REVIEWS OF Loving Hands Animal Clinic IN Georgia

I know there are many mixed reviews, but I have to say, from my guinea pig to my dog, I have received nothing but excellent care. My animals have been patients for 5 years and we've been lucky enough to have been seen by Dr's Roesner, McMannus and Wilson - all loving and generous with their time. I also love the front desk staff as we get nothing but smiles from Kelly. I've never felt tricked with the pricing as you always get an estimate of services and you can say no to anything you don't want to have done. Personally, while this clinic may be a bit more expensive, I believe you get what you pay for and my animals are worth it. Thank you Loving Hands!

Wonderful place! I took my mini Husky puppy of 17 weeks there yesterday and she was just SO happy to be there. The staff is so nice and helpful, and really demonstrate their love for animals. I was looking for a local vet for my little pup, and have no need to look further. Highly recommend :)

I understand it's unfortunate to have to rate a company so low but I honestly have never been so frustrated! I have a family member who is on life support in another state so I needed to quickly get my dog a bordetella shot because I was going to have to leave her at boarding while I was out of town. I made my appointment a few days in advance and of course couldn't predict it would be raining on the morning of my appointment. If you've ever driven in the area while it's raining you understand that traffic sucks enough when it's sprinkling and this morning it was pouring so you can imagine how bad that was. I don't go to Loving Hands because it's convenient, nope, I pass about 12 vet clinics on my drive down to their Alpharetta office, I drive that far because I had heard so many glowing reviews of their service and I love my dog enough to give her the best care around. Back to the rain, because it was raining, I left my house 45 minutes before my 8:30 am appt time. I knew the drive would be slow. I did not however realize HOW SLOW, when it was 5 minutes before my appt time and I was just passing McFarland on HWY 9, I phoned the office to let them know traffic was really backed up and I would be late or need to reschedule. The staff member told me, no problem, when do you think you'll be here, the doctor has another appt at 9. I told her I would be there as soon as possible but probably 5-10 minutes late. I arrived at 8:41 so 11 minutes past my scheduled appt time. I checked in and walked the waiting room with my dog (she gets nervous at the vet) after 5 minutes of standing around another staff member comes out and informs me that I will have to pay a "fit in fee" I told that staff member that I called and was informed running late wouldn't be a problem and that I would've just cancelled if I knew I was going to pay a fee. Now I would like to point out that the staff member I originally talked to did stick up for me and inform the 'new' staff member that I did call and that she did tell me it was okay. She the 'new' staffer stated I was too late and would have to pay a $35 fee if I wanted to be seen right then. I was shocked and saddened that the vet I had used since moving to the area and the vet that my dog knows and the vet that came so highly recommended by anyone I know who owns a German Shepherd would treat a customer so horribly. I told them that I would just cancel my appointment and take my dogs vet records and leave to find a vet that could fit us in without the fee. I can't say I've ever been blown away with the service at the clinic and after today will be taking my business elsewhere. As it was, after telling them to cancel my appt and having the manager come and decide to waive the "fit in fee" I did still go forward with the vaccination at the office because I was there and because I really do need to get my dog in boarding so that I can make the trip to see my dying family member, but my bill at the office for the one vaccine and then a booster for a vaccine that isn't required but they gave anyways was over $89, I can be treated much better and pay a much lower fee somewhere closer to my home so that is what I'll be doing.

Wanted to charge $30 for being 15 mins late, Friday at 5:30, after 1.5 hrs stuck in traffic. No compassion, no business from me.

I've been taking my pets to Loving Hands for many years now. They are always accommodating and take very good care of my pets.

All I can say is Dr. Hall is the best and most caring doctor that we have seen at Loving Hands Animal Clinic. Our dog Bailey had to be medicated just to get yearly shots and boosters. We made a total of 3 visits to make this happen. Two visits with Dr. Hall and she squeezed us in today to make this happen and took so much time with our Bailey, even when the shots had been accomplished she spent another 15 minutes just hugging and loving on her in hopes that she will be more relaxed next time. Thank you Dr.Hall, we appreciate your time, your caring and love towards our dog!

