Dr. Underwood and her staff genuinely care for your animals. They know you and your pets by name. Ask great questions to help care for all three of our Schnauzers. Love the follow up too after Millie's surgery. They keep special food supplies and medicines on hand. Very accommodating to my work schedule. 5 stars plus!!

A few points for the 5-star rating: 1. appointment time was honored (pretty close) 2. clean waiting room w/ courtesy items (coffee, cold beverages) 3. clean examining room 4. knowledgeable pre-doctor staff & doctor is impressive in knowledge and manner of communicating with pet owner.

I have never found a better vet than Dr. Underwood. She is so knowledgeable, caring, & something that is extremely important to me: aware of nutritional support & more natural therapies. She has all the best skills of a traditional vet, but is well-versed in complementary alternative practices. I also like that Dr. Underwood never rushes us or makes us feel there is a time constraint. She generously gives the amount of time needed. Very rare! The entire staff is knowledgeable & supportive. I always feel free to call with questions. There is a feeling of calm in the waiting room; it's full of natural light & helps keep Yupi the dog relaxed while waiting. You cannot do better than this for care for your beloved pets!

I have taken my 3 Persians to Mill Creek & my Black miniature Schnauzer for several years now and had only excellent care. They take the time to make sure that nothing is missed. The care & time they gave my Schnauzer and us when we had to put him down due to kidney failure. They cried right along with us. My cats love them Too, they get only the best care

When Tess showed signs of a UTI over the weekend I took her in first thing Monday morning with no appointment. Despite already having a hectic day the entire staff at Mill Creek was cheerful and supportive, squeezing her in for a needed exam and treatment. Fabulous place!!

Dr. Underwood saw our little puppy dog Clara for a kennel cough. She was super nice, knowledgeable and understanding!! She was willing to take us in for a second visit last minute on a Saturday. She went above and beyond to call in the helpful medication with a local pharmacy. Dr Underwood even called the pharmacy to make sure they kept open for us. Dr. Underwood is very professional. The facility was nice and clean, the vet assistant carefully handled our dog and accommodated our one pound puppy!! Overall a big Thank you to Dr. Underwood, the whole team at Mill Creek office!!

Mill Creek Veterinary Hospital is the greatest!!!! Dr. Underwood and her staff are more understanding than most clinics I have ever visited. I have a less than friendly dog and instead of referring us to someone else, Dr. Underwood and her staff worked wonders with her in her diagnosis. When she was later attacked by the neighbor's dog, they saw us right away the next morning and "patched up" my ill-tempered fur baby. Kudos to Dr. Underwood and her invaluable staff! I love them!

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Underwood and staff. As soon as we open the front door, the staff is smiling and greeting us. The care received is unique to an individual's symptoms, what ever the medical scenario may be. Dr. Underwood's treatment and explanations displays competence and compassion. She methodically takes the time to rule out the worse, while keeping treatment and procedures affordable. Best of all, she remains patient and dumbs things down anytime I ask silly questions in an attempt to obtain a better understanding of my pet's condition. I respectfully recommend Mill Creek to anyone.

! ~ Warning ~ ! Bait and Switch Con Gave a price to my daughter to have her cat spayed then jack the price up at time of pick up... Then Make her apply for a credit card to pay the bill they Jacked up !!! and they wont send notification of the spaying till the Jacked up bill is payed in full..... I had my Dogs hair trimmed there a few years back and it was a Hack job so Ive not been back.
