Took my dog and cat in at the same time for our first visit to this Dr. When I was at the light across the street I called the office to ask if someone could meet me at the front door to help me, since I was wrestling a dog, cat crate, and paper work. They said it would be no problem. No one came to help me when I arrived. Once inside it took the front desk almost 5 minutes to acknowledge me. (There was no one else at the counter.) Once in my exam room, the vet techs were annoyed that I asked them to trim my dog's nails. When the Dr. finally came in the room, he didn't introduce himself or shake my hand. He barely touched either animal and acted afraid of my dog. For the record my dog LOVES people. Seriously the Dr. was in the room for less than 5 minutes and failed to recognise a very visible issue on my dog. NEVER would I recommend this place.

I had my dog put to sleep there on the 25th of August and they had me pay for a cremation $90 and no one explained to me that I would receive any ashes back from my beloved baby. I just found that a few minutes ago that I have nothing left to her.

*DO NOT PUT YOUR PET THROUGH GOING HERE*Ive heard AFTER the fact this place is Terrible,too late,but heres what my Service Dog and I experienced. Conner,the owner of this place, is a cold fish. After 60 second visit,I was asked if my pups stool was normal, and upon walking out the door(as im describing current stomach issues my pal Sarge has been having, w/mass ending with a splenectomy just one year prior) Dr.Connor tells me " i wouldnt worry about it" and walks out. After paying close to $100 for this "exam" /blood, im reading the synopsis of exam, ,w/about 15 items on checklist,Connor marks my dog as "normal" throughout, NOT checking temp,NOT looking into ear(s) (major reason for visit), ECT not doing ANY of the basics,yet having No problems charging me for his 60 second visit AND trying to tack on extra services.Confronting him,on my pups gait being "normal",he lies and tells me he saw my dog walk before (when Dr.Flood takes my dog into hall way to test gait and IMMEDIATELY notices he has a limp when i go to remedy this bogus Connor visit the next day.) He told me if i want to "quibble" about it,dont come back.This guy is an absolute Rude Scamming lying Fraud.

Today I put to sleep my best friend Ginger. She was having difficulty walking with swollen legs and congestive heart failure. I rescued her as a starved puppy. She was a Pitbull/ Catahoula mix and I could not afford to take her to the vet. I came home every three hours and forced her to eat and drink. I carried her for the first month because she was too weak to stand. She turned into a beautiful 110 pound , loyal, best friend for 12 years. Most protective smart dog I ever had. I Struggled for three weeks to get the courage to not be selfish and let her go. I was able to have them come to my home quickly where she would not nervous. They were very gentle and talked softy to her. The procedure was pain free and quick for her. The experience was very peaceful and they showed great compassion toward my tears and heartache. They also charged so much less than other vets wanted. I am so thankful to the Dr and staff that I will never consider using any other vet. We had an unexpected incident with our 6 month old puppy. No other office would see her with out payment in full up front. Because we were so unprepared for this accident to happen at the time we were unable to come up with enough funds to even have her examined. I was referred to Holy Family and from the first phone call they were amazing! They were in complete understanding of not being prepared and were able to work with us. They took such good care of our girl at each visit. They really just cared about her well being and not just how much money they could get out of us. It was very relieving and pleasant to have a vet and staff that cared for her as much as we do. I will refer everyone I know! If you want above and beyond service and care for your pet, take them HOLY FAMILY! Awesome people.

This is one of the best vet's I have ever been to He took great care of my dogs dental needs and was very affordable. After calling just about every vet in Ft Pierce and Port st lucie for prices he was very reasonable I left my regular vet and now Holy vet will be the only vet to touch my dogs.

Caring staff, have been to several vets in the area and Dr. O'Connor is one of if not the best. Had a minor emergency one evening at 9:30, called the office thinking I"d get the number for the local emergency vet but was able to talk with Dr. O'Connor and solve the problem. He always offers all possible options and when it is time to say goodbye he is very compassionate. And if that isn't enough the fees are reasonable as well.

What a bunch of phonies using th e blessed virgin and religious icons making people believe they are pious. What a crock I tried to bring in a feral cat that I had domesticated and I was willing to pay for their services .the pious holy family refused .I had previously brought my pet cat a 21 year old cat to them. I would not go back to them for a hang nail

I took my nervous dog to see Dr. Flood and she was wonderful! Dr. Flood and the tech staff were very thorough when examining my dog and they took great care to keep him comfortable and minimize his fears. I was also impressed with how reasonably priced their services are, definitely worth the drive from Sebastian! I will be bringing my cat here too. If you have a pet that is usually scared of the vet, go see Dr. Flood! She practices in a low stress way that really helps the pets and owners feel better! ❤️

When you need help they go the distance. We have two Std. Poodles that are trained Therapy dogs that visit health recovery centers and a day care. They have to be seen every 6 month's to maintain their registration. The Veteran's and the Staff are great. I don't know how they do it but they know most of the dohs names when you walk in. You will like them.
