Great staff, even if my sweet Boy was mad at me!

We started taking our 10+ year old Bichon to All Pet Complex 5 years ago. Every visit brought the desired results. All the vet techs and veterinarians have treated our dog with great kindness and care, gave clear descriptions of the problem and clear instructions for treatment at home. We are very grateful for the fine care Barney was given. Unfortunately it became time to end Barney's earthly life last Friday. Dr. Stoenner was so kind, gentle, and caring. He even petted our dog to "sleep" with my husband. We are so thankful for Dr Stoenner and All Pet Complex. Bless you all. Yes, Betty did Barney's grooming and was also kind and caring. I am very impressed with the professionalism and friendly staff at All Pet Complex! I took my dog Gracie to be groomed about a week ago and Betty, the groomer was so flexible in accommodating my work schedule. She made sure that Gracie was ready by the time that I needed to leave and the cost was great too. Gracie left feeling like a real lady and she smelled and looked fantastic.! I also had to take her to see the vet today and again staff was friendly and professional. They were very sweet to my girl and after having a very bad experience at the clinic where she was spayed I'm very happy to have established them as her regular care provider.

Staff is friendly and prices are fair. They have been doing cold laser therapy of my dog who had a spinal injury. She has come so far in her therapy. Great bunch of people who care.

Not impressed. They acted like I don't know my own cat breed and promptly informed me how I should take care of my cat when I never asked and when I've had her for almost a year and have done plenty of research. Also charged me $55 for sticking a thermometer up her butt. Literally all they did. They never told me about that cost when I asked how much the spaying would cost overall. Last but not least they didn't tell me I was only going in for a checkup and not the actual spaying. I had to setup a return appt for almost a week later. Too bad I won't be returning here for the spaying. I called around and other places use the same stuff, do it cheaper, and spay the SAME day they do their FREE checkup! What a waste of time. Go some place else.

These guys 100% have my business, went in with my pup thinking I would have to empty my wallet and was nervous that nothing could be done about my pups condition, long story short, we left with a huge smile on my pups face, and I didn't have to fork out anywhere near the amount I thought it would be, fast foward couple hours the medicine kicks in for my puppy and symptoms have disappeared, absolutely eased my troubles this weekend, thank you tons

5.0 star rating12/8/2017 I have two dogs and a cat, and have been a client of All Pet Complex for almost a year. I have found the staff at All Pet Complex to be very professional, and friendly. They are very accommodating if you have an urgent need, and will do their best to squeeze you in. I spent many many years involved in both dog and cat rescue. That being the case I have been to many different clinics and vets through the years. Dr Christensen without a doubt is the best DVM I have been to over the years. She has an amazing bedside manner that not only puts you at ease, but also your pet. Her knowledge of veterinary medicine is top notch, and she takes the time to explain things to you in a way that is easy to understand. She truly cares about the well being of your fury friend. One of my dogs is very old and arthritic. Dr. Christensen is certified in Canine Rehabilitation therapy and has done amazing work with my old girl. Things such as cold laser therapy, use of a tens unit, hot/cold packs, floor exercises, stretches, and manual manipulation have given my dog a new lease on life. If your involved in dog sports and your dog suffers an injury, or as in my case have an elderly dog I highly recommend rehab therapy with Dr. Christensen. I would not hesitate to recommend All Pet Complex to my family and friends!

If this veterinarian tells you your dog has heartworm, get your dog retested somewhere else! They diagnosed 5 dogs the week I took my dog in, he does NOT have it since I had him retested at another trustworthy vet. It is a very uncommon diagnosis for this area so please don't just get your dog the very intense and expensive treatment without getting a second opinion.

Had my dog go on one of their monthly things that is a year long, kind of like pet insurance, kind of not. Anyway I emailed to cancel and they said I have to call. I called and they said they couldn't so 500 dollars later I am working on a collection they're trying to stick me with because they couldn't cancel it.

Do not go here. [Sorry this is long but probably worth the read if you are considering going here] I took my dog in a few weeks ago because he was acting completely not himself, wasn't eating, had episodes where he was non-responsive, and was listless. The vet did a physical exam and did blood work, then told me he was completely fine (except for known issues of arthritis and cataracts) and that nothing new was wrong with him. Okay? You're the vet, I guess I should trust you. My dog continues to deteriorate. Going off what I was told, that he was fine, I decided to try refilling his carprofen to see if that helps. Also, just because I am curious I get a copy of his labs while I am there so that I can look them over. There are three markers that are out of range, and it seems pretty apparent to me that at least his platelet count was significantly out of range. Also simply looking at my dog it seems fairly obvious that his eye has a hyphema, not cataracts. I remind myself that I am only a laymen with the internet, so I should not over react. My dog continues to deteriorate, getting to the point where he is having difficulties even walking, bumping into things, continues to not eat, and then starts going under the house like he is trying to find a place to die. Decide enough is enough and take him into another vet. Turns out he has a brain tumor. Turns out he has a completely obvious hyphema and that his labs were NOT normal. I am not sure if there is anything that could have been done if they got the right diagnosis. But, come on! How could you miss such obvious symptoms? If my doctor did this I would be questioning his medical degree. Do yourself and your pet a favor, and go to Eagle Animal Clinic instead. They are the ones that got it right.

