less the $100 paid at time of service. The individual signing the contract was a minor. Appreciated. The comment “my son” is inaccurate-Don’t assume anything. Lastly the doctor had no basis for declining to speak with us. We apologized more than once to the young lady who did take the time to speak to us. As well as thanked her for her time. It was not in any way insulting. I have the entire conversation recorded if anyone is interested. In addition, the owner of record was in the room with us the entire time. Staff knew that and the vet knew that. To say that the vet declined to talk to us because he or she was not authorized furthers my lack of respect for this facility. That being said, I am told the pup is receiving the care he needs and will be able to live out a full and happy life. In the end, that’s all that matters.

nick tidwell

Terrible experience, our vet went back and forth what she was saying several time almost killed our dog, she contradicted herself over and over appeared to not be able to rea an x ray, performed an unnecessary surgery on our dog, honestly she should be stripped of her license. They also told me they had been letting my dog go to the bathroom every 3 hours, when they brought her in the room she peed 4 times in 30 minutes, my dog will only pee inside if she has to, when I told them I would be taking my dog to west vet because I no longer had faith in this terrible establishment. They said I had to pay in full first . I had already paid 75 percent, and told them I we would settle the difference in court. They called the cops on me, its was a awful the cops were on my sid . However all this took valuable time away time I could have used to get my pup proper medical care.

Kurtis Behrens

Literally the worst Vets ever! Don't go or start service here! After years of history with this Vet, my dog and I have been treated as they couldn't careless if we continue service here or Not. We'll how about NOT! Too much mistreatment to list, but the final straw was being called a liar on the very same medication they prescribed and is still taking, that they never prescribed it... REALLY!

Michael Vineyard

There is only one reason this place got even a single star and that is the work performed but the actual vet. The support staff here during our late night emergency were terrible. They were rude in their response when we inquired basic questions such as how long should this take or checking how my dog was doing or asking at what time they gave my dog a medication or checking how much longer after an hour and half had gone by when we were told 45 minutes. The typical response was snarky “you know, you can go to west vet if you want” or “you know there’s other dogs and people here, right?” I’m stressed about my puppy being injured and no updates were voluntarily given. The only updates given were upon my request at which point the staff labeled me as being rude. So at this point, I will follow their own recommendation and use west vet should we encounter another emergency.

Donna McCulloch

My dog was having seizures, on a Saturday. When I called they said it was an emergency and to bring her right in. It was about 9:15. They were busy so she didn’t get roomed until about 11. Ended up having to stay the weekend, I could call and talk to the vet..after being on hold for quite a while. The vets and the vet techs are friendly and nice, but the whole place seems woefully understaffed. When I went to pick her up, it was over an hour wait. I have had to call several times and am always put on hold for ten to fifteen minutes, they always say sorry for the long wait but we are extremely busy, as if I don’t have things to take care of too. I asked on Monday for a prescription to be called into a pharmacy and by Wednesday it still hasn’t been called in, again the person who answered the phone said they had been busy .the dog needs her meds, wouldn’t you think that would be a priority, especially since I told them she was getting low on them. Bottom line it is great to know that if your dog gets sick or injured in the middle of the night there is a place to turn to, but the place seems understaffed and disorganized.

mike t

If you have a old dog you better take it some where else, it might not live long enough to see the vet do to the wait time. It's a good place if you don't mind waiting forever...

Kayla Meza

My dog was taken in a little over a year ago for stomach issues, he wasn’t eating, had low energy, lots of drool, so was hooked to an IV for 24 hours and we were told he was just dehydrated and possibly ate something that he shouldn’t of so we took him home and he was doing okay. Paid over $1000 for that visit. Took him back for two checkups after that and his liver count was high but vet said it was probably just because of his age. Last week he stops eating and starts showing all the same symptoms as before, we rush him in. We were told at this point that their computers were wiped by hackers and they have no record of when he came in a year ago. Finally they do an ultrasound and find several masses in different places throughout his intestines, spleen, and appendix. We have the choice to put him down or do surgery so we chose surgery because the vet thought it could help his condition. Surgery went well he’s doing fine, a few hours later he went into cardiac arrest and passed away. So now we have a dead dog and a $3000 bill to pay that maybe could have been prevented if all of this were caught a year ago. Seems as if they care more about money than the well being of our pets. Our dogs aren’t just pets, they are a member of the family and we are devastated by this outcome.

By far the most traumatic and worst experience with a veterinarian ever. My PTSD companion dog without warning became very ill and started having seizures. No other vet was open so I loaded my dog up grabbed my 2 children and headed in. All was as well as could be until they started discussing payment. In attempting to figure out the cause all in all it would cost about $1500.00. That was no problem to me as I have already paid over $5000.00 in payments to both Hawthorne Animal Hospital and Alameda Pet Clinic in Chubbuck. I assumed I would be making payments again. Oh, no that wasn't good enough for these jerks with their fake compassion... So I applied for another big joke Care Credit... I got a letter in the mail from them just the other day saying I was denied for no specific reason. So All Valley realized that wasn't going to work they started recommending I put him down and demanded immediate payments. I gave them my grocery money of 100.00 in hopes it would allow them to see I have no problem paying my vets... I was 36 weeks pregnant at the time and started having contractions. I went home with the plan of picking him up in the morning and taking him to Chubbuck where the vets who recognize him by sight would be overjoyed to take payments to save his life. All I expected from All Valley was to keep him stable. It took me about 2 hours to drive back to Nampa because I kept having to stop for contractions. I was barely in Nampa when I got a call that he was seizing up again. They wanted me to allow them to kill him. I was in pain and I could only imagine what he was going through. I reluctantly agreed. The worst part is that I couldn't even be there with him because I had to go to the ER that night. So now every time they call I have a panic attack. I don't want his body or ashes. I want my dog that knew something was wrong with me before I did. I want to reach over to his sleeping spot next to me during my night terrors and feel his soft fur. I want his giant gross tounge to cover me in thick slober. Now they say they are going to charge me for a cremation. I am not paying a penny more than the 156.00 for services rendered in my own sweet time. They can take their 180.00 cremation fee and their fake compassion and shove it. I wouldn't feel this way if they had any desire to save him. The bottom line is; they may be great if you have money you can produce on the spot. If you are poor and disabled forget it. They would rather you pay more to kill your dog. Every time they call I have a panic attack. I saved their number and gave them the ringtone Dead Puppies aren't much fun to prevent the breakdowns in public. I will not be able to get another therapy animal ever.. What would I do if I have another emergency? All Valley doesn't care. They didn't even care enough to call the vets I made over 5000.00 in payments to see if I do pay in an attempt to save him... I am eternally broken over this.

Took my brand new kitten in as a walk in “emergency” after she tore her spay incision, they were very comforting and the wait wasn’t terrible. The vets answered all of my questions during the visit and told me to call whenever with other concerns. Pricing was very afforable for last minute care and the receptionists answered all of my calls and questions throughout the night and next day! Love this vet and will only go here from now on!!

Dubcar32

Care is cheap which reflects how well these vets work. They have made mistakes with my dogs medicine, tried to upsell me, discriminate breeds, and are flat out rude. I am never coming back here it's unprofessional and the vets are most likely lowest in their classes being hired off the streets with no knowledge at all. Do not contact me All Valley about this review.

