Too bad the front desk staff isn't trained to answer basic questions like most vets . Noone wants a surprise bill. If a customer would like a range of cost on services then you should at LEAST be able to produce a answer other than I don't know and I can't remember what past customers were charged on similar cases. If you folks are using a billing code system you have answers at your fingertips.

I love the staff at All Creatures I just don't like their prices. I have an old German Shepherd that hates going to the vet even though he gets lots of treats from Dr. Riley. She is so patient with him and has helped him with his severe allergies. She really takes her time and is thorough. The office visit fee is unnecessary and my bill is always shocking. Wish they were more affordable.

This establishment's priority is taking your money whilst doing it with a smile. Background information: My 2 pets are indoor-only and come from different owners from different states. On my first visit, I was told one of my pets had coccidiosis. Both were treated with their exorbitantly-priced Albon Suspension. (Seriously, look it up.) Also in that visit, I was told that the Advantage Multi would protect against fleas, ticks, and worms. I applied the Advantage Multi to both of my pets a couple of weeks before I revisited the vet. On my second visit, I was told that my pets had worms, in addition to worsening coccidiosis. It was then that I was told that the Advantage Multi is only a "mild de-wormer." This time, my pets were also seen by a different vet who said that both of my pets had immature immune systems. Having fostered several dozen cats and kittens over the years, that was the first time I'd heard of that. Also, what are the odds that, despite coming from different cities and owners, both of my pets have an immature immune system? Lastly, I dare you to compare/contrast the prices for spaying/neutering at their location vs. the Humane Society in Bowling Green, KY.

I would recommend not using this place anymore. I started using them when I moved to the area for my cats because I initially saw good reviews, but I have had no good experiences with them. My fiance and I lost a cat at their inability to diagnose a problem and treat her properly. Recently we took our cat in to test his thyroid out, because he had gotten really thin despite eating, and I told them this when I made the appointment and at the appointment. They had us pay a high price for a blood test. We took him home and he started feeling worse. They told us some stuff and suggested running expensive tests to see if it was cancerous. We were a bit skeptical so decided to go get a second opinion. Come to find out they never tested his thyroid in the blood test. What I learned is they just wanna squeeze out money from you and not give you true answers or even listen to the owners concerns.

Dr. Pat McGrath is incredibly compassionate. I have only left there with positive interactions and confidence in their care for my dog. We've also seen Drs Nancy, Marcus, and Sarah who were all wonderful.

Sawyer saw Dr. Haworth a few months ago and he was extremely thorough in his exam. After moving back to Bowling Green after a 4 year absence, I took my Cocker Spaniel to the Vet office i used before i left BG.All the Vets were gone and it was dirty.I took Abby to another Vet office down the street. She had lab work and the Vet said she would call me with the results. Over a week later I had to call her back to get them. She wasn't very friendly and didn't seem to care.Seemed dissention among office staff. I took Abby to Dr. Pat at All Creatures for her annual exam and vaccinations. Very pleased with his explanation of her health. Explained everything very well. Spents a lot of time with her. Dr. Pat was very friendly as was the staff also. We lost our PeeDee dog there several weeks ago. I do not blame them for his death, but they did not even send a card or any kind of condolence. I sent the doc on staff at the time a letter wanting a better understanding of what may have happened to PeeDee, but never got a response back which made it even worse for me. Other than that, the other Doctors rock. I thank Dr. Riley for saving Stella Maries life and I thank Dr. Stottlemyer for continue care of Stella Marie.

I took my cat, Evie, to All Creatures last month because of a recurring UTI. They had a dedicated exam room for cats with a pheromone diffuser and a cat tree. It made all the difference. What I thought would be a terrible trip turned into a calm, quiet experience. She was purring so loudly the vet couldn't get her heart rate. I won't take my cats anywhere else.

