I have been coming here about 10 years and there is a reason I have stayed! The staff is AMAZING and always make me feel like my pet is the only one here. They pulled out all the stops for my reactive dogs dental cleaning today and I couldn't have been more impressed. Special shout out to Dr. Hake and CVT Patrick. You guys went above and beyond for me and Stella and I am so grateful.

First time here. This place was amazing. I have a huge 108 lb German Shepherd and have going to the same vet for over 30 years. These people treated him like a prince. Truly truly amazing veterinarians. Definitely glad I changed.

I was really impressed with the care at Cheyenne Mountain Animal Hospital. Dr. K was very attentive even though my concern was minor. She spent extra time with Laverne and I and clearly loves animals. She and her staff even called me on several occasions to update me on concerns I had about a tick I found on my dog. It was a really reassuring visit and a great experience.

After having an annoying experience with a previous vet, we went here by word of friends. They gave us great treatment, great time wait, and they did a great first-time visit with basic care to a litter of 5 that 1/3 of my adult dogs had in June. Have yet to bring 2/3 dogs to them, and I will, as so far it is a great experience for my dog

Love this place. We moved about 30 minutes away and have vet's offices and hospitals literally a minute away but we drive down here because they are amazing and they show they really care. Dr. K is great, straight forward with any issues or suggestions yet still compassionate. I really recommend this place!

I was blown away with how great of an experience I had here. They got me in on very short notice, fast. They were all super friendly. Dr. K was extremely patient with my dog. Most vets put him in a muzzle immediately. (Hes a pit bull and very scared of the vet) She didn't, she was patient and very friendly and let him warm up to her. She didnt try and sell me on a bunch of stuff with all the questions I asked which was super nice cause I'm so used to leaving the vet thinking I have 2000 dollars of things I need. I cannot speak highly enough about this place.

Your pets deserve better than the deplorable customer service and incompetent vet care this office offers. Go anywhere else. We received bad advice that we "may have to eventually" change our cats food brand (not specifying they meant prescription) and then when he got sick again the vet screamed at me for not changing his food to prescription. We got a discount because it was 100% their fault, but it was still an incredibly expensive remedy to their mistake. He is now on the correct food, which we have gotten from here as well. I never liked it but it was just easier. Well no more. I am tired of being afraid to get my cat's food because the staff is so horribly rude. They are always rude but the latest time is the last I will ever step foot in that building. Every single question was a passive aggressive attack, and when I got visibly uncomfortable by how unforgivably rude the tech was being she just got more rude and defensive. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away.

A small vet with nice and knowledgeable staff and doctors. The only draw back for me has been the very long wait times I've experienced on several occassions even though I had an appointment. Could be that I was there on busy days or they could be understaffed.

We just lost are beloved boy Thor a few weeks ago to cancer and we couldn't have asked for someone better than Dr Bloss to be there for his diagnosis and throughout his last couple months up until our final day with him. Thank you so much to everyone at Cheyenne Mountain Animal Hospital for everything throughout this rough journey with our baby boy. Although we had a tad bit of a rough start initially, they corrected it and I was completely satisfied with all of their services thereafter and am forever grateful. I wouldn't have wanted our parting with our baby to have happened with any other vet. ❤️

Very frustrating to deal with this vet office. I have a 2 month old German Shepard puppy suffering from cluster seizures, isn’t responsive to the medication to stop them. Isn’t eating or drinking and won’t move other than to twitch and seize. The office wanted to charge me an additional $55 for an exam before they put her down. Even when she had previous vet visits and records they could have had faxed over stating the poor condition of the animal, which they did not. The lady on the phone insinuated that my puppy is not in ill enough health to be put down and that I’m being an irritional owner by wanting to put my dog out of her suffering. Not to mention this is my husbands puppy and he’s in Kuwait so he can’t even be here for his dog. Disappointed in this vet.

They were able to get me in as a new client within an hour and a half after calling that morning. The doctor was very honest about my sick cat and laid out all of the options without trying to pressure me into spending money we don't have on treatment that might only prolong our cat's pain. She also answered all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed to get on to her next patient. Its not the newest, fanciest looking vet hospital, but the pricing was reasonable and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very compassionate vet staff! When my old pup needed a transfusion one of the techs brought her own dog in to donate blood. Although I lost him, I'll always remember the exceptional care he received from Dr. K. and the techs. They truly have your pets best interest in mind by not pushing any unnecessary procedures and their pricing is very reasonable! You can't go wrong with this animal hospital!
