I don't live close but the drive is worth it because the level of service, professionalism, and care for my pet, my family, and even my budget are second to none. I don't have to worry that I can't be seen, they always work with me to fit me in even short notice. The Vet tech Gerlaine was fabulous,! There wasn't anything she couldn't do well. My pup was so cared for and she treated him quickly and with such precision. We always look forward to seeing Dr. Diaz, he is always just so great with everyone, and his staff exceptional! They educate me on the latest meds for my Jax, and they look out for the best budget friendly way to purchase. Who really likes going to the doctor of any kind, but it's necessary and this group is so very worth it. Thanks everyone for caring for us, see you next year!

I come here for the prices only. until the other day, I never really cared for the staff they all seemed hurried and not happy. Even the doctor. Untill I had Rebecca as my tech. She was very friendly, happy, knowledgeable , and took her time with me and my pet. If she didn’t know something she apologized and went and found out for me. She didn’t rush us through anything or make it seem like she didn’t have time for us or my many questions. She will be the only reason I now return there along with Dr. Pilip. That doctor did not rush us either. He took his time. Explained everything. Answered all of our questions and again did not rush nor seem like we were just another number! Rebecca and Dr. Pilip are the only ones I will ever bring my pets to see and if anyone reading over reviews wants a low cost amazing experience for your pets I recommend this place only if these 2 amazing people are available! And if by any chance the company actually reads these reviews you need to fix the attitude with the reception ladies! They all seem rude and mad any of them barely smile!

Not the best vet but not the worse. Getting an appointment is always a hassle because they only have one vet. Besides getting an appointment everything else goes by pretty smoothly. I usually take all my dogs there for rabies shot and I have never had a problem.

I was not satisfied with the doctor who saw my puppy. He was aggressive and pinned my 3 month old puppy down and told him to shut-up. My yorky is only 1 pound of weight and it was not called for him to react that way towards my puppy.The nurses were more nice and friendly to my pet but unfortunately I will not be returning back to this clinic.

I wouldn't make this my go to vet. I simply went to just get a 1-year rabies shot for each one of my dog's the wait time was very long over a hour. They're very overbooked to the point that there's no sitting room people have to stand outside. It's a cheap vet to get your shots done. The staff is not friendly or happy to see you, but that could be that they're overwhelmed with so many people in there. It really feels more like a factory assembly line, get them in and get them out, next in get them in get him out there's really no personal time with the vet there's really no discussion it's just pay, wait, shot, and bye.I would only go here because it's cheap on rabies shot but you got to have the time to wait. So for a permanent vet I found somebody else

I am very disappointed with their service. I came in for an x-ray and splint for my feline. What I left with was a misdiagnosis, and eventually my cat's foot infected after a second. The surgical vet did not even know how long the splint was on. And he wanted to recharge me in order to splint it again, when he ordered it be taken off. The original splint and especially the second splint was extremely tight, which caused the infection. A second opinion from another Veterinarian showed that the original x-ray did not show "fracture." The surgical vet wanted to over charge me for services not needed. He was pushing for surgery, more x-rays, deworming and anything he can think of so that I would pay more.

Rebecca the tech was absolutely amazing very friendly and inviting you can tell she loves what she does and cares deeply for pets. If you are not Spanish, don't bother. Staff is rude and racist. They speak Spanish to each other about customers right in front of them. The office manager, Kareena, is rude and preoccupied with shoveling food into her mouth instead of actually working. Not to mention, she wrote out instructions for my dog and can't spell simple words. I could barely understand what she wrote. Called an employee "that white girl" where clients, who were white, could hear. I suggest the owner hire a translator for the clients who come in that don't speak Spanish.