Sadly after bringing all of my pets here for 19 years, I picked up their records and found Dr. Sheridan who used to be at All Creatures! I always requested Dr. Sheridan in the past and when he left I was equally happy with Dr. Riley, who is still there. As a healthcare professional and business owner I understand the struggles of changing ownership etc. However, I called on three different occasions to get my 11 year old golden in for serious eye infections only to be told they could see her in two weeks!! Or they could fit her in the next day but instead of a $48 visit it would be $75 since they are squeezing her in!! So you get to pay extra for possibly sitting there for a couple of hours!! Called Dr. Sheridan, got in the next day, wonderful experience and out the door for less than what All Creatures would have racked up. AND the records I picked up only went through 2013 even though she was just there in Feb. 2017! Call Dr. Sheridan in Odessa, it is worth the drive.

We had a horrible experience with the Repro services at All Creatures Animal Hospital. They collected a male for a chilled shipped breeding in another state. The owner of the male had never sent a chilled sample before and relied on the "expertise" of the so-called Repro specialists to guide him on the procedure. Instead of guidance, they collected the sample and gave the owner NO INFO at all other than 98% "mobility". Really? They did not give him any other info on the sample nor did they explain it's customary to positively ID the dog, have a negative Brucellosis test on file, include a data sheet on the sample, etc. Why go to a Repro specialist if you get NO HELP AT ALL with the process? To make things even worse, when they were called about the poor service the person on the phone was nasty and called me rude for questioning them about this issue. Bottom line: Absolutely unprofessional staff and a total waste of money to use this Clinic for Repro services. Since they're so proud of their AAHA status, I'll be sure to file a complaint with same. Note: They never offered to perform the Brucellosis test after being told the receiving Vet wouldn't accept a sample without a negative result. The owner of the male had to go to another Vet to have it done. TERRIBLE SERVICE!

I have used All Creatures for all of my fur-babies since my pet in 2008. They have a friendly staff, an excellent group of veterinarians, and a clean facility. They are a bit expensive, but they are worth every penny in how they care for animals of all shapes and sizes. They also treat a wide variety of animals, not just cats and dogs. Highly recommended.

Let me start by saying this is my review of All Creatures Vet from 10 YEARS AGO! I know that seems odd but I am writing this in hopes of informing people about this place as I wish someone would of told me so long ago... I visited this place with my 6 year old half house cat/half bobcat to have him declawed on his rear feet. I do not expect much sympathy and I completely understand. I have to state that at the time I was very young, ignorant and selfish. I received my cat and he was already declawed on his front paws. I was a young professional with a new house and all new furniture. He was a very smart cat but also very wild. He was tearing up my furniture and I did not know any better so I brought him to this vet to have him declawed. I picked this place because they were the local vet, the vet I had always seen because of its visibility from US41. When I got there to tell them what I wanted to do they did not hesitate to tell me anything about the procedure I was requesting, I believe they saw dollar signs more than anything. I had the procedure done, brought my buddy home and after a couple days he was still bleeding from his toes. I called the vet and they told me to just give it a couple more days. In that time I pulled his bandage and saw that they had butchered his feet. Shortly after and still burned into my mind to this day, he started to drag his back legs across the kitchen floor, in the worst agony I have ever seen in a cat. I brought him back and they had informed me his back legs are paralyzed and the only thing to do is to put him down... I was devastated. I am a grown man now and I can count on less than one hand the times I have cried in my life and this was one. Thinking back on it now I wish I would of done so many things differently. I wish I would of sued the hell out of this place! I didn't do anything because I was angry and ashamed at myself for doing this as I learned shortly after what declawing actually does to a cat. I do not think it was because of the procedure, I think this place butchered and killed my little buddy. I am writing this now because my current 8 year old cat needs to have a simple teeth cleaning but I am terrified and traumatized because he will need to be on anesthetics. It has ruined me for my trust in vets and I thought I would share with you about this place. I thought at the time it was my fault, and yes it is but now for the first time reading everyone else's reviews on this place I know it was because these people are not good and do not care about your pet. I am a cat lover through and through. I now have 3 cats (never declawed) and I would give Hercules all the furniture in the world to have him back. Do yourself a favor and find a much better vet and never declaw your cat, the things you are protecting are just materials that you can replace. RIP Hercules.