The nicest people. Our vet dr. Lake was very caring over my baby girl. He was conscious of our finacial situation and provided the best care he could within our limits while still giving us all our options. He never pressured us to do anything we couldnt afford and still saved my babys life. We now call this our home vet for all our animals and definitely recommend 100%

If I could give them a zero I would (:

Let me start with the positives, though by no means do these outweigh the negatives. They kept my cat alive, and the front desk staff and the nurses were very friendly. Having said that, if I (god forbid) ever find myself in an emergency with my pet again, I'll drive from Kuna all the way to Boise to go to WestVet. My cat had to be hospitalized for two days. During the initial visit where this was decided, and during his stay there, All Valley kept changing their story about how long he needed to be there even though his labs were coming back perfect every time. After he was discharged, they kept asking me to bring him back every 24 hours for additional blood work (which always came back perfect) without explaining to me how long this would continue or even WHY they wanted me to keep bringing him back. And they just tell you to "bring him in," no appointment, and my poor stressed and traumatized cat was sitting in the lobby crammed in his carrier, surrounded by barking dogs, for an hour EVERY time just waiting for the nurse to come grab him for two minutes for blood work. The third time they asked me to bring him back in yet another 24 hours, I demanded an explanation and all they could say is it was to "be on the safe side" and they actually wanted me to bring him back at least two more times. All Valley will continuously change their story in order to get more money, and they don't care what it's doing to your pet in the meantime. They're shady, dishonest, and the SLOWEST care I've ever seen in my life.

My five year old cat screaming in pain. My wife and I quickly rush to anything open at 3am. A tech takes us to a room and asks typical questions. So then she leaves to go give the dr her diagnosis, dr then comes in. No blood draw no tests no caring, he tells my husband and I 5000$ to straight cath him or he dies. We pleaded for any form of payment plan ($1000 a month) “he said if you can’t afford it all right now then we have no other choice but to put him down.” Geez thanks for killing my cat an not giving a f@@@! Only if I was a mini van driving two bottles of wine a day trophy robot with a rich husband, I might of been able to save my cat. Morale of the story, uncaring disgusting staff. They do not care about your animal unless there’s a stack of Benjamin’s in your pocket.

Joyce Baker

Brought my very sick dog on a Sunday. Despite what I'd heard, the prices are reasonable. My pup had to stay a few days (pancreatitis), but we could talk to a vet whenever we wanted, and got to visit in a private comfy room for as long as we liked to help him eat. Would definitely recommend.

Shannon Tryon

I would absolutely recommend them to anyone! I came in in a complete panic after my dog was hit by a car but they were very nice. By the time I left I was completely confident that Cooper was getting the best possible care from a wonderful staff.

Thank you All Valley Pet Boarding! On Christmas Day for 8 hours of "day care" my Collies and Labs had a wonderful time. You cared for them and they were welcomed and played with and monitored. They left happy of course but also this was a place i trust. Thank you for the video monitor that is available Thank you to the crew that worked on the Christmas Day. Your positive professionalism and gracious can do attitude with welcoming arms for my dogs. The site was clean and welcoming to the dogs. What a great team you all are! So appreciate you all!

It took five hrs to be seen last time I went in with You get the feeling they could care less. Always in a rush. I have made two trips $$$$$ for my dog and they haven’t even come close to finding what’s wrong. I’m pretty frustrated right now. I started looking up other possibilities to take my dog to and now have noticed by looking at reviews that All Valley is nowhere to be found in the top 20 best vet hospitals. I’m not surprised!

Tanya Ash

I had my female dog spayed there and they treated her just as wonderful as I would have myself. They listen to all my questions and concerns and walked me through the whole process.

Neisha Keniston

Don’t bother making an appointment because it doesn’t matter anyways. Be prepared to wait 45 min before being called back. It happens multiple times.

Stacie Ballard

I'm not really sure why this clinic is rated lower by a handful of people, because this is hands down the best veterinary care we have ever received for our dogs. The vet as well as any employees that interacted with our dog were incredibly compassionate and kind with him. They were also incredibly compassionate towards my husband and I as well. We brought our dog in on an emergency with parvo, and were told that we barely caught things in time and that he may not make it. They did everything they could to work with us on the price to give him the best chances of getting healthy again. He ended up pulling through, and I sincerely felt the excitement from the employees matching ours when he did. I cannot imagine anyone else responding as quickly, efficiently and as kindly as the staff at All Valley Animal Care Center did. While our pup was undergoing treatment we received update phone calls from the staff, sometimes what seemed like every three hours. When you are terrified your furry family member is going to pass, this kind of communication makes the world of difference. Being open 24/7 was a phenomenal gift for us. If you're looking for an outstanding vet, this is your place. Wish I could sing their praises more than a 5 star rating.

Erin Miller

The receptionist was friendly and expedient when I took my cat in there for an emergency on a Sunday. The vet tech was compassionate as was the doctor. I didn't feel like they were trying to up sell me on an unnecessary procedure which I truly appreciated. Dr. Zann seemed knowledgeable and down to earth with her assessment. I am glad that I went here and was a little hesitant based in the reviews. Overall good service.

The worst vet experience I've ever had. It's a bummer - if you come here you're worried about your animal and want to do what's best for them. Bringing my dog here wasn't the right decision. They were so poor at communicating that after 5 hrs I wasn't sure if they knew what they were doing or cared at all for my animal. It was a Saturday afternoon and our regular vet was no longer open. Our dog was sick and my two options were All Valley and West Vet; this seems to be the least awful option. Maybe it was. It was still awful. When I arrived there were a couple (maybe four?) other dogs in the waiting room. They told me to take a seat. Two hours later I was still waiting with my sick dog sitting on the tile floor and was basically the only one in the waiting room. When I checked on how much longer it would be they said they were getting a room ready. Thirty minutes later they had the room ready. Thirty minutes after that a tech showed up. Thirty minutes after that the vet (Sarah Hadley) showed up, listened to my dog's heart, said they needed to do x-rays and blood tests, that they would get me an estimate, and left. She didn't check the dog's stomach and the whole interaction was 3 minutes tops. (Do they just tell everyone who comes in that they need to have an x-ray and blood tests? Apparently.) After 45 minutes I had to go to the front desk and remind them I was still there. Eventually the tech showed up with the estimate. I finally got a chance to ask what they thought was going on and then ask if we could just do the one test that seemed relevant (vs. the x-rays and the other blood test that the tech admitted wasn't really relevant given the symptoms). The test I picked came back positive and the vet came in to tell me my dog had pancreatitis. She then said I should hospitalize my dog - with no explanation of why or what that would accomplish. On the plus side I got a $5 "Waiting Patiently Discount". $1 for every hour and $50 spent.

Dr. Ross was absolutely amazing! She was kind, understanding and completely helpful. She took amazing care of my Yorkie puppy's broken leg. He was in tremendous pain which she controlled and got xrays. She gave me possible surgical options and was upfront about costs. There are two reasons for not giving this clinic 5 stars. The first was that I took my puppy in at 7PM and I knew I wouldn't know what the best course of action was until morning. I called at 7AM just to check on him, then again at almost 10AM each time I was told the doctor would be calling me shortly. When I finally called at 11AM to let them know I talked with another surgeon who was going to preform the required repairs I was told they were just working up an estimate. I am an action type of person so I wanted a little more personal care and while I know they were in no hurry I just wanted my precious little pup to be on the mend. The second reason I took a star away was that when I called to let them know I was on my way to pick him up and take him to another vet they sounded like everything would be ready and quick when I got there. They were nice but nothing was ready when I got there. It caused some delays that ultimately delayed surgery for an additional day.

