Dr. Spencer Bragg and his team really took great care of my cat. I appreciated all the time that was spent with me so I could better understand how to care for my cat, who had been bitten on the head by a dog. This team is really professional and they really care about your pets. Thank you Dr. Bragg & team!

Stefanie Redding

Caring, professional staff. My dogs can't wait to get out of the car, then they pull me into the building. This says alot they love the people here. I trust my dogs, they know good people. I've never had any issues with NE Vet, no billing issues, etc. Love how they make sure you understand and are okay with the health plan.

Hannah Wilbanks

All of the employees who work here from the administrative assistants at the front desk, to the vets really love their jobs and the pets who come into their office. They are friendly, compassionate, and show that through the care they give to the animals they treat.

Linda Martin

Your receptionists are absolutely wonderful. Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Your staff is the same. Donnie nor I have ever had any problem that you did not resolve. May God Bless each of you.

Mike Luoma

Great vet. I've been going for years. They are caring and affordable

Ross Rosen

These guys are great. I've been going to them for 7 years and two dogs. I've worked with most of the vets and many of the front desk and other assistants. I have never had a bad or rude experience. I feel they always have my and my dogs best interests at heart and as far as I can tell the care has been great. I trust them and recommend them highly.

Kathy Timmons

Dr. Edwards is one of the best veterinarians that we have ever known. She knows our dogs and she knows us which gives us a special bond and trust when treating our dogs. If anyone is looking for someone who listens and works with you, we strongly suggest Northeast Veterinary Hospital.

I used to bring my dogs into this hospital as far back as when Dr. Suddeth owned it. I recently brought 2 dogs since Dr. Reeves has owned it. Dr. Reeves is good but his receptionist named Karen I have encountered twice now and she is rude and non-professional and very bad. I asked Karen both times that the vet on call call me to discuss some questions - she did not give this message to the vet and the vet on call never called me -she discusses medical information on the phone as if she is a vet so she feels that the vet doesn't have to call you but she is only a receptionist with no medical training. One of the dogs I needed some answers to was very sick and eventually died. I have discussed the Karen problem with Dr. Reeves and he offers on apologies or any explanation. Beware of this person - she has been on the staff for awhile and you can't get beyond her other than making an appointment - she will not refer any messages to a vet

Terrible experience. Do not bring your pet here if you love them. I brought my cat to Northeast Veterinary Hospital with issues back in February. They did not catch the fact that he had struvite crystals - they simply treated him for a UTI and neglected to inform me that it could be anything more serious or that I should watch for future issues. When he developed problems again in April, they delayed in seeing him and did not treat the situation like the emergency that it was. By the time I got him to the professionals at the emergency vet, he ended up needing extensive surgery, two blood transfusions and then went in to heart failure because of all of the associated stress. He is now on three daily heart medications and is lucky to be alive. He certainly would not be alive had I not had a way to come up with the $10,000 (and counting) that it took to save him. For someone renting in Seattle on a nonprofit salary, this was a huge burden. All of this could have been avoided with the proper care back in February. I now know that this issue is easily fixed with a special diet when addressed at the first sign. And to top it off, a full month after all of this happened, they still have not reached out to me to ask if my cat is alive. I regret trusting this vet. Please learn from my experience.

Best place. They care. They take the extra time. They have great hours and customer care.

Before moving to GA I researched vets for one specializing in my dobermans' multiple medical needs and settled on Dr Doug Neih. My father was a vet in MO so I'm picky. That was three years ago and three dogs later. Though I now live an hours drive away I still go to Drs Doug and Cecily for care. The entire staff are like family and all show loving care for us but are well trained and knowledgeable as well. Debbie, Hollis, Tammy and other old timers, as well as, the new staff are all awesome. I strongly recommend them for all your veterinary and boarding needs.

Dr. Wolliver and all of the staff at Northeast are the best! My Wilson was very ill and I was afraid I would lose him. NE was open on Sunday and Dr Wolliver was wonderful! She saved him and he has maintained his quality of life because of her knowledge and caring! The staff is always helpful and very sweet to Wilson. I would recommend Dr. Wolliver to anyone who loves their pet and wants the best for them!

They have always been responsive to my dog's emergencies and super friendly for routine care.

The doctors and staff are most caring both for the animals and the pet owners. If your pet is injured or sick they will do everything in their power to make your pet better. I highly recommend them when asked about vet services.

I brought my beloved kitty of 18 years here to have her euthanized back in February. I had brought my other two cats here as well and they were treated well. However, the last experience at this veterinary hospital was pretty bad. After the first injection of the euthanasia process my cat tried to jump off the table and began gagging, choking and gasping for air, this continued for quite awhile. The vet seemed uncomfortable and gave her the second injection in the heart and she died but unfortunately not after suffering quite a bit. I’m not sure if he missed a vein or what transpired, but it was a horrible experience for me as well as I felt like my sweetie suffered when the whole point of bringing her to the vet to put her to sleep was so she wouldn’t suffer. Needless to say it was traumatic to watch, and it’s not something I wish any family pet has to endure at the end of its life.

Brittany Bierbaum

Kind vets and techs

Wonderful, caring, compassionate dog and cat people here! They’re very thorough with examinations, explain things in depth, and have true concern for your fur babies. We are so blessed to have veterinary care of this caliber in Habersham County. I credit Dr Doug and all the staff at Northeast Veterinary Hospital in Cornelia, GA with saving the life of our little miniature dachshund Maggie during her recent bout of hemorrhagic gastroenteritis. It was absolutely terrifying to see her get so ill so quickly. With their excellent and compassionate care, our Maggie is well on her way back to full health. Of note, Dr Doug and his wife recently took over the vet practice and now they have Saturday and Sunday hours as well as 24 on-call veterinary care only a telephone call away. If you love your pets, this is the place for you!

Jamie Bunson

I've taken my babies there for many years and don't trust them to any other vet.

The atmosphere at this clinic is always so positive! The energy of the receptionists, vets, technicians, and even the other clients can make a huge impact on how I experience visits to the vet. I have been to a couple different vet clinics and Northeast Veterinary Hospital is by far the best in terms of treatment, care, and respect for both pets and owners.

We recently had our dog boarded (and neutered) at NEVH and could not be happier! Our dog is 'difficult' and I have been worried about having him board anywhere- but they were not intimidated by him at all and took great care of my baby! They even called to check in on him to see how he was recovering from his operation after we brought him back home. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! Thank you NEVH!

Sydney Miller

Wonderful place! Great staff, great team, and such personalized care!

Our go-to place for our pets.

Phoebe Mays

They made sure my dog was comfortable and gave him tons of treats.

Absolutely disgusted is all i can say. I have been a loyal customer at this hospital for 40 years and over the years have brought 7 of my animals to them. Recently my cat has been diagnosed with diabetes, thyroid issues and partial loss of kidney functions. They sent my cat home without proper care to keep it simple. After figuring out what to do and getting what i needed from them to take care of him i did have a massive bill, i tried to pay half and told them they'd have the rest on the first of the month and they refused to take it because they'd rather get after me for the entire bill in the long run. They've always made me feel as though its all for the money with no genuine concern or care for my animals or what i was going through. Please dont ever trust this place with your animals or they're well being. You wont believe what i've been through with these people. IT IS JUST SICK.

