We had to find a Doctor that could see out Siberian Husky for an eye infection asap... We were blessed to find out that an appointment was available and affordable! We had a wonderful experience with the doctor and I am thrilled that Luna's eye is doing much better! I would highly recommend this Vet... very knowledgeable and affordable!! The office staff and Doc were amazingly kind and Luna had a great experience!

I’ve taken my large dog, Blue, and cat, Earl Grey, to the Lee road pet doc a few times now and I’ve always had a good experience. The prices are unbeatable and they price match. It’s great to have a local, affordable option for pets that’s well managed and staffed. The receptionist, techs and doc get 5 stars !

Don't go here if its an emergency. Went with my dog who was having seizures, waited in line, there was just one dude who said he couldn't help me because the doctor doesn't come til 11(must be nice). Go to Winter Park veterinary hospital instead.

I loved the doctor. He is a little old black man with a great heart. Quiet like. The place is not really that fancy. It's in bad need of a detailed clean but the practice clean medicine and really care. My cat big cat scratched my little dogs eyes and the Doc called her a devil cat. He was very mad at the cat for doing such a cruel thing to my little dog. They're prices are good. $40 office visit and 20 for flea pills. They are very flexible for appointments.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Waited 45 mins to be seen with and appt! Had to wait outside in the heat for 43 mins because dogs were barking at my dog and they wanted us to go outside no one chkd to see if we were ok or to give us any updates as to when we would be seen! People came in after us and they let them go before us! This is the worst vet's office I've ever been to! I don't recommend this place and I will be spreading the word for other's not to go there! #VetFromHell DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!!

This is by far the worst pet doctor I have EVER been too. My kitten was tested for things he didn’t not need “in order to proceed” . These “tests” end up costing me so much that I couldn’t even purchase the 22 dollar antibiotics for my kitten because I didn’t have enough money. So basically I went to this “pet doctor” to find out my cat has a fever and needs antibiotics.. I know for a fact I did not need all these unnecessary pricey tests to find out I need to give my cat antibiotics for his fever. SCAMMERS. STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Dr. Melendez and staff are so friendly, and always willing to help! My dog had a tumor on her belly and Dr. Melendez removed it and biopsy for a fraction of the cost as other vets. They did such a wonderful job you cant even tell she had surgery!! Thanks a lot! Highly Recommend this office.

Very careless staff. My first visit I came in my work clothes, the doctor was more concerned with my job then my dog. The medicine they gave me I followed for ten days has done nothing. I brought her in on a Saturday and informed them she was getting worse, with an hour and ten minutes before they close. I was told the doctors not in, there’s nothing they could do.

The fact that they declaw and crop ears here i don't understand why anyone would want to support this organization. Veterinarians should ban together against this cruelty, be educated and make yourself aware of the harm that these procedures do to these poor animals, research people. I wouldn't even gives this a rating because you took on a job to help animals yet you charge people to perform such a criminal action against these poor animals.

The receptionist was a 5/5 on friendliness and helpfulness and the tech was also 5/5 in making sure my pets were comfortable and well taken care of and the doctor was 5/5 in listening to my concerns and offering great advice. 2018 edit: Dr. Melendez is no longer at this clinic, I would not recommend it now as I decided to change veterinarians and now go to Pet Xpert Animal Clinic in Apopka. 2017 post Dr. Melendez is the #bestVeterinarian ever. He and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable. He diagnosed a condition in my dog that no other vets had been able to and now my dog is doing well because he is receiving the proper medications and food. He always works to get us in when needed. He takes his time to answer all questions and give personalized attention to my dog, therefore if I ever have to wait a little to be seen I totally understand, because I know he is giving that same attention to another animal too. Trust me that I am picky about my dogs care and Dr. Melendez and staff are the #best !

Terrible place my cat was spayed on Fri they gave her only 3 pills for pain never gave me any instructions on how to prevent infections or what type of food to feed her found out that can food was best for her it nakes it easier to pass stool then eating dry what to use for litter box found out that you can't use reg litter you have to use either yesterday's news or reg newspaper shredded it up. Plus when I called to get some extra pain meds the Dr was not in and it's Monday mean while my poor cat is in pain and I have to wait till tues what woulf happen if her stitches accidentally come on done nobody in office can do it and yet they guaranteed that they will be there to help I will not go there again
