We have been going to AH of Lake Mary for almost a year now, almost every week for cancer treatment for one of our labs. Dr. Beth and the staff are fantastic. They are always super friendly, willing to accommodate crazy questions, and most of all willing to work with temperamental, sensitive dog personalities. They treat clients with respect, and are always willing to listen. Their holistic approach to veterinary care has really made a difference in the life of our dogs.

Wonderful experience. Highly recommend Integrative Vet to everyone! Took Augie there after years of frustrating bladder issues. They were able to diagnose the issue correctly after all this time. Unfortunately he needed emergency surgery, but Dr. McIntosh and the tech Calvin were awesome and made us feel at ease. They took their time explaining the situation and even though he is on the mend he has one more surgery to get by a specialist. They are so kind as to give me a referral and speak to the other hospital in detail about Augie's issues. Hopefully this will alleviate all his problems. Was it expensive?? Yep, but worth every penny. Thank you to the doctors and all the staff at Integrative. Augie and I appreciate you. :)

We could not have hoped for a better "first appointment" for our little guy, Gunner. We were very concerned about him. Dr Chow and Katelin were really wonderful with our puppy and took time with him and us as worried parents. They explained thoroughly everything they would be doing and treatment they performed. I have been going to this hospital for my pets since Shortly after it opened and have had nothing but positive experiences with all my pets. The staff is friendly and courteous (Ashley has been our technician a few times). Dr. Nunez is one of the most frank and honest, down to earth and extremely enthusiastic veterinarians that I have ever met. He gave me a tour of the facility showcasing all of the state of the art equipment that the hospital has to offer. I leave there knowing that this hospital has everything that my pets will ever need as far as treatment. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a new or different vet experience.

My dog had surgery at the affiliate of this hospital (which is outstanding) and was recommended to come here for his rehab. Simply put this place is a giant inconvenience as they will cancel on you last minute. There is only one doctor who does the rehab. On the day of my dogs first appointment we were called at 6:40am when we were halfway to Sanford for his 7am drop-off that his appointment was canceled. The rescheduled visit was ok but I was not provided with his homework and had to call and request it. I was just informed the day before his next visit that it was canceled again and the doctor would be out for the next 2 weeks. Not ideal when my dog was supposed to have rehab once a week for a month. They need to hire someone else who can run rehab. I would recommend finding somewhere else for you pet to have rehab if needed. You will just be stood up by this place.

We have been going to this animal hospital since we moved here from Chicago, well over 15 years ago. They took care of our first dog from puppyhood til the day he passed away 11 years later, and are now taking care of our beloved 2nd dog, and we wouldn't think of anyone else taking care of him. Before they moved to their new Sanford location, (and are literally now only just a few minutes away), we drove to their old location in Lake Mary having to pass a few other animal hospitals on our way. The staff and veterinarians at Integrative Animal Hospital are top notch, professional, and kind. You can sense their love and respect of animals. We love them all and trust any of them with our dogs. Dr. Beth is the vet who takes care of our dogs and is who we seek when our dogs are sick. Her advice is indispensable. I dont think that I can stress enough how much my wife and I truly appreciate her being our dog's vet. She listens, shows true compassion, and is just generally speaking, a kind and wonderful person. The desk and all the staff (Diane, Karen, and Calvin and also to those others I should've named, but inadvertently forgot) are also very kind, friendly, and professional, and we have had nothing but wonderful experiences with all of them. We really appreciate them all and cannot say enough good things about them. Thank you for taking such good care of our beloved sheltie.

My fur baby had his first visit at Integrative AH for an emergency situation due to his regular vet being booked. My sister recommended this animal hospital to me. We immediately got an appointment same day and did blood, urine, stool testing. Results were in the next day. Options were provided for treatment. I haven't been very fond of previous vets that I've taken my animals to, so I was definitely a skeptic. I started taking my babies to Integrative Animal hospital, and I absolutely love Dr. Beth and Carly! They have addressed all of my concerns, and have been extremely patient, courteous, and compassionate during all of our visits. Our last visit, we had Diane as our vet tech, and she was also very nice and pleasant. The staff are all very knowledgeable and friendly. Sometimes the wait can be a little long and the organizational process could use a little improvement, in my opinion, but it's worth it knowing my babes are in good hands.

I've taken my cat Lori here a few times now and after my recent visit felt the need to write a review. I've been to multiple vets in the past and had one really horrible experience that left me crying and Lori feeling bad. I've seen Dr. Beth all times and I can't say enough good things about her. She is so good to Lori and so kind to her. Lori hates going anywhere especially the vet, and they make it a pleasant experience for her. Dr. Beth takes time to listen to your pets issues and give you multiple options to treat whatever the problem is. I love that they have the equipment to do more advanced diagnostics so I don't have to take Lori elsewhere for that when needed. I also love that they have traditional and alternative medicine and treatment options as well.

