Here you will see the opinions of real people like you who consume the services of Bethel Village Square Animal Hospital, PC (Veterinarian) in Connecticut.
Right now this business has a rating of 4.8 out of 5 and the score has been calculated on 59 reviews.
You must have seen that its rating is nearly the highest, and it's founded on a high number of feddbacks, so we can say that the rating is quite reliable. If many people have bothered to rate when they are happy, it works.
You know that we do not usually stop to place evaluations when these are good and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or incidence...
This Veterinarian belongs to the category of Veterinarian.
So nice to have the prompt, personal service and peace of mind with people who know you and your pet.
We've been coming for 20+ years and recommend BVSAH to anyone that asks. Mark and Jen
Love Dr.Powers
Everyone at the practice is wonderful!
After much searching for a vet for my pitties, and finding myself at the BETHEL VETERINARY HOSPITAL and being COMPLETELY UNHAPPY with their service and professionalism...... I called BETHEL VILLAGE SQUARE ANIMAL HOSPITAL and I am SO GLAD I DID!!!! ALL of the staff is amazing. From reception to the Doctor. I needed to have my pup seen as soon as possible, and they were able to get me in right away. Unfortunately I missed that appointment, as a conflict came up with my children , and they fit me in the following day without any hesitation. I felt like I was bringing my pup to visit my aunt. The Dr was So kind, So pleasant, and so Knowledgeable. I left the office feeling so at ease knowing that my pup would be okay. Prices are more than fair (and affordable!!) especially considering the knowledge and atmosphere that comes along with it. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BETHEL VILLAGE SQUARE ANIMAL HOSPITAL!!!
Caring staff, willing to accommodate appointments and sweet to their “pawtients”
Simply the best Vet around!
Been providing great care to my critters for years and years. Great team.
My dogs get so excited when we pull up. They pull on the leash to go inside and visit everyone. That speaks volumes to their compassion.
Great service
For nine years, we—or, rather, our golden retriever Molly—were once-a-year checkup patients at Bethel Square, needing only the annual vaccinations and the occasional tick check or hot-spot fix. However, In this past six months, as Molly aged into a 13-year-old formerly active girl beset with rapidly aggressive arthritis and a recurring liver problem, we were more frequent visitors, seeing Dawn Lasko perhaps once a month, looking for pain easement and the hope of a few more healthy, active months. Dr. Lasko's patience and kindness—with Molly, who NEVER whimpered once in the hand of Bethel Square Staff--and especially with the in-denial me—made all the difference in the world, both in caring for the pup when she needed it, and finally coming to the decision every animal owner dreads. The young vet techs who assisted in Molly's care were gentle, funny, careful with injury or pain, and very kind to the old pup and the scared pup mom. I cannot express the professionalism and the careful, respectful humanity each Bethel Vet employee showed to us, especially in these last months. I would unhesitatingly recommend the hospital itself, and Dr. Lasko and her team in particular, when a dog is healthy and only needs that once a year checkup (accompanied with explanations), and a dog nearing the end of her life, when the explanations became more difficult and the care became more focused. They were taking good care of BOTH of us, right until the end. I owe them each a debt I cannot repay. They helped me raise a happy, healthy dog and then they helped me understand when that old pup was coming to the end of her road. When I see the negative reviews, I am sad—at the relationships that either weren't given time to develop or the intractable situations that maybe kept a pet owner from walking out the door with a solution. I bless Dr. Lasko and Bethel Square every single day since the Valentine's Day Molly left us, and if my husband and I are ever blesed with another four-legged critter, I'd go back to them in a heartbeat. They are lifetime friend ——gifted, gentle, practical, humane friends. Could not have asked for more. Larkin Warren, Bethel CT
Always a pleasure to bring my 2 mini dachshunds here. The vets, techs and receptionists are great.
Really nice! excellent service.
I trust them to give the best quality care to my dogs whom I consider my kids!
Love the caring attitude and love they give to every pet that comes through the door. Great and knowledgable vets. They take time to discuss every aspect of your pets with you.!
Really great place. Prices are reasonable, vets and vet techs are super friendly. After putting my dog of 14 years down, they sent me a cute 'my condolences' card in the mail and handled my dogs ashes with care. I have two other dogs, one that has been here, and one that almost came here in an emergency. I will be keeping them as my animals vet.
They are the best!!!!
We tried many vets in the area settling on Bethel Village Square years ago. We live in Newtown, but feel that this establishment is better than every other. Each vet is friendly, pragmatic in diagnosis, and have been 100% supportive in times of pet emergencies over the years. I've never felt that the vets pushed non-essential services on our rescues, always answered questions, and everyone has been friendly.
