Dr. Wynn takes care of our 2 dogs and I have been extremely impressed with not only the excellent care she provides, but also how efficiently she runs the clinic. Our dogs recently had their yearly check ups, and Dr. Wynn did an excellent job educating us and also spent the time to talk through each of the vaccines that they needed and why (also discussing cost and payment options). Just days later our older dog injured her paw and Dr. Wynn spoke with us by phone (after hours and on the weekend). She even met us at the clinic to clean the wound and bandage her paw. She then called us several days later to check in and see how she was healing! Dr. Wynn has also provided tooth cleanings for our dogs and we were very impressed with the results. I have never received such amazing veterinary care for my pets, I am so happy that we found Dr. Wynn. She is extremely trustworthy and knowledgable!

My friend and I had a crazy circumstance on our hands yesterday attempting to help a woman with placement not just for herself but for her cat which was her whole world. Not only was Timberview Animal Hospital the only clinic to take walk ins of this kind, but Dr Wynn and her staff actually stayed late to accomodate our situation, provide an exam and vaccinations so that we could reuinite cat and owner and not have to shelter this kitty. We took our 2 dogs here for the year and a half we were stationed in Colorado Springs and they were beyond amazing. A little more expensive then other vets we considered but the price was worth it. They were caring, took extra time with our fur babies and were always able to take us for emergencies. Even after we moved across the country they went beyond what was needed, mailing tags and emailing multiple forms. Any time I contact them I am always blown away by their customer service and willingness to help.

We have been taking our dogs and guinea pigs to Dr. Wynn since she opened her practice. I found her to be caring and compassionate. My animals receive excellent and appropriate care. When we had to euthanize two of our dogs, Dr. Wynn and her staff took every step to help both the dogs and myself be comfortable during those last moments. My concerns are always addressed. I feel my options are explained thoroughly and not "forced" upon me. Best veterinary team I've worked with in 13 years!

My dog was scared of the vet and as i tried to tell our dog it's ok to take the treat the vet proceeded to yell at my dog and scold me like a child. Im 28 and had my own business for 6 years. I would never treat customers like she does. They are rude, pushy, and i was told "I don't know..google it". Are you kidding? Never ever going back and would advise you all to go elsewhere. They have no advise nor knowledge of animals or how positive reinforcement works. Just read what they said to the last person's review. They don't address the issues and have no idea how to treat customers with dignity and respect.

I've never been so impressed with a vet before. She walked in, sat down on the floor, and played with my scared dogs until they were comfortable letting her examine them. She made them trust her before she started. Then, she proceeded to do a thorough exam and spend a significant amount of time with me talking with me and helping me make decisions around food and vaccinations. They needed their teeth cleaned, and we scheduled that. The cleaning went well, and everything was great. I was super impressed when she called the next morning to check on how they were doing. Couldn't recommend more highly.

Dr. Winn came highly recommended to us. We met her and were so impressed with her care and knowledge,her team, and her advanced facility. This became critically important to us this past weekend when our 7 1/2 year old Sheltie (Shelby) got a bout of Pancreatitis. Dr. Winn was beyond words amazing - with both our Sheltie in early diagnosis and care which I know made all the difference, and with our family and emotions and fear. We had lost a dog a few years before to Pancreatitis largely due to a Vet who didn't recognize the signs and didn't provide proper care. Dr. Winn kept in touch with us and assisted throughout the weekend. Shelby made a quick recovery and I am going to follow all Dr. Winn's recommendations to keep Shelby healthy! I also respect that her recommendations are on target for each treatment, vs other vets I have seen who recommend expensive treatments that may not be necessary. I believe Dr. Winn saved Shelby's life, and she sure became part of our family through all of this. Dr. Wynn has been great for my two beagles. She has been very helpful when they have had health issues. The staff is friendly and there for you and your pet. When it came time to say good bye to my cat Razz they took care of us with sensitivity and kindness. I wouldn't trust my beloved pets with anyone else.

Absolutely horrible if you love your pets like family do not take them here. Vet disregard everything we told her about our animal. Our dog isn't big with people or other dogs but let the vet tech pet him. Our dog was perfectly fine until she yelled at him and scolded my husband and I. He is extremely protective especially since I have become pregnant. She told proceded to tell us we are bad pet owners because of the way he reacted to her. He doesn't react well to yelling always posative re enforcement. I will not be told I'm a bad pet owner and need to keep him away from other people. And scolded like I'm in fact an animal myself when I don't want to pay for extra shots not only does she treat pets and owners this way she also treats her staff this way. Will not be back. If you love your babys I advise you take them elsewhere. Not even worth a one star. I ask you a question after you scold us but you tell us to Google it?! Are you not a vet? How's this for being told to Google it?

Put simply- we have a vet for life. Dr. Vicki Wynn is a deeply dedicated and professional vet with the added benefit of being damn good at healing our little dog (and countless others). When our little Mayzie broke her leg, Dr. Wynn met us right away to get a game plan for getting her on the mend. When our little Mayzie wouldn’t behave with her cast, Dr. Wynn made sure to repack her cast so that it would be comfortable. When our little Mayzie dog got an infection underneath the cast because she was running around too much- Dr. Wynn met us on a weekend when we simply called her concerned and performed an emergency surgery on her leg to save it. She wouldn’t even take any money for the check-ups. If you want a vet that is the definition of compassionate and competent- look no further.

Hard to imagine a better situation or place to be when you are being taken care of here. It's a hard loss loosing a family member "dog: Gabby" especially with our children so close to her. A vet that cares about the whole family along with your family pet. RIP Gabby Girl. Highly recomend this vet.