My Charlotte ( a pug) had a huge mass cell in her ear. We worked with Dr. Beth and Dr. Al with the I therm therapy until the mass was walled off. Dr. Al removed the mass(which was actually her whole ear) and crated an opening to her ear canal so she was still able to hear. Everyone there was super wonderful!! If I lived closer, they would be my primary vet. I would recommend this clinic to anyone in that area.HIGH PAWS to all!!

We have never been to Integrative Animal Hospital before and we had to come in to put our senior dog to sleep. The staff and especially Dr McIntosh treated me and my girls with the upmost respect and care. I couldn't have asked for this horrible experience in our lives to go any better. We love entire staff at IAHCF. The doctors are warm and knowledgeable. Dr. Nunez is our favorite. Techs Diane and Tracy are great. The staff are the reason we keep coming back. The services we most frequently receive are from the techs. We are extremely particular with who we choose for our Chi-Chi and would not use another vet. We do not wish to neuter our dog because of past experiences with other dogs we have had. Although, it is the doctor's responsibility to inform us of the benefits of neutering Chi-Chi they do not push us to have this done. We would highly recommend this veterinarian to anyone.

I came here with my rat Fetta. Shes my best friend but most vets wont see her. This is one of two places that I've found that will treat rats and they made it a point to get her in right away. She was treated as any other pet should be and the nurses all gave her tons of attention which made the trip a whole lot less stressful for her. Edited: I was told my dog was being treated by Dr Nunez and come to find out it was Dr Macintosh I saw that was wonderful not Dr Nunez. I'm giving it 4 stars because their prices are a bit high (when you have 3 dogs to pay for) but also because I favor Dr. Nunez over the other male vet we met with our first visit. It was like he was a salesman and with Dr Nunez you immediately see her "dog whisperer" nature. She gets right down with your dog and is genuine in the way she explains things to you. I had an emergency with my dog and she was so empathetic and compassionate and truly knew what she was talking about in diagnosing my dog with vestibular disease. I absolutely love the girls up front very friendly and welcoming.

When I saw that this hospital had 245 positive reviews I couldn’t believe it. But one walk in the door and WOW was I a believer!! Everyone in there is SO kind, I instantly felt welcomed. My pup is having really bad neuro issues and is so confused but they took care of her like she was their own pup. I had a consultation with Dr. Anthony and WOW AGAIN! What an amazing Doctor. She was so knowledgeable and understanding of all my concerns. She took the time to evaluate my girl and give honest feedback. I was so thankful that she was willing to try whatever she could to help my girl. If you are reading this review and are in search of a new animal hospital here is your spot. You won’t be disappointed. I don’t have a lot of money but they told me all the prices up front before doing any procedure that way I could choose what I could afford. Love this place, I can’t say enough great things about it.

Amazing ladies at Integrative Animal Hospital From the moment Bouchon& I walk into the beautiful & clean office, MsNicole & MsDebbie are so friendly & welcoming& knowledgeable. The 45 min drive to have my baby treated by Dr Beth Carson is all worth it!! Bouchon is on herbal medication coupled with accupuncture sessions which has helped with seizure controls. We are so blessed for the knowledge & professional care we have received with Dr Beth& Dr Nuñez. I will highly recommend their clinics in Baldwin Park & in Sanford. Thank you very much for the care you give!

I have being going to Animal Hospital of Lake Mary for many years. I love Dr. Beth and Dr. Al. They are very kind and clearly love all animals. However they use to give shots in the consultation room but now take them to the back area. I would rather they gave the shots in my presence so that's why I give 4 stars not 5. I am ok with it because I trust them but I do know others who I recommended them to wont go back again because of that. They say their previous Dr. attended to them in the room.

The staff at Integrative Animal Hospital are SO caring and truly interested in the well being of your pet. They follow up the next day to check on you after a visit to make certain all is well. Dr. Nunez and his staff turned a very bad case of wobblers syndrome in my Great Dane to a mild case through acupuncture and sana wave. They worked a miracle in my opinion. I wouldn't take my dogs any where else!

New patient and in an emergency situation they had me seen within 20 minutes. Ian the vet tech was so conscience to not upset my injured animal. Dr. Carson not only listened to the extent of my cat's injuries but also tried to calm him and nurture him so he trusted her. They quickly resolved our injuries, called me twice in the same day to give me updates on how he was doing and we picked him up a few hours after our initial visit. Beautiful facility, kind and loving employees. I will go back to see Dr. Carson.

The staff was amazing!!! My dog had gotten severely sick overnight and I walked in with no appointment the following morning. All of the staff bent over backwards to see my dog even though it was surgery hours and the veterinarian typically did not do check ups at that time of day. Everyone was extremely nice to me and especially my dog. I could tell that the entire staff loved their jobs and especially the animals they care for.
