So happy to have chosen SAH for my French Bulldog, Jack. We just moved to Clinton in November and I liked the location because we can just walk to appointments. But, once I met Dr. West and the Vet Tech, Rachel, I knew that this was the right place for Jack. In fact, my wife brought our Schnoodle, Cooper, to another vet in town last month and, when I told her about my confidence in Dr. West and her team, we have decided to move Cooper over here. The place has a really positive vibe about it, as it is clear that everyone working here has a great love of animals.

I recently decided to switch my new rescue dog from a veterinary office that I had been using for over 30 years. Reasons are not important here. I could not have been more pleased with my experience with Dr. West and her tech Alisja; starting with the front office staff that was so efficient in entering Abby's prior vaccination records and microchip info, to the "Welcome Abby " sign on the exam table, and with the comprehensive exam Abby received. Abby didn't want me out of her sight and great attention was paid to having me in her direct line of vision for every part of the exam. That visit was a great experience for both of us. So glad I found the office and their wonderful staff.

I have been going to SAH for almost 30 years now and I would not go anywhere else. The entire staff is knowledgeable, friendly and very welcoming. Not only do they take great care of your furry or feathered pets, but they also take care of you when it’s time to say goodbye to your pet. If you have a feathered friend they will cut and trim nails and wings when necessary. My cockatoo parrot had to be euthanized 5 years ago and because they had never done this before, Dr West called and spoke with an avian vet to find out the best way to do this. Both she and Dr. Berman were able to accomplish this with no problem and I was able to hold my parrot until the end. This is the place to go for great care for your pets.

I want to thank Dr. West for the great care we have received from her. After going to our previous vet for over 30 years before he retired, we were worried that we wouldn't find a vet that was as caring and knowledgeable as he was. Our son recommended Dr. West as she is our grandpuppy's vet and we couldn't be more pleased. When we took our 3 cats in for their check-ups Dr. West examined Shivers and took bloodwork to make sure her diagnosis of hyperthyroid was correct. She called the next day to let us know that it was confirmed. She recommended a specialist to take him to and explained to us about the best treatment options. She told us that if we had any questions not to hesitate to call her. Our appointment with the specialist is next week and I know we will be in good hands because of Dr. West. Our thanks to Dr. West and her staff.

We are facing the real possibility that our beloved Basset Hound, Quinn, has cancer. She has been treated so well at Shoreline Animal Hospital... dietary changes made a world of difference in her quality of life. We are sad at the prospect of losing her, but know that the vets at Shoreline would treat her with sensitivity, skill and compassion if it comes to that. SAH is by far the best on the shoreline. Starting with the location of the office on route 1 in Clinton, all the way up to the professionalism of the entire staff, I wouldn’t dream of taking my pets anywhere else. The office itself is clean and modern. Everyone is greeted upon walking through the door, and they are very prompt with appointments. The vet techs are extremely knowledgeable and caring, and the doctors are very knowledgeable as well, always attending seminars and classes to further their expertise. I’ve been a loyal patient for at least 10 years. Do not hesitate to bring your pets here!

I highly recommend Shoreline Animal Hospital if you’re looking for a vet on the Shoreline. I was going to another vet which was pretty good but after adopting a dog with some anxiety issues, a friend suggested I try Shoreline. The doctors and staff are so gentle with Molly and I never feel rushed. I thought my previous vet was adequate until I experienced the top notch service at Shoreline. We just love the staff. I will never go to this veterinarian again. I have an old dog who I brought to them for pain management for arthritic pain. He received a full workout, lab work, aspiration if a cyst etc. Also received all his vaccines. They want to do more and more. Charge more and more. I’m not going to put him through multiple tests and treatments. I just wanted him comfortable to live out his remaining life. They refused ANY pain meds unless they saw him again. To “ look at him “ to decide what would be best. He was just seen and nothing has changed. It’s all about the money, not the animal. I work in a hospital and we all agree- providers included, that it’s ridiculous and a ploy for more money. So my dog suffers. I gladly took my dog, and my business elsewhere. Don’t buy into theses false reviews. They will keep pushing and pushing for unnecessary tests and treatment. I could go into more detail, but I’m just done

I have taken my pets to Shoreline Animal Hospital for years now. I have never had a bad experience, and I will never take my dogs to any other vet. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate. We usually work with Dr. Berman, who has taken the time to get to know our 2 big dogs- and never once mentioned their breed. With two VERY large (and friendly) pit bulls, it isn't always easy to find a vet who can see past the breed, and instead sees the heart and soul of two loving rescue dogs. We left our previous vet for that very reason, and it was the best decision we ever made.

Shoreline Animal Hospital is the only place that I will bring my pets. Dr. Perry and staff were able to diagnose and treat a infected wound on my rescue pup that Clinton Vet Hospital were not able to treat effectively, and even recommended surgery! (when all my dog needed was a round of topical and oral antibiotics). I have tremendous trust and respect for them and their staff.

I would just like to Thank everyone at Shoreline Animal Hospital for their amazing compassion and kindness throughout the care of my Beautiful Kodiac. Although I'm writing this with my Sweet Kodiac no longer by my side, I'm still so very grateful for everything they did to make Kodiac as comfortable as he could be towards the end. It was a tough year for my boy, but with some amazing suggestions and help from Dr. Michelle West towards the end, Kodiac was able to cross over the Rainbow Bridge as peacefully and comfortable as we all hope for ,when our furry babies time has come.