The best vet office around.staff is just great..can accommodate same day visits.i bring my pets there all the time
They care and provide care.
They are very caring and compassionate.
Best vets in the area by far.
The doctors and their staff are caring, knowledgeable, and courteous. I've been taking my pets since I moved to Bethel, and I wouldn't take them anywhere else!
There is nothing they could have changed. Our German Shepherd, Gypsy, is feeling much better. The treatment is working. Her ears & face are looking better. Although she's still scratching a little bit, if I see her & rub her ears instead, she stops scratching them. The office got her in quickly & Dr. Powers treated her appropriately. I couldn't ask for better.
Very friendly and caring people at Bethel Village Square Animal Hospital. This was my first visit there with my dog and they made my dog and I feel comfortable. I would recommend them to everyone!
Thank you for always being so amazing!!! I have been a client for a very long time and I am forever grateful for everything that each and every person has done to help take care of my babies. You all care about them as if they were your own and treat them with such compassion and kindness. No matter where I live...I will always make the drive to you. Thank you so much! I really can’t say that enough. PS - Ruger says Hi :)
Great vets, and everyone there sincerely cares about finding the best way to help pets and owners alike.
Amazing office!! Very minimal wait time, and never feel rushed during a visit. They make sure that you and your pet have the time needed to ask questions.
Four years ago I took my then 2-year old German Shepherd to the office late one evening, very close to closing time. He was terribly lethargic and just not his happy-go-lucky self. It turns out he had a raging high fever [106.8], which alarmed the doctors and staff to the point they stayed hours late to help stabilize him so I could transport him to specialists. The amount of concern and care demonstrated during this very scary visit cemented my very high opinion of the veterinary practice. Anyone in need of a vet should have no second thoughts on taking their animals here for they treat the animals as if they were their own.
I have bringing my pets to Bethel Village Square for over 20 years. Always there when we needed them... I trust them, and would not go anywhere else!
Excellent Place - Kind, understanding, thorough, and gives full explanation of your issue. Also will explore other possible issues with your pet with explanation. Only thing I'd be careful with is any extra tests or charges that may not be necessary. I suspect they are as competitively priced as most places and maybe even less than some but I fear they are beginning to be very aware of their cost and will be raising prices constantly along with extra testing and medicines. I hope this just an unwarranted fear.
Thank you for your great commitment to pet care and pet owners. We have had the professional staff at Bethel Village Square Animal Hospital caring for our pets health for over 28 years and counting...Our current 2 cats and two dogs have always been well cared for and treated there with no issues that they couldn't expertly handle. The staff and doctor's are caring, courteous and compassionate and always willing to explain things in detail when asked. If you have a loving pet give him loving care with all the folks at Bethel Village Square Animal Hospital...
Everyone at Bethel Village Square Animal Hospital is friendly, professional, and very thorough with the care for our two cats.
They came highly recommended and lived up to that recommendation. Clean, competent, compassionate, cool, calm & collected!
Dr. Power is an Idiot and has no business holding a medical licence. She has no idea what in hell she is doing , the doctors there are also responsible for many a pets death..ask around town you will hear horror stories about that horrible place. If it wasn't for Dr. Power my cat would still be alive today..i wish that incompetent fool nothing but the worst! Please DO NOT take your Pet to that place!
Dr Paulin has looked after our springer spaniel from the get-go. She is deeply knowledgeable, kind and caring. And communicates well. We highly recommend her and the team.
Best experience ever had Dr power highly recommend everyone has different experience but mine was good
The doctors and staff are wonderful and caring. They provide great care for all my kitties and at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.
The doctors and staff are some of the most compassionate people I have ever met. Dr. Lasko is who we see, and set appointments with her only, but I have met the other doctors just by being in the office. Dr. Lasko is great with our little dogs. She's been caring for them since we got them, and all of her advice has helped us keep them healthy. When one dog nearly lost an eye from a stranger's dog biting him, Dr. Lasko gave him the best care possible and Momo now has 2 eyes that are perfect, and she's done better than I can imagine as a doctor. The staff at the front office is helpful and organized, and polite. The tech's are all wonderful and they truly love the animals. I won't go anywhere else. Don't hesitate to bring your pets.
1st time visited and had a great experience! Everyone was very friendly and my dog was very comfortable there!
Bethel Village Square Animal Hospital is a friendly supportive office. They listen to your concerns and give options and reasons for a procedure. They always do a follow up call to see how the patient is doing at home.
Very professional and caring.