Denise Grizzle

My mother took her 6 week old puppy there because she stopped eating and wasn't acting right and was told there was nothing wrong with her. They didn't take an xray or check her blood sugar. They wanted to start giving her shots. The next morning she was worse and we took her to another vet and her blood glucose was extremely low and the xray showed pneumonia. The puppy died. I would NEVER take an animal to this vet. He should've checked her thoroughly.

Loving Hands Animal Clinic is great! The staff always treat my dog, my kids, and myself with respect. My dog is loved on during our visits. The staff is patient, gentle, and kind. All options are always discussed with me prior to any service being preformed on my pet. I feel every staff member truly cares about the health and well-being of each of the pets they care for. I highly recommend Loving Hands Animal Clinic!

I would like to say how much we appreciated and love our visit to Loving Hands Animal Clinic. Dr. Hall was amazing to work with and understood our concerns regarding our rabbits health. She worked with us and even called me on her off hours when I had concerns about him not eating. She was caring and extremely knowledgeable. We will continue to bring all of our pets there in the future.

Dr. Roesner treats my pets like family. Loving Hands is a state of the art veterinarian hospital where the standard of care is unsurpassed. I wouldn't trust my pet to anyone else.

READ THIS TRUE STORY and you will see exactly why you should not step foot inside of Loving Hands Animal Clinic: Not too long ago, an incident occurred at Loving Hands that is just unacceptable when it comes to veterinary care. There were two large dogs in boarding at Loving Hands who had a history of being aggressive towards other dogs. The staff was instructed to walk the dogs separately (on separate leashes) due to the noted aggressive behavior as well as their overall size & strength. However, rather than walk them separately & keep them away from other dogs, a staff member walked both dogs together in the yard while fellow kennel staff members also leashing-walking other pets. Incidentally, the two dogs ended up attacking and almost killing another boarding dog that was being walked in the yard at the same time that they were being walked together. Dr. Roesner and “Loving” Hands saved the poor dog, but of course the management at LHAC made sure to keep everything a secret (even from the owner of the two attacking dogs) so as not to ruin their reputation. Everything about this clinic looks good on the outside, that’s for sure. But in the case of Loving Hands Animal Clinic, you most certainly CANNOT “judge a book by its cover.”

I have been taking my pets to Loving Hands for close to a year now. They have always treated my pets with exceptional care and treat them like their own. When I first started coming here I had a kitty that was limping and I did not know why. After some radiographs and two biopsies it turned out to be a form of bone cancer. They were very quick to offer advice to me (as I panicked) and we ended up choosing to amputate his leg due to the severity of the cancer. Each and every one of the doctors took such GREAT care of my Henry and I am truly thankful for that. One day several months later I came home to find him breathing oddly and noticed some vomit close by. I rushed him in and Maggie and Dr. Hall were quick to assist me. I went home with a few oxygen tanks and an oxygen cage to see if he would get better over night. The next day he hadn't improved much. It turned out that he had cancer in his lungs and we ended having to put him to sleep due to how quickly he was declining. This was a very gut wrenching experience but seeing the care and attention that Dr. Martinez, Dr. Hall and Dr. Petraitis gave him his last day with me helped ease the pain. Even though he was very young when he passed...they gave me several more months with my little man. We miss him dearly. I have 3 dogs and 4 other cats that I take to Loving Hands as well and they have treated them exceptionally well as well. I have had a few litters of kittens that I've rescued and adopted out and they were great with them as well. Loving Hands is exceptional when it comes to veterinary care.

If you are looking for a new Vet, I would not recommend this facility. Unhappy with the staff. Unhappy with how my dog was handled. We were there over 5 yrs and within the last year or so it has gone down hill.

The staff at Loving Hands is so wonderful that we continue to take our animals there even after moving further away. We've had a chinchilla, a dog, and three cats who enjoyed their care over many years. I would strongly recommend bringing your fur and feather kids here.

