absolute terrible nasty when you go to the back dirty. ghetto people working the front desk! scamming people out there money i payed for and exam and got shots for my dog and they would not give me records for my dog tried to charge me extra money would not give me and vaccine record when i paid for the sevices! they are scammers! first of all i payed for 1 series shots and exam. after my dog got his shots and exam. The secretary only gave me a receipt with prices! What is the point of doing an exam? so you can have papers showing your dog is in good health so you can fly with airlines, mate dog,sell dog etc. very important! aka health certificate or some thing. you take your money and will not provide professional proper doctumantation. i also payed for my dog shots and they would not provide my dog with a immunization shot record. how unprofessional is that. what a waste of money. 100$ wasted and i came back next day letting them know i am reporting them then they tried to charge me an extra $100 for a health certificate. hell no! 200 for one shot and one immunization record. scammers AND THEY DONT WANT PEOPLE WALKING OUT WITH PROPER PAPER WORK SAYING YOU ANAMIL IS IN GOOD HELTH BECAUSE SHE IS NOT CONFIDENT ABOUT HER PRACTICE. SHE CAN LIE TO YOU IN PERSON AND SAY YOUR DOG IS HEALTHY BOUT WONT GIVE IT TO YOU IN WRITING. DONE TRUST THESE PEOPLE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!

Just dropped my puppy Kai off for grooming and boarding. The receptionist were very kind, professional and informative being that this is my first dog. I can tell immediately from th energy in the office that Kai is in good hands! :)

The one star is for Kim, my dog Amos' groomer. I've been bringing Amos about 4 years and never had a issue until 8/17/18 when I picked my dog up after 7 days boarding. I noticed a small dark spot on the top of his head the next day. I called them back to let them know and they informed me I should have checked my dog at pickup. Yes I agree I should have checked. On Saturday 8/11/18 I boarded my Amos again for a week. I also explained to them at drop off that the spot on his head was completely healed. When I picked him up that Friday 8/17/18, I checked him in the lobby, Amos had another fresh noticeable crusty scab on top of his head again under his blonde fur. I examined him in front of Kim his groomer and their black receptionist. The black receptionist informed me that the vet wasn't in but I could bring him back to see the vet Saturday 8/18/18. I brought Amos back in, had his vital signs taken by a tech and was waiting in the exam room for the vet. The same black receptionist came in the exam room and asked "exactly when did you first notice a spot on his head?". I repeated to her it was in July when I picked him up after 7 days boarding. She stepped out but quickly returned to say the spot looks like it couldn't have been a injury there cause of it's stage of healing". This lady never touched or got close enough to exam my dog. Then she informed me that if a vet did a exam it would cost me. I asked her why would I pay for a injury that clearly occurred during boarding?? I told her that I'm a registered trauma nurse and I know what healed skin and what a fresh scab looks like. She kept "blowing smoke"

Wonderful first visit. First thing I noticed was how absolutely clean the place smelled and also the receptionist smiling face. Took my animal here for a checkup. Was over priced, but okay. I wanted flea & worm medication. Was told , by doctor; if I put in a request with PetMeds; she would approve it. This did not happen. After the fact, I call to find out the issue. Was told " Its on my list", not the best response; but okay. PetMeds still won't send the medication; hasn't been approved by the vet. I call a second time, and was not allowed to speak to the doctor. She's too busy, according to her staff. Moral of the story, I guess you have to make it worth their wile, to get good service. If you don't mind having your pets health used as leverage; this might be the place for you; I'll take my business elsewhere in the future.

My baby loves South Fulton, when we pull into the parking lot Prince goes crazy he cant wait to see Dr. Hyde, Ms Kim and all the lovely ladies of South Fulton. He's been going here from day one and it's been 8 lovely years. They care for your pet as if it were there own. Very professional, and always honest.

