Currently the business has a rating of 4.6 out of 5 and the rating is based on 131 reviews.
You may have noticed that the average of ratings is nearly the best one, and it's based on a high number of feddbacks, so we may be quite sure that the score is very faithful. If there are many people who bothered to leave their opinion when they've done well, is that it works.
You know that we do not usually stop to put scores when they are correct and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or incidence...

Awesome staff! Super caring and attentive, can't say enough about them so just take your fur baby there and you'll love them too !
The staff is amazing!!!
Great staff, they take the time to do it right, even if that means you have to wait a bit. Ask for Dr. Slava.
Great staff. The Vet was very informative, and showed compassion and care for my puppy.
Very friendly staff. Willing to work a concerned mom and her old pup in as a first time visit.
Very accommodating, knowledgeable and fun. They quickly took care of my cats and diagnosed a couple of issues that are now taken care of allowing my cats to be more healthy.
Best vet so far, personable, reasonable, clean, everyone was nice..
Wonderful with our pet!
By far the best Veterinary Clinic my Beagle has been to. Great doctors and amazingly friendly staff, I wouldn't take my pets anywhere else
The very good with my animals. And they work with me.
We were very new to the area..just moved from NC when our cat took very ill. They took us right in as a new patient and did everything they could to find the issue with him. Unfortunately we had to put our cat to sleep. This office is so very compassionate, they not only treated our Bynx with respect, but gave us love in our grieving after he passed to the rainbow bridge.
For my dog
Great place for your pet's care. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. No price-gouging. Highly recommend!!
The only place I take my furry family members!
This is the very best place to take care of your loving pets. They took care with loved and compation for my loved Ziggy for eight years of his live. I will be grateful for the rest of my life.
Very informative. Patient. Professional but friendly.
Super nice and helpful
Most compassionate staff. They were outstanding during a very difficult time with a sick kitty.
Great service friendly
This is a wonderful provider of veterinary services. Country Oaks is conveniently located in Summerfield right on US hwy 441. The office is immaculately clean as is the outside areas. The staff is very knowledgeable , friendly, and extremely helpful. I reccomend this estsblishment for all of your pets veterinary needs
Great vets
This was wonderful people sad day for me as I had to put scooter to sleep but otherwise very good place to go
Compassionate staff , there for our animals every time we need them. Thank you so much!
Always have a great experience
Friendly and knowledgeable staff
Dr. Ramirez is skilled and taught at some of the finer school at the less she doesn't try to rape you like the place on 42 . I think service in fine just don't go into a vet without reading some information. About why you are . Or you will to taken to the coals. All vets are in business and know we love are pets don't let ON that you do anything because they will sell you anything be smart read up before you go. Good luck with your animals and love will over come all. Don't give in to all treatments. Research on Google and make correct choice.
We have then bring our dog there for the past 9 years and always satisfied.
Have been using them since they opened. Absolutely the best vet care for small to large animals. In the last month have seen two vets and three vet techs and all were compassionate and professional. Appointments were on time and thorough! Highly Recommended!!!
Great place to bring your animals and friendly personal
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Love the atmosphere when you walk in. Highly recommend!
Very friendly, very caring. Good with my cats and their Mommies.
Everybody's real nice. All the vets are very knowledgeable. But on the pricey side.
I was there to pick up my pets' supplies. COVC meets our family's Veterinary needs.
They always are attentive and gentle with my animal. From the time we check in to the time we check out everyone we are in contact with is very friendly.
We love Country Oaks. They give great care to our pets.
These folks are great! I brought my German Shepherd in there and they treated him for some kind of bacterial infection on his skin. He is happy as a clam now! Thank you Dr. Fritz and staff! I would recommend Country Oaks to everyone.
What a wonderful idea to send out to your patience these wonderful identification health information cards. One for my wallet and one for the keychain. A+
We recently had boarded our elderly dog for two weeks. We were very nervous about this but were beyond happy at the care she received . Everyone we encountered was friendly & it was very clean. I would highly recommend Country Oaks for their vetinary service also
Very disappointing. When I called to make an appointment for my dog, I was told they couldn't see me that day. As a loyal customer who has been using their services for years it was very disappointing that when I needed help outside of a scheduled visit the staff couldn't find time to help.