SHE SAID SO YOUR SAYING YOU WANT ME TO KEEP MY STAFF HERE LATER JUST TO HELP YOUR DOG? WTH ARE YOU KIDDING ME? YOU ALL ARE IN THE BUSINESS OF HELPING ANIMALS RIGHT? I HAVE A TODDLER AND MY HUSBAND WAS OUT OF TOWN AND I NEEDED HELP. SHE TOLD ME IF I TOOK MY CHILD TO THE PEDIATRICIAN THAT THEY WOULDN'T SEE HIM THEY WOULD MAKE ME LEAVE. I RECOMMEND PEOPLE GO TO ANIMAL COALITION OF TAMPA, THERE PRICES ARE SO CHEAP AND REASONABLE AND THEY ARE WILLING TO DO ANYTHING TO HELP YOU AS MUCH AS THEY CAN. DO NOT RECCOMEND! -this goes for ALL VETS IN PIERRE, but i have more recent interactions with this one, as i have had my pets vaccinated in the last year here. Here's my story (i will keep it short) Today, i took my cat into my vet in Utah, and when she called All Creatures for the shot records, they seemed utterly confused at the notion of email or fax - they said they would MAIL them. Next, the hardcopy i had said the vaccinations needed to be given again on may 3rd of this year - the Utah vet said that vacc's are good for 3 YEARS, and All Creatures kept telling them they "reccomend" updating them every year. Our Utah vet refused to do them because it can be dangerous, or even FATAL to over vaccinate like that. I paid MORE $$ in pierre to have simple vacc's done, than i paid to have my cat examined, treated, frontlined, xrayed, AND given a 2nd opinion by a specialist here. OBVIOUSLY vet care in PIERRE SD is a MONEY GAME - SHAME ON THEM for cornering the market by inflating prices in a small town.

I have taken my 3 Italian Greyhounds (and other animals I have found, etc. too) to All Creatures for years. The staff is always caring and friendly, and Dr. Riley is simply the best! She is completely knowledgeable and has a sweet bedside manner. I drive over 40 minutes from my home to go there, and I would drive further if necessary. They are the best!

Dr. Virgina Trexler - Myren is a top tier animal doctor - and a specialist in small animals. 1. She has compassion for our pets. 2. She has access to current information and knowledge in the practice. 3. She does not prescribe unnecessary medical procedures or medicines. 4. She will not make your pet a test animal for new medicines that have unknown side effects. 5. She will give you all options / pros and cons for your pets needs. 6. Her clinic has its own xray equipment. 7. She follows protocols for qurantines. 8. She will make sure pet parents understand follow up home care. 9. She will not provide baseless information or agree with everything a pet parent says or thinks just get thier business. 10. She has saved many small animals from certain death including mine. Her surgery rooms are clean and organised, as is the exam room. This small pet hospital also offers pet foods including prescription diets. Check in is efficient and orderly. I highly recommend All Creatures Hospital to my friends and all have been impressed by the treatment and care received for their cats and dogs and will not go anywhere else.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. They are cat killers. I took my 6-year-old cat in because she was not eating and they found she needed a teeth cleaning. After it was done, my cat's health just declined. Lots of tests, lots of bills, but nothing was done for her. My cat got weaker and weaker, despite my force feeding her, till she finally died. I will never go back to this vet.

HORRIBLE people. We have taken our 16 yr old dog here for years. They knew his medical history and current health issues with his lungs...when our dog was in distress we called to get him seen...only to be told they couldn't see him until Tuesday. My husband then told them he wasn't going to make it until Tuesday, and he was then told he could bring him in for an emergency visit that the cost would be 200 dollars. Needless to say LaPaloma was able to get our dog in immediately only to have to put him down within thirty minutes. Within 3 days after our loss LaPaloma sent us a card for our loss. I will NEVER take another animal to All Creatures.