Dr. Warner was terrific. As many vets as I have been to, he was the first to sit down on the floor and exam my dog. She's very energetic and he seemed un affected by it, maybe even enjoyed it. He was caring, detailed and gave you the real facts. The receptionist was great also, although I can not remember her name. The clinic was clean and effcient. Pricing not bad either. I will continue using this clinic

I have been to this hospital a few times over the past couple years and have had a great overall experience. The Dr Stoner was very knowledgable and compassionate. Oddly enough, the only staff member I had a personal issue with was who Ive now come to know was the office manager. She was the assistant in the room and helped me that day, and I can honestly say I have probably never met a more miserable person in my life. The office seemed quite busy that day, and while every other staff member I came into contact with was very polite, the mood completely shifted once she took me into the room. She sighed a lot, and wasnt very engaging, or probably even listening to anything I was saying about my pet as she just stood there and stared at me acting as if there were a million other places she would rather be. I've been in Office Management for many years myself and would never dream of treating a customer in this manner. She made me feel like a complete burden, and that I was wasting her precious time by being there. At the end of my exam, I was handed my bag of medicine, escorted to the front desk,and she turned around and stormed off as if she couldnt get out of there quick enough. The front desk eagerly took the time to explain my medications, answer my questions and thanked me for coming in that day. At least someone was happy I came in, and didnt make me feel like they had better things to do. I will continue to have my pets taken care of here because besides the rude office manager, the rest of the staff and doctor do seem to really care.

Dr. Stoenner and his staff were amazing. They were kind, compassionate and understanding. They took the time to make sure we fully understood what was going on with our puppy and how to treat it. The facility was clean and everyone was so nice. I was super impressed.

Absolutely love the vets and staff here! My kitten and senior dog have always received the best care from Dr. Stoenner and Dr. Christophel! Dr. Stoenner removed my dog's mammary tumors which were rapidly growing and also cleaned her 5 remaining teeth, I had concerns about her going under anesthesia because she was 11 years old but Dr. Stoenner and the vet techs at All Pet were amazing! They called me to update me on where she was at in the surgery and monitored her very closely , he even removed tooth roots that another vet from another clinic had left inside her mouth! He showed me the dental xrays to ensure that no roots were left and she recovered perfectly! I would recommend this clinic to everyone!

Dr. Stoenner is AMAZING! His bed side manner is impeccable. He is always kind and takes great care of all my dogs and cats. Dr. Stoenner has worked as a veterinarian for years and you can tell by his up to date recommendations. The reception is very friendly and easy to work with. Keep up the great work! I started going to All Pet Complex for the grooming. Betty makes it super convenient and Chase always looks (and smells) fantastic when I pick him up. I continued to go for the excellent care my dog receives. Just one instance of how awesome they are: While I was anxiously waiting for my dog to wake up from having some teeth pulled, Dr. Warner sat with me and showed me the x-rays, describing everything that was going on in my dog's mouth. I have never had a vet that was willing to educate me to the extent that Dr. Warner went to. Also, Matt, the Vet Tech, showed me around the entire facility and I was very impressed with the technology- it's better than some human hospitals! It has only been two weeks and I can tell my dog feels MUCH better. He is almost 7 years old and he is acting like a puppy again! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Not as happy with this place as I used to be. There seems to be a different Veterinarian each time we go and because of that our dog nipped the veterinarian's shoe and did not hurt her. Then she came in and gave him a shot of a heavy duty relaxant without telling us. Our dog was really drugged up even to the point of dragging his feet up the steps to the back door. Not going there again.

I didn’t even take my puppy in here (thank God) but I went in for more information because we recently moved to Eagle and I wanted a vet that was close to home for us. Needless to say, this place is horrible. I can’t even imagine what goes on in the rooms with the animals. I asked the front desk lady what the prices are for shots and had mentioned my puppy has been getting her shots at the Humane Society. She looked at me with a rude look and said “you might as well stay there it’s cheaper”. I was very offended because she practically told me I can’t afford their place??? I would not recommend this place to anyone. If there rude in the front desk, I can’t imagine how they are with the animals.

I loved the way Dr. Goodwin cared for my dog who is usually scared of everything. She took her time with us and was thorough in her explanation of everything that was happening. Even after the exam when I had additional questions she came in and spent extra time with me and answered all of my questions. I will definitely be back and trust Dr. Goodwin medicine! Thank you!

From the moment you walk into All Pet you are greeted with such friendly and caring people. Dr. Wardwell worked with one of my very lethargic box turtles, and showed as much care, attention, knowledge, and time to that little being as if she had been a loving lap dog. I appreciated his kind demeanor and the fact that he was willing to research anything he might not know. All Pet continues to give the same excellent care as they did when I used to take my pets to Dr. Skip Spiker and Dr. Stoenner years ago.

All Pet Complex has earned ALL of our business going forward. A couple of weeks ago we were dealing with an unknown growth on our dog's neck. After multiple visits to our regular vet and a referral to West Vet, All Pet Complex came in and saved the day. They saved me a substantial amount of money and treated us and our pooch better than any vet has before. The treatment plan was the same as their competitor but the overall treatment of our situation and our dog, and their pricing were unbeatable. Phenomenal doctors and staff. Even if they are out of your way, APC is worth the drive.
