t my time of life, owning even a cat is not easy. I life in a building for people over 60 who can pretty much live independently except that they no longer drive and, have more doctors' appointments than ever. Jones Bridge Animal Clinic has been my cat's caregiver from the time I came to Fulton County. Now I live in Alpharetta, nearer Jones Bridge Animal Hospital, but still it isn't easy to get Dolly to the vet I can't corral her because of my lack of agility at the age of 80. Dolly has a luxurious carrier, more like an RV pulled on wheels than a cramped cat carrier. Still, Dolly is reluctant to get into it. Then, there is transportation to and from the vet's office. Oh well, this time it worked out, but took nearly a month longer than I expected. Jones Bridge is run very smoothly with front desk ladies who are attentive and caring. That is true of all the people I've met there. I believe that Dolly is in good hands.

I cannot thank Jason and his team of resort staff enough. They have entertained my beloved Rajah for 3.5 years since we got him, in their "Furternity" enrichment program. The love he has received at JBAH is indescribable. I like to call JBAH furternity as Doggy Disneyland. In fact until today I had myself not fully grasped the amazing bonds that are in play here. In an odd twist of fate, I got to witness it first hand over the last two very emotional days. We lost Rajah today to an aggressive cancer. Until yesterday afternoon, my family was despairing that Rajah would not be able to pass on a happy note as he was refusing food and having trouble breathing owing to the cancer. Hoping for a symbolic visit to his happy place, we took him there one last time yesterday...and magic. I have video evidence of a dog on his deathbed playing and loving on humans and dogs alike like it was just another regular happy day. He had a peaceful night, and this morning got another hour of playing and bidding farewell to all at JBAH, before we let him move on. To my dear friends at JBAH, thank you for letting Rajah transition on a happy note and leave us with dignity. I will be forever indebted to you. Thank you also for showering him with so much love over the last years - his 4 short years with us were incredibly well lived in large part thanks to you.

My compliments to the doctors and staff at Jones Bridge Animal Hospital! My dog is ten years old and has received outstanding care here. When I've needed an urgent appointment, they made room for me in their schedule. When my dog needed surgery, they followed up with phone calls at home. When I've had to board my dog, they provided tender loving care in my absence. They give plenty of time during my dog's appointment for me to ask the vet questions, and I feel that the level of medical care has been EXCELLENT! This is the best vet hospital I've ever been to! Poor advice led to my dog suffering and dying rather than euthanizing. Pry on knowing how much you love your dog. Vet went on vacation without our knowledge the day after our pet was put on a "food" diet for stones and the covering vet knew nothing about our case and told us she would've done things differently! Never again, never recommend.

One of the best vet experiences we've ever had. Saw Dr. Hilton on an emergency basis today. We had never been to the clinic before, but called out of desperation as our vet couldn't get us in. Called, explained the situation, and were instructed to come in immediately without hesitation. We were taken right back to a room as they could see our sweet pup was not feeling well. She was immediately evaluated and cared for. They requested we leave her for further evaluation and treatment and informed us we would be contacted in 2 hours. All happened exactly as stated. Spoke to Dr. Hilton twice by phone and twice in clinic. She was even kind enough to show us the X-ray and explain what we were dealing with. We felt welcomed by the entire staff and never felt rushed! They were so kind and accommodating! We had such a great experience, we will be switching out vet care permanently! The staff was super courteous and friendly, they offered me same day appointment options, and then the visit itself was equally pleasant. We have been taking our cats to Jones Br. Animal Hospital for many years. The veterinarians there, including Dr. Carasquillo, are very knowledgeable about cats and have helped our "senior" cats live long lives by prescribing medicine, when appropriate. . They have also helped our cat who has digestive problems by recommending a prescription cat food. All the staff at Jones Br. Animal Hospital really care about cats and dogs and provide a very high quality of care.. For dogs, there is dog training and dog "daycare" and for both cats and dogs, there is boarding.

