We took our cat in because she has a problem with her right hind leg. They took x-rays of her we leave and when we get her home and take her out of her cat carrier she literally could not walk her hind legs gave out....according to the two animal communicators that I spoke with who also do reiki treatments both said she was re-injured in their x-ray room and that they were rushing through the procedure. One of the reiki practioners did do an emergency reiki treatment on our kitty that day. She said that it was business as usual at this office and that compassion for the animals here is lacking I have always felt the very same thing and have witnessed it. When we questioned the office about what had gone on in their back room they denied any wrong doing on their part. The attending vet that we saw that day told her superiors that my cat had problems with both her legs. That was completely false as she saw our cat walking in the exam room before taking her in back to do x-rays. She was fearful apparently of what would happen to her so she changed the truth of the situation when speaking to her superiors. This practice refused to acknowledge or take responsibility for their negligence. My gut was saying all along to not go there that day and I didn't listen. I was going to take my animal to Pieper Memorial emergency I wish that I had. I wish that I had not ignored what I was feeling in that moment. I saw and felt from previous visits that MVC was very focused on money and compassion for the animals was very much lacking. I know other people who left their practice for this very reason. Also both animal communicators said it was important to keep my cat still not to let her walk around keep her contained and to keep her at ground level was very important so she couldn't reinjure herself. When my brother went back and got the treatment notes and his money back from that visit the doctor noted in the paperwork that, " it needs time and confinement to see if it improves." It the injury she never mentioned the word cat in the note that the cat needs time and confinement to see if she improves. She the doctor notates in the treatment notes-I have not expressed this to the owner yet that the cat should be keep still, quite, contained and not allowed to jump up onto furniture etc. Why not what was she waiting for reinjury? Since writing this review all kinds of good reviews have cropped up on this page quite suddenly. To all who read this you can make up your own minds and I sincerely hope it works out for every animal who goes there. Perhaps because of what happened with our animal these doctors will take a deeper look at how they operate and make adjustments accordingly before they end up with a lawsuit. MVC is much too focused on making money and not focused enough on the animals and having compassion for them. I know someone who left this practice because she was told that her cat was dying which he wasn't and the Polish doctor forced her into giving her cat a rabies shot 1 month early. She said the doctor went on a rant about it so she gave in. Rabies vaccine is highly toxic and indoor cats should not even be receiving such a toxic vaccine in the first place. But.....it certainly is a great money maker for all involved to push and administer all these unnecessary vaccines. It has been known since the 60's that vaccines combined with EMF radiation cause cancer. This is one reason why we have enormous rates of cancer in animals today as well as people. There is no justification for filling indoor house cats with such a toxic vaccine. It will however make the vets money when your cat gets sick or worse yet gets cancer or some other debilitating disease.

Been going here for about 19 years. Recommended by my vet in Syracuse, NY. Went to school with them at Cornell. Said they graduated first and second in their class. Had four dogs and about half dozen cats. Absolutely first rate in every way. Can’t say enough about then. Like family.

Everything was perfect when I took my puppy Lola in to Manchester Vet. Lola wasn’t feeling great at all. Manchester Vet immediately sent her stool out to be checked but didn’t stop there. They provided medicine and special food to start Lola on the path to feeling better immediately! Thank you!
