Just curious if surgical packs are still shared on pets with humane society vouchers and ones from humane society . Even the same scalpel blade was used several times over. The clients who paid full price got a fresh pack.

In the approximately seventeen years that I have known Dr. Slade; he has been extremely competent, knowledgeable, skilled, and humanely compassionate. I have had three animals treated by Dr. Slade. He took them from approximately a year old, to one living sixteen years and six and a half months. He has given me excellent care and guidance in how to raise my cats. He always had their best interest at heart . He was excellent when I had to put two of my cats to sleep. One was dying on a holiday and the office was closed. When I called Dr. Slade he offered to open the office and told me to bring the cat in. I just wanted to be with her during her final hours. Dr. Slade told me how to make the cat comfortable until I could put her to sleep on the next day. He knows our animals are like family to us. He is very kind to me. The staff sent me sympathy cards after each of my two cats died. They also arranged the cremation matters for me. In my opinion Dr. Slade and his employees are like family to me because they take care of my furry friends. Thank you for all for your help. May God Bless You.

The best veterinarian I have ever known! His staff knows me and my pets when I call for an appointment. Dr. Slade centers his practice around great care and parent education. He lets the parent of the animal make the choice as to the level of care. He is very careful to tell me what is absolutely necessary and what is optional. I trust him with my fur babies explicitly!!

Doctor Slade saved my 13+ yr old retriever. His caring, compassion and total expertise in his field have given me more time with my boy. Cooper wighed 110 pounds, had tremors, and his back legs were collapsing.He also had an "unremovable" growth on his eyelid. It didn't look like he had much time. Today he is 82 pounds and he prances. Dr. Slade and his staff are the best I've ever seen and I've seen plenty. Do your pet a favor and bring him here.

I brought my dog to him and I did not get anything from this doctor He looked my dog she was very sick and all he told me was that she could see because she walked the door and turned right but just before he walked out the door and to the right he gave me to options two options one to do tests the other to take her home and give medicine I asked if I could do payment plan so my dog could get the treatment she needed but he said no we do not do that but he did take my money for the pills he called two days later and asked about her health I explained she was not seeing good but she was not throwing up any more that was what the pills were for all he said he was glad the she acting like a regular dog and said if I need anything to call him I had to take to another doctor

I have found that Dr. Slade and his staff far exceed my expectations in pet health care! As a retired nurse medical case manger, I am very aware of standard of care and expect the highest standards of care from all medical practitioners. I have had cats and dogs for 70 years, usually 2-3 of each at any given time. I brought my puppy for a second in a series of shots that were begun up north. I expected a quick in-and-out visit. Dr. Slade spent an hour or more going over everything I needed to know for my Danny to be healthy and happy. Even though I was familiar with most of the info provided, I did learn a few things! I have transferred the care of both of my dogs to Dr. Slade. The office staff is exceptional. They make a vet visit a fun and rewarding experience for my dogs.
