Whether it was a planned appt or last minute the doctors and staff are great. Very caring, patient and everyone treated with my dogs with the best care since 1998. Even with my rescued dog Roxy. She is now 10 but has so much energy, loves to give kisses, but does not like you touching her head.they we're great in handling her. I haven't used the boarding in about 10 years but I my dog was always well taken care of while we were away and remained happy.

This is our primary animal care - we've been there several times over the past 2 years and they've been nothing but excellent. We have 2 large (25lb+) cats that can be difficult and they've always handled them well. Happily recommend this.

My dog had an emergency today. I never been to this Vet before but was happy they were open! They had me come right over with my dog and on a very busy day found time for her and sent us home happy and healthy! Wonderful experience!!! Thank you!!

Nicest ones in town. I had rescued at cat who was sick with a respiratory infection and living under a stairwell. 2 vet offices blew me off but this one opened their arms to it and got it better. They are fantastic and reasonably priced.

10 day board goes HORRIBLY left stitches in dogs ear and lied about their removal, I called the day of their removal and was told everything went fine and he looks good. I had to remove them myself a week late when he came home. They called it "miscommunication" because they didnt see the inch long incision on the side of his ear in the 10 days he was in their care, I call it paying them 350 to ABUSE my animal.

Met Dr. Erin Fleming this morning. We’ve been having a hard time getting a diagnosis on our senior dog. We were given great compassion time and details this morning and are now able to make a decision. Of course no one wants to hear it’s the end of the line for their loved one but it was harder not knowing for these last several months. We will be leaving our former vet and now seen Dr. Fleming solely for the rest of our “Fur babies”

they always seem to find a way to boost their prices. A friend of mine had a cat that has been going there for over 6 years had diabetes and when she had an emergency they were very rude, she has been going there for over 20 years with her other animals, after bringing her cat to another hospital they were amazed at the amount of insulin he was on and that they would not see the cat with out cash payment first after year of patronage and numerous references. They do not care about the animals all they care about is the money.

Very professional, great care, zero issues with surgeries (spay/neuter) and dealt with a very difficult dog. These are animals in a rescue, so they are not always your typical cases. They came highly recommended by 2 rescue groups.

go someplace else! The front desk has no idea or knowledge of anything in the veterinarian world. The doctor never calls you within the timeframe they say. So you as a “patient” have no idea what is going on with your pet. Very unorganized. Unprofessional. Seems like the vet is not interested in her business or her clients. Maybe she should change careers. Bc clearly she’s not interested in this one.

We used HAH since the 1980's, the employees knew our dog by name and were helpful. I would like to mention that we lived in Norwalk and yes we drove up to Fairfiled for our cocker spaniel to be groomed and seen when ill. They were always attentive and friendly. Recently I rescued a pit bull and they didn't hesitate to see him ASAP and schedule an appointment for him to get fixed. It was a matter of maybe three days total, they kept him over night and Samson couldn't be any happier. Also, when you have a pet you know that there is going to be a cost associated with their care i.e. grooming, vaccines etc. Which for the most part I do handle his grooming needs, but surgeries and vaccines are a necessary part of maintaining a happy and healthy pet. They are reasonable and I would highly recommend them.

Worst vet ever! They almost killed my mother in laws cat during a routine tooth cleaning and now charged my mother over $400 for xray and bloodwork and gave them no results but said with an ultrasound for $500 they might be able to figure out what's going on! My mother in laws cat still needs treatments which they are not paying for and may have life long issues bc of them! Do not go there! The old owners were great ...new owners not so much.
