in 2016 I started going to see Dr. Griffin. I take all 3 of my cats here for their yearly vaccs and check ups when needed. I had a beautiful boy named Jean Tom, he started having medical issues in 2017 with his teeth, later on his kidneys started to fail, and he became diabetic, and he also stopped producing red blood cells. I thought my cat was going to pass early on in 2017... Before I know it, it was over two years until my cat finally passed. Dr. Griffin helped my cat more often and saved his life multiple times. I would come to the vet sobbing and thinking "I will lose my baby today." Multiple times I walked out of the door with my cat, who was happy and doing well after every visit. Dr. Griffin gave me time with my furr baby and I could never thank him enough for that. Dr. Griffin will always treat you with the upmost respect. He will explain things very clearly and be very straight forward with you. I have never had a better vet. The staff are also all amazing people. I would walk in and they would remember me, treat me with respect, and were very kind the day I lost Jean Tom. I plan to take my cats, and future pets, to Dr. Griffin for as long as he desires to be a vet. I know I can leave any of my furr babies in his care, and he will do everything within his power to help them. Thank you for everything Dr. Griffin & to all your staff members, you have an amazing team.

Highly recommend that you do NOT bring your pets here. They care about your wallet not you're loved ones. Ordered medication for my bulldogs allergies they didn't have enough pills on hand to fill the prescription they had told me once I run out of pills they would Replenish the rest of the prescription (blatant lie). Ran out went back to get the rest of the pills to find out not only would they not give me the rest of the pills to the prescription I couldn't even get a partial refund on the pills I haven't received. Bad business be warned!

As a seasonal visitor it’s always tough when you have to take your dog to a new place. Our senior dog had stitches in several places when we arrived and the techs took him back and took care of him no charge! They were very friendly and reasonably priced when we had to go back for canine influenza vaccine before we could board him. Nice Vet, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff.

A great place to not only get your pet treated for what issues he or she may be experiencing, but also Dr Griffin and Dr peavy take time with each and every client and educate you about whatever you need to know or whatever questions you may ask. Its never rush in rush through your appointment and out you go, not knowing what, or left in a state of confusion. These doc's are great and the assistants shannon and Jeanie also very knowledgeable and caring girls, along w Haley the new office girl, I say a great team, great service just a all around great experience for your pet and yourself.

I took my dog thumbalina to the vet on friday jan 11th 2019 for yearly vaccines...she was healthy and 7 years old. She did have an allergy and was given an antibiotic and prednisone...she was dead on sunday. On sun. At 5pm she suddenly could stand, walk and was moving like bobbing her head like she had parkinsons I took her to emergency vet in wibter haven immediately. They were very kind, and knowledgeable...after a lot of testing and $$ it was determibed she had vestibular disorde which can be caused from vaccines...her tox blood work was bad...they did whar they could to flush her body...but i was told i could not leave with her and had to put her down. When i called the vet on monday and spoje with the front desk lady and explained what occured simply so they would be aware as i hold no one at fault...her response was "it happens" ....an apology or sorry for your loss would have been more appropriate. Ill never go back as far as im.concerned these vaccines killed my dog, they were way to potent for her 13lb body. And the front desk lady needs a heart, cause shes a cold, inconsiderate person.

Very dissatisfied!!! I made an appointment to have my dog x-rayed because I believe he has hip dysplasia. The doctor came in, explained what hip dysplasia was, which I already knew. They charged me $85 for a "consultation" The vet was supposed to contact an orthopedic surgeon he knows to check my options. He was going to call or e-mail me. Been 2 days, nothing yet. Total waste of my time and money!!!!

I went to this vet yesterday with my eight year old Basset Hound he was having extreme hip pain the staff and the vet were wonderful very kind very caring explain everything to me treated me like I was a member of the family the doctor explain my options and told me what was the best plan to take for right now and I can say today my dog is looking better I am going to move all of my animals care to this office I have been in Florida now for 2 years and I've never found a vet anywhere in Ohio or here that has treated me and my animal this well if I could give this place a hundred Stars I would
