Our experiences at Grant Animal Clinic have been " purrrfectly " wonderful. The front office is filled with a warm and welcoming part of the team, who have provided efficient, helpful support with all of our appointments. The techs and Vet support team have been incredibly gentle and caring with every appointment we have had. And the Veterinarians are second to none!! Incredible knowledge, compassionate care of our kitties and us, providing the best advice, and care for our fur babies! Never had cats be as calm as they are with the care and environment at Grant Animal Clinic.Highly recommend this office and amazing team!!!

I should start out by saying Dr. Beckett is WONDERFUL. I recommend her highly and my pets and I always have positive, caring visits when she is the vet. I cannot recommend Dr. Eden, though. My puppy has had 2 appointments with him and I will not schedule another. He does not take the time to even greet my dog when he enters the room, he's not friendly and even has said he does not like my breed of dog. I don't think he likes his job as a vet at all which is very sad because he does care about the treatment he prescribes but not the pet itself.

I have taken my dog’s here for years and Dr Beckett was the best!! Today I went in to buy some heartworm preventative, and found that they are not going to carry what my dog’s need (“new owners don’t want to carry so much inventory” ) and I now need to order it online. The tech helped me do that and I should have them in 3-5 days. Good thing I didn’t need them right away. I read a review mentioning exorbitant prices but I will wait and see before switching. There are going to be many older, non-tech savvy folks who will not be comfortable ordering online.

When our chihuahua started having difficulty using his back legs, Dr. Beckett diagnosed a problem with his vertebrae. Due to an enlarged heart with heart murmur he was not a candidate for surgery. That could have been the end of his quality of life. Fortunately, Dr. Beckett had recently attended a veterinary conference and had learned more about laser therapy. Confident that it could be of benefit to some of her 4 legged friends, she purchased the equipment in order to provide this treatment option. IT WORKED BEAUTIFULLY! He received 6 treatments. We were surprised when he kept exhibiting more and more ability in his back legs over about 3 months following the treatments. He demonstrated full recovery by that time and the results lasted for a year when he started walking slightly sideways. We did 6 more treatments and he was good to go. (just FYI, the treatments were very affordable) We are so grateful for his full quality of life. Dr. Beckett has been taking care of our pets since 2002 and we continue to be very happy with the care they receive.

Dr. Beckett is very knowledgeable in aviary health. Her clinic is no-nonsense, no-frills, and super affordable. Unlike many vets I've taken my neurotic lovebird to see in the past, she cut straight to the chase and fitted my bird with a perfect emergency e-collar. Thanks Dr. Beckett; we will be returning! :)

First timer...Recently moved to Grant from Melbourne, so i was established with a far vet thatbwas closed. Morkie had consistent black water diarrhea. The clinic took me with no appt. Fit me in between and saw me in 5 minutes. Excellent staff that worked together efficiently and friendly. The vet was amazing. Caring, took time, friendly and helped knowing it was going to be expensive. I was so impressed! 5 STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE in a situation people are very stressed over. I am switching over to them immediately for future pet needs. On top of the fact that my dog was heeling ONE DAY LATER!!!! Thank you so much to everybody there!

Dr Beckett is the best! She is very knowledgeable, and caring in a very friendly laid-back, yet professional manner. I have known her now 13 years and through 5 dogs. My G.Shepherd was diagnosed at 5 yrs old with multiple heart, etc issues.....he is now 12, thanks to her! She always knows immediately when it's time for antibiotics or any other treatment and always tries to save me money in the process. She answers all questions, clearly loves her job, and treats my dogs as her own. (Her staff is equally wonderful) Highly recommend

My family has been taking pets here for years. They have never tried to push products or unnecessary procedures, and they always talk to us about what exactly is best for the pets. My parents took their pets here after a vet office in the city was trying to charge for all sorts of tests that weren't even needed.I trust them with the 16 year old cat I have, and their care has kept her healthy and happy.

I have been taking all of my animals to Dr Beckett since 1998 and i couldnt ask for better! I drive 45 minutes, one way, to take my animals to her because she is absolutely the best. I pass MANY other vets on my way but no one has ever cared for my animals like she does. Her level of knowledge is amazing and she is so real. She doesnt try to falsly impress anyone and she is genuinely caring and compassionate. Her staff is nothing short of that either. She has maintained many of her staff as long as i have been going there. I would recommend her and her staff to everyone.

Terrible tech grabbed my pet by the tail stating we always take temp first ...did not get to acclimate to pet I calmly told her you ate going to get bit ..she made no attempt to connect with pet So next a small muzzle still able to nip I was holding my pets head next she may be better in back with tech ok ...next visit one tech did not want to deal with pet I was told ok next visit someone came out to take me and pet to draw one drop of blood ok well I told him she is better without me so take her in back tel yelp yelp ok they return the pet I take her outside to walk her calm her down ..another tech follows me out informs me the dog has pooped in back and that she likes to be in control she is an alpha dog ... Asks me who is in control at home ??? Me I say crazy crazy stuff never had this level of ignorance of dogs before previous staff silly really needless I'm not going back then I get a letter from vet who by the way took the time first visit to win the trust of my very sweet pet who was scared out of her mind anyway letter says my behaviour warrants her and staff not treating my pet in the future unbelievable never go to this clinic dumb untrained staff