We have been going here for many years since we started rescuing, fostering and adopting dogs. We tend to prefer sticking to a few vets who get to know us like Dr. Edwards. We trust her implicitly. Her bedside manner with animals and people is stellar. Her technical competency is without question. She can be hard to get an apt with, but she tries to squeeze us in when needed. Several vets are reasonable with cost effective approaches and I don’t feel like high priced treatment is pressured - most have realistic approach and offer all budget options. I have seen high pressure sales in other states and I don’t feel that here. I have also seen vets elsewhere who don;t seem to like what they do and I don’t see that here. Staff too seem to want to do what they do and so far all techs have been very good and caring and concerned. Parking is easy. Hours are very good for us. One star off for prices, but probably reflective of the area economy. Medications we’ve used comparable to online prices it seems. `Over the years several vets have treated many of our dogs and at one time diagnosed a very rare blood condition which was investigated and solved with tenacity. This is not the most conveniently located vet for us, and we have many choices, but we are happy to travel for the care we get. We’re sticking with this vet office!

We have been coming here for years and every single one of the docs is someone I would trust with my pets. We have two dogs and a cat, and the whole staff here is welcoming and caring. Never once have they tried to sell me on a procedure that isn't necessary (I have had vets try to do this in the past) and their pricing is reasonable. The front desk staff is always friendly and efficient, even when it's busy, and they made me feel at ease when my new puppy was screaming (not hyperbole--he's known as the screamer now) in the lobby. We live in Mountlake Terrace now, but the drive to Wedgwood is totally worth it.

Nicole Rule

Had a wonderful experience. Friendly, helpful staff was very accommodating to my pet during a major storm/power outage. Couldn't be happier with the care and service we received.

Debby Mockus

The kennel personnel seem to genuinely care for the animals they're in charge of. When dropping my dog off she is always happy to see them which means attention and detail for caring has been good.

Mimi Castillo

The best Veterinarians in the city.

I'll start off on a positive note, the staff is very friendly. BUT, when our family had to spend a weekend out of state and leave our small dog in boarding, nothing could have gone worse. Soon after I hesitantly dropped off my dog in a tiny miserable cage, they proceeded to call all our local vets to find my dog's vaccination records. Hours later, our family already in another state, they called to inform us my dog was missing many vaccinations and they could not keep her there without them. Having no other option, we agreed to pay for them. After our trip, I returned to a $150+ bill (to what was originally $40 for boarding) and the most traumatized little creature ever. She growled so furiously at the woman that helped me get her out of her cage (something I had never seen my dog do. It was actually scaring me). My dog now hates all other human beings and animals. She cannot as much as hear unfamiliar human voices without growling and hiding. I'm sure the staff was as professional as they could be, but please think twice before leaving your dog to board here, it really can be a miserable experience for them. Opt for a doggy sitter instead.

They were always awesome when I brought both of my dogs in. My golden retriever eats everything under the sun and they went through the that journey with me and were always there with answers.

David Jewell

The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The nurse and vet I saw for my dog were very helpful and willing to work with us financially, so we could get the proper care for my dog.

CJ Livingston

Our go-to vet. Conveniently located, no problem parking, a goodly number of vets available with most needs covered.

Cynthia ROSE

In the 2 years I have lived here , I have taken my dog and cat to Northeast Veterinary Hospital and have been appreciative of the fine care they receive there. Great vets!

Adrienne Minnery

We have had the best possible veterinary care here, through the lives of our two cats and now our new puppy. The vets have been incredibly kind, thorough, and reasonable. They are the best!

Ed

We saw multiple veterinarian, we only felt one did a nice job. When our dog passed, I asked if they could do a paw print before they cremated her and they didn't, I even paid for it. Sad. We changed vets after that.

Ellen Trizuto

I have used Northeast Veterinary for over 30 years. Cats, dogs, rabbits. The prices are fair and the care is excellent. I bought in my 10 year old dog last night who I believed had an upset stomach. Dr. Christensen took an X ray and determined she had cancer with blood pooling in her stomach. When I asked him if it was his dog what would he do, he gave me a straight answer. Which gave me no doubt I was doing the right thing. It was a rough situation for me my husband was on a business trip and I was alone at the clinic with the dog. They were gracious enough to mail the bill which I sincerely appreciated. As I walked out of the clinic I stood there a moment and a tech asked If she give me a hug. What a tough job they have, not only caring for sick animals but the owners themselves. Thank you

Judy Callahan

I came in without an appointment , worried about my pup's diarrhea. They were completely booked, with another emergency on it's way in, but suggested I take a seat and they would fit her in. Within 5 minutes they called us into a room. The vet checked her over and prescribed an antibiotic, anti diarrheal drug. This was our fourth time in the clinic. Twice for puppy shots, once for spaying, and today. I am so pleased with the professionalism and good care of everyone.

David Armstrong

I think this place rocks! Free 1st exam for our rescue pet(s). They are very gentle with our animals. Very thorough on the checkups, and very patient with upset animals.

Kyra Wiggin

Dr. Ward is very friendly and knowledgeable. Their prices are much lower than other vets in Seattle.

Our first visit was an excellent experience. Both staff and vet are knowledgeable and caring. Answered every question we had in depth and took the time to insure we understood. Happy to have found them. Cindy McCoy

We were traveling from NC home to FL with a very sick Dachshund. We googled and found this awesome vet hospital. Dr. Cecily and staff were very caring. They even came out to the car to talk to me. I had been up with our dog all night the night before and was exhausted. Dr. Cecily gave him an anti nausea shot and fluids and told us what to do if he wasn’t feeling better by the time we got home. But she told us that she felt confident that he would be fine for the next several hours in the car. He was! Arrived home and Winston is feeling 100% himself again. If we lived in the area, this would be our regular vet.

Karen NeverLandNursery

They have always taken such good care of my fur baby. My girl Lollie actually likes going there. They really do care about her . And most recently I went in without an appointment but was very concerned and within an hour we were seen. Thank you so much as always.

If you want really quality, compassionate, knowledgeable care, this is where you should go. I have a range of furry animals, from bunnies to Dogs. My crew have been very well cared for. Great hours, many Vet Dr.’s and great Technicians. The Front line are all fabulous as well, they are kind and thorough! Thank you NEVH

Kathryn Kayser

We took our 12 yr old dog to Northeast Veterinary after getting what seemed like very high quotes for some lump removals from 2 other vets. The estimate at Northeast was MUCH more reasonable, but more importantly they were competent, kind, compassionate, caring and thorough. Dr. Ward did her surgery and was excellent in every way. She took plenty of time to examine our dog and talk to us and she followed up with us after surgery, making sure that her recovery was going smoothly. When I had some questions she spoke to me on the phone, suggested that I send video of my dog so that she could assess her and patiently went over my questions with me. I cannot recommend Dr. Ward and the staff at Northeast Veterinary Hospital highly enough. We feel so lucky to have found them and are so thankful for the great care they took of our beloved old dog.

Melissa Cabal

I've been going here for 15 years after spending 5 years being financially gouged by my prior Cap Hill Vet. They are great vets who've saved the lives of several foster kittens (failing to thrive) and two of my own cats. Drs. C, E & R are the best! And they are open 7 days a week and never recommend unnecessary procedures. Big thanks to them for being here... even if I have to drive 15 miles North to see them.

Kinsey Kahlo

They are great! The staff is very helpful, and both of the Veterinarians I have met there have been nice, professional, and knowledgeable. Everyone who works there has been kind and gentle with my kitties. The office is clean and nice looking too.

