We liked our old vet but had an emergency and ended up here because it was less than have the distance. They have good followup and were helpful in advise different options both on the vet side and as well as the boarding. We had special food for our cat which we brought and they did not charge us extra.

Wonderful customer service. My dog went to Dallas Hey Animal for surgery for her CCL. Before surgery, the doctor explained everything very well. They followed up the day after my pup got home to check on her. Prices were very reasonable. Office is nice and staff is professional and caring.

I have been using Dallas Highway Animal Hospital for almost the last 14 years. The staff is fantastic. They are ALWAYS looking out for my dogs. Yvonne, always greets me with a smile and asking how I am, as does the front desk staff. Dr Toth has more compassion than I can ever explain. I had to euthanize my minature poodle Max almost 6 years ago. Dr Toth took me in to one of his private rooms. He let me say my private good bye to Max, letting me hold him as this was done. He then quietly covered and wrapped him gently in a blanket and left the room. A few days later I received Max’s cremated remains in a beautiful wooden box as well as a mold of one of his paws and a sympathy card. To say that Dr Toth and his staff are loved by my wife and me is understated. Anyone that does not use this animal hospital is out of their mind. I only wish I could give 10 stars instead of 5

This is not just a business but a family of animal lovers who have your pets best interest in mind. They are very friendly and helpful. We have been taking our dogs to Dallas Hwy Animal Hospital for many years and I would highly recommend this practice to you. Dr. Roth is knowledgeable and kind. All of the staff are wonderful. Everyone is helpful, curtious and great with our pets. Over the years Dr. Roth has helped us in the do times and the sad times of our dog ownership. One of my favorite Christmas gifts ever was a Christmas ornament with a lock of our springer spaniel Hooly’s Hair. It came to our house before Christmas the year that she passed away.

After the veterinarian that we were using for the past 13 years left the practice, we decided to find a new veterinarian. One of our neighbors recommended Dr. Toth so we made an appointment. We took our very nervous dog, Panda, to have a heartworm test and she was very comfortable with Dr. Toth during the exam. Dr. Toth was friendly, did a thorough exam, and we didn't feel rushed. He recommended a "senior panel", which we did, and promised to call us with the results. He called as promised and explained the findings. The front office staff have been very helpful getting the medical records from our former veterinarian's office. So far it's been a good experience. We'll be taking our other 3 dogs to meet Dr. Toth and the staff in a few weeks.

Very friendly receptionist! Dr Williams was terrific! Very gentle with Kelsey, our dog. Very thorough in answering all our questions. The technician was also terrific! Dr. Robert's was great...she really made me feel comfortable, I was so stressed out because my 17 months old rottweiler was on and of with vomiting and dhiaria for over a week...she is much better now, I love how comfortable they are with her! Our previous vet showed fear and you could tell he was not comfortable with a 92 pound puppy rottweiler...I get it it's not for everybody, this place thought amazing! Even her assistant/nurse didn't get her name was awesome, just cuddling with my dog no fear what so ever. My dog got a full exam and treatment and I swear she still thinks she was there for cuddle time...they called and followed up with us as well, ny new vet!

We’ve been going to Dallas Highway Animal Hospital for over 15 years. Dr. Toth took care of our first two dogs for almost eight years. Always the best treatment. We have two new dogs who’ve been treated here the last seven years. Dr. Williams has helped our Beagle tremendously this past year. We also have a foster dog who is getting help from her as well. The staff here is very friendly, courteous, & efficient. We’ve been very happy w/ all their services.

I love this veterinarian group and would highly recommend. I've been coming to this group for a couple of years but my recent appointment was with Dr. Roberts and my puppy absolutely loves her and I loved that she allowed my puppy to give her "kisses" and was patient when she would not stop the wiggle tail for her exam. I also learned something new (this is my 3rd dog). The other vets., Dr. Toth and Dr. Williams, are just as caring and friendly to my other 2. I also like the fact that they get you into an exam room pretty quickly (this is important when you have multiple dogs to be seen)!

Recently, my daughter and her family moved in with me and her dog, Buddy, was very sick - coughing, hacking, and sneezing all the time. I knew he needed help and my daughter had no funds, so it was up to me to help her dog. Dr. Williams was just wonderful. Being new to the area we were concerned about finding a vet for our pups that gave the same quality service we had previously. From the moment I walked in to the Dallas Animal Hospital (conveniently close), I noticed how clean the area was, well kept and friendly the staff was. The Vet and VT were extremely friendly and gentle with our dogs. Our dogs gave us the paw of approval when they unsolicited gave kisses and followed commands

I really cannot recommend them enough! Not only was every interaction very personable and professional, they did an AMAZING job with our pup's spay surgery. We were (understandably) a bit nervous going into this, as we'd heard horror stories from others. Dallas Highway Animal Hospital proactively took the time to walk us through every aspect of the procedure before they did anything, gave us clear (and written!) post-op instructions, and checked in with us as she recovered. The incision itself was incredibly neat, and even though its only been 10 days - portions of the site are already starting to fade and look normal again. No razor burn, no fuss, and just the best results we could ask for. If you have surgery needs and are within a 100 mile radius, don't go anywhere else!

Dallas Highway Animal Hospital, service with a smile. The email reminders regarding yearly check-ups keep us on track. We are always greeted with a smile. Our cat does not like coming and they do a great job getting her in and out quickly. Before she can growl or hiss she is on the way back home. Dr. Toth is THE BEST, hands down. I’ve had some other good vets in the past. Country doctors who know everything from the years they’ve been doing things. Dr. Toth is all that plus he stays on top of all the modern journals. I know If I get a recommendation from him it’s the most well informed opinion around.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED W/Dallas Hwy. Animal Hospital... Although my dog is a patient at a local Vet. Clinic , he was seen there due to an emergency. My boy was seen by one of the female Veterinarians for lack of appetite and extreme fatigue. After a complete panel of labs were drawn and a $330 bill later, my boy's condition remained the same for 2 days. My Husband and I then purchased OTC meds for $10 in Hope's of treating stomach worms after doing research online. The pills were given @10pm, the next afternoon after a bowel movement our lil boy was back to his spunky self. Not sure why a test for stomach worms wasn't ordered during the $330 office visit. *** THIS OFFICE VISIT WAS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!!!

After noticing one went to school in my home state of Alabama, I gladly chose the establishment. From day one, they provided excellent care. It was one of the best decisions for my fur baby’s health. I recently had an incident with my shihtzu and simply showed up at their door. Their door is always open and the veterinarian saw her right away. They examined her thoroughly and made their recommendations as to what I could do. Thankfully she was fine. These folks saved my pup today! After being told that he had dental issues beyond repair and that I would be lucky to have him for three more months, I brought him to see Dr. Williams. After an exam, she felt totally confident that she could help him and removed the problem teeth. I went from having no hope and having to face putting him down to the possibility of having my senior doggie for a good while longer! Additionally, their facility is beautiful, super clean, and smells great. You can’t even tell you’re in a vet’s office. The staff is great, and I could not possibly be any more grateful for Dr. Williams!

Our dogs have been going to DHAH and Dr. Toth for years. They're the best. Not only is Dr. Toth so knowledgeable and thorough, but the staff is always so accomodating and friendly. We trust their office completely and know that our pups are always in good hand. We're very lucky that they're close by, but even if we move, we'd still make the drive.