I was tied up at work and I was heart broken that my dog had to cross the bridge so my parents drive a hour to my house to get my dog they got there and they said because the dog was not there's they would not do that they needed a notorized paper while I work literally right behind there building so I walked right out of my job to there office and they closed the door on my parents saying g the dr.s would t stay to look at him a or make a decision to put him down as be is bleeding out in my parents car FIND ANOTHER VET!!

It depends on what vet is on staff. I adopted my cat there, under the impression she was on death row. The head vet, Dr. Stoddlemyer, had given her a week to find a home or be euthanized. I have heard other accounts of his lack of empathy from friends, who have used him for years. He has no since of loyalty to his patients or his owners, which is very sad. I think he is very much in the business for the money, and not the animals. The few times I visited and called, I experienced exceptional customer service from his staff (including vets working under him). That is why I bumped my 1 star review up to a 2 star review. If you use this clinic, make sure to vet, the vet you are using there, and always request them for appointments. And be aware you may not get them in emergencies, otherwise you will be disappointed.

I called about my beloved parrots they took the time to explain procedures, suggested that getting (all done at once) may not be the best. Despite it being the most cost effective for the clinic. They are having the vet call me to discuss my situation before they just get my money. It really seems patients first!! I will add more in the coming months. But their certification speaks volumes.

Took my dog for routine checkup and shots. The bill was over $600!!!!!!!!!! And they said to bring her back in two weeks for a follow up. Start by saying that we are a regular customer we have three dogs that we've taken there for everything my son took my little dog there cuz she had a cut on her leg like 5: 10 p.m. now I know they close at 6 but my dog needs stitches and they told me they couldn't do it because they were about to close even though it was an emergency and there was still open there wouldn't see my dog so I have to drive to a emergency vet so that my dog could get stitches it took them less than 20 minutes to take care of my dog my question to them is what kind of animal care is that.

I originally brought my cat here for a second opinion. He has a severe seizure disorder and his prior vet wasn't offering effective treatment. I am so glad I did. The staff here is WONDERFUL. They offered several options and determined the best treatment, and now Tuco is a whole different-- much happier-- cat. I really can't say enough good things about them. Vets and vet techs are really nice. The cat room is great and clearly designed for cats to be comfortable in it, with a cool cat tower for cats to explore when waiting. Been bringing my dog that has epilepsy here for years and when I called to refill her prescription they told me I needed to bring her in to get her pheno levels checked by the end of the week or they wouldn't refill her prescription so I did and paid the $100. Then they called the next day telling me that I needed to pay an additional $100 to get her pheno levels checked because they "forgot to tell me" they were only doing blood work and the pheno was extra. Now my dog is low on medicine and they refuse to help me until I pay the extra $100 and didn't even tell me the blood work results. This is absolutely disgusting.

We have been taking our dog to All Creatures for a while. We have always been happy with his care but he never had any major issues before. Today, he was evidently in a great deal of discomfort so I took him in. We waited in the parking lot an hour because they closed the office for a staff meeting. With nobody else there when I walked in on reopen, I was told no walk-ins. When I asked if other vets take walk-ins, I was lied to and told nobody else does. Except the first vet I called, Greystone, does exactly that. Just like with my childrens' pediatricians, healthcare facilities that don't allow walk-ins are absolutely unacceptable. We will find the doctor who will help us when we need help outside of routine check ups, and we will give that doctor our business.

