Bulls Head doctors and staff are consistently top-notch. We've been customers for several years (dog, hamsters) and every single appointment has been professional, value-added and timely. The staff is super responsive to all concerns and you can tell they truly care about pets AND owners. We feel completely at ease boarding our pets there. Excellent medical care and follow-up that goes even beyond what we get from our own (human) doctors! We love Bulls Head! P.S. fabulous groomer, Sandi, is the best!

These guys care so much about animals it hurts. (in a good way) We brought our Dalmatian puppy to BHPH on the recommendation of our friend who's been going there for the last 2 years with his dog. We couldn't be happier. Dr. Steve, Dr. Nolan and their staff love animals! They both have their own unique way of working with people, so depending on your personality one might be a better fit for you (the people), but I can promise you both will always do everything in their power for your 4 legged family member. Dr. Steve was the first one we met, immediately after greeting us, he got on the floor and played with Hiro, and while tumbling with our at the time 8 week old pup, did a preliminary health check, then called in an aide to assist with a more thorough checkup. All the while talking to us, testing Hiro's responses and reflexes, asking periodically if we had questions, explaining the answers fully and then like a watchful father asking if we were clear on the explanation before moving on. I really appreciated the no nonsense pragmatism he embodied while teaching first time puppy owners the ropes / filling in the gaps. And we had soo many questions! I think 2 visits later we got to meet Dr. Nolan for the first time, he is gregarious, with a big hearty smile, and very animated! He also played with Hiro the very first thing in the room after saying hi to us. His method with us was a little more succinct and to the point, and just as informative as Dr. Steves just more of a peer to peer interaction than the fatherly feeling we got from his well father! Wouldn't knock any points from either of them, and like I said at the start, they both love animals while having different approaches for humans. The Staff was wonderful they practically bubble every time Hiro comes in and they make us feel welcome each visit! I noticed they do this with most of the animals coming in, its really cool they remember their names, a little extra touch for us. Also if your thinking of getting a puppy or a kitten, they offer a really good package that covers initial exams and vaccinations for a really good price. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet for a future pet, or if your looking to change it up with your current vet.

I highly recommend Bull's Head Pet Hospital. Dr. Nolan is phenomenal, as is his staff. They are wonderfully responsive and very easy to get in touch with via email as well, which is incredibly helpful to a busy working parent who doesn't have time to play phone tag! Nolan cares deeply about every dog, and takes ample time during all of his visits to answer all of our questions and concerns. My dog was recently diagnosed with a seizure disorder and he has been wonderful during all of it. You won't be sorry for choosing them for your pet's care!

I have a 1 year old puppy and have been bringing him to Bull's head since I rescued him at 9 weeks old. On the first visit, Dr. Steven Zeide spent 45 minutes with us going over everything someone would want to know about raising a puppy. He was extremely friendly with my dog. I have also had to pleasure of seeing his son, Dr. Nolan Zeide, and he is just as professional as his father and a great vet. The staff is also exceptional. One of the great things about Bull's Head is if your pet has a problem, you can send pictures to them and they will advise you on what to do without necessarily going in. As a puppy, when we got him, he had worms. I sent a picture to them and they confirmed and prescribed meds. Another time, my dog had a few spots on him. Thinking it might be a rash, I sent them a picture, received a prompt response, and was told to apply neosporin.

I have know the Ziede family for over 20 years. They truly love and care about my animals. I have tried different vets because of my location, but Bulls head is where I know my pets are going to receive the best love and care. The entire staff greets my pets and my family so warmly. Stephen and Nolan (the interns as well) are compassionate and knowledgable. They consider all of the elements when treating our animals and have been there in the best and worst of times for me.

Susan Bissonnette

This was my first visit and I was very impressed. All staff members were friendly, attentive and professional. Dr. Zeide and his medical staff listened to all my concerns for my two cats and clearly explained how we would proceed. I am very happy that a friend recommended Bull’s Head Pet Hospital.

The best vets you will find!! We love Dr. Steve Zeide. The entire staff there are caring, knowledgeable, polite. The visits are never rushed & Dr. Zeide will stay & answer every question you have(I had many). I have taken hamsters, bunnies & dogs there. Top notch service every time. I would not consider going anywhere else!!