We had an emergency today. Our wonderful Chow-chow Shepard Mix Bear had a tumor on his spleen and had to have emergency surgery. Unfortunately, they were unable to wake him after the procedure and we had to let him go. We have had many animals over the years and I have to say the staff and doctors here really care and they really tried hard to save our Bear. They were so nice to us and to him. I only wish that it could have turned out better but above all else, we didn't want him to suffer. I have seen several people mention that they felt the prices were high. We come from Southern California, and I was frankly shocked to see how little the emergency care and 90min of surgery cost here. In California, we would have easily paid three times as much. Things are relative but these people are providing truly outstanding veterinary care for very reasonable fees. Above all we want to thank Dr. Greeg and everyone else who tried to save to save Bear. But it was just his time and we will miss him.

Kelsey M

The prices are high, BUT we were able to bring in my 14 year old dog during Christmas weekend, at night. It's a blessing these guys are open as late as they are. Not only that they were able to diagnose my dog and give him the anti-inflammatory medication that made it possible for him to start walking again on his bad knee. They didn't push any surgery or extra costs beyond the general tests to properly diagnose him. The vet even recommended acupuncture or water therapy for a dog of his age. THANK YOU GUYS.

Vbrimley7

We had an ok experience. Unfortunetly it did end sadly with us having to make a tough decision to put our sweet dog to sleep... Be prepared you must pay upfront.. There's no help, no payment plan, so you have to decide right there and it's not cheap. $$$$

Ann Brown

Very friendly and helpful. Comforting words at a time morning

Today I went into get my Dog emergency help. He is bleeding from his bum and must of ate something that we weren't aware of. When we moved to Boise we choose All Valley Vet due to great reviews from a friend. I just had twins 5 weeks ago, but because my poor dog was bleeding from his bum and in horrible pain. I called the vet to make an appointment and the receptionist recommended that Instead of going to emerald clinic to go to hospital in Meridian and they could get me in right away. I packed up my two infants one who is on a monitor and rushed my Odin to the hospital. After two hours of waiting with no one checking in on us And my babies fussying because they were hungry I was forced to leave. I brought up two times that my dog was in pain and bleeding from his bum and needed immediate help. They sent a tech out to check on his teeth and I was told he was just fine. I now have to wait for my husband to get home to take him to a different emergency vet clinic. I'm praying nothing happens to my dog in the meantime. Who is currently crying and still in pain. Thanks for your "emergency" help. Horrible clinic. When I left I explained I had to leave to care for my babies. Worst feeling in the world is choosing between my new born infants and my 3 year old baby. All the receptionist said was sorry.

Andrea Nicole

This place cares more about your money than your fur babies. I rushed my dog in after he broke his hind leg and the first thing they do is give me something to sign to help sedate him, the catch being it can be anywhere up to $500 for just the sedition. Then they tell us it’ll be an hour wait, an hour later we’re in an exam room where no one comes in for another hour. This was only a tech, who gets my dogs vitals. Another half hour of my dog shaking in my arms and the vet comes in, looks him over and says she’ll send someone in with an estimate on the x-ray.. another half hour later someone comes in to hand me a bill for $295 for an x-ray, something for the pain (that they should have given him long before then) and the emergencey visit. Was informed they will not take any kind of payment plan and any question I asked was pretty much ignored. I sat there for almost four hours before I’d had enough. Meanwhile, I watched every person before and after we got there be helped and on their way while my dog and I sat in an exam room for so long that the auto lights went out. We left without anything having been done to help us. Wouldn’t recommend going here unless you’ve got $1000 upfront. Not to mention that the staff was rude and too busy giggling at the front desk to care about anything else.

TheLcplBurkett

Disgusting, make sure to bring in 1500 dollars up front or prepare to euthanize your pet. Paid 500 up front for tests however afterwords advised surgery was required and 1000 more up front to help my dog otherwise no treatment. Unfortunately like most people I don’t have that much to dump on surgery up front not to mention the bills following surgery. Never have I encountered such a selfish industry unwilling to work with their customers. Even after I qualified for their care credit program still didn’t have enough money what a scam!

Deana Mconnell

Definitely not a place to take your pet for an "emergency." Luckily my dog wasnt critical but I wasnt willing to wait another hour. They didn't even have anyone else there waiting. I will never go back

Darci Steele

Took my cat in and waited for almost two hours before the vet came in for five minutes. Wanted to draw blood and urine which I was willing to do until I had waited another 15 minutes and nobody came to take my cat. At this point I told them I was leaving and they wanted me to sign a form releasing them from responsibility for doing nothing. And then proceeded to charge me 86 dollars. Will definitely not ever go back.

Virginia Benavides

You are all so great ! Thank you so much for taking care of our little Dachshund!

Disappointed. I have two elderly dogs who have boarded here multiple times. The last few times, however, I have had serious issues with All Valley. My small dog has a liver supplement that he has to have every day. For a 1 week trio, I left my dog with 10 pills. When I picked him up, he had 8 pills left. Needless to say, I was thoroughly upset that he'd only received necessary medication twice in one week. The resort manager spoke with me and we worked out an opportunity for a second chance. That opportunity came this weekend when my dogs were again dropped off. This time, when explaining he takes this pill with just enough peanut butter to hold the pill on the end of your finger, the staff argued with my husband saying that it must be taken on an empty stomach. We know this, but the amount of peanut butter is equal to a sip of water for us ... not equal to a meal, by any means. We specifically requested the peanut butter be used; he's old and finicky and I don't want him traumatized by having it shoved down his throat. Needless to say, when our dogs were picked up, my instructions on the pill pack (concerning the peanut butter) were scratched out with permanent marker. I will never return to All Valley!

My 11 year old Kboy (Pom) had to have slipped out the door when I came home. My arms were full of stuff and didn't see him. I thought he was with my daughter. She thought he was with me. I dozed off

Stephanie Spragg

I had taken my cat in because at home he let out a big cry then couldn't walk so I rushed him to the vet and two hours later they seen him. I paid for them to do x-rays and blood work and monitor him overnight. The next day they said he could of injured his leg and sent me home with some antiinflammatory and pain meds and 600.00 dollars later. Get him home and he got worse to the point I got a second opinion and they said he threw a blood clot and he would probably get worse so I had to have him put down because he was suffering. So yeah not happy with All Valley at all. I am so heartbroken and can not stop crying.

The Vets and staff here are good and they try their best. The corporate structure of this place is atrocious and should be investigated. In my opinion the policies they have to squeeze the most money possible even if it means delaying treatment, has cost countless animals their lives. They are ran on an extremely short staff for profits, meaning the Vets have to work on their heels and rarely get a break, this is a cold and dangerous business model. These are people's family members not a paycheck. Again I don't blame the staff I blame the corporation that has set them up to fail at the cost of our pets lives to try to get every penny of profit they can. I told them money was no object the initial vet worked hard and was very straight forward then the corporate manager came and everything changed, a staff member even told me that corporate had looked at my account. All of the sudden he was recommending tests that didn't make any sense for things that don't even exist in this part of the world. I spent over $7000 and my dog still died and per their words they don't know what he has or had. After he died I didn't get to hear the test results that I paid for. I've lost everything. The only thing I've ever loved died and no matter how hard I try I can't help but think he died for someone's profits. I hope whomever is the profiteer of this hiding in the shadows enjoys my money, karma will catch up. The fact that we only have two options in Boise for emergency care and they are affiliated sucks. I feel terrible for the employees because they try their best but can't control the corporate mentality of this place.

