Highly....HIGHLY recommend this vet. I have a big lab shepherd mix and he goes there. Every place I went before he had to be sedated to get his nails trimmed. Their techs are so awesome, with some gentle care and experience, they don't have to sedate. We go over my dogs record everytime. Thorough check ups. And one thing that is always good, very affordable. No extra work is done. No expensive recommendations. THEY DO WHATS RIGHT FOR YOUR PET. Not their bank account. I have always had pets and I always recommend Faulkville.

Every bit of the experience of getting my foster dog neutered was great. Everyone is so personable and kind. They really care about the animals. They explain post op instructions clearly and concisely. They even followed up with a phone call the next day to make sure he was doing well. It was reassuring to know I was leaving him in good hands. They made me feel so comfortable about his care while he was there. Highly recommend.

Went in to get flea pill for 2 dogs, in the process they tell me I can't get heart worm med. Until the vet See's them, another 100.00 dollars, it is amazing how everybody that owns a business now thinks they can put you over a barrel to make you spend more money, guess they don't think that you can go to pet smart or any other outlet to get the same dam thing cheaper . Infuriating!!

One of THE BEST vets I've ever had the pleasure to know and treat my dog. We recently had an emergency situation with a new rescue dog. Their emergency team was so caring and quickly worked to save my dog. The vet worked hard and took the time to understand what was going on with him and determine a proper diagnosis. It has been a couple weeks since our little dog got sick and we had our world turned upside down. Our dog got sick and we went to our regular clinic and they wanted an arm and a leg to run tests to find out what was going on with her. On the advice of a friend we came to Faulkville and we are so glad we did. The staff is so caring and compassionate towards us and our pet, they cared more about us than their bottom line. Unfortunately the was little that could be done but all options were given and discussed with the vet. Due to the age of our dog and what was going on with her the decision was made to make her transition smoothly. The staff was so kind, so understanding and so caring they made the process bearable. I would recommend this clinic to anyone with a pet and thank the staff for being amazing people.

I have had nothing but great experiences and life saving performances for my "kids" at Faulkville Animal Hospital. They were recommended to me over 2 yrs ago by a Professional Dog Person. When my older dogs became sick down the road due to diabetes and other genetic issues that were life threatening, they were the MAC Daddy in A PLUS service. From the front desk all the way to the top, I have nothing but gratitude and praise for this place. I have had all three different vets work on my dogs and they all have performed way beyond my expectations...I have very high expectations! Thor, Layla and Gunner are still here today because of this wonderful facility. I like to refer to them as the May Berry Vet bc of how friendly they are and how much they want to help and love your animals.You also get to know the staff and your not just a number. The prices are very reasonable and they do not try to up-sale you on things that you don't need like some of the other vet places in the area. They focus on what is best for your family and the pet. I have had follow-up calls with each animal and things that went way beyond the job description with their vets and staff. I highly recommend this place! You won't be sorry!

Wonderful animal loving office. I would highly recommend. We had a bit of a misunderstanding with the receptionist and the allergy tests they provide for dogs but I can not knock them on that. The vet staff was wonderful with my boy. I have had bad experiences with other vets because I have a GSD and people tend to give them negative connotations but not with Faulkville they were very understanding of the breed and asked alot of questions prior to forcing introductions with too many people or other pets.

In November our dog was sick. I called her regular vet and they could not see her for 2 weeks. My son recommended Faulkville to me. I did not believe she would make it though the weekend much less 2 weeks. When I called Faulkville and explained her symptoms they got her in the same day. The doctor and staff were so good to us. They even sent us a condolence card with her foot print. They never met us but they went above and beyond at such a difficult time. They will always have our business. We now have 7 month old puppy and they are so good with her.

Dr. Neumann is amazing with Titus and Blaise and you can see that she truly cares about them and, though the entire staff is great and we enjoy them all, Sophie is our favorite tech- she's just a genuinely awesome person and treats our "kids" like her own. You get this very welcoming, warm feeling out of everyone at Faulkville; they know our babies and that's saying something these days. Bonus:the dogs love their vet and Sophie so no struggle when it's time to go to the vet! We wouldn't trust the twin terrors to any other doctor.

The service here was awful ! ! Dr.Moore was NOT very knowledgeable about animal eyes . I called on a Thursday trying to talk to him about the medication he prescribed for my dogs eye was WORSE than it was BEFORE I took him there . Was told he wasn't there . They are not opened on Fridays so the receptionist said she would leave the message on his desk and have him call me . He DID NOT call so I called them again . Was told he was busy and she would have him call me . Guess what , HE DIDN'T CALL . I don't understand how they have all these great reviews . Family , friends , and BOGUS REVIEWS I guess . D O N O T TAKE YOUR PETS HERE if you love them .