I'm really upset with clinic. I came in last Saturday with my 8 year old beagle mix for an emergency visit. My dog was outside in our fenced-in back yard and returned inside about 10 minutes later with a missing harness, walking very painful and blood all over her butt area. Obviously I'm worried she got attacked by something or got stuck on something (I still don't know what happened as there is no sign of her leaving my yard). So I call them, they are able to see me, everyone was really nice, the doctor was quick and professional... However, the doctor touched my dog one way and she cried in pain. He put some powder on her butt to numb it. He did some blood work, which all came out normal, and determined she just had colitis. I was a little concerned as to why x-rays weren't done, considering the odd state I found my dog (with a missing harness and painful walking), but figured I would just trust the doctor. I paid my bill (actually accidentally got overcharged $20), they said I would get a call on Tuesday to check in, went home and started the anti-inflammatory meds. The entire day, my dog was sad, in pain, didn't want to eat or drink. The next day, she seemed a little better, not much blood, so I was hopeful it was working. However she was still walking like she was in a lot it pain. I decided to recheck the symptoms of colitis and my dog had NONE of the symptoms, aside from the blood that came from her anus in that one episode. On Monday, my friend (who works at another vet) came by to let my dogs out while I was at work and she confirmed my doubts, that she didn't think it was colitis and she asked if she could take her to her job for a second opinion. I agreed. They performed an x-ray and determined my dog had a broken back and was lucky to not be paralyzed but could possibly become paralyzed in the future! She had stress colitis from her straining herself with whatever happened, which caused all the blood. I called country oaks twice on Monday. First to tell them I was concerned because of how she was walking and I really didn't think it was just colitis. They put a call back in and said the doctor that saw my dog was not there but someone would call me back. Once I found out she had a broken back I called them again to let them know I got a second opinion and discovered she had a broken back and I was upset. They added to my call back. It is now Thursday evening and I NEVER received any sort of call from the clinic to respond to my concerns OR to check in. I'm not sure if it's from embarrassment of only partially diagnosing my dog or completely missing the major problem OR just lack of professionalism. I never asked for a refund or complained about money, that's not even the issue. I'm really upset I put the care of one of my loved ones into a place that completely disregarded us and now my dog may have a completely different life since she was not treated correctly the day I brought her in.
I wish i could give this business 0 stars. The environment and the morale of the staff was the lowest i'd ever see it in years. Some of the employees that really CARED for my animals had left, they apparently had enough of the management and now I can see why. I would not recommend for anyone to continue bringing their loved ones here unless they want them to be treated anything less than a human being.
Great place!!!! Love Animals!!!
I recently brought in my cat for a dental. The staff was very professional and explained, in detail, everything that my cat would experience while at this facility. They called the night before to remind me not to feed my cat after 8:00 and called me the day after the dental to check on my cat. My girl seems very pleased with her "pearly whites." I would totally recommend the staff and veterinarians to anyone that is looking for a clinic with compassion and who openly shows their true love for animals.
Great drs and staff
Nice and caring bunch of people
Good, caring ppl.
Very knowledgeable staff. One of the vets is UF graduate. Go Gators. Great bedside manor.
Excellent care for pets.
The vet is great! The problem I had with the receptionist is it took a week to see the vet when my dog had a problem with her eye. I was told I would have to pay $10.00 extra dollars if she squeezed me in! That didn’t make sense to me at all. She is very rude. More then once. They need to leave a few extra minutes a day for a dog that is sick.
Absolutely Amazing Angels work there!!! I am highly recommending them. They are passionate about their jobs.
Friendly take their time
Thank you for welcoming Teddy, even if he is a bit loud! He is a rescue dog and is a little insecure. Your patience and fortitude is appreciated.
Very caring service with great follow-up for my dog Andee Rose.
Excellent prime rib, excellent service
I am new to the area and had quite a scare with my sweet dog. I was referred to this vet and let me tell you. They were some of the kindest people I have ever met. They truly care about what they do and for ALL that they did...the price was very fair. I could not have been happier with the outcome and are very grateful I found them.
People are very friendly and professional.
Awesome staff and great service!! I would recommend anyone to this place!!
I'd like to give my openion about "Country Oaks Vetinary Clinic" and Dr Ramirez. This is a very caring Vet center and we've been taking our 14 year old Bichon there for about 10 years and would not consider taking her anywhere else! Dr Ram is very patient and gentle with our little Tasha. She is extreamly knowlegeable and does not push anything on to us we don't want. She has on many ocations called us in the evening to find out how Tasha is doing. She genuinely cares! Thanks Dr Ram! Jim & Gail Coleman
We've been bringing our cats there for years. Wonderful staff.
wonderful doctors and staff
I've been taking my animals here for a couple of years and never been to pleased. And today was last straw. Was told to bring pet in for observation and ended up missing the school bus for my children in the mean time because they put me in a room and made me wait 30 minutes because it was not put in as drop off. And had my 2 cats and one dogs medical history mixed up and over charged last visit by $250.00! Taking all 8 of my animals somewhere else. Please think twice, like i said not worth it.