Bulls Head has been caring for our English bull dogs for over 8 years. The staff is very friendly. The doctors are very good. very concerned about our dogs health. They are very quick to respond to an emergency. We had to put one of our dogs down and Dr Steven Zeide came to our home. He was so warm and comforting it made a very difficult time a warm memorable experience. Thanks Bulls Head. Gary Ferone

I can’t say enough great things about this office. Every single person who works there - daycare, front desk, vet techs, doctors - is amazing. I email them with questions frequently and they get back to me very quickly, usually with a solution I can figure out at home for my dog. They treat even the smallest issue (or non-issue, sometimes in our case) with the utmost care and respect. Dr. Zeide has saved me from so much anxiety!

Marlene Springer

Caring and loving staff

Superb experience. Our wait time was very little and Dr. Steve Zeide was very friendly, he got to know me and my dog Callie before doing the physical exam on her (she had been limping for a while). It was an interactive exam and he showed me exactly what he was looking for and his findings. He wasn't looking to screw us financially and actually opted not to take x-rays since it wouldn't change the course of action anyway. We got referred out to a great doctor at Cornell to follow up on physical therapy. All in all, wonderful staff, lovely office, and you really feel like your pet is cared for! I can't wait to go back and see them again.

Jennifer Saunders

I took my puppy here and I am so happy that I made the change. She had a horrible cough that turned into a pneumonia. Dr Nolan Zeide and his staff are AMAZING!!! They got us an appointment and took the time to answer my questions and got my little girl better.

We’ve been taking our dogs to Bullshead for over 30 years. Dr. Steve Zeide and Dr. Nolan Zeide are caring doctors. They have always given us good advice, even when we were away with our dog and she got sick.

Lorna Aliperti

Dr. Nolan was very responsive and caring for our injured cat, Cascada. He followed up on checking up on her and she is now back to her old self. We are very pleased and will continue to be clients!

The vet suffocated and killed our guniea pig and our young daughter is devastated. We brought the animal in for what we thought was a skin condition but the vet held the guinea pig down so it had a hard time breathing and when my wife mentioned something to the vet he blew her off. Additionally this vet didn't even think the skin condition was an issue so if that's the case why hold it down and continue to talk, just hand the animal back after looking at it. After he killed it, he tried to claim that the animal had a pre-existing condition but the animal was vibrant and energetic before taking him to this vet and she didn't die today because of any sickness, it was the awful examination. Please use caution and speak up loudly if you think your pet is being mistreated. We will not use this practice again.

A Note of Caution from a Patient I thought Dr. Steve and Dr. Nolan loved me, but I guess they really just pretended. My name is Jack. I was a large standard poodle. I died two weeks ago. When I was dying, my Dad called Dr. Nolan who had left the clinic and the receptionist never got him to call back or he didn't want to. Dr. Steve was too busy with a patient to take my Dad's emergency call. When he did call, it was to late for me. Dr. Steve's advice to take me to Cornell was impossible and too late given the seizure I was experiencing; even a standard poodle knew that. Dr. Steve said he'd call back in 20 minutes; he never did. Dr. Nolan called instead some 30 minutes later. My dad had asked Dr. Nolan what to do about two months ago if I died at home. Dr. Nolan told Dad not to worry he would be there for me and my dad, but he wasn't. Only my dad and mom were there to love me, stroke me, and keep me warm. Dr. Nolan after learning I had died responded to my dad in an unfriendly tone, "what do you want me to do?" He then told my Dad to take me to Cornell Vet. and get an Uber if dad needed help. So you see, with all the sweet talk and all the 5 star ratings, I think Drs. Steve and Nolan have no real empathy for animals and may have forgotten why they became vets. Take it from this former poodle, think carefully about what you trust these vets to do.

We have been going to Bulls Head Pet Hospital for many years for the care of our cats. We have been greeted with kindness and compassion every time we have walked in the door. Doctors Steve and Nolan Zeide have provided a clear understanding of our cats health during each visit and go the extra mile for their clients. They truly care about the animals they treat and always call to check in following a pets treatment. We trust them with the care of our cats and highly recommend them!

