Friendly Staff, but the Vet was incompetent. Could not even identify the breed of dog that I have (Alaskan Malamute) and prescribed a steroid medication to him for a skin condition that ended up making his condition worse. Had they actually done the skin scrape, they would have found out it was demodex and that steroids just send that infection into overdrive. As it was, after I took him to another Vet, who immediately recognized the issue, the resulting spread of the infection took over 3 months to fully heal because of the Vet at this location.

I bought my 11 month old American bully to get his ears crop. It was a success. The service there wasn't all that great nor was it bad. I don't like how all the rooms are pretty much open, no privacy for you and your pet when it's time to be seen. There's a young lady that works there. Her name is Jackie, she is super great and very nice.

I have never been to a more caring and efficient veterinary office. The entire team was caring and the Veterinarian took the time to go over every single question and concern I had for my very sick dog. The 2 vets that I had recently been to were in and out and didn't really involve me on the next steps of my dogs care. I would recommend this Veterinarian to everyone! I will be bringing all of my animals here from now on.

Do not bring your furry little friends here. I made the mistake of bringing my baby here. These people are rip offs. They scam you out of your money. It's like going to a mechanic to fix one thing but they tell you its something else but that's not really problem either. They look for ways to get your money instead of helping your pets. This place doesn't seem sanitary to me. It's old and outdated. These people are unknowledgeable. I dont think they know anything about the line of work they are in. The front desk staff are okay except for Jennifer and Jose. Jose is rude! I dont care for him he's not helpful at all. They give you an appointment to see the doctor and you still have to wait. My dog is an existing patient but I still have to fill out a form every time I come in. So they leave you in the lobby for about 20 mins then sit you in a room for about another 30 mins to wait for the doctor then she comes in to talk to you for 2 mins write a script or say you need to come back again for another check up. Like really all of that for nothing this place is a complete waste of time. You can go some where else way better and clean for about the same price.

Love the staff, They are reasonable on price.I've been coming here for a awhile. They put my other dog down cause he was old with ❤ disease they were very respectful gave me as much time as I needed with him I got a new puppy and been bringing him here and they are wonderful with him they just neutered him and the surgery was excellent. I highly recommend this place

The low prices they advertised for dog vaccinations were exactly what I got when I arrived. No hassle and very friendly, good service, great value. This place and their staff were great as usual!! I head over to this vetrinary clinic because they provide the same services as the adoption centers for half the price. I wanted to get my puppies first set of shots done. I contacted the adoption center off of millennia Blvd and they said 89 before taxes for one puppy. I turned it down and went to the Pine Hills & West Colonial Pet Hospital and got my puppies first shot for 30 bucks each. I am grateful for their services! !! Friendly staff, book your appointments do you won't have to wait. And if it is last minute still call to see if there were any cancellations that you could squeeze yourself into. The staff are very friendly and the doctor is upfront about everything no gimics. I'll see you guys at my next appointment!

Took my bully for an ear crop and was explained the procedure and after care very well. I felt at peace with my dog there. She was ready at the exact time I was told to pick her up. And they did an amazing job. A truly special team it is obvious they love what they do and are passionate. It is always a great experience bringing my dog in. Extremely recommended.

The butcher shop! The staff was rude and i was forced to pay an office fee for them taking my dogs temperature and telling me he needed surgery which i already knew! I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEIR OFFICE AGAIN!!