Arleen Pardo/Raul Rodriguez owners of Manchita. I went today 3/29/2019 with an emergency. Recurrent diarrhea, gas, vomiting, extreme anxiety, etc. Manchita, (a mix breed of Jack Russell terrier), has been patient of the Hospital (Dr. Diaz) for 4 years. Today, Manchita was without appointment (check in 2:20pm) since I was so upset of the condition, and she looks so tired. The Receptionists gave me the options to wait until the doctor come back at 3:30pm, or do an appointment for next week. I preferred to wait. At exactly 3:30 PM, Manchita was called and the first contact with her was Gerlaine. She took all the information, Dr. Diaz together with her checked her body and assigned to do some labs, etc. I feel the human touch and compassion from Gerlaine. She did the extra mile, as well Dr. Diaz. There was another Vet who saw Manchita (English speaker, blonde)while we were waiting and he was so nice. Technicians, office personnel are very good, organized, put attention to the concerns of owners, are sweet with dogs, and GERLAINE, was our angel. She explained with all details the instructions to follow and was very nice with Manchita. Thanks to the great team of Semoran & 408 Pet Doc. Thanks Gerlaine. You are awesome. God bless you all. Brought my dog here for eye infection and the Dr was excellent in the way he treated my dog. Price was fair and staff is friendly and compassionate. We have been coming here for 5 years. No complaints. New update 12/20/17 Brought one of my dogs today for a eye infection. In the waiting room someone brought in their dog on a leash but had the dog uncontrollably running around to everyone while on the leash. I thought it was irresponsible from the owner but what got me is that none of the employees who saw this, didn't enforce these rules. Now my dog was diagnosed with conjunctivitis. If the other owner dog gets it, that's her fault for being irresponsible. Other that, Dr Abrego did a excellent job and treated my dog with great care, bed side manner and professionalism. Awesome job and met our expectations 100%. The tech Briana also was awesome. They both showed compassion and passion in there profession.

First time there today and Dr. Diaz and his staff were very friendly and went above and beyond in customer service. I took my dog in this morning as a walk-in since with my newborn in a stroller. Her appointment wasn’t until Thursday and was blown away with how accommodating they were to me. They not only got me in a room since they could see how difficult it was with a stroller and my dog by myself but also walked me to my car with my pup to make it easier. As business owners we really respect when we see a business give exceptional customer service. Very affordable and we will continue to use their services. Highly recommend.

I would of given them a higher star. But one day I took my pet there and they gave him a flea medication one every two weeks to take with food which you had to grind, which I did. Then I noticed my pet was drooling. I immediately thre w the food away along with the rest if the remaining pills.

I don’t usually leave reviews, even if I’m displeased with a place but this is unacceptable. We brought in our puppy for her 2nd set of vaccines and they had no bedside manner. The tech barely talked and showed no interest or sense of care .They didn’t weigh her or give her a fecal test when we asked about worms. When they gave the shots they didn’t wear GLOVES and then didn’t massage it into her muscle and an hour later she’s unbearably shaking and crying if you touch her anywhere. A little soreness is normal but not her whole body. Please look elsewhere when finding a vet for your pet.

You are required to make an appointment unless you're going in to purchase items such as medicine for example. When you enter, you must sign in at the desk and weigh your pet on the scale. Staff are kind, polite, professional and knowledgeable. Prices are very reasonable and can't be beat! Good location with easy access on and off the East-West Expressway.

My baby needed a dental cleaning with Extraction. He did really good. They did a great job with him. He was on antibiotics and pain medication. The only thing he didn't have pain so he never used the pain medication. It made a difference having dental work on him. He is more happy and his breath don't stink. Great price. Extremely busy. Saw my baby in the check out area not an exam room. Techs and staff were kind but Dr is rude and unnecessarily too busy to even take a moment to check my baby out thoroughly. Low prices and low quality. Another get what you paid for situation. We told them she wasn't done with everything but they insisted they were done. We got her in the car and had to take her back in for the rest of her shots because they forgot them and wouldn't listen to us. We will NOT be going back. If you don't care about your baby then this is a perfect place for you to save money.

My family ended up rescuing two rabbits Neighbor released in woods. One was preg so we had ten all of a sudden. We called every place we could find about spay or neuter. 250 was the cheapest I cld find and the average was 300 to 400. I called Semoran and 408 pet Doc. They charged 45 plus ten for medicine. I was skeptical of such a great deal. They were very friendly and made scheduling easy. Dr. Diaz did the procedure. My bunny came out happy, and healthy after. I did all the male rabbits here since. Always a good experience, friendly service and a great price. 5 stars

It's an amazing place because of the Big Boss, Dr.Adtkins. Please ask for him if you're going into this vet. for something major... the orher doctors are fine for smaller things or standard practices , and spay/neuter, etc., but if you're pet is really sick or needs a surgery, or anything not of the routine norm,I urge u to ask for Dr.Adtkins. He only comes in certain week days, and does only an hour a day, so be sure to find out his schedule and grab a spot with HIM, for best, most experienced, intelligent, & kindest results. This is a definite.Also, Most of the office workers here currently are quite nice, which is uncommon in most places in today's era(so that's always a good thing). Good Luck!