We can't say enough about the doctors and staff at Bull's Head. We brought our 6 year old Cairn terrier, Lily, in after receiving a referral from a good friend. She had to have a suspicious mass removed from her leg. Both Drs were wonderful with her and explained all aspects of the surgery, choices and after care thoroughly and never seemed rushed. They clearly love animals and treated Lily like their own :-) we will now be scheduling an appointment for our other rescue dog who is still very wary of strangers .. We know he will be in great hands!! Highly recommend these folks!

We have two dogs. A 10 yr old and a puppy. I heard of Bull's Head Pet Hospital from my boss. She mentioned that they have a puppy program. I called to inquire about the puppy program and what it includes. I then compared it to m current Vet prices. The puppy program offered a lot more for the same cost. I took Luckas (puppy) to Bull's Head and all my expectations were exceeded. My current Vet does not even come close to the level of customer service this establishment offers The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and you can truly feel that they cared about my pet and me. We saw Dr. Nolan, he was very pleasant and helpful. He made sure I understood everything before I left and let me ask as many questions I wanted. This is a great place to bring your pet. It think i will start taking my 10 year old pooch (Kixx) to Bull's Head as well. PS. If i have a question i just email them. I get a reply with in 24 hrs. In case of emergency, they have a Dr on call 24/7. Oh.. Did i mention I love this place...!!!!

I truly cannot say enough about how wonderful Bull's Head is. Dr Nolan is kind, extremely knowledgable and has my timid pup at ease even while getting shots. The entire staff is warm and friendly. I actually look forward to our visits.

We've been coming to Bull's head Pet Hospital for over 20 years. As long as we have pets my husband and I will continue to visit Dr. Steve and Dr. Nolan. Great Vet's, staff, atmosphere, care and follow up! : ) ; ) : )

My experience with Bullshead animal hospital goes back to the 80's when I first brought my dog Brandy to Dr. Steven Zeide, and now my dog Jack who Dr. Steven and Dr. Nolan, his son treat. I have consistently found them to be thorough, kind and compassionate toward my dog's and myself. Both are very capable in every way and their availability is remarkable.

I have been going to Bullshead pet hospital for about 3 years now and I used to like it alright, the hospital is owned by a father and son, I found the son to be pleasant, I found the father to be a bit judgmental and rude. The facility needs to be updated, although it may be clean, it appears dirty as the decor looks dingy because i would guess it's pretty old. Considering what they charge, you'd think they could make it a bit nicer. I will NO LONGER be taking my 2 dogs to this vet, I recently boarded my 2 dogs for 4 days and ended up paying over $700 when I picked them up. The receptionist was less than helpful when I explained that I was told it would only be $45 a night for both dogs, I had the email to prove it. They did not care that THEY had made a mistake. It ended up being $45 per night, per dog. For that price you get 3 30 minute walks a day. OR you could take your dogs across town to camp bow bow and pay the same price, except your dogs will play at daycare with other dogs all day. All in all, I would not recommend this vet to anyone. For these prices, you could find something much better.

Caitlin Robinson

We love Bull's Head Pet Hospital! Our Goldendoodle has been going since she was 3 months old. She tends to be nervous at the vet but the doctors and staff are so great with easing her anxiety! She also goes for grooming and Sandy and her team is just wonderful. She always comes out smelling and looking amazing. Thanks for caring for our doodle!

Armando Rey

Amazing place for dogs The staff is overall the nicest and super helpful when it comes to the healthcare of our little animals at home. Dr. Steven zeide is the best and so caring for the dogs. Definitely recommend to friends and family!

I would rate Bull's Head with 20+ stars if that option was possible! I had to bring my St. Bernard in during a situation in which I had never been to Bull's Head before. (Friends/neighbors of mine bring their dog there and raved about them!) He had taken ill in a matter of a day and I had no idea what was wrong with him. They were so incredibly accommodating and did everything possible to fit us into their morning schedule while I was overcome with emotion. They were so understanding and made me feel as though we had been a patient there for years! I have never experienced such thoroughness of his examination and empathy by the entire practice as I had with Bull's Head. Not only was the entire staff so amazing during our visit, but they proactively followed-up several times to check in on my big boy (who thankfully ended up feeling better). I have been telling everyone I know about my amazing experience and I hope that any pet parent chooses Bull's Head. You will be so happy if you do!!