Stacy Ledbetter

Our cat is in good hands at northeast veterinary hospital! Dr. D has won over our fur baby and she is relaxed at all of her appointments.

Great vet! Been going here for over 30 years (multiple dogs). Always helpful and professional.

We have used NEVH since 2005. Coming from the Atlanta area, we were eager to find a quality veterinarian. Dr. Brooks and her team were fabulous. Drs. Nieh have exceeded and continue to exceed our expectations with their cutting edge equipment, procedures, treatments, and staff. We feel very blessed to have access to such premier veterinary care for our animals in a rural area. Dr. Barton has saved our dog's life on more than one occasion. Debbie has been such an asset for as long as I can remember. Hollis brings so much knowledge and experience to her position, she has helped us through surgeries, treatments and more. Rene always diligently handles every situation with ease. Wynn is a wonderful resource in person and on the phone. Rebekah is such a warm and personable figure as patients enter the hospital, everyone feels welcome. I will continue my review of all of the other beautiful, wonderful people at NEVH, you cannot go wrong with NEVH, you will be exceedingly pleased.

Debbie Wilkinson

I have been taking all my kitties there since before Dr. Doug and Dr. Cecily were there. They do a real good job. And all the staff is so caring and loving towards all my babies.

Tad Goetz

We've been bringing our cat and dog here for ten years. They've always listened to us and cared for our pets. All the vets, techs, and office staff have been fantastic.

So far so good. This was our second time. We like the staff's they seems to be paying attention to details and, Shana's, Dr. Always clear. Want needs to explained direction

Great care all around!

Northeast Veterinary Hospital offers excellent, realistic care without attempting to overcharge as many other animal hospitals do. Many times I have brought my dogs to Northeast for effective, inexpensive treatment after another facility, featuring specialists, prescribed unending, expensive tests which offered no real solution. Also, my dog loves to go to Northeast and seems to feel it is her second home. I think she recognizes that the staff members seem to love dogs! In fact, my other dogs before her also have shown the same love for Northeast. When one of my precious dogs escaped from my yard, ran away during the night, and was lost for two days, she was found in the parking lot of Northeast, her second home, and was brought home to me by Northeast patrons, who found her wandering the parking lot and received help in identifying her from Northeast staff! I have visited other veterinary hospitals but have always returned to my dogs' hospital of choice: Northeast!

Sue Rockwell

I just had my dog spayed at NE Vet.Clinic. This is the 3rd dog that I have had cared by NE Vet over the years. I am impressed that such a fixture business in NE Seattle would spend the $$ to update their office but they did and it is very clean and easy to maneuver around in with a dog, with other dogs and cats nearby. The front desk staff, especially Matt and Gabriella are fantastic. They listen first, are detail oriented, get answers and provide excellent customer service. Dr. Wrycha did the surgery on my dog and I believe everything went well. It has only been 3 days so I haven't seen my dog's complete recovery but the follow-up communications from the office staff has been excellent. Very thankful for NE Vet to be so close by the neighborhood!

Nicole Turney

Our kitten was presumed to be unable to recover from being stepped on. His lower jaw was broken and he had head trauma....At first he could not even move...he just hung limp.....Dr. Cecily advised to just give it time....he stayed in a box overnight and went to the hospital the next day.....the staff kept him for a few days to see if he could make a recovery....He started to make progress, and Dr. Cecily operated on his jaw to repair it....He has not been home for a full week and he is darting around the house like nothing ever happened....He is eating very well and other than the wire holding his jaw together while it heals, he seems completely normal....it is truly miraculous. I am grateful that the staff was so good to him and that Dr. Cecily chose to pursue saving his life instead of writing it off as a lost case.....This cat was given to us from a neighbor who found him on the side of the road....But he is, hands down, the sweetest cat I have ever met.....He is so loved by my children and I...

Rene Skelton

The doctors, groomers and staff at NEVH are simply the best. It's the only place we take our pets!

My dog needed emergency surgery on a Friday afternoon. Dr. Edwards was on it and got her into surgery within an hour. My girl was cared for in the hospital for 4 days. She is home and doing great thanks to Dr Edwards and the staff at NEVH.

Matthew Spies

Everyone here is fantastic. From the techs to the docs they all are caring and knowledgeable. Dr. Eric Christensen has been our main Dr and he has been amazing. He called to offer condolences after he heard our dog passed without any prompting or notification from us. They truly care about our pets there and we couldn't be happier with all the service they have provided. Highly recommend!

Love Dr. Ward. Our puggle had a bladder infecton. Showed up during a busy time and she squeezed us in. Been going for about a year. Our Ellie adores her because of her calm but playfulness with her. For us she explained the risks and different options for the bladder infection. We felt confident when we walked out. Thank you Dr. Ward!!!

I initially took down my negative review as I felt it was reactive, but now that we’ve been seeing a new vet and have a new health plan, I need to share the story as this situation should never happen again at Northeast. I went here for three years. We will not return due to the negligence of the vets and techs for my pets case. They took great care of her at first, then it went downhill. I have a senior diabetic cat who was first diagnosed at Northeast. I understand diabetes is hard to manage and it requires shifting around insulin, diet, etc., but the second I stepped into our new vet after they’d called Northeast for her records, the entire office (not exaggerating) was in awe of 1) the high dose of insulin - she is at 7 units per Northeast, whereas our new vet (and I checked with a 3rd) has never met a cat over 3 units, and 2) her medical history mismatching, i.e., the repeated pricey procedures they continued to charge me for, yet hadn’t tried taking a blood test that would be more telling for more than a year. Or the fact that her glucose checks were fluctuating between the 2 months prior, yet the vets continued to instruct me to bump up the insulin more and more and more. I pointed out her fluctuating glucose. I pointed out my concern for such a high dose. I pointed out all her different behaviors out of the norm as signs something was wrong, and no one listened. Every person (because they’d never allow us the same vet) just told me ‘it’s just the diabetes. You can pay for this, then let’s go up a dose and check again in two weeks.’ The new vet explained all the ways she was likely being misdiagnosed by Northeast - different vets having conflicting advice and views about her glucose level (telling me one week it’s great, then a day later a second vet telling me it’s concerning), not acknowledging the signs that her glucose would be high and low every other check (showing that the dosage was not working), and not listening to the behaviors I was identifying that were out of the norm, and .... ‘it’s just the diabetes.’ Aside from this, I would regularly get attitude from the front desk for following their contradicting instructions. Example: I came in to pick up insulin needles and was scolded that I needed to call them in advance so they can order them. The next time I called, I was told there was no reason I should be calling for needles. The final straw was when I called for an insulin prescription refill because (not Northeast’s fault) a cat sitter had left out her insulin in the sun while I was away. The front desk was rude. They told me they didn’t have time to fill a prescription despite the urgency, and that they’d get to it when they could. When I called back a second time just asking if I could bring her in for a dose if they could not refill, the person just continued to talk over me saying they didn’t have time and that if I wanted a tech appointment, then to bring my own insulin (which the reason I was calling was because the insulin had expired and I needed a refill... so they were again not listening to me). I’m really happy to have a vet that listens to my concerns, and since we’ve changed up my pets health plan, her insulin dose has been going down, she’s stopped a lot of anxious (or mis)behaviors, and she has energy. It’s unfortunate that it took thousands of dollars, arguing with professionals, and not being heard to push me to a new vet. But I trust they have her best interest in mind, unlike Northeast.