I moved here from California 15 months ago...my neighbor referred me to Jones Bridge. I have been completely satisfied with the boarding and the TLC treatment they have shown to my Maltese Kaci. The staff is friendly and well trained. They genuinely care about the animals. They do a wonderful job of watching the animals, interacting with them, and at the end of Kaci's stay she receives a report card. I have referred several of my neighbors to Jones Bridge. I've taken two Assistance Dogs to Jones Bridge Animal Hospital for both wellness check-ups and when they're sick. Excellent, compassionate care from everyone we've met. Though we usually see Dr. Neiland, we do see others, because I want to know them in case Dr. N. isn't available IF we have an emergency. I love that they recently chose to expand services offered -- especially the pet training that truly helps a pet become and stay a family member. They even enlarged, to state of art boarding kennels! I found one dog roaming the neighborhood but could not find the other until I went to Jones Bridge Animal hospital, I asked if they had seen a black Lab and they said they had found him wandering near their office. My family and I have been going to Jones Bridge Animal Hospital since 2005. They have taken wonderful care of both of our dogs and now our cat, keeping the oldest dog alive and well for 17.5 years. A recent renovation to the property has brought enticing amenities for the extended-stay patrons. This is a great local service organization for your pet(s) care. Lilly says she can do without the shots but it's a small price to pay for good health!

When we moved from Virginia Beach in 2008 my Maltese, Minnie was suffering from some kind of skin rash that two different vets over there couldn't cured for over year after using all kinds of medicines for her. It only took one visit and one prescription from Dr Carrasquillo and the problem was gone for good! We began with JBAH with 2 dogs who have passed on (with amazing care and help from JBAH), and now we have 2 more dogs and wouldn't think of coming anywhere else for their care. There are many vet clinics much closer to us, but we happily drive from East Cobb to get this awesome care for our dogs. Highly recommend them to anyone!

Jones Bridge Animal Hospital took very good care of my dog Morgan. Their staff is exceptional and they truly love animals. Vet Tech Mallory McPherson got down on the ground with my dog to make sure she was comfortable (she gets very anxious at the vet like other doggies) during her visit. My dog had a cancerous lump and had to get surgery. Prices were good and the care was amazing. Dr. Harris communicated well and expressed true concern for my dog. She was very patient with all my questions which made me feel comfortable. Absolutely one of my best vet experiences ever! Highly suggested for others! I haven't used their dog day care yet but I always see them letting the dogs play outside so I feel good about using that service in the future.

I was with Abbotts Bridge/camden Village previously and once Dr Travis left, they went downhill fast I had heard about how great Jones Bridge was and made an appointment, i am so glad i did. Every Vet i have seen has been very professional and their bedside manner was phenomenal along with the front desk and Vet techs. Dr C has been able to nurse my 10 yr old Vizsla Kona back to health. The staff calls you to check on your pet. They just did a big customer appreciation week with different food, prizes, and cookout. I am so glad we found them, i will never go elsewhere.

Jones Bridge Animal Hospital has been great with our dogs. One of our dogs has had a complex UTI type of problem. Dr. Hilton has gone above and beyond to try to figure out what is causing it while trying to balance the cost. Dr. C has also been great with our dogs as well. I was surprised on the service I received because this place had such positive reviews, which is why I choose to go to them. I had called for an emergency appointment and they said they had an appointed time for me to come in the next day. When I came in everything seemed so disorganized. Once the vet came in to take a look at my pet, she was missing her assistant and had to go find one. When the doctor stepped out, two different vet technicians were constantly coming in and walking back out not knowing what's going on. I was kept waiting for 45 minutes with no one to check up on me. The entire time I was there for an exam a few shots took 2 and half hours!!!! I run a practice with patients and I know that the first thing about running behind is to apologize to your patients for the wait and if there is anything they need. When I was asking what was going on the front desk ladies didn't seem to know or really care. I was hopped from room to room because they were busy. Then when they told me the bill I wanted to know what the break down of services was and the lady at the front got snippy with me, questioning why I was bothering to ask. I don't care who or what services your providing, I have a right to know WHAT I am paying for in a break down without getting an attitude in return. Although, I was an emergency patient everyone around me seemed to be getting in and out happy with no issues, but I was treated like I was non-existent, shoved in the corner and I don't appreciate that level of service regardless of what I am there for. If I am there for the first time, offices need to make sure that 5 star service is given because they need to project a proper first impression to gain further business. I know because I run my own practice and that is the first thing I don't tolerate is new patients waiting, not being checked up on when they are waiting, and not given A quality service. I was hoping to make this my vet clinic for my pet's but first impression was not good and I won't waste anymore of time to find out if it was just an isolated incident.