Short Version: These guys are awesome!! Wish all doctors cared this much. Longer Version: From my first visit, I have been impressed with the entire staff and doctors. You can tell they truly care about the well-being of your pets. They go out of their way to make sure my dog is doing ok and offer any/all help they can provide her. I had a question late one night and emailed them, within a couple hours I had an answer. Then, when she got sick, they fit me in late on a Friday. The best part is I know they care about my dog as much as I do.

Morgan Zazuri

If I could give BHPH 100 stars I would. First let me start by saying if your dog/cat/other type of animal is EVERYTHING to you & you're in the area, I'd recommend a meet and greet with Dr. Steve or Dr. Nolan. I could go on forever, but I'll try and keep it short. My husband and I have been going to BHPH since the week we picked up Frankie. Someone luckily enough referred us to them a few weeks prior to him coming home, which is why we went. For one, thank GOD for that referral. Two - I personally have referred pet owners new to my building, at work, or anywhere I go really if it comes up in conversation. Yes, BHPH does give you an extremely generous reward for this (which most places nowadays don't).. but in reality the reason I refer people here is because Dr. Steve and Nolan (can't forget about all of the techs and assistants) truly care for your dog and act as if they are their own. I've been working in a profession where I have seen way too many referrals turn sour quick, hence why I'm VERY picky where I tell people to go. From random people at the dog beach who live in the area, to close friends who are first time pet owners & everyone in between - I haven't regretted sending them here once. I'm sure everyone has experienced some type of vet or personal health practitioner that milks money out of you. Here, it's polar opposite. I've emailed them in sheer panic over a scab... cough.. little cut, aka *nothing* and the first thing isn't "come here to check it out" unless it's something that should be looked at/could be detrimental your pet. I've received emails and calls with suggestions to help with whatever it is, exhaust all options, then if necessary, come in. Also, you're never rushed. Any appointment, vaccination, or medicine pick up -- the staff & doctors take as much time as needed to answer questions (trust me, I ask 100 each time I'm there). Finally, along with each staff within BHPH, Dr. Steve and Dr. Nolan truly take the time to get to know you, your pet, and your lifestyle. Each animal is different in many ways, and the most important part is they understand that. You will never feel like you're on the back burner or 'just a number' with this team. Thank you for keeping Frankie so healthy team!!

This was my wife's and my first time at this Vet yesterday and we were very impressed with the care and the kindness of the doctor and the entire staff. We rescued a 10-week old puppy last week and wanted to haver her checked out. We are so glad we found this place for our new fur baby. We both would highly recommend them.

My new best Veterinarian shop. Highly regarded by neighbors and friends, clean friendly and extremely professional and well organized.Fees reasonable and knowledgeable.

This is a really nice pet hospital with vet that cares a lot about their patients as well as the parents. They're very sweet Father and Son team that Services the area of Stamford. The prices, though are comprable, are in the pricey side. I still would recommend for getting your pup's vaccinated at vetco, but for serious issues the care that you get from Bull's Head is second to none.

We are so incredibly thankful to have found Dr. Nolan and Dr. Steve! They have been amazing with both of our cats and our new puppy, especially when we had an emergency with our dog this past week. They are wonderful and I would recommend them to everyone!

We have only ever had a wonderful experience at Bull's Head Pet Hospital. The doctor's are exceptionally knowledgeable. The staff is friendly and kind. We love BHPH and could never see ourselves going anywhere else. Thank you for all you do!

Dr. Steve Zeide is top notch! He takes the time to explain things to you and you never feel rushed. The staff is great as well! Only positive things to say about this place. When I first moved here, several dog owners I spoke to told me to go to Bull's Head. I'm glad I did.

Solid vet establishment. Third vet I have been to since getting my dogs. Pricing is generally reasonable and I like the prepaid plan that saves some money down the line.