I wouldn't wish my experience on anybody. I really hope all who are considering taking their pet here should really read this review thoroughly and think otherwise. They are cheap. That is a plus. But when it comes to your pet that you love and care about so dearly it really does not matter if she is severely sick. To make a realy long and frustrating story of my ordeal with All creatures Animal clinic in Lutz FL.. we brought my cat in Saturday morning for an "emergency" ...we waited about 1 and a half hours. Our cat was so sick and we had sit and wait there for her to be seen. finally she was. They put her under 48 hr observation for the weekened. Monday when we got visiting ours with our baby she was absolutley FILTHY and not to mention doped up (they said she just had a seizure). Her health greatly depleted after leaving her under their care. they diagnosed her with diabetes (which we wanted to manage and pay for her treatment) and some other problems they said they didn't want to waste our money doing because basically they don't feel like they could figure out what is wrong with her. they gave us 2 options. spend more money to try and treat our cat, go somewhere else, or euthanize her. she also gave a "moment" to decide. Which turned into another hour with our doped up, filthy, incoherehent baby. meanwhile, while me and my husband are in tears we made our decision after about 15 minutes of tallkinh and crying together about it..but we were still waiting. All we heard is the vet and the vet techs and various other office staff in the background laughing and talking about how they can't wait to go home and blah blah blah..finally i went out of the lobby and said something to secretary about how ridiculous it is that we are having to wait for so long to make a decision to basically in a sense kill our baby,pet,animal, family member and companion... she snapped at me with nasty attitude. Just about all the staff are rude and unprofessional. While our cat was being put down i had to walk outside because i couldn't see that done to an animal, so my husband stayed by her side. So as im sitting on the parking curb crying a vet tech comes from the back of the office holding a towel wrapped with my dead cat in it (at the time i didnt know that) she came up to me and tryed to hand me this partially wet towel, i was confused then she explained to me that this is my cat that we had put down and her she is so we can take her home and bury her. SHE HANDED ME MY FREAKING DEAD CAT IN A TOWEL IT HAD PEED ON WHEN THEY PUT HER TO SLEEP INSTEAD OF IN A BOX LIKE ANY HUMANE PLACE WOULD DO. i had a 30 minute car ride back home and the whole time i had this pissy towel on my lap with my passed friend wrapped inside of it. Now you people tell me how good of a vet you think they are? i hope for your animals sake that you own you do not take your companion there for care. They really are not in good hands. I am not an office staff or a friend of an office staff writing a fake review, NO, i am a person that went into all creatures 3/1/2015 and various times after that for the care of my cat..and 3 days later she was dead. This is a real review people. Like i said in the beginning i would not wish this experience on any poor defenseless animal and yourself. Think TWICE..or maybe a third or FOURTH....It is just very important to do your research before you take your animal to a vet because they can't speak and communicate to a point where a person fully understands. My husband and i did not do our research and we lost a family member.

I'm not sure how the reviews below mention good services when at the office I saw people trying to get good services and were neglected. In all, my services were about being a product rather than care of a customer. My pet went in for service in July for hot spot and still to this date (end of September) he was not cure for it but was diagnosed for a disorder. In the three months, we took our dog in four times for an average cost of $500 each visit for lab and blood work with no cure. He was okay before July's visit and we tried to get a common care serviced but ended up with a delicate situation with medicating him with a lifetime of medicine. I can't believe an office for a care of animals would do this to an animal. They told us to bring the dog in for a routine examination of $70.

Having just moved to the area, I did not have a vet as of yet. When my elderly beagle started having non-stop seizures and was in distress, my son called several vets but no one could see us. When he called All Creatures, they had us bring her in immediately and where very supportive as Betty the Beagle made her journey across the Rainbow Bridge. I was very impressed by the reviews but not at all impressed by the vet. I found her to be condescending, she spoke to us like we were stupid and found fault with most of the things we had researched regarding our animals (even advice given to us by other vets). We had a nightmare experience after she trimmed our birds beak and he almost bled out. She first said that it was normal, then said he wasn't bleeding when we left(a flat out lie considering our receipt and her desk had blood droplets on it!) And then said it must be a liver problem because we weren't feeding him correctly(even though he is on the most expensive organic bird pellets, which avian vets recommend). I'm sure she's perfectly fine with cats and dogs and if you don't mind being spoken down to then she should be a good choice. We however will not be returning.

