This is the best veterinary clinic I have found in this area. My little Jack Russell was very sick, and Dr. Phillips treated him with extreme professionalism and much kindness. Also, the rest of the staff is very helpful, polite, and friendly. I'm so glad I found this Vet clinic.

We have used this vet twice now for our cat. We have since moved 40 minutes away, but I still took my cat here a couple weeks ago because this is the only place I trust so it is worth the drive. I love how the doctor and her staff get to know the animal first by petting them and giving them some time before they give any shots or check the animal overall. I feel like my pet is in good hands here and would highly recommend them.

Dr Philips is absolutely wonderful as too are her staff. I took her a very broken puppy months ago and she went over and above to “fix” my little baby. I have been going ever since. The place is clean and the level of care is amazing. Daniel is awesome such a lovely young man. I can’t rate this place high enough and am forever grateful for their wonderful care and services - I tell everyone I know how great Dr philips and her team are. Just today after having my dog spayed I watch Dr Philips laying on the floor to remove sutures .... she is fantastic.

Our pet, Marley, became ill while we were on vacation at Disney World. I called a vet close by, explained we were not from the area but we had a very sick dog. They were very short on the phone and said they didn't have any appointments available. I'm glad they didn't have any appointments because it led us to Paws & Claws and Dr. Phillips. From the first phone call Dr. Phillips and her staff were amazing. Marley not only had an intestinal virus but a severe ear infection. Dr. Phillips prescribed 3 medications and Marley was feeling better within 24 hours. I even received a phone call to see how he was feeling! The visit was a third less than what we pay in New Jersey. Thank you to Paws & Claws for the care and concern for Marley.

My cat was ultimate diagnosed with pancreatitis. She had stopped eating and drinking and was very lethargic. Dr. Phillips gave her fluids, antibiotics, vitamin B, and took blood for testing within a week, cat is eating, drinking and acting very normally. THANK YOU DR. PHILLIPS! My cat decided eating a semi-large piece of rubber was a good idea. My regular vet is in Ocoee so we decided to check out Paws and Claws since it is so close and felt we couldn't wait. The rubber piece my cat swallowed was stuck in his intestine so he needed surgery. Dr. Phillips was so nice, she took x-rays and helped us to understand what was going to happen. She did the surgery that night and he came through fine. We were able to take him home the next day. The prices are very reasonable and she has been available whenever we call to ask a question. We will be taking our cats here from now on.

If you're not from around here, and concerned that you cannot find a loving veterinarian, look no further. No joke! We (pup and I) spent 5 years out here. Dealt with 6 different local veterinarians up throughout Winter Garden. This office, everyone included, not just the doctor. They care. They love. They are not going to take advantage of you. This doctor loves her patients. She cares for them, and you can see it in her actions. If you have not met this team, you need to. I finally feel like I have a doctor that actually cares about my service dog.

Dr Phillips was extremely thorough with her examination of my dog. She explained all the findings to me and took her time going over treatment options. I opted to have surgery for my dog to get a mass removed. On the day of his surgery she went over everything with me and double checked with me about exactly what I wanted done. Her staff is extremely friendly and caring as well. You can tell that everyone at this facility truly cares about and loves their job and every animal that comes in. My dog had an eye infection during the hurricane and we weren't able to get him in to see a vet until Tuesday. They were open and ready to see him same day. The staff was very nice and professional. We even got a follow up call the next day to check on our dog to see how he was doing. This is a great vet office! Was looking for a new vet since I moved to Florida and I found this place via yelp reviews. It's easy to miss this office, since it's in a small strip mall on 192. The parking lot isn't that big, but I was able to find parking. Once inside the office, the waiting area is clean and has a few chairs. The appointment rooms are also clean. The staff is pleasant, and apologized when the previous appointment ran a little late. The vet spent a decent amount of time with my cats, and made sure to talk about the different products and options available to us. Prices are reasonable, and the office didn't try to upsell us. I will certainly be going back.