Kristina Michelle

I am very grateful to have found this clinic, and would recommend them to anyone. We did one office visit, and also had a senior dog put down in our home. The doctor and nurse came over and were so incredibly compassionate with this difficult time. Everything was explained to us in great detail, and the procedure was quickly done without any pain or suffering for our pup. The service they provided was impeccable and so detailed, they even sent us a card with her paw prints afterward *que the sobbing*

One of the more expensive vets in the area. I will be looking for care elsewhere. Final straw was calling to get one of my dogs, who goes to a different vet, in for a nail trim. When I asked about sending her vaccine records over I was told my dog would have to see one of their vets before getting anything done. When I asked if there was a fee I was told the fee would be their standard examination fee.... for a nail trim? How ridiculous is that?! When I took my other dog in for a regular checkup, I was pressured into getting a flu shot. I pushed back a few times and was finally guilt tripped by the vet. I don’t like being pressured especially after politely declining. Another review mentioned nickel-and-diming customers to death and I agree. I called around to other locations to price shop and this vet is one of the more expensive in the area. Supposedly the higher prices are due to the “level of care” but I don’t find the care to be superior to other vets.

They are the best. Loving, giving, caring beyond the norm or expectation.

Took my adopted cat for her first vet visit few months ago. I dropped off my cat for vaccination, exam and grooming. It took them 7 hrs to get everything performed. Stressful situation for my cat. They had some kind of meeting during noon which caused delays. I was only told about it when I went to drop off my cat, and not during appointment scheduling. 2 hrs after dropping off my cat, I received a call requesting authorization to administer a sedetive. The initial option provided was really expensive, so I asked for alternative option. They came back almost 45 mins later with a much cheaper option, which I requested to administer. They could have provided both options at the same time, so my pet can spend less time at the vet. However when I had a couple of follow up questions few fays later, the nurse and vet promptly responded.

Loving Hands has been wonderful! When my dog was clearly suffering, Loving Hands was able to get us an appointment the same day. They take the time to explain everything to you, answering all of your questions in a competent and respectful manner.

They did a great job grooming my big boy Luey and the price was awesome for a just a bath and brushing him. I'm so happy with the results he smells so good and his fur is so soft. I'm so happy to know that I can take my cat to one spot to get his check up with the vet and groomed. Thank you for taking such good care of my big boy

Staff was very nice and I was able to get in on my lunch break. Thank for making my fur baby better!

Awful, save your money and stress on your animal please. Charged $500 and diagnosed wrong; got second opinion for $125 at Crabapple Knoll and problem fixed,! Please take your furr babies to Knoll , you will not be disappointed!

Lauren

Staff was friendly but I won't be coming here again. They only care about money and try to guilt trip you into paying. They racked up the prices before they even knew what was really going on. X-rays didn't find anything, but they wanted me to spend more money on another procedure to double check it. Fast forward and my pet has had two healthy check ups elsewhere with no issues! Nothing was ever wrong.

Green Eggs And Ham

I brought my kitten in for her first check up, they said she was completely healthy, 24 hours later she passed away in their care. Not only that but they're charging me about $250 for that. I've also called in 3 seperate times to schedule the same check up for my parrot and they keep telling me I'm not on the books. Keep in mind the first time I scheduled was in person! These people have showed zero compassion towards me even though they constantly are messing up. Horrendous service, don't bring your pets here unless you want to get a constant run around or a dead pet.

I’ve been with Loving Hands Animal Care for many years. They’ve treated my animals as the members of the family they are. No judgement, no outrageous fees, just excellent veterinary care. When my eldest dog, Max, got cancer, they helped every step of the way including staying in touch with the hospital he was having surgery in. Dr.’s Hall, Mcmanus and Roesner have all seen my furkids and even though they see hundreds of cats and dogs (and other wildlife!) they spend the right amount of time with us to ensure my questions are answered, with compassion. That being said, the Staff of Loving Hands is wonderful too. In fact, when I went to pick up my dog from boarding on Sunday (great boarding care), I left my purse on the counter! Of course it had my phone in it, so when they tried to call me, yeah….. +1 vote for keeping landlines =). Callie VERY GRACIOUSLY brought the purse to my house later after they closed. I was literally just calling my phone to see where it was! Callie rang my doorbell, I was so excited I hugged her. That is going so above and beyond, there are no words other than THANK YOU CALLIE!!! While I hope no one is as absent minded as I am, I am so grateful there are people like her in the world. ❤