Colleen Martin

Vets are all great.

This is the best vet I have ever been to. They are very caring and great with my pets. They even call a few days after seeing them to check in and see how my pet is doing. I highly recommend them!

emily caldwell

I've been going to this Veterinary Clinic over 8 months now.. I'm very pleased with the receptionists and Vet Techs...

Just came back from this hospital today. I was there for a new puppy routine check and deworm. The entire crew is super friendly! Everyone has pet my little Bella! The price is also reasonable. This is my first pet in the states and I was very cautious searching for the best vet clinics around. I'm glad I found this place!

I have been bringing all the family dogs to this clinic for almost 10 years. The doctors and support staff are great people. We have lost 3 of our beloved pets in this timeframe and wouldn't have made it through without their support and understanding. My daughter now lives in Atlanta but she still brings her dogs back to NEVH.

Emily Easton

My elderly dog receives great care and I get good advice and guidance in caring for him. Always a good experience!

John Sweeney

We've a grouchy old cat who's had problems for months, losing nearly all her weight and extremely lethargic. Other vets recommended expensive and exotic surgery with a lifetime of meds. These folks, recommended by our friends, tested her and put her on a new med that perked her up in days. So, fingers-crossed, we're delighted. We know she's old but now that she's out and about, thing are much better, thanks to NE Vets! John Sweeney Seattle

I met Dr. Cecily by accident when our Murphy had a heart attack and we lost her. Our vet no longer offered emergency service at the location near us and, it was a 25 minutes drive to their other location. I had my son drive us to NEVH 5 minutes from our home. We lost our baby but, Dr. Cecily and her staff could not have done more or been more compassionate. Our lost baby led us to our Marley, a rumpy with Spina Bifida. Dr. Cecily is his doctor, she guides us in his care and is so wonderful to our little man. He has special needs and she is more than equal to the task. The entire staff of NEVH are kind, loving people. They are never to busy to help and there isn't a vet in North Georgia that has the depth of services and talent that the doctors at NEVH. The hospital atmosphere is clean and inviting. Marley doesn't mind his frequent visits at all and never gets anxious while there. We wanted the best for our special boy and we got it!

Aleena Walker

Dr. Fisher is the best, as well as the rest of the staff at NE Veterinary hospital. I inherited a 30 something year old eastern box turtle a year and a half ago; it has been a learning experience for sure. Dr. Fisher has been so kind, knowledgeable and patient. He has an amazing understanding of my crazy little guy. He not only has shown my turtle great care but helped teach the best ways of keeping my very finicky pet healthy. I could not recommend a better vet.

We have always gone to the Northeast Veterinary Hospital. Our dogs have received amazing care and they are so kind in all their treatments. Highly recommended.

Carla Evans

They are very caring and when discussing treatment plans with us they always gave us the complete cost of EVERYTHING so there were no surprises or fees we didn't know anything about

Nikky Hill

I have been using Northeast Vet for years they have saved the lives of many of my pets and are very reasonably priced.

Kirsten Solberg

Great place for cats and dogs. *Everyone* has been awesome. They are really flexible with scheduling and very helpful with all sorts of questions. They give you options on care and discuss them with you. They don't just tell you what to do. I've never had a bad experience with any of the vets (and I have seen a lot of them). The front desk and techs are also great and really accommodating and helpful.

クーパークリス

Took my buddy in because he was having some skin issues due to an allergic reaction. They were very good in their handling of my dog and explained the treatment options and future preventative care. I did not feel rushed, but still received prompt service since the moment my appointment began. And best of all I didnt receive hidden fees on my bill at the end of the visit, it was all very transparent. I also wanted to praise their assistance with follow ups to the initial appointment. I ended up needing two prescription adjustments and they accommodated both without charging for extra appointments for the visit. Thanks again! Its great to see my little guy feeling better.

David Miller

Best in Seattle!

Karen NeverLandNursery

They have always taken such good care of my fur baby. My girl Lollie actually likes going there. They really do care about her . And most recently I went in without an appointment but was very concerned and within an hour we were seen. Thank you so much as always.

Kim Hurley

We love the people and the service that we receive every time we go! The only complaint that we have is it seems that the prices go up every time we visit and some of the staff seem not too happy with management.

Valerie Liversage

I recently moved to the area and one of my dogs had already been diagnosed with a cancerous tumor in her bladder. She had since been favoring her back leg and would not walk on it. I needed a vet to get to know her for emergencies so went to NE Vet as they are a 7 day service. They were very kind and considerate of me and my dog, examined her leg and found a very aggressive form of cancer, prognosis 2-6 weeks with a lot of pain so we decided to put her to sleep. The staff here were great, very sympathetic, patient, kind and loving to me, my husband and his very own baby dog who had always been attached strongly to him. It was a devastating time for us, but they made it easier and we will always be grateful to them. I have the sister dog left with us and will not hesitate to take her to NE Vet when attention is needed. I took my other dog, the sister to the one we lost, back to NEVH last week so that she could be groomed. She is eleven years old and has never been groomed so both she and I were traumatized at the thought, but the staff and groomer were absolutely fantastic and she went through it with flying colors. She looked adorable when they finished and I could not be more pleased with the results, and the cost of the grooming. Highly recommend them for grooming also.

Carina Weyer

We absolutely love this place. All the doctors are so wonderful with such a deep passion, love and understanding for animals. We have been going to Dr Edwards for 4 years with our cat and before that with our dog towards the end of her life. I absolutely love Dr Edwards. She is understanding, realistic and genuinely cares for our cat Enzo. She remembers everything too, tiny details that will come up throughout conversation. She always is transparent about costs too which we greatly appreciate. We also sadly had to put our 15 year old pug down a few years ago and Dr. Edwards was the doctor and she was everything we needed in that moment in saying goodbye to our baby. The technicians, front desk staff and all the vets are truly the best. Can't recommend this place more, thank you Northeast Vet!

SM Crawford

Our Westie was sick...her symptoms came and went, changed from one episode to the other. Thanks to Dr. Cicely and Dr. Doug she is doing great today. Their dedication to her care saved her life. We can not say enough about these two exceptional veterinarians, and their staff (Debbie, Holllis, Tammy, etal). If you love your pet, this is the place that they will receive the absolute best care.

Sherry Chandler

Each and every time I go in the staff will greet me with a smile! I hope I'm doing this right add I'm wanting to make them a 5 star rating! !!!

Judy Wiechert

As a responsible breeder we have several patients and the occasional litter of pups. I cannot express how much it means to me to have NEVH available 24/7. Always friendly, answer all my questions, care about my dogs, and every visit is personal. i Love them!

Stephen Nesbitt

Polite, considerate and caring. Happy to have found a Vet we trust

Ingrida Gray

They are super friendly at NE Vet Hospital on 35th and keep up with reminds for needed appointments. I appreciate the longer hours and esp. that one does not need an appointment for cat pedicures - when I manage to crate my skittish rescue cat I can take advantage of this courtesy.

Dona Bubelis

We've taken our pets to the Northeast Veterinary Hospital for decades, and have always been pleased with the care that the staff have given them. The doctors and other staff are very knowledgeable, thorough, good communicators, and are so good at working with animals. They rate an A+!

Kathryn Cuff

Absolutely fantastic and caring staff. Made sure my dog (and I!) were comfortable. Highly recommend.