Alright, I chose this clinic when we first moved to Orlando 5 years ago because it was three blocks away. How ideal! Well, this facility turned out to be top notch. The two dogs that came with us when we moved to Orlando are no longer with us. We received compassionate and incredible care from the concerned and friendly staff. Dr. Melendez was very sensitive to our needs when we had one dog put down in his care. He had to endure two grown men flailing and crying and like Mexican women at The Feast of Our Lady Of Guadalupe. He could not have been more caring and sensitive. We find them to be very affordable and very much worth it. The facility is very modern, clean, and efficient. Our appointments have almost always run on time, I Highly recommend. Our current dogs do not even mind the visits!

I take my three dogs here, and I am very happy with this place. The doctors and staff are very organized and also affectionate with the animals. They call me with reminders about vaccines and checkups when they come due, which keeps me to on top of things. They always explain everything in great detail.

I brought my dog Buddy in for a exam. He was having trouble walking and some other issues from being old. Rebecca was my tech and she was very gentle and loving to my pet. She was very detailed with me about everything and took her time to answer all my questions and concerns. Dr. Diaz was the doctor he was ok very fast and in and out.

Prices are great, but you hardly even get what you pay for. Took my stray, rescued cat in for an exam and the doctor had his eyes on her for less than one minute and then told me she was clear of the main illnesses. It was a pet assembly line. Turns out, my pet actually had worms. In addition, the waiting room is packed & is a terribly stressful environment for a pet. Unless you literally have no money, do not go there.

Staff, prices, and vets are great. They don't charge an arm and a leg for basic veterinary needs. Thankfully my fur babies have not needed any major medical issues so not sure how pricing or any of that would be.

I called before and the lady who provided me the information was really sweet, I couldn’t make an appointment because I did have a flight the day they had an open availability. She informed me I could walk in and it may take 30 minutes to an hour or more. They had me in really fast and the Vets were very kind to my dog. It was his first time to a vet with me since I got him and he was scared. I’m beyond pleased with how patient they were and how kind the carer was to my animal. I can’t wait to go back for any other needs I may have.

Always a pleasure visiting Semoran 408 vet , I even brought my sister in law Emma there so her doggy Lola could be seen by one of the doctor there . The vet was very helpful and caring and professional, he had a wonderful vet technician name Rebecca Brooks she is a awesome person she was very helpful and took great care of our Lola . Rebecca went above and beyond her job , she gave my sister in law Emma hope for her getting her dog Lola the care she needs to get better from her serious ear infection that needs surgery. Very quick visit. My two dogs were checked in, vaccinated, played with, then on their way to the dog park in less than 40 minutes. The staff was very friendly. It was a clean facility. I definitely would recommend Semoran & 408 Pet Hospital to everyone.

I have never visited a Vet office where the Vets assistant and the Dr dont care about animals. Their techniques are for farm animals and even. So I will never go again and I will never recommend this place to any one. They can be cheap but "lo barato sale caro" the cheap ends up been expensive. Animal Services should go a give them a visit.

This place is reasonably priced. They are rather busy at times but it’s to be expected with a low cost vet. My tech was Rebecca she was awesome with my dogs they really liked her. She was very welcoming and friendly to us as well.She answered all of our questions and went over all the meds and the estimate for our dogs surgery very thoroughly. Made sure we understood everything and made sure we didn’t have anymore questions, I have had other techs before but Rebecca was by far the best one we had so far and will request her for our future appointments. Dr. Diaz is awesome as well and if they aren’t busy he will and does take time with you as well.

Took my service dog here and paid $300.00 for lab work and was given meds for an infection, two weeks later my dog is still sick I went and got his medical records and went the Underhill animal hospital where Dr Cole read the medical report and xray from 408 pet hospital, and told me that rascal has cancer, please do not bring your beloved pets here. My fur baby is on his way to the rainbow bridge today.
