This place is horrible they will make your pet suffer made a appointment Monday to bring my dog in to be put down and because the previous owner had a bill the refused so my dog suffered for hrs until he passed in my arms. Animal killers. Never again will i step foot anywhere near this hell hole!!!!!!

We've been bringing our pets here for all of their healthcare needs for the past 24 years, and our animals have always received wonderful, kind, compassionate care from Dr. Zevanney and Dr. Di Napoli as well as the front desk personnel. They are all calm and caring, even when we're freaking out at times! Prices are a bit high, however all healthcare seems to come at a premium these days.

I do love the veterinarians so far. they have been very knowledgeable and are wonderful with our dogs. Over all good place, knowledgeable, clean and we are able to get an appointment in reasonable times. a couple of the ladies that work the desk of the Marlborough location could be more mindful of manners when working with the public and empathy to pet owners* Id rather not mention the prices and nonsense behind that and billing. ~Id give 5 stars to Marlborough if the "billing" and desk folks were better. **the Middletown location is a FIVE star. they really have it all together.

My dog has been a patient of Marlborough Animal Hospital for 8 years. I brought him in this past May for his vaccinations and check up. I alerted the doctor to a concern I had about his teeth and jaw, which had developed a chatter/tremor. She said it could be an indication of a dental problem, quickly looked (very rushed), said he was fine and attributed the problem to aging. Over the next two month my dogs condition deteriorated. The chatter was almost constant and he was obviously uncomfortable. I called the vet again insisting that something was wrong with his mouth or teeth. The technician that answered referred me to a local kennel and groomers for a teeth cleaning, which I learned is only performed by a vet as it requires anesthesia. The fact that their own veterinary tech did not know this and sent me to a groomer, is unacceptable. I ended up bringing my dog to a different vet where he was diagnosed with a major infection requiring immediate surgery, antibiotics, pain meds and 14 teeth extracted. My dog was put through prolonged pain and required $1100 for treatment which could have been prevented had Marlborough Animal Hospital taken the time to look, treat him properly and educate their staff.