Jennifer Schleit

Great service, clean facilities

Jon Solomon

Great staff from the front desk, to the technicians and, of course, veterinarians. I have seem a number of different doctors here and they have all been excellent! Willing to spend the necessary time with the patient and answer almost all of a puppy's owners questions.

EJ Landsman

Kind and thoughtful care, plus: these folks kept my appointment even though the power was out in the clinic. Champs.

Nancy Fitzsimons

I board my 2 dogs there several times a year. Wynn is over the kennels and she is the best. Always excited to see my dogs and they absolutely love her. I feel totally comfortable leaving them with Wynn. Never have had a problem in the 5 years I’ve been there. I very highly recommend this vet to board at. Ask for Wynn, you won’t go wrong!!

Cheryl Dooley

DO NOT GO HERE EVER!! I was sent here, from my vet, for an ultra sound on my dog, Brandy, only to be told they had no one available to do it. They kept Brandy for an hour and a half for other testing only to then decide to send her an hour away to another hospital for the ultra sound. During this tIme she was at this facility they did not treat her for her dehydration although they assured me they would. The vet gave me paperwork and address then told me to get her right to the next hospital. As I laid her in the car, she was breathing hard and barely moving. I got in when someone knocked on my window and demanded I return inside to pay more. I had already paid $512.00. I said I would return but had to get in route. She was very rude and wanted me back inside. I drove off very upset at the way I was treated. Brandy died on the way to the hospital. I still do not know what caused her death. I will never return to this place. They are terrible. They wasted time, did not treat her symptoms, were rude, and were more concerned with getting more money then getting help for Brandy.

Tam Livesay

We have brought our cat in there since he adopted us 3 years ago, and this is the go-to clinic for Wedgwood pet owners. The cats and dogs have segregated waiting areas which reduces the trauma. We have always had great care here. Very recently we had to bring our cat in for an intestinal problem, and we received sound advice and options for tests, including price ranges, in a straight-forward and sensitive way. The staff is caring and you always feel like you and your pet are special.

Shaunna Stone

Wonderful staff and vets are very experienced.

Ellen Thompson

Wonderful DR and staff! Very caring and educated in the care of our pets. Everyone friendly and want to be of help to the pet parents.

Callie C

Had to take my kitty to the vet and these folks came highly recommended by my neighbors. I'm glad I listened. Super nice staff that was kind, caring, and most astonishing, didn't try to upsell me on everything they offered. I have had some bad experiences at other places when it came to money, so I am a little "veterinarian" shy. These nice folks changed my perspective. They took into account my finances and made recommendations about what I needed, not what could be pushed. I liked that a lot.

Jill Benoit

Dr Fisher is awesome! He is great at listening as I am new to learning about having a puppy! He has helped calm my fears and helps me as I am surviving puppyhood! Thanks Dr Fisher and team!!

Daniel Pensak

Kristi Frekkledlotus

I would highly recommend this place! Friendly and knowledgeable staff! Good with my dog. Easy to talk to. Extremely thorough. Prices are within an average range , in my opinion!

Brittany O'Keeffe

I love this clinic. Every vet I have seen there has been patient and kind. Always addressed my concerns and explained everything thoroughly. Their office staff are competent and very easy to communicate with in order to schedule appointments etc. I would recommend to friends and family in a heartbeat.

Britt Cody

We brought a stray dog (soon to become a member of our family) for her first check up. Just a few days later we had to return for a sick visit. The entire staff for both visits were thorough, sincerely concerned, and showed an obvious love for animals. They helped me get Georgia back to our car and called me that evening to check on her. I'm super impressed and grateful that we have a facility like this in our community!

Wickedlyblind 69

Our kitty was spayed. She came back with a missing front K9 and went into heat a week later!

Shasta Willson

They have been kinds and competent through the lives of four pets, going above and beyond when our beloved dog died of cancer.

Carlita Turk

So love everything about NEVH in Cornelia, GA. Boarding is top notch facility and Wynn is absolutely awesome and takes such good care of our fur babies. She is always smiling and happy to see us and that makes me feel good about leaving them for weeks at a time multiple times over the year because I know they are being loved and taken care of by Wynn and staff at NEVH. And needless to say our fur babies love Wynn and staff and are always ready to stay. I would also like to say I love all the staff at front desk, Hollis, Dr. Spencer, Dr. Cecily, Dr. Doug and the medical care we have received for our dogs has been so professional and loving. Very happy with all of our friends at NEVH. Highly recommend

Our 8 year old standard poodle, Sophie, stopped eating on a Friday. Saturday she wouldn't even eat canned cat food but was drinking water. By Sunday, she was weak and still not eating. Looking online I found that Northeast Veterinary Hospital would be opening at 1:00. I called and set up an appointment for 2:30. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly by the receptionist, continually asked if we needed anything, and totally taken care of. Sophie was seen, blood taken and the end result was she was suffering from an autoimmune disease. The vet, as well as the vet techs, were so comforting to me and my husband and gave us detailed information about Sophie's prognosis. Given all the options, we decided the most compassionate thing was to put Sophie to sleep. We were supported in our decision by this wonderful veterinarian. My husband and I were both shattered and really couldn't have gotten through this ordeal without the vet and wonderful staff at Northeast Veterinary Hospital. We are so grateful we, and especially Sophie, had them to get us through this.

Heather Altfeld

Our beloved family cat needed urgent dental care--he was barely able to chew and was in obvious discomfort. Dr. Fisher and his staff were efficient, and kind, and took their time to explain the procedures, the costs, and the environment the kitty would stay in. Additionally, they explained after-care and healing process in detail. Awesome clinic.

Brian Driscoll

Our first encounter with NEVH was unfortunately to see if an elderly scotty had cancer , and the answer was not what we wanted . We had to put the dog out of his misery . I will say that Dr. doug did try and talk us out of the 600 dollar test , but we insisted . Any way... We got a new puppy and brought him to our regular vet . We really like him . But the new scotty we got had coccidia and giardia and all the usual remedies were not effective in treating these problems . They referred us to the university in Athens where they told us the initial consult was $ 3,000 dollars . We decided to try NEVH . Dr. cicely gave us a plan for treatment for two weeks , and if that did not work , we would try the tylan powder . Well , after 8 weeks of getting up every night to walk the dog, clean the dog , clean the crate , and disinfect everything , we are very happy that the Tylan powder worked fine. He may be on it forever , but at least this "off label" medicine has done the trick . Thanks NEVH!!!

All the vets at this practice are extremely knowledgable, compassionate and cost conscious. I love the way they consult with me about my options and allow me to take part in my pet's health care. I have dogs and cats, and I take in fosters, so I have spent a lot of time at this office. They are a first class operation, and I feel fortunate that they are located in this neck of the woods.

Brenda Hart

The staff here are wonderful. Dr.Bragg and his staff made us feel welcome and were very caring and compassionate. Would recommend this vet to anyone. Thank you for taking care of my girl.

Amanda Hardy

This is a wonderful place to bring your pets.

Todd Raymond

very caring staff. prompt service. definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves their pets.

lisa hamby

Love Wynn,!! She has taken care of my babies for years and they are always so excited to see her. My dogs labradoodle and a golden doodle, can’t wait to get there when they know they are going to stay. They stay many times throughout the year. . NEVH have the best receptionists and they always are so efficient, know my dogs by name and greet them like long lost friends. Can’t say good enough things about the staff. They always make it happen, doesn’t matter how busy they are. Always coming back!!!

