We recently had to bring our beloved 19 year old cat because after two weeks of trying medications prescribed by another vet she didn't improve and the time had come for us to put an end to her misery. The doctor and staff were so very kind and sympathetic. Although I was a mess they truly want above and beyond to help us to make peace with our decision. They even sent us a sympathy card in the mail. We have since adopted a new kitten and will be bringing him here for his care. They are wonderful.

I recently got my first dog of my own. (I've had family pets before, but this is the first time she's fully my responsibility.) Plumtree vet was recommended to me by the animal shelter because they don't overcharge and run unnecessary tests you like some vets tend to do. The vets are all friendly and love my dog. Every time we go, they give us a cute new bandana for her to wear! So far I am very satisfied with the care she's been receiving.

Top notch staff, My dog always seemed uncomfortable at vets offices prior to plumtrees but then a friend referred me to Dr. Baff and my dog seems way more comfortable there. They are also affordable.

I switched to Plumtrees when my Vet for years passed away and I am very happy with Dr. Baff and every single person on his staff. Homer is so comfortable there he rolls over on his back.... How many cats do that?

Only reason I am giving two stars is because the staff was so friendly. Other than that, we got our puppy from puppy kisses and had a free physical to here, so we tried it. The doctor tryed banging us for our money saying she needs all these shots and also being very sketchy about a skin disease she had while at puppy kisses. We went to a different vet who told us she needed blood work before any shots were done and one of the shots she was too young to even have!!!!! This place got me pissed off so I had to write a review. All they want is your money they don't care about your animal.

I bring my dogs to Plumtrees. The vets and staff are knowledgeable and the level of care is outstanding. My dog has a skin condition that cleared up in two days. It is a bit pricey but overall worth it.

The staff there is nice but I wouldn’t recommend this Veterinarian because he has a reputation of putting money over animal health. Where is the integrity? I and few others are not easily fooled by just a smiling face. Quality care is ESSENTIAL for my pet and anyone who works with pet stores, in my experience from knowing those owners, is NOT ok with me. I’d suggest doing your homework on prices and veterinarians who support reputable rescues(which are also far and few between). Your pets health depends on it.

My husband and I could not be more grateful for the staff at Plumtrees animal hospital. We had an emergency with our dog yesterday during the snow storm and our regular vet was closed. Despite the severe weather, they saw us immediately and started the treatment for our sweet Abbey. It was more serious than we thought and Dr Baff set us up an appointment at a specialist and sent all her records over. I can't thank them enough for seeing us on such short notice and with the terrible weather. I will be taking all of our pets here moving forward.

1 star because I can't rate them 0. Had to write a bad review for all the people that feel the same but haven't gone out of their way to write a review. I tried to not let one bad experience change my opinion on vet but after bringing up Plum Trees in several conversations this is not a place you want to bring your dogs to especially if you are looking for an affordable place. They're even news articles on them being very shady and secretive about the status of dogs in their care.

Dr. Baff is the best vet in the Danbury area. He takes his time and never makes you feel rushed. He is thorough and doesn't push for unnecessary tests. Great care all the way around from the entire staff. Happy and healthy dog, happy dog mom.

Very efficient practice easy to communicate with. Most important they keep Duke in excellent health. Duke has no anxieties making visits and the staff treat my Dog very nice. Great place wouldn't think of changing.

This is a horrible place, DO NOT COME HERE. I was charged 300$ in extra fines for services I didn’t authorize. They put unnecessary vaccines on my dog that she already had. I tried to talk it out with the vet but he refused to come out of his office. DO NOT COME HERE. They are just trying to steal your money.

My dog has cancer. Dr. Wesley Baff went to great lengths to get us a diagnosis and reccommendations so we could take her to an oncologist. When we decided on a cancer treatment, Dr. Baff went out of his way to obtain the medications for us so we didn't need to travel to New York once a month. Zoe has had many surgeries and Dr, Baff is always up front and honest about the cost, and the fact that nothing is going to cure her. We have been going to this practice for over 20 years, and have been always told exactly what our dogs need, the cost, and have always been offered alternative treatment plans. They are compassionate and have always been respectful of our feelings. There is no better practice for your pets. Thank you Dr. Baff and staff, for taking such good care of our family pets :) We would never even consider going elsewhere! <3