I brought my dog in for an emergency and the techs got him in right away. Unfortunately had to let him go

I thankfully went here instead of west vet when my cat’s feeding tube was dislodged (I’ve had very negative experiences with west vet in the past). The receptionists as well as the vets were very kind, caring, and attentive. The wait wasn’t very long since there weren’t many patients at the time, even if the wait was longer it’s understandable as it’s an emergency center accepting walk ins. They removed his tube since he had started eating on his own and we were already planning to remove the tube on Monday, anyway. I wasn’t charged a dime for it since it was just a removal. If this place was truly money hungry and uncaring they could have easily come up with a fee to charge me with. The vet handled my cat very well and I can tell he genuinely cares for animals. I’m so thankful for all valley and I will recommend this place from now on. Thank you!

We were extremely frustrated with our visit to this clinic. We had an older dog injure our new puppy and we were concerned about damage to the leg, so we rushed him in to All Valley. They couldn't tell us how long our wait would be, which is somewhat understandable since we were walk-ins, but after 1.5 hours of waiting (we were the only ones in the waiting area for most of it), we asked again how long it might be, as it was now after 5:00 on a Friday and we really wanted to get our puppy attended to before a weekend, and their answer was that they still had no idea when we could be seen. Several times during our wait, what seemed to be the entire staff were at the front desk socializing, laughing, and joking. Not once did anyone walk over to check with us or give us an update, and we're sitting there alone with a bleeding puppy. We finally called other vets in the area and found Treasure Valley Veterinary Hospital, called them at 5:30 on a Friday and they were willing to take us. They stayed until after 7:00 pm repairing our puppy's leg, and were kind and compassionate throughout, even though we were delaying their weekend plans.

Another 5 stars for All Valley. I had to have my old dog put down last week and they made it calm and serene for her and me. Thanks guys The last dog I had put down at a different vet- she just stuck the needle in his leg and he screamed until he was gone. That's exactly what I didn't want.

Stephanie Hill

Took my pup here Sunday night for a hurt foot. Monday afternoon he was whining in pain. I called for pain pill relief for him about 1:40 pm. Call back 3:40, due to I haven't heard back. It was explained to me that it was crazy with emergencies. Plus it might take 24 hours for a Doc to respond. I completely understand. Well I called back tonight (Tuesday) at 5:30 pm. It's been over 24 hours. Basically I was told the doctors still haven't looked at the request & excuses. But as soon as the are able to take the time to help me. So my dog being in pain is not a priority what's so ever. Ridiculous!! 11-21-2018 Took our dog to our vet. Well I'm even more frustrated to say the least. Our vet showed me his paw and nothing was done. I spent $115 at All Valley and all they did was wrap it. It wasn't cleaned, toe nail trimmed back nothing. Just a large wrap and told to bring him back if needed. After going to my vet, the nail was broken past the quick. They cleaned it up put some stuff to stop it from bleeding, antibiotics and pain meds. He's on the mend. I would suggest DO NOT go here. My dog was not a priority what so ever. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!

Mr. B

Took my sis pup to vet. They make you wait till paperwork is done and that you can pay before you even get in. Rediculous! Just run my damn card and see my sis’s dog!! Over 30 min and im still sitting here with a sick pup.

I wish someone would have posted a positive note like this when our family moved here. I have asked people in the area about the best veterinarians and have been told that this clinic is the best. In this weeks newspaper they had a "Best Of" For Idaho and this clinic was rated #1. If you're new to the area like us or are just looking for a veterinarian then I would try this one. We just lost our dog (we took her to a different vet b/c of these google reviews) and I wish I would've tried this office first. As soon as we're ready for another pet, we'll be going here.

Ulysses Vargas

This place is unbelievably incredible! Took my 2 year old pitbull, Achilles to them because he was very sick. I honestly didn't think he was going to make it but they did EVERYTHING they could do and then some to bring him back to health. They also managed to stay within my budget. They did so much for us and treated him like their own personal let. Words cannot explain how thankful I am for this facility. I will forever bring my business to All Valley. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you so very much for everything from Achilles and me!! You saved my boy and I will forever be in your debt.

Erin Downey

Spent 6 hours there yesterday after an overnight stay in the other hospital while we waited to diagnose a mystery disorder that left my dog unable to walk. The vet assigned to her case was transparent in her thinking and decision-making, and reached out to another local expert for help. The entire time, she kept our financial constraints in mind and limited testing to just the most likely and most treatable conditions. I came in assuming the worst, and left feeling like we were going to be able to figure out a course of treatment. Our family is so greatful for our experience.

The worst animal hospital I've ever experienced my friends dog was hit by a car last night, obvious he had a broken front leg, bumps, cuts, contractions in lots of pain. All they were worried about was how much money was in your pocket. They did xrays of ribs, and head but never the leg and missed a broken pelvis. When asked why they didn't xray the leg we were told that they already knew the leg was broken, dog stay over night at $600.00, my friends were given a choice of amputation or be put down. Went to Caldwell Vet, leg is repairable, pelvis will heel with little activity for 6 to 8 weeks ar a fair price....

Stacy and team do a fantastic job taking care of our dogs. They are very courteous and professional and care about our dogs' well being and health. All Valley's 24-hour emergency room is right next door, which is a reassuring aspect of our choice to use them should one of our dogs have a health issue while we are away. Our dogs always come home healthy and happy. I highly recommend them for your boarding needs.

My dog was showing signs of a pyometra, after calling 7 places and no one being able to help me I called all valley and they said to come in. After a 20 minute wait they got me in and did the exam. I dropped her off in the morning for her spay, got her back a few hours later. They gave me some discounts even though I agreed to pay the full price, cut the bill in half. Vet was a little pushy, but hey he saved my girl so I am grateful.

Taylor Benson

Much better than the other 24/7 vet in Boise. The staff is very caring and quick to help.

Laura Faircloth

Love, love, love Dr. Abbey, she is the best! Caring, compassionate and so knowledgeable. She’s always up to date on what’s new in veterinarian techniques and medicine.

We feel thrilled to have found All Valley Animal Resort. What a great staff and facility. We have a very large Great Dane, and a young German Shepherd. The suites are awesome, more than ample space, and the the kennel cams available 24 hrs are awesome! Many options to add to their personal needs and care is phenomenal. Every staff member we interacted with was professional, friendly, competent, and gave us a feeling of confidence that our “kids” would be well taken care of. I wish I could remember everyone’s names, and I do remember the manager Stacie, and Crystal. The Great Dane, who is slow to warm up, loved Crystal. No question was too silly to ask anyone there. It’s reassuring to have the All Valley Animal Hospital in the same building. All we can say , is a heartfelt thank you!

Megan Little

AVACC's 24 Hour Emergency Care Center is the best! Unfortunately I needed them twice in the same weekend during emergency hours. They were absolutely slammed but it did not affect their wonderful customer service. Thank you so much to Dr. Veals, Lucas, Cassie, and everyone else that helped with my rabbit's successful surgery. I will not stop raving about you all!

ShibaGurl09

I have taken my cat and dog here several times for emergencies and they are fantastic. They really seem to care and take the time to listen to you. Dr. Knighton, Dr. Ware and Dr. Ross are the three vets I've seen and they are beyond amazing. I'm thankful I have a place to take my fur babies where I can trust that they are well taken care of.

Lindsey Lee

I think it's great that they offer 24/7 care, and you are able to walk-in, however I spent 3 and 1/2 hours waiting to be seen. Which I understand since there were other walk-in's and appointment ahead of me. Just be cautious of the wait time. Also, the vet spent 2 seconds looking at my dog, decided it was an infection, and sent me away with antibiotics. Turns out my dog was fine, and if the vet had spent more than 10 seconds in the room and listened to me, she would have been able to properly diagnose my dog. Really disappointed. I feel like she should have ACTUALLY LOOKED at my dog, not just glanced and assumed it was an infection. Most of the crusty she saw was skin glue but she didn't hang around long enough for me to actually explain anything to her. And after waiting 3 and 1/2 hours you'd think they could spend a little more time with you.