Raina Green

Love this clinic! Today was our second visit, and like the first, it was a great experience. They squeezed my poor sick pup into their busy schedule and the whole staff was lovely. Front desk staff was super efficient and kind, the vet tech was so sweet, and both Dr. Ben and Dr. Alison were so incredibly gentle and sweet with my dog. It never felt rushed even though they squeezed us in. I’ll be recommending them to everyone I know. Thank you!

Jordan Irvin

Very very friendly staff and treated my precious Parrot who is such a very important family member with such great respect :)

Amanda Faig

They take care of my pup quickly and professionally. I really appreciate they don't try to make you pay for things you don't need. E.g. we took my dog in for a dental cleaning recently and the vet called me after dropoff and said that honestly my dogs teeth were fine, and she didn't recommend we do it. So we saved nearly a grand that day after we had already agreed to pay it!

wendy mickels

Wonderful place you never have to wonder about your fur baby. NE Vet provides only the best care. I would not let my dogs board anywhere else. My Huskies stay here many times through the year, they are so happy to arrive they never even wait for goodbye kisses and come home like they never left. The staff is considerate, kind, and meticulous in their notes on your pets preferences, medical needs, and what makes them happy. My special needs dog get his medicine and plenty of playtime. It is hard to find a place that takes as professional approach to boarding and medicine as NE vet does.

Rene Davis

Recently moved to the area, this vet was easily spotted from the hwy and easy to find. I love that they have Sat hours, for regular patient visits at no extra charge. Front desk staff, vet assistant, and doctors were all very informative and sensitive to our scared puppy. Love that they give you three options for treatment based off your budget - a low end, mid range, and extensive treatments. They also a low you to accept or decline line items in their suggestions. Overall a great experience.

Jim Kiger

Great attention to detail and a caring staff. Our Jack Russell is in good hands.

James Couture

Competent.

LeeAnn Waller

It was Charlie's first time there. The service was stellar. We got an estimate of services before they were done. Vet and staff beyond professional... We will be back

My dearest long time friend Pepper Dog had a tumor on her leg. Dr. Pam and Dr. Rob have been our long time farm vets and recommended that we bring her to NE Vet hospital for evaluation. Sadly it was cancer and Dr. Rob was very fair in listing all our options. Due to her age we had alot to consider. We opted for front leg amputation. She sailed through surgery and despite her 129# weight was back on all three legs in remarkably fast time. All through the process Dr Pam and Dr Rob kept us informed on possible problems and all the staff at this hospital was so kind and nice. I briefly met Dr. Brooks and she was very positive also. We took Pepper back to have her stitches out and the vet tech (Melanie?) was absolutely wonderful! Pepper was recovering great and one day she started coughing and we took her back to Dr. Rob. She had alot of fluid around her heart and died that same night of an apparent heart attack. Dr. Rob and Dr. Pam both called and also sent a nice card to us as they knew we were in pain. Dr. Rob did an excellent job of surgery - you could not ask for better anywhere in the country. In addition the entire staff is knowledgeable and they don't ever dismiss you or act like you are a bother to them. They are very caring and kind. Dr. Rob and Dr. Pam are the best vets I have ever had the privilege of knowing. They take good care of our horses and when we had goats Dr. Rob came to the farm and accurately predicted triplets on an ultrasound for one of our Boer goats! The NE Vet hospital is one in a million - we are lucky to have such a high standard pet hospital in this area - highly recommend!

Katie Lohr

Staff is always friendly. We are always able to get our dog in for an appointment at the last minute. I have even called a few times to ask some general questions and the staff is willing to answer them without having us make an appointment. We are very happy with this office!

Caroline Shaw

We have been taking our husky here for several years. We primarily have seen Dr Reeves and Dr Wrycha, yet have had consistently good care with other providers, too. We love their flexible hours, reasonable fees and high quality care. They recently did a fancy remodel, which took the physical appearance from the orange and panelled 70s look to clean and modern - thankfully the things we love didn't change! We've been so thankful to Dr Reeves for the experience and skill to recognize and treat a condition in our pup that presented unusually. And we are continuing to work with NE now as we figure out another health challenge for our pup. Wouldn't go anywhere else - and we drive from Ballard!

Clarissa Haas

I've been taking pets here since I was a kid! They are always super nice and very knowledgeable!! I'm always greeted with a smile!

Share Jolliffe

I've been a client here for many years and all vets I've dealt with are caring and compassionate. The front desk staff has always been helpful, friendly and caring. An added plus is their prices are lower than the vet I used to use.

Jack Miller

Been taking our fur babies to board for several years. When we leave them with Wynn we know with out a shadow of a doubt their getting the utmost care. All the staff is friendly and always helpful.

Derrick Gough

Been there once and so far I definitely enjoyed the experience. Our vet didn't try to force extra tests or treatments on us, she was instead very realistic about what she thought was going on with our Newfie. I'm definitely going back.

Marlaina Nichols

Wonderful place! Staff is super friendly! We’ve been taking our dog here for the last 3 years. We’ve never had a bad experience. He gets his annual check ups and shots here, has been boarded here when we were on vacation, got him neutered here. I’ve even called one morning and he got an appointment the same day. Definitely recommend bringing your pet here if you want great service!

Richard Valentine

Great staff, clean neat sanitary facilities. Truly excellent veterinary doctors!

Jerrica Wright

Always a great experience! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I fully trust them with the health of my fur babies!

Steve Davidowski

Brought my Dog here for the 2 years I lived in Seattle. They were very accommodating and knowledgeable, and reasonably priced too. My dog Navi loved going to this vet, she would get excited when we would pull in the parking lot because she loved all the vet techs here.

Dr. Cecily, Dr. Bragg, Zack, Renee and the whole crew (sorry I don't know everyone's name) at NE Ga Veterinary hospital have now seen me through two dog emergencies as well as standard vet trips and allergy issues. They are super friendly and so kind to all of my babies! If you are new to the area or just looking for a new vet I highly recommend them!

Peoples KarmaSquad

Saved the life of one of my cats. Failed to recognize the symptoms of another cat that we lost. All in all a very good Vet. Hospital.

Kathy Judson

We have been taking our pets there for 10 years and the staff and doctors are wonderful! Very friendly, compassionate, and so helpful. We feel like family when we come in.

Virginia See

We just got a puppy, and we've been taking her to this vet because when we asked around about vets, this one was the one recommended by pretty much everyone who lives in northeast Seattle. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful, and our first appointment with Brownie went swimmingly. This is a great place!

Mike Grant

Always great service at the best vet in North Seattle.

Susan Patton

I have always appreciated the thorough evaluation of my dog. There are not that many Papillion breed dogs around in this area. They have some unique needs and concerns and the staff at Northeast Veterinary Hospital are aware of those needs. I believe the veterinarians experience is excellent and that does matter! When I have questions or concerns they are always willing to listen and explain.

Ruben Pnally

First off my name is Josh and my dog was chip . I had an emergency type situation on a Sunday and could not be happier with the staff that helped us . Unfortunately for us we had to have my dear dog put to sleep due to severe problems that were not improving . If you have never been to NEVH I suggest you get to know them . I have used other local vets but the staff at NEVH were the best and helped me and took great care of chip before his time was over .They spoiled him and everything . They also sent me a great card in the mail to show they cared . I promise this will now be my only vet I will use with any future animals. Thanks very much and wish I would have met sooner and under better circumstances . Josh

Laura Willits

These people have been my pets' vet since 1991. The six cats we've had in those years (two still alive) have been well cared for by Northeast Veterinary. I sometimes wish they did human health care as well.