I have been going to Bulls Head with my boy Bubba for 15 years. Yes, Bubba is a 70lb, 15 year old. mixed breed dog. And i credit Bulls Head (Steve and Nolan) for helping to keep him healthy. When Bubba was 8 months old, he contracted a salivary gland infection and was running a high fever. Dr. Steve Zeide, not only made a house call and gave him a shot, but stayed outside with Bubba and I for 45 minutes to make sure it broke the fever. Then while he had an evening event to attend that night he gave me his prized cell phone number in case the fever came back. Fast forward 9 years, Dr. Steve and his wonderful son Dr. Nolan, performed surgery on Bubba for a malignant tumor. They successfully removed it, got clean margins and it never came back. Today, in Bubba's old age, Dr. Nolan will sit on the floor and examine Bubba vs. putting him up on the metal table, which probably means more to me than to Bubba, but it surely is a sign of how loving and caring they are! They are like an extended family to my husband, Bubba and I. We love them! P.S. they are quite funny too!

Darlene Goodwin

I have been taking my dogs to BHPH since they were pups and they are now 13 and 9. When my German Shorthair finally had reached a point where she was too sick and old to continue, my husband and I cradled her on the floor as Dr. Steve gave her the needle and all three of us cried together. Dr. Steve seemed to be almost as upset as we were---after all, he had been taking care of her all of her life. Both Drs. Steve and Nolan are kind and caring vets. They never rush you and spend the time you need to have your questions answered and concerns attended to. When one of my toy poodles got sick last year and I took him to a vet in Florida where I spend my winters, they couldn't figure out what was wrong with him. He had stopped eating and drinking and could hardly walk when I got back to CT. At BHPH they were able to figure out the problem---Addison's disease---and he is now 13 and back to acting like a puppy! I wouldn't go anywhere else with my dogs. They are the best vets around!

Our family has been using Bulls Head Pet Hospital for almost 40 years. They are knowledgeable, kind and treat you like you are part of their family. My children now trust Steve and his son and wonderful staff with their dogs also. Among check-ups, boarding, emergencies, random questions, grooming - everyone is so wonderful and accommodating.. Our dogs are healthy and happy because of you.

My beloved dog was in a car accident and died before we got her to the hospital but the doctor was very kind and examined her anyway and gave us a coffin to bury her. Genuinely nice people, definitely going back there again for all of our canine needs.

Bull's Head Pet Hospital has the most caring staff and Vets in the area! I never worry about bringing Luna (our 4 legged baby) to see them and they are always available when we need them - especially in the cases of emergencies! I trust their recommendations, respect their knowledge and appreciate their guidance and care. Thank you Bull's Head for everything you do for our family!

Staff is very welcoming, warm and thorough! I felt like my puppy Whitney was treated extremely well and everything regarding her visit was explained to me in detail. Also love the e-mailing system for invoices, details from the visit and reminder about upcoming appointments.

I have been coming to Bull's Head Pet Hospital for almost 2 years now and I can't imagine going anywhere else! I feel incredibly comfortable, confident and safe bringing my two dogs to Bull's Head. The staff is so friendly and the doctors are very attentive. At every single appointment the doctors take the time to answer all my questions and address any concerns I have. I've had a few instances outside of their regular hours and both Dr. Nolan and Dr. Steven have answered my calls promptly and guided me through the issues my pups were having. The staff members also take the time to thoroughly follow up on any visit or inquiry through email. I get lots of handy reminders of upcoming appointments or shots that my dogs need. They are so great!! Definitely 5 stars!

Angela Carella

A friend of mine told me about BHPH we got a mixed breed puppy (Toby) and literally picked him up and brought him right to Bulls' Head this is our fist puppy and right from the minute we walked in the door the staff was so friendly and attentive to us and Toby! Dr. Nolan was so awesome he walked us through everything and was so great with Toby! I had my son with me and he even let him hear Toby's heartbeat! Dr. Nolan was very attentive not only to Toby but to us with any concerns or questions we had and he has been at every visit since we brought Toby in January. Toby loves Dr. Nolan our recent visit Dr. Nolan was kneeling on the floor and Toby was licking him all over his face! They have a Puppy Wellness Package that we purchased which was great! They have a portal to access you pet's information and they email everything to you notes/invoices from the visit so you can refer back to them. Every time I call I get a call back and/or an email and they always follow up and want to know how your pet is doing! We got an opportunity to meet Dr. Steve as well and he was just as attentive to Toby and my questions and concerns. The Staff, Dr. Nolan, and Dr. Steve are great and I would definitely recommend BHPH to anyone who has a pet!

