Called to get information and several receptionists were rude and just had a bad attitudes when asking about information.

I live in Suwanee and this place is worth the 50 minute drive!! Dr.Brantley, Dr. Padgett and all the staff are incredible. I won't take my fur babies anywhere else!

I LOVE Gwinnett Animal Hospital! Everyone is always so nice, from the Receptionist to the Vet Techs and of course, the Vets. You can tell they actually like animals which should be a given but sadly is not always the case. I've been going to them for a little over a year and as I was moving to the area, I did research for Veterinarians who knew the Italian Greyhound breed; the breed is very sensitive to anesthesia and having a Vet who is already aware makes it a lot less stressful for things like dental cleaning. They assured me before I became a client that they had several IG clients and every time I come in, it's obvious they know the breed! Not only that but they do what's best for YOUR PET, not their wallet. Any medications, they go through how it will affect them or what the studies say. Dr. Harris even even advised me to wait another year for a teeth cleaning b/c my dog's teeth are still clean and healthy. Everyone there always goes out of their way to make sure my dog is as comfortable as possible. They talk TO her, which sounds silly but really makes a difference! I highly recommend Gwinnett Animal Hospital and the only negative thing I can think of to say is that their benches are too narrow ;)

There is not a better animal hospital anywhere. We have used Dr. Churchill for 15 years and only wish that we could get the same care when we see our people doctors. Our puppies just wag their tails as soon as they walk in the door.

We love Dr. Churchill and the staff at Gwinnett Hospital, they have taken care of my pets for the last 10 years. Highly recommend!

I moved further away several years ago and my dog has been to several vets my way, but have decided to come back. The last years of my dog’s life will be at this vet, there the best in my opinion!

I cannot say enough good things about this practice! Last night we came across a stray dog in very bad condition. His was skin was crawling with fleas, he has an ear infection, he doesn't seem to hear well, he is terribly thin, he has cataracts and his tail was bleeding. We sheltered him for the night and took him in to the office this morning. They were so good to him! Not just one staff member, ALL of them! They kept him for the day to clean up and treat, when we picked him up they answered all our questions and gave us good information before taking him home. No animal deserves the neglect this poor boy has been through, but the I feel like we are not alone in caring for him. Dr. Padgett and staff, thank you so much for all you your help!!!

My family has been taking our pets to this veterinary office for years. We have had a cat, three dogs, and a ferret, and all of our animals have been treated well. Unfortunately, we have had to put down our ferret and cat, and Gwinnett Animal Hospital was very respectful of our family and helped through the grieving process by doing little things like mailing a condolences card and offering the option to take a clay imprint of the animal's paw. Dr. Harris is one of my favorites for our dogs because he makes them more comfortable by getting down on their level, sitting on the floor, petting them, and talking to them. He is very knowledgeable about canine health, and he offers treatments/suggestions that won't break the bank. Overall, this office is a good choice if you are trying to find a trustworthy vet.

After being turned away from Gwinnett Co. Animal Control and price gouged by Eastside Animal hosp., Gwinnett Animal Hospital was willing to put down a severely injured cat for us at a discounted rate as I do not currently have an income. After I explained the situation, the very pleasant receptionist spoke with the doctor and they agreed to help. Unfortunately, the cat passed away within minutes of our conversation. It is a shame that this cat had to suffer as long as he did at the hands of Animal Control and Eastside Animal hosp. Gwinnett Animal Hosp. has always done a great job with my own cats and I would recommend them with the highest of praise. They are kind and compassionate and put the animals needs first.

Dr. Brantly is a holistic vet on staff and worth the visit. He was recommended to me by a chiropractor for dogs. My elderly lab/rhodesian mix suddenly contracted Old Dog Vestibular Disease and even though my pup was walking normally, he was too nauseous to eat. Dr. Brantly met with us for almost an hour, getting the full story before treating my dog. We went with an aquapuncture treatment, involving B12. My dog was eating normally by the next morning.

Best place ever to take your little one. Super clean. The staff is super friendly, by the second visit they know you and know your pet names. Dr. Harris is the best. He will take care of your baby and answer all your questions. Last time after he check up our little six months old maltichon for a follow-up for ear infection. Our puppy started playing with him none stop. We were asking for advices and he sat on the floor petting him and playing with him, something that our puppy don't do with anybody, he even want to stay with him. You can tell how much they love what they are doing. Thank you so much Dr. Harris, the vet whispering

I've been bringing all of my pets here for over a decade and have received nothing less than the highest standard of care and customer service. Everyone here is top notch at what they do. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

Got a missed call from here, when I returned it, the lady who answered was very rude and had a very bad attitude. I'm sorry for calling you back?