Amazing !!! This clinic is here because they love and care for our fur-babies, not turning a profit out of your hard situation. My puppy had been sick for a week thought things where making a turn for the worse:/ however Billy got us in right away. Our baby is normally very nervous around strangers and felt very comfyerble with him. The care Dr Phillips provided was A++ very knowledgeable and actually passionate. location might turn you away but do not judge a book by its cover. They made a life patient for my family!

Went here when my dog had a skin infection. Nice doctor, decently priced. I received 3 medications for my dog for $80. (Not sure if that was cheap because i have no comparison, but i went in with the thought i was going to have to pay more haha) and they are open on Saturdays. (Main reason I went here)

Hands down this is the best Veterinary Clinic in the 4 corners area. Dr. Philips isn't just an amazing doctor she if an amazing person as well. I have 2 cats and 1 fell really ill due to enlargement in her intestines. We went in at about 1:30pm on Saturday (8/19/2017) and overall would have been spending close to 2 hours there (there was an emergency case right before we got there). Today (8/20/2017) the clinic would be opening at 12 pm however she went in at 10 am just to give us the news about our cat and was there to receive the cat for surgery.

Took my dog to get her annual shots here for the first time and she had major allergic reaction! The woman in the font literally took my dog to the back and brought her out front and said she’s good to go. She didn’t tell me about any potential side affects or what to do if any occur! I had to take my dog to an emergency clinic that same day since she her reaction was worrisome. Amazing vet! Don’t let the tattoo shop and pawn shop next door scare you away! The staff is incredible and the doctor does all she can to accommodate you and will even stay late if you have an emergency and call ahead. I was very surprised when the next day after my visit the man at the front desk called to see how my puppy was feeling. I now live 40 minutes away from here but i will make the drive for this vet!!! I just really wanted to give this place a glowing review. It doesn't look like much on the outside but don't judge a book by its cover. Their staff are possibly some of the most kind hearted people I have ever met. My dog got bit by another dog and I had to rush her in thirty minutes before they closed. It was determined she'd need to be put under to stitch her up but they said, 'don't worry about what time we close, we'll stay open as long as we need to for your dog.' And they truly did. She couldn't have been left on better hands. I came back to pick her up and she was laying on a pile of blankets while one of the staff was calmly brushing her. I felt so comfortable and less stressed during this trying time because of their excellent service. Thank you so much.

My 6 month old Pit was throwing up nonstop late in the day one day and needless to say it was an emergency. Went to google to check for vets in the area and all closed at 5PM, Paws and Claws had a 6 PM closing time and it was 5:45 when i did this check. Called ahead to see if we can make it and Dr.Phillips had no problem waiting for us. We got there past 6 she was great with my dog and at checkout our horrible day turned a little better when she told us the price for the shot and medicine. Great place, reasonable prices and a kind Doctor. Lola will be going back to Dr.Phillips from now on!

Amazing staff. They cared for our pet as soon as we brought it in. They were very welcoming. They did not just go right into poking and prodding, they took the time to pet the kitty, get to know it, and make sure it was comfortable. They advised us on what was best for us to do with our 6 week old kitty. We had to put it to sleep, but we knew that it was in good hands. They took care of everything and were so sympathetic and empathetic. This is not our regular clinic. However, I will be switching my dog over to this clinic because of the wonderful customer service and care they showed during our visit today.

As the founder of Candy's Cats, we are always looking for convenient veterinarians who will work with our rescue kitties. A "CCI Alumni" (adoptive family) told us about Dr. Phillips. In our first week there, we took regularly scheduled kittens to be fixed, and our volunteer called me with an emergency - one of her little fosters had blood on his bum and it turned out his intestines had come out of his rectum. (TMI). We went to Paws & Claws and while the prognosis was grim, Dr. Phillips was able to perform the necessary surgery to save Cherished's life. Less than a week later and he is scampering around like a healthy, normal kitten. I'm impressed with her level of experience as this was not an easy surgery. His intestines had telescoped into his colon and pushed it out his rectum. It took her several hours to perform but she never batted an eye, never lost her cool and we're proud to be affiliated with her office.