First visit today. The facilities are probably clean, but the dirty grout and rolling clumps of dog hair were my first impression. Dr. Moser and the technician, I did not get her name, were very nice. The only issue I had was at checkout when the bill was more than what I was told it would be. The receptionist told me I was confused in my understanding of what the end cost would be but I never got to compare the estimate to the bill to see why I was confused. When I expressed my objection to the bill, I got put in a little room that I think might be where pets get euthanized, and I was told the doctor would come and explain. The doctor didn’t come, my dog peed on the floor, because by this time she had been through her appointment with a blood draw and numerous shots.I had to clean it up, couldn’t find a trash can and got tired of waiting. I decided to resolve the bill problem myself by giving back the flea medicine I didn’t need and reminding the receptionist that, according to the website, the first office visit is free (since that cost was on the bill). I’m afraid I did raise my voice to the receptionist who continued to tell me I was confused, but really this was a ridiculous amount of drama and a time-suck over a $20 discrepancy. But I’m sure this was an anomaly and your visit will be better.

It was sad to hear he passed he was never in it for the money, he took care of my dogs, cats even a sugar glider and a hedgehog, he was a wonderful doctor, The people over at all creatures are amazing, I've read some negative reviews on all creatures talking about how they're unkind, in it for the money or provide poor service; from experience I can tell you that All Creatures is an amazing place to take your pets; even with Dr. Robert Stottlemyer's passing the staff are still wonderful to my pets and I will continue to see All creatures because they provide excellent vet care to all of my animals.

I first went when my bird got sick and eventually passed away because someone told me they would see birds. They were nothing but helpful during this process. ...My husband works during the week so I didn't have a choice but to take my cat with my two children (3 yrs old, and 9 months old) with me for her checkup today. I didn't have to assist in any way, and the vet staff carried my cat all the way to the car for me so I could have a hand free for my kids. Dr. Clarke was very sensitive to the fact that Nahko was stressed and also that we are new owners. He and the other staff gave him treats and took every measure to make the visit as comfortable for him as possible. He explained available vaccinations and asked us lifestyle questions to determine which vaccinations would be recommended. My puppy Usidore had been throwing up and had a pretty liquid stool, so I took him to All Creatures. I didn't have an appointment but was told go come in and they'd get to me as soon as they could. Heart warming ❤️ very nice people. Compassionate and care about the animals they're helping. We brought are pug in today for a cesarean pugsphave a hard time giving birth especially if they are small. The came and told us how she was doing every step of the way. It was good when we found out that she did really good giving birth and she had 5 pugs that are healthy. They explained what we should do. We will pick her up at 5:30 tonight and they will go ocer the instructions again. Truthfully I've seen a couple of comments of people complaining And it all comes down to the owners how you are treating your pet. Don't blame the vet it you don't tell them all of the information they need to help your pet. We are planning on telling everyone in Granbury to go and see Dr Biquet best vet we have ever had. I have going to All Creatures A.H. for 8 years and have never had a bad experience. I drive there from south Tampa because they charge about half of what the animal hospitals in this area do. I am a pet sitter and I have recommend them to many of my clients, especially if their dog needs an expensive procedure. I learned about All Creatures when I volunteered with the Tampa Bay Beagle Rescue. It is where we brought most of our dogs to because of the excellent care they received and because they were much more affordable than other places.

My 15 year old cat started acting odd the day before I left for vacation. It was a Saturday afternoon and all vets in town were closed or already full with emergencies. All Creatures had been recommended to me shortly after moving to Bowling Green but I had never had the need before. I ended up breaking down and calling for an emergency visit since I would be out of town for a week. The doctor called back quickly, answered questions over the phone and set up a time frame to meet her at the office. At no point did she ever make me feel like I was putting her out. She was amazing with my cat and comforting to me. I had to leave my cat there for a few hours and she was ready for me when I was originally told. We set up a follow up appointment at that time. As soon as I got home and opened up the carrier, my kitty was back to her normal full of life self which was a great relief to me! Words can't express how happy I am with All Creatures!

