We have three dogs Mollie, Fred and Eddie. The staff at New Fairfield Animal Hospital are so caring and friendly that I feel the same professional care is given as if they were our children. I would not go anywhere else. It doesn't matter how small or serious the problem is, they give our pets the same concern and love.

They've been the primary vet for my dogs since they first opened a decade ago, and I've never had a bad experience there. The quality of care, both in terms of the raw medical treatment and their genuine decency, is everything I could hope for. This goes back to 2010, but thinking back on my first dog... I'll be forever grateful for the grace they showed both her and my family near the end. They were clear and realistic about treatment options, did everything they could to ease her pain, and Drs. Harter and Brunner and all the staff went above and beyond in supporting my family and I through it all. They're honest, decent people and I'd recommend them to anyone without reservation.

The staff at New Fairfield Vet were great with me and my dog, Roxy, when she got spayed and had a tummy tack there. They were wonderful with my anxious dog and this very worried pet owner! The receptionists were so helpful when getting a prescription refilled for me at a local pharmacy since I do not live closeby. Dr. Brunner was awesome! Thanks everyone!

Our two cats have received good care here. I’ve been impressed by Dr Brunner. He’s gentle. He’s very patient with questions. He shares his informed, methodical thinking as he proceeds, and he doesn’t leap into invasive, expensive treatments right away. He seems such a caring person.

I was visiting family in the area and on Christmas day discovered that my dog most likely had an ear infection. I googled vets in the area and chose New Fairfield Animal hospital based on the reviews. I called on the 26th and my dog could be seen on the 27th. I was extremely impressed with everyone we met there and my dog received excellent care. I would highly recommend them to anyone living in the area or anyone on vacation with a pet that needs to be seen. I would definitely go back.

I had to make the difficult decision today to put down my 12 yr old olde english bulldogg, Cash. He was very sick. There were no appointments available but the staff there made room for us within the hour. They treated us like family and made this horrible expierence comfortable for us.