Lori Phipps

Dr Ward is great. She really knows her stuff. You can tell she loves the animals. She explains everything clearly. The whole place is very friendly and good for your pets. We have had several dogs throughout the years and we have taken them all here. I highly recommend them.

Mary Pittman

Excellent preparation, great loving care and expert doctors and staff to provide whatever your pet might need. My Littleboy had a successful dental cleaning with no complications. Greatest place in the world to take your pet!

Roelof Nel

Very friendly and we'll priced! I trust them with my pets.

Lindsay Fuller

NEVH saved my dogs life. When Odin was 6-weeks old, he had a mystery virus that mimicked Parvo. He was extremely sick. No one knew exactly what he had, but he couldn't keep anything down and had diarrhea as well. All lab work showed severe dehydration, x-rays and ultrasound were normal. It was simply a mystery. Parvo test was negative. No one thought he was going to survive, but we gave him IV Fluids, antibiotics, anti-vomiting meds, pain meds, and sent him home with antibiotics, nausea meds, pain meds, and sub-q fluids every 2-hrs. I had Rx canned food to try to get him to eat, Esbilac puppy formula and Pedialyte to try to keep him hydrated. Follow up appointments the following morning. Again the next evening. The morning after that. Odin kept defying the odds. The bills were expensive, but the Angel Fund helped cover some of the costs. Thanks to Dr Cochran and Dr Cecily, I have my working Service Dog. He's 7-months old and doing fantastic!

My family has been taking all of our pets here since like 1988 when we got our first kittens when I was 4. I still take my pets here despite moving across town. There have been many of the same vets there all this time and we really trust them. They've seen our family (many households at this point!) through the lives of dozens of animals. We've had numerous dogs live into their teens (beyond average) - always getting routine care there. Of course they're always practical with advice when we've had to make the hard decisions.

Karen Palmer

Received excellent care for our little dog. Explained everything, gave options and prices so we could make an informed decision on treatment plan. Was there for an emergent situation. They stayed late with no complaints. Very clean facility staffed with courteous, caring and professional staff. Our first visit there-will go back for sure!

Lynn Kennedy

I started coming to Northeast Veterinary Hospital, when I was referred to them by a friend. Many of my animals have passed through their doors, however, one has needed a lot more medical attention than the others, so I would like to share his story with you. Boo Bob started loosing a dangerous amount of weight, and developed a skin condition on top of it. I knew he needed to see Dr. Cecily, so off we went. Dr. Cecily had a good hunch on what was causing his condition, but she wanted to confirm with a biopsy. When the results came back from the lab, they were different from what she had diagnosed. So Dr. Cecily personally called the lab technician to consult the findings. The lab technician did not like to be questioned, but he reluctantly agreed that her diagnosis had validity. We decided together to treat him with the medications that Dr. Cecily felt he needed; and voila, he was cured! Not only that, he went from being the ugly duckling of our cat household, to being the best looking one, of all of my cat kids!! He could be on a commercial for cat food; now! Dr. Cecily Nieh, her professional colleague & husband, Dr. Doug Nieh, and their entire professional team at Northeast Veterinary Hospital, exhibit the utmost kindness & compassion, and have the desire to go the extra lengths necessary to insure that their pet clients have the very best possible care. They have my highest recommendation, and sincere gratitude for saving my fur baby's life!! Thank you so much! Lynn Kennedy

Sorry friendly and easy to work with

Had an appointment and still had to wait 45 minutes after my appointment to be seen

Jamie Nelson

Amazing vet clinic, very friendly and knowledgeable!

Richard Hensman

Kind, understanding staff. Clearly loved my fur girl.

Sherry Cook

We were very happy with the care that Dr. Christ and the staff took with our husky, Koda. Dr. Christ was very helpful with advice on his diet. The front desk gave us great advice on pet insurance as well. This was his first nail trim and they handled him great. We will have to board our pet and were worried about leaving him for 3days. They gave us a tour and the facility is nice and clean, so we booked the VIP room. It even has a TV I think he will feel at home. We are confident they will take great care of him and we are relieved about leaving him in their care. We will be bringing him back to be neutered and micro chipped. So thankful they are close to home and they were very kind to our pet.

Kelley Archer

This is my local vet. I take both my dogs here. They are incredibly kind. Twice I screwed up on appointments and they managed to squeeze me in. My dogs have been seen by 4 different vets and each one was empathetic, compassionate, and patient with my questions and concerns. I can be a little neurotic when it comes to the health and safety of my fur babies and they have handled everything as knowledgeable professionals.

Patrick Minvielle

Used to be happy with their service.. After speaking with Brooke and explaining that I'd already called this morning to have my friends dog looked at. I wasn't given an appointment. I wasn't asked. I was told no problem.. Anyway.. Done.. Very lousy customer service.. Really too bad they got some money out of me in the past. No more..and no more referrals..

Jennifer Bundy

I switched to Northeast fairly recently, when we moved across town, and have had only two visits thus far. Based on my limited experience with them, I'm giving them five stars. The two vets I saw were very different in style from each other, but both gave me confidence that my cats were in good and competent hands. They both gave me the information I needed to make decisions about my cats' care and did not pressure me to choose more intrusive, more expensive options. The costs incurred seem about average for the services rendered. I look forward to meeting other vets at Northeast and eventually choosing one as our go-to vet.

Niall Peacock

Always a good experience. Everyone is friendly, caring and try to make a nervous animal have a better trip to the vet.

Miguel Pearson

Everyone was on time, very friendly and professional

Joanna Oster

The waiting time can be very slow for an appointment.

Just called a few minutes ago and the front desk person said BLOOD in my dog's stool which turned to diarrhea was not an urgent matter. They didn't have any appointments till Monday so I asked what I should do. She said it wasn't that urgent maybe just call other clinics. I think this is relatively urgent, maybe you could refer me to a pet hospital that takes walk ins or give some more advice?

Dr. Ward to the rescue! Talented staff and amazing docs. For a 1st opinion or a 2nd, this is place I feel comfortable in taking my children of fur.

Terry Benischek

The staff at NEVH is absolutely above my greatest expectations. The doctors and the staff compliment each other which equals excellent care for our beloved fur kids. Debbie, Hollis, Renee, Rebekah, Kris and all the others truly work especially hard to be sure that the pets and their "parents" have their needs met in a kind and caring manner. NEVH is truly a blessing to our community! We are thankful for their commitment to all their patients and the pet community!

We recently purchased a puppy and she had issues with her front leg. We took her to another vet in town to have the paw checked out and they blew it off as something small. They said she would not have any other issues, but possibly some arthritis when she is older. I decided to take our new puppy to Northeast Veterinary Hospital on a friends recommendation because the service and staff were outstanding. They EXCEEDED outstanding and were so knowledgeable & thorough. Dr. Cecily knew right away there was more of an issue to her leg than thought and helped us get to the bottom of the problem. She was there to answer any questions and was very clear on the options we had. Her knowledge and delivery of the information made me feel confident in the diagnosis. She made me feel comfortable and assured of a tough decision I will eventually have to make. If we decided to stay with the first vet and didn't get a second opinion from Northeast Veterinary Hospital our poor little pup would be in pain with no solution in sight! If you want EXCELLENT SERVICE with FRIENDLY STAFF, KNOWLEDGEABLE VETS with a COMPASSIONATE DIAGNOSIS, then this is the vet for you! I am so very grateful for everyone over at Northeast Veterinary hospital for helping me in my time of need!