Tyler Moore

They took very good care of us and our cat. Thank you very much. It was very tough saying good-bye to our 14 year old companion. But the staff was very compassionate and kind to both us and our cat. We really appreciate even the simple gesture of a warm water bottle for her to lay on to make her more comfortable. We will be going here for all our future pet needs. We also really appreciate the cremation service the staff offered us even though we went there for emergency treatment and had never been there before. I would highly recommend.

Some time ago, we took our dog in for having a seizure. He had previously had one a few weeks before, which had checked out fine with his regular vet. Upon the second seizure and with a bout of vomiting, we decided to take him in to All Valley around 10 PM at night. When we called, they told us they were the only 24 hour vet in the entire valley(which is not true...). The receptionist and vet techs were wonderful, although the receptionist seemed annoyed with our dog's neediness and my husband needing to take him out to potty while filling out paperwork. We waited 30 minutes for a room, where we talked over everything for a second time with a vet tech. Another half hour later, the vet came in and we explained everything for a third time. She left to make a "care routine and cost estimate" and we were talking with a vet tech. Previous advice from our vet and discussions with the very nice vet tech had led us to feel that medication for seizures was not the immediate answer - there wasn't enough information yet to just to medication that would be a lifetime commitment. When the vet came back, she had decided that IMMEDIATELY he needed the meds, she wanted to IV what she could, and then do Xray's and possible schedule and MRI at another facility to see what was wrong(which is a bit backwards...treating and then determining what the problem is?). I can respect someone's opinion. I do not respect being bullied or talked down to or someone insinuating I'm harming my animal by NOT taking her advice at face value. We ended up leaving - after being forced to sign a paper that said we refused her advice and service and no complimentary follow up visits were offered. We also left a couple hundred bucks lighter(which was better than the $1600-1800 we were quoted for treatment without the outside testing). After all that, we ended up talking with our vet, who agreed we had done the right thing by walking out. The funny thing is - yes, we did end up putting him on phenobarbital(and other drugs) months later when he developed into full on epilepsy. However, we did it with testing and determining what could be wrong, as well as learning about his needs with the drugs. We also did it with a vet who wasn't accusing us of being unloving of our dog for not forking over $1800 to someone who had never seen our pup before and showed no care towards him nor us. We won't go back to All Valley - and we discovered WestVet actually has seizure specialists in the case where our vet isn't available. They actually seem to care about our pup and us, so all for the better.

We brought our almost 15 year old dog in last night Because he was expericing seizures and was having a hard time gaining his balance. The staff was excellent! They made us feel like he was the only dog that mattered and helped my family get through one of the hardest times we've had to go through. We appricate them, and helping us let go of one of our best friends!

We had an appointment. We spent 3 hours there. The doctor came in to our room in a rush and spent less then 10 minutes with our dog. When taken to the back room it was thirty minutes between each person we saw and I know we would not have seen anyone and would have been there longer if I had not complained because we had two children under 3 with us and the wait was way to long. The employees made excuses, gave short rude responses. They tried to charge us as walk ins rather then appointment clients. Three years ago I would have recommended them but now they are not longer staffed correctly and have forgotten about their long term clients.

My 7 month kitten ate some plants she shouldn’t have and this being the first time I’ve encountered this situation I was nervous. My parents have brought our older cat to All Valley after an altercation with a dog and loved the service. I rushed over and I was helped quickly! The check-in process was simple and my kitten was quickly triaged during to assess the severity. Her vitals were fine so I waited at most 10 minutes to move into a patient room for further diagnostic screenings. I was in and out within 45 minutes and I believe the service was reasonably priced. I highly recommend to anyone who wants a clean, friendly, professional, and modern place to take their loved furry friends.

At first, the vet assistant was not giving us the correct info and we almost left. But then she came back in an apologized a few times and said that she was confused and that the Vet can treat my sick dog. I appreciated the fact that she sincerely owned up to it and treated us so caring after. Our dog has eaten rising dough and was going to die, we needed care quickly. The vet came in an immediately began to explain the treatments needed. They kept her overnight to monitor the alcohol (from yeast) levels in her body. When I picked her up the next day, I was bracing myself for a $1,500+ bill, but to my surprise and shock, it was $789! Wow, they had to charcoal our dog, give her treatments, IV, test, and monitor her all night and in the morning. We are very thankful for the care we received. I will have to say, that the front desk people need to work on acknowledging people at the desk, being responsive to their needs and their feelings.

Beise Kamenova

Not impressed with customer service or attitude of staff. Took both dogs in and they essentially said they can hydrate and watch for $1500 each on top of services and x Ray's that showed nothing for 600. One dog is lethargic and and drooling with no appetite and you're telling me you can hydrate and monitor for 1500 ??? Not proactive at all until we demanded it, if I'm bringing my dogs to an emergency vet I expect the most you can do to be OFFERED then talk to me about how much it will cost. Then to be able to tell me you care just as much about them as we do without even blinking ? This was a poor experience and will keep this in mind in the future.

faytleingod 1989

Took our chihuahua in just after midnight because she had been sick and were told that she couldn’t be seen if we couldn’t pay at the time of service. If she dies it’s on their hands for not working with us

Debra Chojnacky

Very unresponsive to waiting for appointments. 2 , actually 3 support staff all ignoring me at counter. For 5 minutes. The Doc is trying hard to treat. Running behind. NO worries there. Staff needs to just offer acknowledgement I am here. Smiling wouldn't hurt. Teach soft skills to staff. Appropriately address CUSTOMERS. That's all.

Randy Vannoy

We brought our Dane Doddle here after another vet misdiagnosed the issue. We ended up having to put her down due to advanced cancer. The staff was amazing and cried right along with us. Dr Tammy is fantastic and we always request her for appointments. As far as the wait, I am thankful to have a 24 hour clinic located close to us. I always say that I am willing to wait when a really bad emergency case comes in because I would hope others would understand if I had a major emergency with my animals.

I have taken my dog to all valley for years. I have been pleased in the past but now I will be going elsewhere. I called in the morning and got a quote on a quick little procedure. I agree to that price and went to the vets later that day. At the end of the visit I was charged 4x the amount I was quoted. I wasn’t able to pay for his needed medication because the visit cost so much. This is the second time I have been overcharged. The vet tech and veterinarian was friendly and caring to our dog.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR COMPANIONS TO THIS PLACE!

We brought our small, 14 year old, dog in last night because she was struggling to breath and could not walk. We knew that she was getting to the end of her life. The staff took her in immediately. They got her on oxygen and got her to a comfortable state while the vet talked to us about what was going on and what all of the options were. We made the decision to have her put to sleep. That was an awful decision to have to make and the staff was incredible. They were supportive of our decision and were very comforting to my family. My daughter asked for a lock our dog's hair and they told her they would do that AND get an imprint of her paw to take home. I am very grateful for their help through such a difficult time. When we are ready for another fur baby, we will definitely use All Valley as our primary provider.

Late one night, when my little dog was having breathing problems and no other place would take us in, All Valley Aninal came to our rescue. The emergency visit fee was VERY reasonable and the staff was super friendly and very helpful. As soon as we got there, our dog was looked at immediately without having to wait. It was very reassuring to see how much care they have for animals. My family can't thank All Valley Animal enough for helping us during such a stressful time and for helping our little dog feel better.

