I have had 3 visits with our new puppy. The vets and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. All of our visits have been very timely and under 45 minutes. I have been to other veterinarians around town and waited over an hour before we saw the vet. I cannot say enough about how a friendly and well run office makes a difference!

I personally percieved that the Veterinarian's there, are only there for shots and medications. I had a horrible experience with the two separate Veterinarians who "Claimed to be Taking Care of my pregnant dog ". In my opinion, they are a waste of time,energy and money. I've decided on a more Experienced and Caring Veterinarian for my dog and her litter.

My son had a horrible accident with the family dog, we did not know where to go to get help, this was the only number we could find and I'm so glad we found it the veterinarian and the nurse did everything they could do to comfort Us in the process of putting the dog down when we walked in the door everyone was so kind and so sweet, the veterinarian and his nurse stood right there and cried as much as we did, the hardest part is telling my nine-year-old grandson ,that POWS is gone to heaven, I want to say thank you to everyone there from the lady at the front door all the way to the back....... Would rate them at 0 stars if I could! As a new client I was told that exams cost $39 per pet (for my 2 pets) so made an appointment with them. At the time of the appointment had to wait more than 45 minutes after scheduled appointment time to be admitted. After seeing doctor (who was very UNFPROFESSIONAL) got precriptions because they are SUPER EXPENSIVE at their office, and then they tell me that the exams are $53 per pet; NOT the promised $39!! Later when I went ahead to order my pets' prescriptions, this office had DECLINED them and saying that I had to come back for ANOTHER Examination of my pets if I want to get meds!!! After talking with them over the phone the receptionist says they will try to "fix" the problem. Today I received a statement stating that they REFUSE to treat my pets! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, EXPENSIVE, UNTRUTHFUL AND RUDE clinic and personel. I didn't want to come back to them either way but receiving that letter was the last straw! If you are looking for a new vet STAY AWAY from them!

Absolutely horrible experience. And when I chose to pull my records and move to a different vet, I found out that they didn't even have my dog listed as a dog! They had his paperwork labeled as a cat! Incompetent work has now led to me having to spend many more dollars with another clinic to fix their mistakes. Just awful.

My five year old dog has ALWAYS gotten ALL vaccinations EVERY year, and I keep all records as proof. Trying not to overvaccinate, I politely asked this vet to omit bordetella this year because among experts in canine imunology, the bordetella vaccine is contraindicated for well ventilated situations like dog parks. When I requested that this vet fill out paperwork so my dog can go to the dog park without bordetella, she refused explaining that my dog is perfectly healthy and therefore needs the full battery of vaccines again this year. They also tried to sell me a dog influenza vaccine. Flu shots for dogs?!?!? Big Pharma and the pushers, I mean doctors, are out of control.

prepare to be over. impressed and under charged. Wow very impressed. Priofesional coveted everything and charged very reasonable prices for services. They were very busy and I see why I would give 10 stars if possible. I cant understand how anyone would give this biz less than 5 stars. Look no further than here for rock star vet services I hardly ever give 5 star reviews. This is definitely the exception Thanks so much to everyone from yhe receptionist to the doctor. It gets no better than this

Absolutely wonderful! Dr. Arbo and Taylor (red) made the first visit for my boys feel so comfortable. They actually take the time to talk with the pup parents and spend enough time in the room to know the patients. Really excellent service and that says quite a bit coming from this slightly neurotic pup momma. From my 2 year old to my 16+ fur baby, I felt well taken care. And I was also pleased with the prices, they're right on part and don't over charge.

Dr. Vanessa Richards is amazing with all of my dogs. She is so sweet and a pleasure to be around, she really cares about the animals and goes out of her way to give them extra attention and make sure they're cared for. I thought I had found the place to take my Rat Terrier, but I guess I'm wrong. I left his last vet due to the sky high prices they charged for meds. I recently visited 4 Paws for a rabies shot, skin irritation check, and heart worm meds. My kids had their dogs on Trifexis so I asked for that for Dylan. The bill (for an essentially well dog) was $474.50! I thought that seemed high, but paid the bill. They charged us $300 for 12 month supply of Trifexis, $59.50 for 16 mg Apoquel tablets. My dog's itching is not better and I feel ripped-off. Vets are charging themselves out of business. Us old folks will have to find another vet with reasonable charges. I can't imagine how expensive an injured or sick dog would be.

We go here for all of our animals. They are friendly and affordable. We have had to use the after hours line. We have recieved quick call backs. The doctor has even come in and opened up after hours to see one of our animals. I will never go to another vetrenarian.