Darren Plateroti

Helpful staff and courteous service. The Dr is very considerate and listens to what your concerns are, which is a comfort.

I just took my terrier mix rescue to Bull's Head for her very first vet appointment since adopting her a few months ago. I was a nervous wreck, more so even than my dog Lady, because being a rescue she has some issues with being very nervous and timid. I wasn't sure how they'd handle her, but Dr. Nolan was AMAZING!! Seriously. The whole experience was fantastic, from checking in at the front desk to working with the vet techs to checking out. I had been so anxious about her at this appointment and now I can't wait to take her back because I know she'll be in such good hands. I'll be recommending Bull's Head to anyone and everyone!

Jeff Porper

Bull's Head Pet Hospital keeps my Boston Terrier "Cooper" in great health, very comfy when I board her there, and keeps me well informed on test results via emails. Their online scheduling is great too. The staff there is awesome and I wouldn't take my pup any where else.

Its nice to see this pet hospital has so many positive reviews...obviously none of those reviewers own a guinea pig. I chose this vet since they provide "exotic creature care" and needed someone to take care of my guinea pigs nails. The first 4 experiences with this vet were pleasant. The last? Unacceptable. I took my guinea in for a standard nail trim and when the tech returned her to me, he informed me she had a split nail. No problem. I dropped the guinea pig off at home and went to work. When i returned in the evening, i was playing with her and she was being very SKITTISH, and was resisting being petted. Low and behold, when i looked at her closely, THERE WAS A QUARTER SIZE CHUNK OF HAIR MISSING ON THE BACK OF HER NECK (see photo below). The next day, when the vet was open, i called and inquired if perhaps she had been shaved in that spot and given a shot without my knowledge, and was informed she had not. I was asked to send over photos of the bald spot, which i promptly did. Throughout the course of the day, i was informed that the guinea pig was being difficult getting her nails trimmed, and the tech grabbed her by her neck (i have been told it was because she was falling off the table or being difficult, the story has changed depending who i spoke to) and that is when she lost the chunk of hair. I was also told that the tech, when returning her to me, had informed me of the bald spot. I WAS NOT INFORMED MY GUINEA PIG WAS MISSING HAIR. Now, imagine my surprise when, the following day, when Dr. Steve called to "follow up", he had an explaination of why the hair had come out so easily, and offered a half hearted apology. When i asked for more information regarding the situation, he got defensive and informed me he had already apologized to me 4 times and i was not accepting it. He then told me either I was lying or the tech was, but that the tech had ABSOLUTELY told me of the bald spot. So, instead of getting answers regarding an unnecessary and traumatic experience, i was called a liar. I will never ever return to this vet again, and if any guinea pig owners ever think of bringing their pet here, i would reconsider. The lack of basic knowledge of how to hold a guinea pig (aka NOT GRABBING IT BY ITS NECK) as well as the pathetic response from the vet leaves a very sour taste in my mouth, and i do not wish this experience upon anyone else. I only hope that if this ever happens again to someone else, the vet chooses to believe the pet owner, instead of an employee who fails to own up to mistake he made. The guinea pig is very traumatized by the situation, and is not herself. I do not blame her, after being manhandled by a vet advertising they handle exotic animal needs.

We're extremely pleased with everyone at Bull's Head - it's been a great experience and we're so relieved to have found such a great vet after moving to Stamford from NYC. You can tell they are a family business that really cares about their clients, and the vet probably spent as much time with us on our first visit explaining symptoms, root causes and treatment options than the previous 10 visits to our old vet. We have a 2.5 year old boxer / blue nose pit mix, about 65lbs, and they took great care of him. Overall an excellent vet's office.

The vets and staff are extremely helpful and take such a good care of my dog! Dr. Stevens is always attentive and very concerned about the dogs health.