Excellent service and care at all levels from receptionists, to techs, to the doctors. I would recommend this clinic to everyone. .....It is now 2019 and we still have nothing but good to say about NEVH. The care and concern shown this past Fall for our failing boy Willie was appreciated. Great understanding and sympathy was appreciated. The staff and the vets were superb. Now, well past mid-2019, we have a new rescue, Moose. He has been to NEVH twice and was greeted and treated as if he were a long-term patient. We truly recommend NEVH to anyone seeking care for their furry family-members. We will continue to use this service for both of our dogs

I really like the way they care for Bella. They are smart vets. They do want is right. I will always want to go to them when Bella needs help.

Michael Scott

Please fire kendall she is so rude to me and my family and friends.

Mary Clement

Took my dog in because he had discharge in both eyes. Instead of a simple exam and eyedrops I was charged over $500 for unnecessary tests and blood work. I will not be returning.

Wonderful and kind staff that was so patient and kind with a not-so-patient dog. They did everything in their power to make it a smooth visit and I can't see myself going anywhere else in the future

Celita C.

My fammily's dog was well taking care of. BUT the doctor we dealt with was just plain rude. Not to our faces of course, but we could hear him running his mouth in the back. Not a good way to get repeat customers thats for sure!

Paulette W Cain

Dr Cicely is so understanding in helping me deal with DM for our oldest boxer Cody. I try to make his last days peaceful and loving, all the staff know how I feel about him and support my decision to keep him safe at home for as long as possible, without rushing into a final decision. I appreciate everyone there.

Jeffrey Satterfield

I think that this is the best establishment that I have ever visited! The staff are loving, and they really are animal lovers. The prices are reasonable, and they have care not only for the animals that they treat, they love the people that bring their pets there. I have been to other veterinarians before and they simply run their practice like a business and deceitfully milk you for every penny and care nothing for you when you have a sick or hurt pet. I have used this Vet. for years and even there is about five that are closer to me, I wouldn't use anyone else.

Silly Gir.

This is the best place ever. Talk about care and concern for your pets...they are absolutely awesome. Totally appreciate everything they do for our sweet cat.

Laura Tabellini

i would give 10 stars if I could. The dog didn't want to leave the clinic!

Dave Sterling

Excellent local vet. Caring and loving staff. Always feel good leaving the pups in their care.

Tim Taylor

Roxy has a super awesome time when she gets to visit the staff here. She always leaves with one of their great organic treats, and toys.

Jana Flury

NEVH, the doctors and staff took exceptional care of my geriatric cat. They went above and beyond my expectations. I would say Vidalia was given better care than most people receive in hospitals. I would recommend them to any pet owner, Jana

Being bringing my pets here for several years. Recently been asking for Dr. Fisher because he is so caring and knowledgable. REALLY feel like he genuinely cares for my pets especially my Final Refuge Old Dog Haven foster. I recommend him very highly, just not so highly that it is impossible for me to get an appointment (kidding).

Breanne Bartok

Dr. Scire is one of the warmest, most welcoming veterinarians I've met. She was great at answering our questions, and facilitated an open dialogue to make sure all our dog's needs were met. We walked away feeling so much more comfortable about the health and well being of our dog! We went in to to check our pup for ringworm, but Dr. Scire answered other questions we had regarding dental health, nutrition, healthy weight, etc. - very knowledgable, and never made me feel like I was taking too much of their time with all my questions. Northeast Veterinary Hospital recently underwent a major remodel, and their new/updated facility has a clean, modern look to it. I appreciate their conversion to paperless! It is still nice to get a printout overview of our visit too. We've been taking our dog here for about eight months so far, and we're definitely happy with our visit and with Dr. Scire.

David Phillips

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. When I visit even for just check ups staff always seem to show the utmost care and attention. Highly recommend!

Jenny Marshall

Excellent Vet!

Anne-Marie Leon

Yesterday I was greeted pleasantly, delicious coffee available and my cat was taken back immediately for his pedicure. Unfortunately they were not short enough and I had to redo them today.

JF Coughlin

Friendly staff and we felt we were in good hands. Accommodated us on short notice. I spoke with Matthew on the phone, and he was super helpful. Penny, our attendant, is a pet whisperer — she knew exactly how to handle and calm my cats. Dr. Tweed was warm, fast and efficient and knew exactly what to do with getting our cats ready for international travel. We highly recommend this vet clinic.

Lorraine Hall

Very helpful, friendly and took care of my Bella. I have come home to them again, from being away. Love you all.

Dylan Clark

I have been taking my Labrador Retriever to Northeast Veterinary Hospital for the past 4 years and I can't imagine a better group of caring individuals to take care of my dog. I live far from the clinic, but after hearing from numerous people how great this place is I decided to see for myself. During our first visit when meeting with Dr. Fisher, I knew I made the right choice. He was so compassionate and got down on the floor to assess my dog. He did a very thorough assessment, answered all my questions and never made me feel rushed. Every visit to the clinic reinforces that I made the right decision when I choose Northeast Veterinary Hospital for veterinary care!!

Beth Timms

Dr. Pam and Dr. Rob take care of our horses and burrow. They are exceptional! Not a bad word about them. However, the owners here are goverened by the almighty dollar and do not care about people or the pets the tend to. I called to inquire about them holding my check for less than 24 hours until my payroll check could clear, oh no! How dare I ask that!!!! I hate that Dr. Pam and Dr. Rob has to work for owners that do not share their views. So, I had to reschedule a procedure that Dr. Pam said was critical for my senior dog. These owners would let a pet die before helping someone - so sad. I'm basing the 5 stars off Dr. Pam and Dr. Rob. I have never, nor will I ever let the owners handle my dogs/cats. I will pay a premium and go to an emergency service before I let them touch them. I have a fear they would inflate charges just to get that extra $$.

Dr Edwards took excellent care of our cat during his checkup.

Beth Thomason

I have been taking my fur babies to NEVH for almost 5 years. The techs and vets answer all questions, listen to any concerns and are always helpful. I think they are the best.

Leigh Thomas

Deb Hoyt

Always caring folks, staff and doctors alike. Honest, kind and understanding. I have recommended them to so many pet parents over the years. Wonderful!

Marianne Cavelti

Dr. Ben Fisher is an outstanding veterinarian, and NE is my go-to veterinary clinic specifically for the extraordinary care he provides the multitude of cats I bring his way. I've been taking ferals, strays, fosters as well as my own pet cats to him for about 7 years. He is always compassionate with the animals, spot on with his recommendations and treatments, and is willing to spend time going through best options (including lower cost options) for both the cat and the cat's caregiver. I can't recommend Dr. Fisher highly enough. I too have had my fair share of questionable experiences at NE over the last 30 years. However, if you're looking for a knowledgeable, practical, easy to communicate with, compassionate and effective veterinarian, I highly recommend asking specifically for Dr. Fisher.

David Baggett

Always pleasant to work with and highly knowledgeable.

Susan Mort

I ,highly recommend Dr. Doug, Dr. Cecily, and their staff. Professional and compassionate, they combine cutting edge treatment with an old-fashioned bedside manner for you and your best friend.