I've had the hardest time finding a vet.... and to be honest, this is the first place that moved quickly, lovely and at an amazing price for my American Bull Dog.. Zeus can be a bit of a handful and they took amazing care of him, after his injury. I'm grateful for finding this place and will be making this my permanent vet home for my two pups.

Been using them for our 2 dogs close to a year now. The reason I give 2 stars is because we have brought both dogs in a few times for different reasons. And to me it feels like you go in expecting a clear answer and a clear solution but I feel like I'm always told what it could be and what could help fix the issue. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for what I think it too long. I wouldn't continue to use a doctor for my kids that shruggs their shoulders when my kid is sick. But this is what really pushed me over the edge with this place. I booked my dogs to board for one night. They told me it was something like $35 for each dog so I'm thinking okay fair enough 70 bucks they watch the dogs for a night. I get there to drop the dogs and they tell me they require both dogs get flu shots in order for them to stay. Okay well morning of the day I leave right. What choices do I now have. $35 each shot... So now my price jumps from about $70.00 to $140.00... okay jump to pick up day I get my dogs and ask the receptionist how long the shots are good for. She says I need to do a booster shot in 3 weeks and it's good for a year after that. I ask okay is that included in what I paid? Nope it's 35 dollars each dog again!! So now a simple one night stay for my dogs Wich in my mind is $70 jumps to 140 and now to $205 ish because nobody wants to tell you things in advance. My patience is up with them.

We have used Faulkville Animal Hospital for all our pets needs since shortly after they opened. We've always found the staff to be friendly and warm, eager to help, and truly love their patients! The doctors are very gentle and loving, well trained and provide excellent medical care. We have 7 dogs, all are rescues, so we have plenty of opportunities to interact. Our pets have had numerous surgeries, from simple spay to serious, intricate surgeries and biopsies, and many tests throughout the years. The fact that they offer after hours emergency care is huge for us, since we live approximately 25 miles from the emergency vet in Savannah. We highly recommend Faulkville Animal Hospital for all the needs of your pets, including livestock!

I made my first appointment with my 9 yr old cat after moving into the area as a new patient. I found a stray dog who was very sick before we'd ever set foot in the door. Not only did they emergency squeeze us in as a new pet family, the lovingly applied all of the new patient benefits to help with the unexpected cost of this new to me animal. They never blinked. We are now 6 weeks later happy pet parents of this stray Bucky, and are being helped to manage our pet adjustments to our new life here by this amazing team. They have an experienced and well managed office that still has its small town, small office, personal care appeal. I'll never want to go anywhere else. So grateful that I researched them before deciding. And positive we've found our furever home!

They where ok. My dog that I had for years got sick and when I went there I was a little short on all the money and I dont have great credit so the company they said I may be able to get credit with did not approve me they said they could not do any more with out full payment. I told them I could have the 40 more dollars in there by that Friday and had 90 dollars on me cash. They could not wait so I went home and listen to him cry and moan for a few more days and it broke mine and my wife's heart but we could not see him suffer any more and had them put him to sleep.But of course they did not charge for that just wish they would have had that same sympathy before maybe he would have been ok and still with us.RIP Taz

The Staff at Faulkville Animal Hospital did it again. Top of the line service no one else can come close too. I have had health issues preventing me from getting my Genie to them to get her shots, Just as with my Pug who they cared for so much before he passed away. They came to me. Genie of course was herself not wanting to come to anyone. But they were able to get her without stress. Took care of her Just as if she was at the office. So all I can say if you have a pet who you are protective of as I am of mine. The staff at this place does CARE and do take care of your pet not just for the dollar but because they really do like their jobs. I can see that and I know the animals can feel it.

I wouldn't leave my dog anywhere else. They have inexpensive packages and they treat my dog very well. It's also very clean and neat, their waiting room is very nice. The staff is very friendly and I love that the vets give you all the detailed information you need to know. One of my dogs got bit by a snake, they took her in right away with no problems. When my dog was sick, they fit her into the schedule, I came in with her, and was able to drop her off. They took such good care of her and they checked her thoroughly. They didn't stop until they found out what was going on. What I do like is that if they're not sure about something, they will seek a second opinion. I appreciated that. Run the other way! I took my elderly dog to this clinic for his end of life services and was horribly disappointed and now have terrible memories of his last lucid moments of life. His sedative was improperly administered causing his final moments to be of screaming pain and anger. This clinic NEVER answers the phone and you always have to leave a message resulting in a game of phone tag. I will NEVER set foot in there again.