I have been going to All Creatures for over 14 years and continue to receive excellent, responsive service. I have 3 dogs and a cat and they have been terrific, sensitive and kind with all of them. They are quick to get you in with a sick animal and very helpful with scheduling regular visits based on your time preferences. The vets have all been terrific, loving and gentle with all of my animals as they treated them for puppy to geriatric concerns. I have seen several different vets and they were all knowledgeable and patient with my animals. The staff are friendly and very helpful. Great preventative and treatment vet all around!

0/5 rating. I use a different name for my Gmail review so that I don't hear any crap from the people that run this "business." I have heard they like to spread rumors around town. So if you work for this "business" and you are reading this and doing a search to see if I am a customer, you probably won't find me in your database, if you do find this name, it's not me, this is an alias. So, here is the story with this "business." Anytime animal charities come knocking at their door, they are not home so to speak. They never give any monetary donations to help out any of the animal charities in Granbury or the surrounding areas. They do give one thing though, they give food donations, EXPIRED food donations. They are simply in it for the money, not the care for the animals. If for some reason you go into that place, stay with your animal at ALL times, the "care" for your fur baby is going to be nothing short of the Holocaust in terms of the way they will be treated. Hopefully they are not fed expired food if they stay over night. The people running the front desk act as if they are always tired! A clever idea, stop staying up the night before drinking and partying and then coming to work acting like you are some reality television show were you can act as though you have a bad hangover and your life is so terrible. That's just the front desk personnel. Don't take my word for it though! Go in and experience the "fun" for yourself, then you will see. Now, I expect someone from the business will reply with a sarcastic comment about how they never have donated expired food, about how they always give to charity, about how the front desk personnel are always friendly and never would behave in such a manner. This would be the ploy I would use too if I were running a business that was only in it for the money and allow brain dead idiots to run the front desk. Try it out and see for yourself! Take your fur babies somewhere else, anywhere else for that matter.

We recently moved to the area and were with a different vet office when we discovered a small tumor on our girl Zoe which they planned immediate surgical removal. We chose All Creatures for a second opinion and feel truly blessed by the care they have provided. Dr. Peters walked us step by step through our options and we did minimally invasive testing and staging for Zoe's cancer that provided the whole medical picture instead of just the one tumor which allowed us to make an educated decision that surgery at her age and likelihood of cancer stage was not the best option for her. Dr. Peters spent countless phone calls with me going over options and never made us feel anything but supported in this hard time. We were able to avoid a painful surgery and recovery for Zoe and keep her comfortable in her last month with us and are so happy that regardless of a heartbreaking situation for our family, All Creatures and Dr. Peters gave Zoe and us the best care possible for a cancer that we could not prevent spreading or cure. This is the first time that I have gone through any serious medical issues with a pet and in the 16 years of having Zoe, she never received better care than in her last few months. After losing Zoe, Dr. Peters sent a personal card of sympathy to our home and the location that handled her remains sent us a personalized paw print to remember her and seeds to plant flowers in her memory. These small gestures have made it so much easier to walk through this process. I would recommend All Creatures Animal Hospital to anyone who is looking for a vet office that has a true passion for animals and excellent owner customer service. Every person on their staff that we encountered through this hard time has been incredible and we are so happy that we found them! We are glad our other pup has great care moving forward! Thank you to All Creatures staff for truly being incredible.

I have taken my Yorkie there for 10 years. This past visit the vet barely looked at my dog and charged me 3 times what I paid the previous year. She never looked at his joints or teeth. She just assigned her vet techs to give shots. She literally spent 45 seconds with my dog. DO NOT GO THERE EVER! Since it became a Pearl wannabe, it's outrageous. I'm moving my dog to 4Paws. My brother has 8 dogs that went there. He has moved also to 4Paws.