I have been going to bulls Head Pet Hospital for 2 years and I could not be happier with the treatment my 2 dogs receive there. The staff is always friendly and professional. I see Dr Steve and he is great. He really seems to love dogs. He never tries to push unnecessary medications or treatment on me and always explains everything throughly so I understand. They are also extremely accommodating. I took my puppy in for routine shots and he had a very bad allergic reaction. I called Bulls Head in a panic. They told me to come right in and dr Steve came in on his day off to tend to him. I feel completely confident in the care my pets receive and although I have moved out of the area, I continue to come to bulls Head as I do not trust anyone else with my best friends.

BHPH is a great place to take your fur baby for excellent veterinary care and for patient-friendly staff. They use email for appointment reminders and test results, very efficient. Have been to other vets in the area and made a permanent switch to Dr. Nolan and his team.

As first time puppy owners we are so glad we selected Bulls Head Veterinarians. The doctors are truly present during each appointment, taking the time to clearly explain - in words we can understand - how to care for our puppy, what to expect as she grows up, what to expect when she gets "fixed" and supporting us through every step. The staff is always smiling, friendly and helpful. We are also happy with the on promise groomer Sandi - she does a wonderful job. Plus we email questions and always get a detailed response the same day. It's very comforting to have this high level of support and attention.

I scheduled an appointment here after a negative experience at another vet, so I had a lot of anxiety coming in. As soon as I met the techs and Dr. Nolan, I could see that they cared as much about my special needs puppy as I do. Dr. Nolan was right on the floor with her, playing with her, and gaining her trust. And he made great recommendations to help with her missing leg. I am thrilled to be working with this vet now and in the future!

Highly contagious friendly pet facilities. Boarding, grooming, and vet services all at one central, convenient location. Front desk personnel actively engage when we walked in. Vet Tech carefully explained follow up instructions. Back on the road with dog in hand in less than 15minutes.

Super friendly docs... great for my little guy!

Good vets and techs. A bit more parking if you use the pizzeria next door.

First time needing a vet since moving to the area. So glad we found Bull's Head. Dr. Steve was so great, professional, personable and really interested in informing of our options (one of our dogs has a loose tooth). He sat on the floor to examine our border collie/Australian Shepard. The facility is clean, professional and the staff is great. We look forward to bringing our dogs back for their ongoing care.

My husband and I rescued a dog last year who some medical challenging. We can't say enough positive things about the care we've received from Bull's Head Pet Hospital. They have taken so much time with us, both in the office and via email and over the phone, to support us in making sure our dog is healthy. I couldn't even begin to count the emails we've exchanged back and forth...free of charge (very impressive)! They came highly recommended from a friend and we're so pleased to have our dog in their care.

I went to Bull's Head Pet Hospital for the first time with our ten-week-old puppy Riley. After making the appointment online, we were welcomed by the staff and everybody in the office was exceptionally friendly. We were led straight into one of the examination rooms and met Dr. Nolan's assistant who was very, very nice. After she took some of Riley's basic stats, we met Dr. Nolan. He is just great, very relaxed, informative. He took great care to check out Riley and answering my many, many new pet owner questions. He was very relaxed which made the whole experience fun and Riley seem to have a really good time. I especially liked how he gave Riley his shot. He gave Riley a treat that kept him busy, while he seamlessly kept chatting and easily gave Riley his shot. I don't think Riley had any idea what was going on. The office itself is modern, clean, efficient, and has email and text service for appointment reminders which are very handy. They strike a perfect balance between being 'tech' and at the same time being very personal. They also have a boarding facility and a groomer's which is connected to their facility, I haven't tried them, but when the time comes I feel certain that this is where Riley will love to go. You can just feel that the people who work there love pets and take good care of them. They also have a great Facebook page with some hilarious and cute pet images.

All of our pets have been brought to BHPH. My English Cocker Spaniel has been going there since he was a puppy nearly 12 years ago! The staff including the doctors, assistants, groomer, kennel guys and receptionists are compassionate, knowledgeable and seem to truly love their jobs. There have been times when my dog had some health emergencies and the doctors are always available to me My dog loves to be boarded there - he is well cared for and I don't too feel guilty leaving him there. I receive photos during his stay and he never comes back worse for wear! I would recommend BHPH to anyone who gets a new pet! Good work guys!