I have had some problems with the breed, but Country Oaks was right on top of them. Receptionist's are very friendly and courteous.
Exelent veterinaries
Excellent, caring professional staff! Been going there for 16 years and have always found ALL staff and vets to be top rated. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!
An excellent clinic with very caring veterinarians and staff.
This is a great clinic, their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have, the doctors there are wonderful and capable. They have cutting edge care to offer and are honest and fair. I have a few cat's and dogs and have been a client there for years now. My dog Apple has an enlarged heart and was not expected to live long, that was 3 years ago, I have no doubt that without the superior care my apple has received at country oaks she would not be doing so well and still with us. I think you get what you pay for and I find them to be comparable and well priced and worth every penny given the quality of care your pet will receive there. I would not after experiencing my fair share of veterinary clinic in the area ever go anywhere else not even to save a few dollars, I learned that the hard way, even if I move out of the area I would still travel further to go there. I would highly recommend Country Oaks Clinic and their doctors to anyone and everyone I know. They are the best out there in my opinion. Laura
Called to have our 16 year old cat checked since he stopped eating or drinking, for four days he was hiding under furniture not being his normal loving self. The staff worked us in without an appointment and the Vet checked him out and recommended test needed to ascertain his situation. X-Ray revealed lots of fluid accumulation on the peritoneal cavity which was putting pressure on his organs . Our baby was put to sleep under very caring conditions, as sad as it was for us to go thru with the decision, the staff eased and comfort us all the way. Highly recommended this establishment. Amazing experience.
I find the staff to be very caring and professional. Loved Dr. Raye when she was there but have seen other vets and they were great with my cats and dogs. I find their prices very fair and reasonable. Sometimes it helps to become knowledgeable with current best practices in animal care so that tests that might be suggested won't seem "non essential" in determining a diagnosis.
I HAVE BEEN GOING TO COUNTRY OAKS FOR 7 YEARS. I HAD HEARD AND READ SOME VERY DISTURBING INFORMATION. WELL I'M NOT SURE WHERE THOSE PEOPLE GOT THEIR INFORMATION AND NOT REALLY SURE WHY SOMEONE WOULD WRITE WHAT THEY DID BUT ALL I CAN SAY IS EVERYONE AT COUNTRY OAKS HAS BEEN VERY WONDERFUL, I COULDNT ASK FOR A BETTER BUNCH OF PEOPLE. MY ANIMALS ARE SO LUCKY TO HAVE SUCH A WONDERFUL PLACE THE DOCTORS ARE AMAZING, THE TECHNICIANS ARE GREAT,THE RECEPTIONIST ARE FANTASTIC AND THE KENNEL STAFF IS AWESOME ALL I CAN SAY IS IF YOU HAVENT PERSONALLY MET THE STAFF AT COUNTRY OAKS YOU AND YOUR PETS ARE REALLY MISSING OUT. YES YOU MAY HAVE TO WAIT A LITTLE PAST YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME OR IT MAY TAKE A LITTLE LONGER THAN YOU HAD EXPECTED. BUT IT WASNT UNTIL LAST YEAR THAT I REALLY FOUND OUT WHY SOMETIMES I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT. UNTIL LAST YEAR MY DOG WAS ATTACKED, HE WAS IN VERY BAD SHAPE I DIDN'T EVEN HAVE TIME TO CALL TO SEE IF THEY COULD SEE MY PUPPY I JUST RAN IN THE FRONT DOOR THE RECEPTIONIST SAW THE LOOK ON MY FACE AND RUSHED MY PET TO THE TREATMENT AREA. THE DOCTORS AND TECHS THEN IMMEDIATLY STARTED WORKING ON HIM. THE WAY IT WAS HANDLED WAS AMAZING, VERY PROFESSIONAL,AND COMPASSIONATE. IF IT WASNT FOR COUNTRY OAKS I WOULDNT STILL HAVE MY LITTLE TACO BELL.AFTER I CALMED DOWN, I LOOKED AROUND THE WAITING AREA AND SAW SOME PEOPLE WAITING THEN I SUDDENLY REALIZED THAT HERE AT COUNTRY OAKS TIME DOESNT MATTER WHEN IT COMES DOWN TO HELPING PETS. THEY TREAT THEM AS IF THEY WERE THE ONLY ONES THEIR. I RESPECT THAT AND I WILL NEVER COMPLAIN AGAIN ON HOW LONG IT TAKES OR THE PRICE I PAY BECAUSE THAT DAY I LEARNED A VALUABLE LESSON. COUNTRY OAKS WILL DO WHAT EVER THEY CAN TO ENSURE THAT YOUR LOVED ONE IS CARED FOR I WILL NEVER FORGET THAT MOMENT.I ONLY WISH THAT HUMAN MEDICINE WAS HANDLED THE SAME WAY.