My bird was sick and I chose to get a fecel test. They told me they would contact me about the results but they never did. I called the office but they still didn't give me the results. They made me feel bad for not spending $809 to save my birds life. Funny thing is I went to my breeder and for 30 dollars she saw my bird and told me everything I needed to know to get her back healthy again. Now my bird is great no thanks to Loving hands clinic

Great doctors and staff! They have a pleasant and knowledgeable group of people. Tristen at the front desk is especially great. She makes you feel welcome and comfortable the moment you walk through the door. Very helpful and accommodating. I know my pets are in great hands here.

The Nickel and Dime Animal Hospital... Came here 2 times for 2 exams for our dog in March and April, for his knee and overall check up. Came back today (June) to get shots, was quoted $85 on the phone, made an appointment for this afternoon. After the nurse/Tech comes in then they bought an estimate of $130. They are wanting to charge for another exam even ($62) though we just needed shots. They the lan stated on Thursdays (which is today) they offer 50% off shots. Then, I said ok let's do that! Then she proceeded to then say it's only in the morning, sorry you would have to come back next Thursday. Told her I travel and work during the week that won't work. Asked if they would then honor the pricing they quoted over the phone since they didn't disclose the terms, and pricing and other discounts on the available both over the phone and in person. They said No! We will not be visiting this clinic again and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. If you want to be gouged on price, and not have a compassionate Vet, and feel like you are buying a used car, then this is your place.

I have been so impressed with the veterinarians and staff here. The vets are very knowledgeable about exotic pets and so caring. Dr. Joanne Roesner and Dr. Stephanie Hall are so great with my bunnies and spend time answering all my questions and trying to help me in anyway they can. The staff is super friendly. The clinic hours are accommodating to most any work schedule.

Took my puppy in today for vaccines and had a great experience there. Dr. Hall and Morgan were more than thorough and very warm. They made the appointment more than awesome!

Dr Joanne Roesner performed a wellness check on my new Sun conure baby. She was very thorough in her exam, as well as informative on how to raise a baby bird. She took her time, and explained things as she went. I never felt rushed.

Sorry state of making money thats it !! You go for a vaccination they will push you for doctor check up which is not required and wont even be curtious to honour their coupons !! Shall never go back again !!!!

Beautiful facility and great staff. I would recommend having your pet treated here if you want them treated with love and care.

Kevin Krider

I highly recommend this place. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The vet was very knowledgeable, and she took the time to go over everything with me and answered any question I had.

Tara Ruiz

The WORSE animal clinic I have ever been in contact with! The staff is super rude, no one follows up and the services are less than veterinary quality. I contacted them about imaging and the front desk gave me and attitude in regards to me wanting estimated pricing. I contacted several veterinary practices and got what I needed to make an informed decision. This place is disgusting! Don’t go somewhere in which they throw a fit over giving you pricing. There are many veterinary practices whom are transparent on giving you what you need beforehand! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS PLACE!!!!

I recently moved into the area and was looking for veterinary care for my Guinea Pig. Through various internet searches and phone calls I stumbled upon loving hands animal clinic and scheduled an appointment for my Guinea Pig. I was thrilled with the service. They were very kind and took very good care of him. We are now adopting a dog and I cannot wait to take him to Loving Hands. They are very much like a family. I would highly recommend them.

Just came back from having my dog checked up for the first time at this facility. I really do think that the staff at Loving Hands live up to their name as we were provided with nothing but exceptional service throughout our visit! We've never been to a local Veterinary hospital that wasn't Petsmart and I have to say... I wish I had switched over earlier! Loving Hands is so much more convenient and way more professional than Petsmart. I am impressed. Thank you for taking such good care of Hana! Will be a returning customer.