I’ve been going to South Fulton Pet Care for a while and haven’t had any major issues. Today, I wanted to bring my dog in for grooming. They normally require all dogs to be there at 8:30am regardless of what time they start bathing them. I explained to them that I recently had knee replacement surgery and can’t drive. However, someone drops me off for therapy daily at 10:00 and it’s 2 doors down from them. I asked them if they could possibly make an exception this time due to my medical situation and allow me to bring my dog to them around 9:30 am prior to my therapy. I must say I was surprised when they wouldn’t make an exception, particularly since I’ve been a constant client of theirs for years. I can’t imagine an hour would have been that big of a deal this once. #nothappywithgroomer!

This vet takes advantage of your feelings by price gauging. They quote one price than add hundreds of $$$$'s onto it for unnecessary testing when the illness is obvious. They charged us an office visit and didn't even look at our animal when we refused their overpriced quote. Not nice to take advantage of customers in need of Professional services.

Very rude receptionist that works there. She called to tell me my pets were ready, but when I answered the phone she was talking to someone else in the background about me and my dogs when we first walked in earlier that day. I confronted her about it and she tried to lie saying she wasn’t talking about my pets. Very, very unprofessional people. I will not be coming back. Do not bring your pets here.

IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PETS DO NOT BRING THEM HERE! These people are frauds! I brought my dog here for treatment for several years and unfortunately he passed away after being prescribed the wrong medication. After three recent visits of wasted time and money explaining to them the various symptoms my dog was having no one showed any concern and he was not given proper treatment.

I love this place. Not only that, my dog loves going there!!!! The vets give quality care and attention to the patient. I was pleasantly surprised when they did the very first visit and checked things that the other animal hospital skipped right over. It's also a nice feeling to know that when you & your pet come in that the staff remember both of you by name. The added plus for me is that they are really close to my house. If you haven't been here before or looking for a new place to take care of your pet, South Fulton Pet Care gets high marks. I think you'll be please with them.

I love this place. Everyone in the office is nice and friendly. The doctor does a thorough health inspection on your pet so that you are able to treat things before they become a major issue. I had Puffy's teeth cleaned. The doctor did an amazing job. I really appreciate having a place to take him where people honestly care.

Robbery.!!!! My dog was 5 weeks pregnant. And they pushed 200$ rays on me to tell me she was pregnant when it shoulda been an ultra sound. Trick you into paying for something you don't need for money. Don't Go Here!!

I brought in my pitbull for a giant gash on his pad. I stopped the bleeding, kept it clean, and wrapped it up myself. They were only sort of helpful. But it seemed like after I told her I couldn't afford $180 - I needed a payment plan- she stopped really caring... Also, the vet didn't have her stapler so the treatment she recommended wasn't even actually available. Obi Wan's(my dog) wound will apparently heal on it's own in a few weeks if we kept him off it.... but they accidentally re-opened his wound.... They were friendly enough, but they basically told me I did a great job taking care of it gave me pills and wrapped it up.... she forgot the iodine though.... and I wrapped it better myself. So I paid over $100 for some common sense advice and no real medical treatment. Edit, The things that were given were only the iodine she forgot and 4 bandages. Most vets give all that stuff as a courtesy anyway. Scratchpay only works for $200 and above, maybe your staff should be more informed about what is available. Thanks for the antibiotics though, and now I know I don't have to change his bandage every day like I was... just every few days.... yeah that was worth $100 and reopening his wound!

I never leave South Fulton pet care without honest feedback. Dr. Nance has ALWAYS treated my pets as if they were her own. My dog was diagnosed with Lymphoma and she even got a second opinion to make sure. What vet do you know will go out of their way to do that? VERY FEW! I've had pets all my life and she has been the best thus far. I think some people are so impatient with their pet's healthcare that they miss what is being told to them. I have ALWAYS received a detailed receipt for the past couple of years. If I needed a copy of the records, I received an email or fax fairly quickly. I just never had an issue. Reading some of these reviews, I'm sorry I don't recognize who y'all are talking about. Everyone has always treated me with kindness and respect here, and I have always received thorough treatment for my kids(my pets).