They treated me & my furbabby like family, Dr Chandler had quite a job with BIG OL GRRRETTAH girl, oh i still feel bad that she was so chubby that the ex ray tech hurt herself oofing her up on the table! But my grrrettah girl checked in needing an ACL fix & she checked out the next day with NOT a care( even though I had to go through a couple of months of being glued to her 24-7 so she could heal correctly)& shes 100 percent still....Dr C did a double thumbs up job on my big ole girl, & i consider everyone of them my go to ppl when it comes to my furbabies.

We took our dog to All Valley on July 6th and they determined that she needed surgery to remove a foreign body. We were given a written estimate of the cost of service, a detailed explanation of the the charges and asked to sign to consent. We signed and they did the surgery. When we checked out, they gave us an invoice for $1400 with a detailed list of charges. A few days later, she still had not had a bowel movement & when I called, they said to bring her in for a follow up visit at no charge. We went in and they said to give it a few more days and when she still hadn't gone to the bathroom, I called and was told to bring her in, on July 14th and specifically said it was at no charge, when I asked. We did and they wanted to do an x-ray. We were under the impression this was included in the free follow up visit and no explainataion was given about cost or charges before the x-ray, as they had previously done. They did the x-ray, found her to be fine. We checked out and were told we could leave...no invoice was given to us, no mention of a charge or charges, like previous visits where they make arrangements for payment before you leave. We left thinking it was a free follow up. THREE MONTHS LATER, on 10/9/18, we got a voicemail that there was an outstanding invoice for $112.00. I didn't notice the message until 10/18/18 and called and talked to Will and then to Kim who explained that we owed for the follow up visit ($32) and xray ($80). I explained that no one told us about ANY charges that day and we weren't told verbally about a charge or given an estimate, quote or asked to sign an authorization AND weren't given an invoice when we left. I also didn't even get a bill or invoice in the mail and the FIRST I KNEW OF THIS CHARGE WAS THREE MONTHS LATER. They said they don't send bills usually they just call when it's past due. They offered to take the charge of $32 of but said I had to pay the $80 for the xray. I asked to talk to their boss and was told she would only take it off if, after reviewing the video of the room, they saw that there was no consent given to do the x-ray. I told them we DID consent, but thought it was included in the follow up. They made me pay the $80 charge. I would have had no problem paying, if i had been told there was a charge and given the opportunity to approve or decline, or even just be aware of the charges. But to wait three months with no billing or invoicing, and then call about past due charges...that's just bad business and poor customer service.

We had an awful experience. My husband and I took our 9 year old yorki-poo in on a Sunday night. After he badly hurt his leg, while playing at the park. The dog clearly in pain, shaking, and whimpering. We were put into a room right away. The tech came in, took his vitals and said the vet would be right in. 45 minutes later, the tech popped her head in and said "So sorry for the wait, we had a couple EMERGENCIES come in, and we need to take care of those." Very frustrating, while my dog was whimpering in pain. After the vet finally came into the room to examine my poor broken dog, she told us he would be fine, and just needed to get some pain meds and an anti inflammatory to help ease his pain. Not knowing what she was prescribing she sent us home with basically the dog form or Advil. The next day, my dog was still clearly in pain. Shaking, not eating, drinking, or walking. I Called All valley and spoke with a tech. Informing her, we were just in there yesterday and whatever the vet sent us home with was not working, and my dog was still very much in pain. She informed me it would take at least 48 hours for the vet to even view my request for a stronger pain medicine. It has now been 4 days, And I still have not heard back from them. Luckily we were able to get him some pain medicine from a DIFFERENT provider, and he is able to hobble around, and has started eating and drinking again. I would not recommend taking your pet to this clinic. Very poor service.

We had to put our beloved cat Mafia down last week and took him to All Valley Animal Care in Meridian. They handled Mafia with gentle respect and treated us so kindly. About a week later we got a sweet condolence card expressing several employee’s sentiments. We were very touched. They didn’t have to do that. This is the second pet we have had to say goodbye to and both times each employee was gracious, concerned, and genuinely compassionate for our loss. We cannot thank them enough! Pat and Kevin, Meridian

Absolutely disgusted with this place. We took our dog in Monday night and were told he ate rat poison. We were told to pay 2000 for a transfusion and he would have a 90 percent chance of survival or he can take some pills and have a 50/50 chance. We could not afford the 2000 and made the very hard choice to try the pills. The dog has been on the pills for 3 days and fully back to his old self. They tried to scam us so hard. If we would have had the money I would have paid it in a heart beat and it wasn’t needed. I have talked to many others and they said similar things happen. The vet we dealt with was not very nice or understanding and I will be addressing her attitude with others. I was promised to get a letter about all the details by the next morning and still have yet to receive anything. I’m very disappointed in this place. Can’t believe they almost scammed us out of 2000. I left their feeling horrible that I couldn’t pay that and was blaming myself. I will never be returning here again!

Carla Noel

I took my sick cat in on a Sunday evening, and the entire experience was wonderful. The receptionist, vet techs, and veterinarian were all very kind, professional, and patient. I was worried about the expense of an emergency visit, but it was very reasonably priced! Will definitely be back!!

This is an absolutely amazing place. Our cat oreo became obviously I'll so we took her in to all valley animal care and from the time we got there they were absolutely amazing with her and did everything possible to make her well again even though in the end she ended up passing away but everyone there from Teresa to Ashley to the Drs did such an amazing job with her and despite nearing passing from cancer she was not only loving all the people who worked there but they made sure she was happy and comfortable to the last second and I can't thank them enough for not only helping us out in a lot of ways but truly caring for my animal and being such great people. We received a card in the mail today from them that was extremely sweet of all who worked with her. Thanks again and if your looking for a place that truly loves animals and will treat them like family this is it 110%.

If you have a true pet emergency, this vet would not be my recommendation. We came in Monday night with a pug walking crooked, collapsing and clearly struggling to breathe. We ended up with X-rays (where his condition, while hard to spot, was missed) and an ear cleaning. Nothing else. No offer to do blood work, or observe him overnight. They were busy and just sent us on our way with a $300+ bill saying sorry, but they didn't know what was wrong. Five days later my dog is fighting for his life at a true vet hospital across town where tests revealed a blood clot and hemmorage. (Not to mention he was rushed back and put in an oxygen chamber immediately.) For FIVE DAYS my dog has been suffering and now may not survive because this vet hospital didn't have the expertise to spot something complex. Save your time and money - and maybe your pet's life - and start across town where there are true animal physicians and specialists.

All Valley Animal Care has been amazing at answering any questions I may have. They are extremely polite and helpful. Too all of those who have experienced bad visits, please give them another chance. We all have our bad days, but I have never had a complaint or concern with the way they care for any animal. Their wait may be long for some but you have to caculate the emergency care they provide. Thank you for reading my review and thanks to All Valley Animal Care.

I've been here 3 times. 1st time was last year when we found an injured dog. We called ahead and they came out with a cart for him, immediately after we arrived. Sadly, he didn't make it.( someone had shot him) 2nd time was last Sunday when I had to put my sweet cat to sleep due to renal failure. 3rd time was yesterday, when we brought my in-laws old dog in...also for euthanasia. The staff was so kind each time and very gentle and loving towards our beloved pets. Their kindness made a hard situation easier to handle. I would highly recommend this pet clinic.

Fast and attentive service. Recommended.