My daughter got a hamster for Christmas and therefore named her Noel. She was very special to my daughter but unfortunately Noel fell ill less than a month after she came to our home. Dr. Joanne was so incredibly patient and compassionate to my 12 year old. She explained to her that it was of not anything that my daughter did but most likely the hamster was sick when we bought it. Dr. Joanne answered all of my daughter's questions, brought the hamster back to her to say goodbye, and told her she would put a glitter heart on her blanket...she even asked my daughter what color glitter she wanted :) Dr. Joanne explained to my daughter how lucky Noel was to have someone who loved her and took such good care of her for the last month. In addition, the front office and techs were compassionate and patient. I know it was just a hamster, trust me we are dog people too and have a Goldendoodle, but this little pet was so very important to my daughter and I can't thank Dr. Joanne and the staff at Loving Hands for being so wonderful during our time of grief. THANK YOU and I would give Loving Hands 10 stars if I could!

My new kitten was showing signs of an eye problem so I quickly took her to Loving Hands. She was prescribed a strong steroid that was apparently recalled, and never supposed to be used on cats (ESPECIALLY a small kitten that is .4 pounds). Within 24 hours her eye was much worse, and extremely swollen. We ended up taking her to the emergency vet who told us about the recall of the steroid and that this medication should not have been given in the first place as it was probably the reason for the such extreme inflammation. Overall, I am as disappointed in reaction of the office as I was the service. We called to tell them of our concern for them prescribing this out to other kittens, as well as our own. The response was a dry and impersonal. Thank goodness the emergency vet treated my kitten so well and quickly, and we hope her vision will not be permanently affected by this experience...

I can't say enough good things about LHAC. Our dogs are part of our family and LHAC has been our vet/boarding facility for over 10 years. Dr. Hall is hands down the best vet ever! It is hard in this day and age to find someone so passionate, dedicated and caring and compassionate when it comes to animals. Dr. Hall has multiple times gone above and beyond when it comes to the care of our personal pets. She is so knowledgeable and experienced but most of all, conveys love and compassion for our pets. She goes out of her way to make sure that animals are comfortable, especially after surgical procedures. She is always available to answer any questions or concerns, and we have never been so impressed with any doctor... I know that nobody is perfect, but as a veterinarian, Dr. Hall is as close to perfect as we will ever find. We are so grateful and thankful that we can rely on her and all of the staff at LHAC. I love that we can board our pets and trust that they will be well taken care of. Our pets love LHAC - so do we - and if you give LHAC a try, you will love them too! For as long as we live in Atlanta, we will never go anywhere else!

I have been going to Dr. Joanne Rosner and Loving Hands since 1998 and was shocked to read some of the review posted. I recently lost my precious 19 year old Lucy who was a Tonkineese. Lucy had the best care known to man. Joanne took Lucy home with her so many times throughout the years went Lucy need special treatment. The staff have always been very kind and Jane, who is a very special person at Loving Hands, is more like family. Dr. Mary Schick, who is a specialist, sent Lucy and me to Dr. Rosner all those years ago and I would NEVER take my babies to anyone but her. Dr. Rosner gave me her home phone number years ago and until January of this year I had never used that number. Joanne had taken Lucy home with her for several days to see if we should continue treatment and then Joanne let me take Lucy home to see how she would respond. My husband and I realized that night, hard as it was, that we loved Lucy enough to let her go. I called Joanne at home the next morning at 7:30 to tell her what was going on. Joanne wasn't working that day but told me to be at the clinic at 8:30. She checked Lucy out and we agreed it was time. I held Lucy while everything was done and Joanne held my hand. This wasn't the first time she was there for my babies and me and we had gone through this 6 years ago with another baby. Two years ago, right before Christmas, we lost Lucy's brother Elwood. I had to board Lucy, and my other 3 Tonks but one of the nurses knew how upset I was to leave Lucy at her old age and be away right after loosing Lucy's brother. Amanda, the nurse, sent pictures of my babies daily with her I-Phone and sent me updates on how my babies were doing. This isn't a clinic that doesn't listen and doesn't care. They care and if their prices are a little higher you have to decide what is more important. Do you love your fur babies or are you trying to save a few dollars. If your animals do not come first then don't go to Loving Hands. Find a cheap vet who doesn't care about anything but getting you in and out. If you love your animals as if they are you children then you run as quickly as you can to Loving Hands. I will be getting my new kitten in 10 days and have already made the New Kitty Check with Dr. Joanne Rosner. For years when talking to my babies she always says "Aunt Joanne will take good care of you". These are people who care and who truly love taking care of animals. I can't think of another vet in Georgia who would take care of animals as Dr. Joanne does much less than them to her personal home when they are sick. SO - for those of you who think you had a bad experience you do need to find a cheap vet because it is obvious that your fur babies are not as important to you as they are to the loyal people who go to Dr. Rosner. I have recommended Loving Hands to so many folks I couldn't count them. I do not live close to Loving Hands and there are times when it has taken me over an hour to get there but I have NEVER experienced anything but concern and caring. I will continue to recommend Loving Hands and know that so many others feel the same way. As long as I have my fur babies I will gladly make the drive to Loving Hands.

