Dr. Covington is awesome. She has a great bedside manner and connection with my dogs. She examines each and every possible diagnosis and openly discusses it. As a dog mom this means a lot to me ❤️. The staff is also wonderful - super kind and loving to each and every animal. The groomer is also spectacular. I really love this place and am grateful we have it in Sandy Springs.

I have taken my dogs here for years. The staff is kind and caring of your animals. Dr.Kestle will go over and beyond to find the right care and procedure your dog needs if she can't do it. Highly recommend them and for baths too.

This place is the worst. I visited here with my cat serendipity to get her treated for a upper respiratory infection. I told the doctor what the issue was before I even arrived with the cat. I was told my cat had a cold and there was nothing that could be done about it and that I just needed to wait it out. I waited a month and my cats eyes and nose has just continued to drain more, and she has developed a wheeze. I called this place back to ask them what they could do about this issue in a polite manner and was told that I would have to pay full price to come in and see them again and there was nothing that could be done about the fact that I paid them 90 dollars to ignore me and misdiagnose my cat. They then proceeded to tell me that they were professionals and that "When you see a doctor, you pay a doctor". I was also told I just don't understand how the business is ran, when I run my own business and have multiple friends who are veterinarians. I will never go to this vet again or recommend it to anyone. The clerk needs customer services classes, she told me I was wasting her time and hung up on me. If you want to pay for horrible service and to be treated poorly by all means visit Cliftwood.

Wish I could rate this place zero star. Very unprofessional. Me and my boyfriend had been bringing our frenchie here throughout her entire pregnancy. They told us she was having four pups so we were super excited. Once it was time for her c section we took her there. Unfortunately she only had 2 pups and both of them had issues so we had to put both of them down. It was very sad to see. They immediately started badgering about payment. We realized that it was $300 more than what they quoted us. When asked for the invoice they immediately got very rude. They refused to show us our price sheet until we gave them our card, made racial slurs, and threatened to call the police on us! I’ve never done business with a establishment that was so unprofessional. Horrible experience. I would never go or recommend this place to anyone

I have had the pleasure of working with Dr Kestler and her staff for almost a year now and never been happier. Dr Kestler and her staff are true professionals and ever so caring when it comes to some ones pets. Dr Kestler and Jenny have been able to bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise with a soothing touch. They have an amazing new animal hospital along with much room for boarding and grooming. Ideally a one stop shop. You would be crazy to take your pets to anyone else!!

We have been using CAH for the past four years or so, and we've been incredibly happy with them. The office staff/techs are incredibly friendly and helpful. They always make our pets feel comfortable, and our animals are very well taken care of. The doctors are great, too, and sound plenty of time with patients. We have boarded our dog there several times and she is always in a great mood when we return, unlike other places where she has been boarded. Highly recommend!

ABSOLUTELY the BEST in ATL. For us it is a THREE hour drive (NC) to go to her and is 100000% worth it. Most recently we took our Frenchie in to have xrays done to get a puppy count, they said 6 or 7 (the 7th was up higher and wasn't very clear). Well we went in several more times to try to determine when to do the csection. We went in on a Saturday expecting to be told that she wasn't going to be ready till Monday or Tuesday, based on other pg results. They got the results and checked the heartbeats too. Surprise! She was ready to have them THAT day! Dr. Kestle had already gone home for the day, her staff called her and she was in the office within half an hour and delivered 7 very healthy Frenchie puppies. Dr. Kestle herself checked up on us several times through the (holiday) weekend and even later on in the week(s) to check and see how the pups and mama were doing. You can tell she loves what she does and has great staff to back her up as well.
