I have been using Royston Animal Hospital for many years. They are wonderful to all my pets and always have gone out of their way to help. They have treated my pets in the ER on more than one occasion. My dog was bitten by a snake last year and they met me at the hospital on Sunday evening to treat him. They do charity work for the humane society and animal rescues. They go the extra mile. I appreciate the kind and knowledgeable vets and techs at Royston Animal Hospital and highly recommend them.

Sophia, my 6 year old Yorkie-Poo, had an appt for a annual physical and shots. I was unable to make the appt, but a friend of mine was willing to take her. He did and Sophia was able to get all her shots and a clean bill of health. Royston Animal Hospital is filled with excellent vets, techs, receptionists, admin etc. We've used them for years - trained our puppies with them and enjoy their community involvement as well. Ya' can't ask for any better!

They treat all clients with respect, from the devoted pet owner, to serious dog breeders, to farmers caring for livestock, the vets at RAH listen, explain and treat every animal with genuine compassion and expert care. We drive an hour each way to get to and from the clinic, and the trip is worth every bit of precious time.

My dog has been going here for routine care since I moved to the area 2 years ago and they were always great. Recently my dog suffered a gun shot wound and his treatment at Royston Animal Hospital has been above and beyond. Dr Lord and Dr Grymonprez have been absolutely wonderful in treating him and Dr Noellert was extremely helpful on emergency call on a Sunday. Each one has been kind, compassionate, truly caring and thorough throughout the whole process. They have taken the time to explain his treatment in depth and the conversations were never rushed - I felt my dog was in the best and most capable hands possible. I can't recommend this place enough, and can't thank the Drs and staff enough for their compassion and professionalism.

Royston Animal hospital has see all of our pets for the last 10+ years. We have lost 2 of our little pets to cancer and Dr. Cato was a blessing in this . However, I am afraid that due to the HIGH COST of an annual visit, we will be seeking out other facilities. The costs have gotten to be more than I pay for my own wellness visit, so as wonderful as they are the rising cost of the annual office visit and medications will force us out. Sad but affordability is important.

My cat was very sick and instead of taking him to RAH (my usual Vet), I had recently relocated and took him to another local Vet, since it was an emergency. Big mistake! I took my cat to this other Vet and he was misdiagnosed not once, but twice. He was prescribed the same exact medication twice which was not helping him at all. He just kept getting worse. After my 3rd visit to this local Vet, I took him for a second opinion at RAH. As usual, they were amazing. They got him in quickly, ran tests and correctly diagnosed him, prescribing the proper medication. They took the time to explain everything to me and my cat has made a full recovery. Thank you RAH for all your hard work.

I come from SC, for this animal hospital. They are the best for caring for all your fur babies! I have called them for emergency after hours, for my fur babies, and friends’ that I was looking after... knowledgeable techs, and doctors are the best. Reasonable prices compared to SC, and regardless of price will always go there. Worth the trip, and if you need to call for a question or situation you’re not sure of, they will advise you if you can take care of at home, or set up time(that day) to bring your fur baby to them. Always leave an appt.,even emergency issue, feeling confident in the care given, and just overall good about the experience.

Royston animal hospital is a caring facility, the boarding area offers frequent walks, custom feeding, complimentary baths, and loving custodians. The medical side is staffed with well trained professionals to take care of any of your medical needs. I recently had a consultation regarding flea and worming meds for my many cats. The tech was able to provide information that I would need to administer the meds properly, and even helped me save a few dollars on the overall cost. There are no words to describe how great these people are. We have used Dr. Cato for over 20 years. She has always been the most caring Vet we’ve ever been to. When the time came for any of our babies to cross the rainbow bridge. She was always there with us. We cried...she cried. A very caring staff. Sometimes we see student bets from UGA. (Go Dawgs!) And they are super as well. They never try to over sell you on products. They tell you what they offer, and if it’s too high they will tell you where you might can get it cheaper. Any Vet now are pricey. But when it comes to my babies I have no problem. These Vets go to school as long as a medical Doctor and pay just as much for their education. And for the service we receive it’s well worth the price.

We have been coming here for nearly a decade. Their prices, service and products exceed any of the other veterinary clinics in the tri-country area. They have everything you need for your pets, at a very competitive low prices. The staff are very, very kind.