I've trusted this place for years for specialized care of my bearded dragon with health problems. Dr. Roesner is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We have also boarded our beardie hear and he recieved excellent care. Furthermore, the free classes they offer every few weeks are educational and fun.

As an intern at the Loving Hands Animal Clinic, have I not only witness the excellence, but I have been supported in accomplishing my dreams to becoming a veterinarian. The veterinarians continue to inspire me to strive towards excellence through their outstanding practice. Besides witnessing the excellence and passion behind the door, I have been a client with my parakeet for the past couple of years. I feel very secure putting the life of my best friend in their hands without a doubt.

I couldn't say enough good things about this clinic. Our experience with Dr. McMannus, Dr. Roesner and the rest of the staff at Loving Hands has been utterly amazing. They have taken a terrible situation involving our dog and brought professional care and comfort into it. I was blown away when Dr. Roesner offered to take our dog to her personal residence after surgery to help us out financially and avoid an over-night care bill. It was the definition of a class act. I can also say that this business isn't just existing to collect money either. They have been gracious enough to keep our tab open and on hold so we can figure out if another vet's insurance will be able to cover to sizable invoice we've racked up so far. On top of that, they been incredibly reasonable with their fees, especially when you consider they spend about 2 hours every other day changing out our dog's full body bandage and only charge us $60.00. You can tell when a business is run by people who actually care, and this is a vet that I would recommend to anyone I know or love. They have been OUTSTANDING in the truest meaning of the word. I've never been to another vet that has been as flexible, personable, professional, and kind-hearted......and I've been to quite a few vets recently!! I literally cannot say one bad thing about this place and we've been there about 12 times over the past couple of weeks!

I’ve been a customer at Loving Hands for over 10 years. All the doctors are great especially Dr. Rosner. They are very caring and professional. Pricing is on the higher side but you get what you pay for.

Where do I start? I work in animal rescue and was introduced to Loving Hands over a year ago when I adopted a very sick senior dog from the rescue. He went through Heartworm treatment and 2 very serious cases of pneumonia in the first few months. I cannot express how much I love this vet. They have taken such great care of all my dogs (I have 5 that go to Loving Hands) and truly care about each of them like family. I would not trust my babies with anyone else. They have the best veterinary doctors in the Atlanta and I never have to wait more than a day or 2 to get my animals in for an appiontment. Dr. Joanne Roesner is a dear friend at this point, due to the level of service her clinic has provided up to this point. I know several people in rescue that drive an hour or more just to bring their pets to Loving Hands. There is so much more I could tell you, but you should probably find out for yourself. :)

Staff is good but it is very expensive. My total bill was over $300 what I was quoted. Guess they forgot to include the line item for cytology. It wasn’t mentioned or discussed. Roughly $1,000 on a standard canine wellness and new flea/heart worm medication. Felt taken advantage of. Time for me to find another option. Edit: I was contacted by the office and we went over my quote/bill dilemma and it was resolved quickly and accurately. They take care of their customers!

