Staff is friendly and caring. Even the front desk treats you and your pets with care. Dr. Friday is clearly not just looking for a payday. She's knowledgeable and patient (with worried pet moms and dads and the pets). Great place to bring your pets for care!

I just wanted to put this experience out there so the animal hospital could see it and public can be warned. I frequent this hospital with my cat and have never had a problem with service or care. Today, however, I called with questions about rescues and stray kittens in my neighborhood and was greeted by a really condescending and unhelpful receptionist over the phone. At one point, she began to talk down to me saying "this is a business, we make profit" when I wasn't inquiring about free at all, I simply called to ask whether or not they took strays. She repeatedly told me to call animal control in a nasty tone. It was probably one of the most unhelpful conversations of my life. I don't normally post reviews but I was so put off and disappointed by how this woman at All Friends treated me that I don't know if I'll go back. I don't know if it was a one-time situation with a nasty receptionist or if their stellar service has changed but overall, I have never felt so slighted by a animal hospital.