Love the people they are always so excited to see my Siberian husky miska. Shots for life is amazing. Everyone is very professional and caring here. Very very clean and also has alot of healthy options to feed your pet especially if your pet is special needs or has dietary restrictions
Amazing service
Simply put, you can tell they love your fur baby as much as you do!!! Wonderful staff and veterinarians.
Country Oaks is a great place to go and they have helped me out in many dire situations. They have always been upfront with me about diagnosis and pricing, and they have also helped me put some of my most precious babies to rest. Dr. Slava is my choice of an awesome doctor but everybody there is very kind and compassionate for whatever you need. They have never turned me away and rickety and I have had many. LOL. IPad Mini that's before but I have to get the thumbs up Country Oaks.
Helpful staff
I want to give a shout out to the "new Doc. on the block." Dr Hernandez correctly diagnosed and successfully treated my senior dog after several other vets missed it. Weight loss, continued vomiting, diarrhea and lethargic were Poppy's worrisome symptoms. This was was my first experience with Country Oaks and needless to say positive. They carefully examined her, then worked up a typed treatment plan with each test and medication priced. Yes, it was expensive BUT they did each test separately, went over the results (no problem) before moving on to the next. Believe me when I tell you, my dog had far more competent, compassionate and KNOWLEDGEABLE care than I received at Leesburg Hospital with a shattered knee cap!
Love the place. Great staff
Dr Bishop was amazing with my dog! First visit and she gave him kisses! She never did that for her old vet! Very caring! Extremely pleased.
They worked us in on a Sat. Our fur baby was in such pain, they really helped her. Dr Bishop was really great even called and checked on her 3x's in the same week.
That's really wonderful Clinic where the staff clearly cares not only about the owners but also the four-legged friends. Brought in a kitten for an inspection and Dr Fritz and Peri we're kind, gentle, informative, and professional. The entire staff made us feel welcome, the waiting room is large and pleasingly decorated, and attention has clearly been paid to the little details that really make animals comfortable. Can't compliment highly enough. Were I stupider I would go and get another kitten just to visit again.
Our Boston Terrier( Tebow) is well taken care of by Dr. Bishop. We like him the best , but all the vets are good and they really care for their patients.
Peaches and Shiloh had their First Veterinary Appointment this Morning and Absolutely Loved their Vet Dr. Nikita Viens, and their Technician Emily..They are 5 years Old...Petrified of Vets but this trip was Wonderful...I would Highly recommend this Veterinary Clinic...The entire Staff was Fantastic....
Having been in the back while working, I saw firsthand how every employee at Country Oaks treats the animals in their charge, and as a dog owner myself it means everything and it's why I take mine there now. They love those animals as if they were their own. They comfort them, feed them, handle them with affection and with extreme care. Highly recommended because at the end of the day, for my dog there's nowhere else I'd want her care to be.
I have been taking my precious little girl for, 6 years now and I have been extremely impressed and satisfied with all services that have been provided for her. The doctors and staff are fantastic they treat you with respect and friendliness every time you go or call there. They always make you feel like you and your family companion are the most important thing. So if you're looking for a veterinarian provider I totally recommend Country Oaks.
Great reception area! People are both pet and owner friendly. Good information shared and the Dr. was compassionate of our pet, his staff and us as new adoptive pet people.
The best staff ever Drs.are wonderful.cant thank everyone enough
This is a good place to take your pets
Terrible. The attitudes....terrible. This last experience...terrible. So terrible that I paid $130 for my cat, then took it to a real vet clinic and spent another $213. The vet tech was the most cold bitchiest person on earth. She had no connection or warmth toward my cat, or the customer. She was like a robot with two chips on her shoulders. On another occasion, the vet tech, took my cat by the neck and slammed it on her side. It seems to be a pattern of terrible attitudes here. Dr. Ramirez was sub par. She didnt explain the problem well, nor the consequences on not treating my cat properly. As far as the prices, to give you an example. Sub Q fluids here were priced at $40, at the other place...$15. There were a few nice women working at the front office and one nice vet tech on a previous visit but for the most part....terrible. As I was leaving I told my mother in the car that I felt like I just left a used car lot. I never write reviews, but when I read someone else say this, I had to chime in. But, if I wasnt so dissatisfied, I would have NEVER found this awesome place that I went to afterwards. Our cats will be fine and it turned out to be a blessing to have that bitchy vet tech and used car sales pitch. Thanks whatever your name was.
Fast, friendly and informative.