Our dog had a seizure, after being told we'd be seen in 20 minutes it took 3 hours to see a Vet. They drew blood for a test that we were supposed to get results later that day. A week later after several phone calls and outright lies, we were finally told that they lost the blood and the test was never ran and we could come in again for another test. Will never return to this facility

All Valley has been awesome every time we've gone in. We've been there once for an emergency and once for a (FREE) followup and staple removal. The wait was a little long for an emergency visit, but there was high traffic that night, and we made it out just fine. The staff was all very nice and super patient with a nervous dog in pain and acting a little weird. We've also gone for a pain management consultation, and they got us in touch with some medicine that finally works!! I called to get some info about getting refills on the prescriptions and they were super helpful.

Took my dog in at 7am for a emergency check. Since her face was swollen 3x what it normally is. All the staff was very friendly and helpful.

They got rid of our vet who was the best for no reason and the idiot they got to replace her didn’t even look at my puppy. Just said over and over that they hope to keep our business. I will tell you for having to pay for that trip and losing our amazing vet I refuse to ever go to all valley again. I will tell everyone again and again how horrible they are to work with. All the good office staff left after they got rid of our vet, so that is pretty telling. I hope they clean their act up but I doubt they will.

My cat had an eye emergency. I took him here and am so very grateful I did. Dr. McIntosh is fabulous and took amazing care of my boy. He still has his eye because of her. She gave me multiple options on care and truly cared about him and how he was doing. We will now be using her for all of our vet needs. Each time we have gone in, I have also been impressed with the staff. They have always been kind and considerate. It is an emergency office, so sometimes the wait can be a little bit, especially if you are a drop in. However, everyone always communicated with me about what was happening. Some people have commented on the expense. I found All Valley to be less expensive than most vets in the area without any reduction in the quality of services. Even my emergency visit was not more than I have spent at other vets in the area and I never felt pressured or made to feel guilty about the level of care I chose. I also appreciate having a vet that can see my animals at any time, so I don't have to go to a different office when there is an emergency.

We have taken our two german shepherds here for boarding for several years. Our girls are very protective of us and don't do well with strangers, which made finding boarding difficult. All Valley has been FANTASTIC. Our dogs went with them with no issues. They got nightly tuck-ins and extra play time. Our dogs were able to share a large kennel, which helped their anxiety - and ours. We were able to check-in on our dogs via kennel cams. Their last boarding visit was 7 days long and they gave both dogs a complimentary grooming! And did a wonderful job, at that. Recently our older beloved shepherd passed away unexpectedly. We were able to call All Valley late on a Sunday evening and bring her in for cremation. They were incredibly kind and caring, giving us all the time and help that we required. They gave us beautiful options for her memory box, including a final paw print. They sent us a sweet sympathy card in the mail a few days later. Whether it's the boarding or the vet side, the staff has always gone above & beyond for us and our pets and we are very grateful.

Tried to help and brought a stray dog in that I got into my truck. Even though he had a chip they would not allow me to contact the owner and return him, and that I had to release him to them so they could make contact, after releasing him I told hem I would take the dog if they could not contact the owner (since they wouldn’t allow me to do it). Next morning I called to follow up and they won’t even tell me if the dog is still there or not or wether they found the owner. They won’t even tell me if he went to the pound or not! What kind of heartless people are running this place!? Clearly just for profit and don’t care about animals actual well being. Stay far away from these people.

We took our dog to all valley animal hospital for an emergency visit, and were not impressed with their standard of care. During the night we called a couple of times to check in and see if she could come home after being informed about her needing sedatives for stress. When we picked her up the next day one of her major canines was broken and her gums abraded. Whether this happened there or not, from our perspectives their was either gross incompetence during the initial exam where they didn’t indenify the broken tooth or gums, or within in the kennels where she most likely broke it.

I arrived around midnight and wasn't out of there until 5 AM. Long night of waiting to see a Vet, and when they did come in to see us, the initial exam ($86) was then followed up with a menu of services suggested by the Vet to see what was going on. Blood work for $128, Abdominal Xray for $155, and $100 to send it to a Radiologist (which would take another hour) because the doctor might not see something. Why don't we talk about that after there is something inconclusive and we need a second look. Turned out everything was fine and nothing stuck in his GI system. Good news. Then we wait another hour for the Vet to come back in and tell us what he thinks. Then someone comes in with the next Menu of items of medications, Probiotic treatments, Generic Prilosec, antibiotic, and anxiety pills, all for about another $150. I purchased the $47 probiotic treatment because the staff person said it stopped their dogs diarrhea immediately (It worked pretty well) and the antibiotic. They answered my couple pressing questions, so I give them a star for that. But I just felt preyed upon. And it would have been worse if I took all the Vet's advice cause he suggested that I leave him at the hospital for a couple days so they could monitor my dog (have no idea what that would cost) and buy a prescription bland diet plan because its just too much of a hassle to boil rice and boil chicken. I felt like I was the only one of the three of us (Vet, Assistant-procedure-price-closer, and Myself) that was thinking rationally. I feel like they were very quick to suggest what was best for them instead of what was absolutely necessary for the health of my dog.

Our dog hadnt ate for days and was panting and lethargic. Out vet saw an enlarged heart and fluid in her lungs and told us to rush to westvet to get an EKG as he suspected heart disease. Westvet couldn't do an EKG for 5 days, they also said there was no fluid in the lungs and no sign or heart disease. Our dog got worse and we saw that All Valley also did EKGs so we rushed there. They took one look at mindy and rushed her onto an oxygen chamber, did an ekg and had the results within 30 minutes. Heart disease and pneumonia. She is now with them getting treatment for her pneumonia. I absolutely believe All Valley saved our dogs life last night. The staff are incredible, the facility immaculate. We are beyond grateful to everyone there.

Meghan Kyser

Absolutely atrocious staff during daytime hours. Night staff was amazing but day staff was content to let my dog die in my car while they made promises of 5-10 minutes. An hour and a half goes by while my tiny puppy vomits extremely concerning amounts. Not once did they express the tiniest bit of compassion for our situation (during the day) and despite beginning her treatment at All Valley, we left after waiting so long to transition her to WestVet instead. Mindy and Char (or Shar?) were amazing but Jessica and Aubrey at All Valley were completely cold and didn't care about what we were going through or our dog.

Genesis Gomez-Lara

It was my first time visiting this facility. I had to use there services after my dog of 13 yrs passed away. It was so hard to find a Vetanarian that was open the day before new years. From the initial call the staff was very helpful. We decided to get our dog cremated. The price was very reasonable given that it is a 24/7 Get Hospital. When I arrived I filled out some papers. They had different options of containers for the ashes. After everything was done they informed us that they had a private room where we could go to spend some time with our dog. A staff member went to get my dog in a table with a clean blanket. Then showed us to a private room. The room was very clean and spacious. They offered us water and left us. They left stay as long as we wanted. The last goodbye was supper hard. Later week later we received a sympathy letter from the staff. Reading the card just warmed my heart. For the Vets to have taken time and write those kind words meant a lot. I received the ashes exactly a week later. In a beautiful box. I appreciate all the staff at All Valley Animal Care Center. Thank you.

Honestly Honest

Pet parents be aware! If you take your furry family member there with health concerns and the Vet disregards a symptom and brushes it under the rug, leave and find a better place! My dog had trouble breathing. I made the Vet aware of that. She wouldn't even bother listening to my poor boy breathing! I'm surprised this place is allowed to remain in business after reading all the other reviews.!!HORRIBLE!!Thankfully the Valley has other Vets out there that are actually professional and caring. Your fakeness of caring for animals is a joke, shame on you!