Great place with great people who will really take care of your pets. Their prices are hard to beat and they will take care of almost any pet you might have furry, scaly, slimy, feather. You name it they can help.

I've been a client of Loving Hands Animal Clinic for several years. The doctors are always caring, attentive and spends plenty of time with their clients, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. After every visit, I receive a phone call from the staff, checking on the welfare of my dog. The name of the company truly speaks for itself. I would like to give a special "thank you" to Groomer, Jillian. Her work is exceptional. My Schnoodle, Addy, suffers from serious skin issues due to allergies, so her hair was a mess when I brought her in. I briefly described to Jillian what I was envisioning and left it totally up to her good judgment as to how to cut my dog's hair. Jillian did an excellent job in bringing back my baby's beauty! Addy and I thank you, Miss Jillian!

We had a bad experience with our previous vet and came here with our puppy Stella. The staff was exceptional, we had doctor Hall, who was phenomenal and Marla helped get all the paperwork all together from the old vet so we wouldn't have to and everyone was so sweet to our Stella and to us! She even got ice cream

I have been to the clinic because my dog was very sick. I had to leave him there and I would never see him again. I had two choices, either leave him so the docters could cure him or watch him die slowly obviously I didn't want him to die so I left him and I didn't see him since then. Its been really hard since then and I just wish I could see him again.

19 years of using Dr. Roesner for my small animal Veterinarian have flown past. Joanne Roesner has seen our pets from babies to that hard good bye. Her compassionate care has made me a loyal client. I have to drive a little farther now, and I assume there are cheaper places to go, but for me, care of my pets and the relationships built over those years is too important to switch.

jessica Ritchie

They do such a great job with our bird cinnamon we love boarding him there!!

Loving Hands has provided my family and I with the most excellent veterinary care. When I walk into their beautiful facility I am greeted not only as a respected client, but as a friend. Everyone has been nothing but kind and fair to me and my pets. I look at all the other reviews and cannot believe how rude people are, and how sadly misinformed about his clinic. they are. If LHAC ever did anything wrong they corrected it quickly and apologetically and accommodated my every need. They truly care about my pets well being and I will never go to another clinic. Sadly when it comes to Reviews on the internet, the people that get good service don't write anything but the small handful of bitter scorned people have nothing better to do then put LHAC on blast. STOP complaining about the price of LHAC. if you cannot afford care for your pet, then you shouldn't have a pet.

Great clean modern facility! Friendly Drs. Be prepared....VERY EXPENSIVE. Slooooow check in. Can’t give 5 stars because of how expensive they are.

The greatest place you could ever take a pet you love. You won’t be a customer, you’ll quickly become a member of the family. Thank you Dr. Roesner!

Used to be better. The tech was awful when I took my cat in to be put down. All she was concerned about was getting my credit card information. No kind words no sympathy nothing. I had always taken my cat in to see Dr.Joanne Rossiner but my companion of 13 years was just treated with such disrespect by the tech on duty that day I will never use them again. I even got another invoice in the mail after all that. They need to train the staff on dealing with euthanizing beloved pets. Joyce. .. the. Mom of Gus.

Even though I have never brought my pets to this facility because I manage my own animal hospital across town, I can truly speak on how exceptional the management is there. I have not only been a past employee of this hospital manager but can now consider her a friend and mentor. Even though it is not always easy, I have learned from her the value of treating people not only fairly but with honesty and integrity both with my clients as well as my employees. I have visited this hospital a couple of times and have found everyone there to be passionate about the animals they care for, excited to be part of the LHAC family and working hard to make a difference. What more could you ask for in a family vet?

TONITA MINARCIK

Incredible staff of loving professionals. They take excellent care of my Golden Retriever Leo. Dr. Schimler is awesome! Leo is our baby and he is always in good hands here!

Brought my pet in for a broken tooth and infection. The diagnosis was correct, but the $1200.00 estimate was beyond my means. Went to a vet who does specialist work at the Atlanta Zoo. Charge was $400.00, still a gulp, but got the job done. Loving hands has a beautiful facility, but the overhead must be a frightening financial burden.
