All I can say is WOW! Never in my life have I had a Vet give me an attitude for calling about the well being of my dog! I just had questions on how to make him comfortable to get him through the night. The question I was asked was “ma’am is your dog bleeding or in Respiratory distress?” Well I can guarantee that none of my animals will go there again.

Prices are a little high but not sure about the other day I bought my dog in i to have her toenails clipped and they charged me three more dollars it went from seven dollars to ten dollars how can someone do that I have to go get someone else to do it now they won"t stay in business long if they keep rising their prices

The initial cause of our visit was not a planned one. However, the outcome has been much better then anticipated. I was impressed with the service and cander of our veterinarian. Dont take your yorkie there. Only good for routine shots and fleas. If not that ur throwing money down the drain.. I have a yorkie who I took in cause was digging and knew he didn't have fleas, never seen 1 on him and checked constantly cause he scratches and chews constantly. Well they wrote him a flea pill which did nothing but well nothing considering it wasn't a cheap pill and the visit for the flea pill diagnosis from the vet lol... well went to 2 more vets until I found one who had a yorkie and actually cared about animals and not in it for the cash. He (like most yorkies) had dermatitis. High anxiety and stress... 90% of them actually. Yet northlake done same things as routine lazy vets do. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE IF HE IS SICK. But I do vouch good for shots and fleas. But still a 1. I'll bump up to three stars for the tech's they were amazing and done all the work for the shots and fleas not the vet

We recently had to call him after hours when our Rudy managed to sustain a bad cut and he came right in to the office (in fact, was already there and ready when we got there). Was bringing 1 dog there and now all 3 dogs go to him (1 unfortunately passed recently) He is no-nonsense, gives it to you straight and his staff manages to fit us in for emergencies. The wait is never long. He gives us options with information to help you make decisions and is realistic about outcomes. Just all around best vet & staff!