I went to this animal hospital because I was referred by a friend, however it is the worst animal hospital I've ever been to. The staff was very good with our dog, however we were in the waiting room for 45 minutes because of an emergency that came in before we arrived, but it would've been nice to know before we had already sat there for 30 minutes. Then we went in for the exam and everything we told them about our dog was basically ignored, they did not listen to one thing we said. Our dog's test results came back negative, yet they still prescribed her medicine for this issue. Needless to say, we went into the vet not knowing the issue with our dog and walked out knowing nothing. They gave her three different medications.because they don't know the issue, then got offended when I said we weren't purchasing them because they're cheaper through pets mart. Definitely won't be returning.

I cannot say enough about our wonderful experience at Faulkville veterinary! We had been in the area only about a month when my kitty (15 years old) demonstrated signs of a urinary problem. I called another vet who was a little closer to my home only to be told that the condition could be serious (which I already knew) but that they did not have time to see him and recommended that I “call around” until I could get an appointment. I would have thought that they would have made suggestions considering that I am new to the area. BUT - luckily I called Faulkville next. They were immediate to respond and demonstrated high quality care and a very warm, welcoming attitude. I could not be happier with this practice. I highly recommend them! And - kitty is doing great.

They are more than a animal hospital. They treat your pet the way they would their own. My 11 year old dog developed a brain tumor. They were with us every step of the way until the very end which came on a Sunday afternoon. We didn’t have to take Lady to an emergency vet we didn’t know. They met us at the office and were with us until the end. They were compassionate and caring and helped us through the worse thing any pet owner can experience. We will be forever grateful and never forget all the did for us and Lady. I cannot say enough about the care they provide. We recently adopted a shelter dog and of course we would not even consider any other vet. The entire office staff is fantastic!

My wife and I adopted a puppy from an animal rescue in Savannah. Included with the adoption was a voucher to redeem at 1 of 3 approved Animal Hospitals and we chose Faulkville Animal Hospital because not only where they the closest, but also the highest rated. We took her to Faulkville for her boosters and made the spay appointment whenever she was old enough. Being that we live an hour away and making a special trip, my wife and I took off work to care for her, as well as to get a jump on the holiday week. We arrive at 7a.m. to Faulkville and the Vet Tech did the pre check (including checking the incision site) saying she is perfect and was good to go. We even informed the Tech that she hasn't had anything to eat or drink after midnight the night before surgery as per the Vet's request. The Tech said they do all their surgeries in the a.m. so she will be ready by 2p.m. but we will receive a phone call when she is ready to be picked up. My wife received a call from Faulkville around 1p.m. saying that they did not perform the surgery because she has a skin infection too close to the incision site, and she will need an antibiotic. We drive the hour to go pick up our animal and no one was willing to take a second to stop and talk to us, to physically show us why they cancelled the surgery or tell us why they waited until 1p.m. for a simple phone call. They sure didn't have an issue with trying to push the medications that weren't covered by the voucher, but we couldn't seem to get a straight answer on whether or not she's had anything to eat or drink since the last time she ate was a treat at 9:30 last night and being that we are an hour away it wasn't until almost 4:30 before she ate or drank. Unprofessional and a complete breakdown in communication. From my point of view all of this could have been avoided from either a more thorough pre check or a call whenever they first found out that she had an infection. She also has a bandage on her right front leg and we have no idea what it's from or how to care for it. I got the impression that they were backed up and didn't want to do the surgery since technically they have already been paid for it and that money comes before the animals. I have no issues driving an hour to receive the best care for our fur child, but I am glad that I will never make the drive to Faulkville again.

Faulkville Animal Hospital has always provided my friends,students, and myself with very personable, top notch service. For my friends, I always recommend them to anyone that is looking for a vet. and have not heard any complaints from any of them yet. Students that show livestock are helped well beyond what is expected from anyone. The staff are always courteous and bend over backwards to be accommodating to the needs of our students. Lastly, I have two rescues and would have a hard time trusting them in the care of another animal hospital.

My pet Cooper has been going to Faulkville animal hospital for about 3 years now. He's five and I wish we would have found them sooner. The staff is friendly to you and your pet. The nurses go over and beyond to help and answer any questions or concerns. Copper was sick on a Thursday and I called and they called me right back, got me in and treated him with so much concern. Over the weekend I had to call the on call doctor and it just happened to be Cooper's doctor. He was very kind and helpful. He told me what to do and helped reassure me and by the next day Copper was feeling much better. I would refer anyone to Faulkville Animal Hospital. Me, my sister and my friend all use Faulkville Animal Hospital and we all love it.