Our three month old puppy accidentally swallowed a fish hook on Sunday afternoon. I had to bring her in with three of my children and all staff members were very considerate of the difficult situation. Our poor puppy was miserable but they did everything to make her feel comfortable. It was a busy evening for them but they got us in as soon as they could. The pricing was fair and they were honest about it. I know that has to be an awkward situation to be in but the staff showed kindness when approaching the subject. When speaking to the vet she put us at ease with her confidence and level of experience. The front office staff reassured us that we could call for updates as often as we wanted-truly compassionate individuals. Everything went well and we were able to pick her up later in the evening! We want to thank everyone for the wonderful care and concern for our sweet Freya Lord!

Our 15 year old lab mix had a massive seizure (her first) Sunday night. Being that our regular vet office wasn't open we called, then took our dog to All Valley. From the start they took her back to be examined and gave her valium to calm her. We were immediately taken to a private room where the doctor came in and talked to us about her condition. We agreed to leave her overnight for professional observation. We were able to go back and visit her twice before leaving for the night. We were told that we could call or visit anytime during the night if we wished. Everyone that we came in contact with that night was courteous, compassionate and professional while my husband and I were emotional wrecks. Our dog was better the next morning and had no more seizures during the night. We took her home the next afternoon and followed up with our regular vet office. For our experience, we couldn't have had a better one under trying circumstances and appreciated the way in which situation with our beloved pet was handled.

I started my dog there on a five/ half day plan for their daycare. The second day into our plan the manager couldn't find our file. I told them that I had paid in advance and that she had already been there for a day. They let her stay and told me when I went to pick her up that she needed more vaccines, to continue the service. The 'manager' said that she couldn't find the file but would still let her stay. And then told me that she would trust that I was my dog's owner. I really found it strange to be questioned. That was the first negative experience. The second was tonight. My dog broke a nail under the skin while she was with my parents (I was at work all day) and she needed to be brought in to be treated. I spoke to the doctor on the phone after her procedure. But had a few more questions as I picked her up. The vet tech informed me that she wasn't there for the surgery and also didn't answer when I asked about preventative questions or potential underlying questions. She became visibly annoyed and informed me that she had a more important situation to attend to. So after spending roughly $100 last week for surprise vaccines, $70 for 5 (6 hr) days and $270 for today's procedure all within the last 3-4 weeks, I am less than impressed. With the rude service, disorganization of files, lack of communication between staff and their customers-- long story short, there are much greater options.

I'm curious, they went to vet school right?

A great deal is to be said about the wonderful professional medical talent of the Dr.s and care teams at All Valley Animal Hospital. My family and i have had a plethora of issues with our fur babies this Spring and Summer. The 24 hour Emergency Service has proven to be a life saver, Literally! Thank you All Valley for always being quick to welcome and begin the assessment and care. Thank you Dr.s that met us in the lobby ready to grab and dash or intervene with CPR(Dr. Zahn). The times that were the hardest were when end of life transition is upon our family. The kindness and Professional Caring manner in which the Dr.s provide a clean, quiet home like environment for the fur loved one and their families to say good bye with dignity and grace is an unmatched. Thank you to Char for the words that remind us that our beloved animals are with us for their life span and its our privilege to be with them by making them our family members. My husky had xylitol poisoning from eating icebreakers gum. She started going into shock and had a seizure. Banfield would not take her because it was an emergency. All Valley Animal took her in right away and treated the poisoning. She was there 2 1/2 days with an IV. Her kidneys were beginning to shut down. They saved her life. ❤️

Okay prices but is the only decent priced ER vet in the area. It usually takes over an hour past our appointment time to actually get with a doctor. Also have fun trying to get ahold of any receptionist here since there is always a customer they are helping and have to put you on atleast a 10 minute hold!

We had an emergency on a Sunday evening with our fur baby and we wound up having to put him down. My husband and I were heartbroken but everyone at All Valley was amazing. They even sent us a hand written card telling us how sorry they were. I am so grateful for them and all they did.

Crystal Ingerson

We took our 3 month old puppy in. They tested her for parvo twice to be sure. The vet was very caring and helped us stay within a budget. She couldn't tell us what was wrong. They took some blood and gave her 2 shots that they thought would help. After the shots, they brought her in to us and she never got up again. We brought our baby home and she died about 2 hours later. She was responsive and could walk around before. After those shots, she never got up again and she was unresponsive. We paid $150 to not find out what was wrong with her and have her die.

The staff was very caring and understanding. We walked in with our very ill schnauzer at the recommendation of our regular vet. The last thing we expected was to leave without her. We enjoyed over 13 years with our fur child, who battled many chronic illnesses. I feel the staff at All Valley presented us with every option. They were so caring and not just for what was best for our schnauzer, but our mental state as well. They allowed us time to breathe and come to a decision on our own as to what was best for our family. They fully supported our process and were there for us to make everything as comfortable as possible for our family in such a difficult time. I truly appreciate the professionalism and kindness that was shared with us. As to the financial part, as some will see this as important. Everything was made very clear up front. Tests were ran, and the accruing bills were presented with results as well as estimates for options going forward. My bill was exactly what I was expecting it to be and matched the estimates I agreed to. Thank you everyone at All Valley, I couldn't have asked for better care for our family as a whole.

For 500 dollars you can get an x ray and bloodwork. Do they actually know what to look for in these I don't think so. They seem as if it's not on web md, well then good luck to you. My pup jas got into something poisonous and threw up blood, lethargic ECT. These saviors offered me the deal of a life time, for a little over 1000 dollars you can board him for 12hrs and he'll get an iv. His condition was so bad he died the next day and none of the techs or vets could tell anything was wrong. Good on you, go get different careers.

We used All Valley Animal Care Center for three and a half years. I was never very impressed with them. The staff didn't seem to care much about either our dog or our cat, the wait times were often very long and the front staff always seem a bit cold. I gave them one star just because the facility is nice. However, we will never use this office again. They made a major mistake with our bill that I am still upset about. We paid for our dog's shots the day she got them in April of 2010. In December of 2010 we got a call from the nice people who bought our house in Meridian telling us that we had a letter from All Valley Animal Care Center. We got the letter from them and we were shocked to see that All Valley was telling us that they were going to report us to a credit agency in TWO WEEKS if we didn't pay our bill. As stated above the bill was paid in full the day that our dog received her shots the April before. We called them five separate times and left five separate messages before anyone ever called me back. By the time they finally called me back we had already been reported to the credit agency. Long story short, we were able to prove that we had in fact paid the bill and they subsequently removed our name from the credit reporting. However, it sounded like giving less than two weeks notice before sending someone to a credit agency was standard practice for them which is absolutely ridiculous, especially when they do such a shoddy job of keeping their records in the first place. (their record keeping is placing loose paper receipts in a file) Thankfully they didn't ruin our credit for seven straight years based on a mistake that was solely theirs, but that's only because we were lucky enough that the new owners of our house let us know about the letter that didn't get forwarded to us. We vowed that we would never put ourselves in the position for them to make such an awful mistake again and we will never again use this vet.

We have been with All Valley for 2 dogs now and LOVE them!! Dr. Hadley is our favorite! After years of using them as our vet we finally needed boarding for our dog when we went out of town. I have toured other boarding places and none of them made me feel comfortable until we toured All Valley. The staff welcomed us right in and showed us everything. The staff was extremely nice and the kennels were all clean. The price was also affordable which sealed the deal for us. Over the week I received pictures of my dog looking happy and having fun. Today we picked him up and he was clean and looking great. Before this trip I stressed over the idea of finding a safe place for my dog that I could actually afford. After this experience I can confidently go out of town and have assurance my dog is being loved. Thank you All Valley!!!!!