I had been taking my cat to All Creatures since I got her from the Humane Society about 5 years ago. I have had a mix of experiences with them, both good and not so good. Over the last month, my cat became sick so I was in very frequent contact with All Creatures while they ran tests on her and recommended various medications. However, I decided it was time to try a different vet for treating her for a few reasons. I felt the staff and vets are more equipped and preferential to dogs, I felt they became irritated with my multiple questions about how to treat my cats sickness, and lastly, I went on vacation during this time and needed to board her, so I naturally decided to board her with All Creatures. During her stay, the staff called me to ask how my cat was doing with her new medications, as if they had no idea she was staying with them. While they are a decent choice if you are looking for something relatively inexpensive, I do not recommend if you want very attentive care for you pet. Since taking her to a new vet in town, I have noticed a marked difference in how she is has been cared for and will not plan any future visits to All Creatures .

By far the best vets for my fur babies. Dr Riley and Dr Hayworth are awesome. Both are super caring. Dr Riley is the only vet that can handle my little one, Bubbles who is quite a terror but for some reason Dr Riley just loves her and Bubbles loves her right back. I've been going there for years now. I've had more good than bad experiences and have referred several other people here. And, I have never felt like any of the Dr.'s were just in it for the money. I do think they genuinely care about the animals. I will gladly drop anything I have going on no matter where I am to drive my dogs there. Odessa to Granbury isn't a short drive, but I trust All Creatures more than any other vet and will do what I have to if my dogs are in need.

Every time that we are out of town and board Cody at Dogs Day Out (DDO), I always let All Creatures Animal Hospital know that we will pay for any services needed in our absence and request that they treat her as needed. Recently, services were needed and All Creatures was excellent in coordinating with DDO to ensure Cody had the meds and treatment needed while DDO provided excellent and loving care for her in our absence. What a great team we have for our dog! Very appreciative.

After 16 years of being with All Creatures, it's time for a change. Unexpectedly my lab developed a skin condition. Not sure what it is but they did the right thing to skin test and culture what was scraped. The bill was $300.00, higher than what I expected but knowing they are the experts and my lab is in good hands. Upon check-out, I handed them my debit card to pay $100 and asked to bill me the rest, and I'll pay it at month-end. Long story short, that is not there practice and all services must be paid in full. I didn't see this notice publicly posted while on premise nor is it stated on their website or their invoice. Needless to say, they withheld the antibiotics they were prescribing until I can pay the difference at month-end. When the bill was presented to me, I was fine with the charges but didn't realize they would penalize treatment for my lab. Not everyone has a couple hundred dollars available immediately. They offered a payment plan but that would cause $35.00 to setup. Does any of this make sense???

Dr Stottlemyer has been my Veterinarian through a mother daughter pair of Catahoula Leopard Dogs ( yes it was a challenge to handle 'em both) I had Roxy 16 years, Cheach only made 12 years (cancer) Then there was Little, a German Shepard, she made it about 17 years. Deoge is the latest, some kind of a red healer Dobie mix, Little and Cheach broke her in, she's about 11 now, hope another will adopt us soon. We always seem to have great dogs, most of the time they pick us out and just move in, the adoptions always overlap and for the most part, the old ones train the youngsters. They are never restrained, and stay on the property on their own and usually are indoor dogs at night. Through these 25+ years, Dr. Stottlemyer has been our attending vet, always there and available whenever we needed him, calling me to the hospital saying "I'm sorry Roxy has to be put down tonight, would you like to be here" This is no average veterinarian but quite an extraordinary one. While we tried to see if Cheach would respond to cancer treatment she spent quite a bit of time at all creatures, I was always welcome to see Cheach, when the time came to let her go on the staff was as tearful as I I have never observed anything or felt even a remote tingle of detachment from any staff member that made me question their dedication or devotion to their chosen field. One does not undertake any profession dedicated to animal health welfare and advocacy without taking a great personal responsibility and love for their patients and the subsequent rewards one feels when they see animal and family reunited.