Be aware if you don't want the extra vaccines or THEIR products, they will give you attitude. Dr. Wynn is very condescending in talking to me. Hard to explain, she just speaks to me in a very condescending manner- like I have never had a dog or been to a vet..it is insulting. Today, the nurse tried to drag- yes DRAG- my Rhodesian Ridgeback to the back for blood work. I asked her to stop and told her if she tries to force him, he will not go. The doc agreed to let the work be done in the room with me. It took the doc several times putting the needle in and out. While it was in, she moved it around several times- making my poor pup yelp and turn his head quick- he did not bite her or even try. She was very angry and yelled at him. She then called me hun several times, telling me I needed to move so he didn't bite me. I informed her that he won't bite me, I am not the one hurting him. The nurse actually moved herself in front of me, pushing me out of the way. My RR doesn't let me out of his sight, especially at a vet, so I have seen shots and blood taken many times- never like this. Needless to say, we won't be back. I would not recommend this place to someone who loves their pets like their kids.

Dr Vicky Wynn is truly a wonderful vet. I've had animals all of my long life and have gone through many vets. Dr Vicky goes above and beyond what I've seen from any of them. She performed multiple surgeries on my German Shepherd's tail for a cyst that Lila kept chewing the staples out of. No charge for the following repairs. Bad dog. I love Vicky. She even was understanding when I misunderstood how boarding works over a holiday weekend. She came in on Labor Day to release my babies to me. I'm sorry, Dr. Vicky. You're the greatest.

I have nothing but good and creditable things to say about Timberview Animal hospital. They have gone above and beyond to not only take care of my dog BUT also have assisted us when we found a injured wild bird and didn't know what to do. They provided education and help. I cannot imagine that being a vet is a very easy job... After reviewing the prior comments it seems to me that 2 of the 3 bad posts were left by the same couple (for the same instance). To me it brings into question the credit ability of that couple being as though they would intentionally try and drag down such a nice establishment. It makes me worry for their pet as well. Dr. Wynn has always been incredible with us. DO NOT worry about taking your pets here...they will be cared for to the highest. I have also learned something about dogs every time I have gone in...she explains clearly my pets current needs. I love that. Thank you

We have two golden retrievers that are older and have been taking them to Timberview Animal Hospital for several years now. The clinic is always very clean and they have state of the art equipment. Vicki Wynn is compassionate and really cares for the animals she treats.In addition, she is extremely intelligent and, although very sad, was able to correctly diagnosis our one dog who has developed cancer. She actually came by our home to drop off some medications for her last Saturday evening. How unusual is that! We have no reservations in giving her the highest recommendation possible.

We cannot say enough about Dr. Vicki Wynn and the entire staff at Timberview Animal Hospital. As a new patient, our dog came to their care under less than ideal circumstances. After consultation and exam with Dr. Wynn, it was decided that Tucker needed to have dental work, eyelid tumor removal and to remove a fatty tumor on his tummy. We saw her on Tuesday and she scheduled the procedures for Friday. A slightly superficial but important note is that Dr. Wynn answers the phone as well as checked us out. In my opinion, that says a lot about her commitment to the whole experience. That's a first for us. We felt that everyone cared as much about our feelings and concerns as they did caring for our dog. There isn’t a single negative thing to say about our experience. We just wish we had found them sooner. This is hands down the best Vet we’ve ever been to!

We kenneled our dogs overnight while staying at the Great Wolf Lodge. From start to finish this place is very professional and perfect. They took great care of our dogs and everything was a cinch. We made sure to send the vet records ahead of time so drop off was smooth.

Dr. Vikki Wynn is the best. When we lived in Colorado Springs, she saved our little girl's life when FIVE other vets misdiagnosed her. Five other vets said the lump on Nikki's belly was just a fat ball (lipoma) and nothing to worry about. One supposedly even did a tissue sample. Dr. Vikki did more, called us right back after a specialist looked at the X-rays and did emergency surgery the next day. That ball was an infected puss filled hernia and had also infected a mammary and her uterus. So she got major surgery for all three things (mammary, spay and hernia repair) and then weeks of recovery. None of the other five vets saw any of those major problems. When we're in the Springs and should need a vet, Dr. Wynn is the only vet we will consider.

Our cat was behind on his shots, Dr. Vicki didn't scold or make us feel guilty, unlike another vet we had tried to go to. She got our big boy up to date and made sure, after being behind on vet care, that he was still okay. She also recommended what we could do at home to be able to enjoy our big love ball for years to come.

Dr. Vicki and Staff ROCK at Timberview Animal Hospital! Our rescue dog Buddy, can be nervous at times and we needed a place to board him while out of town for a long weekend. We wanted an enviornment where he felt safe and comfortable, and Timberview was a perfect match. The accommodations are top-notch, clean and the staff is professional. I could tell they really care about dogs/aniamls. Buddy was set up with his bed, toys, and treats. I knew he was going to be taken care of well. He had a lot of one-on-one time and walked at least 2x a day. Upon my arrival to pick Buddy up, the staff share photos and video of his stay. Timberview did a lovely job and took very good care of my dog. I will go to them for ALL my vet needs, knowing they are now friends we trust. I would definitely recommend Timberview Animal Hospital to anyone looking for a Vet or a place to board their animals. Thank you!

We have done a lot of research of Vet clinics in the area and not only is Victoria (owner) one of the most passionate and honest Vets in her field, but the prices at the clinic are amazing. She never tries to sell you something you do not need, and I have referred many of my own clients to her for surgery quotes and dental and she always comes in much lower than others. The quality and passion of care is not less, but the prices certainly are. Communication is top notch, dedication, passion and support is amazing. I will continue to use this clinic as well as recommend them to my clients (I do doggy daycare and boarding kennel free).
