Dr. Bond and the team were extremely helpful. They took us in a same day appointment when we needed a follow up after an ER visit. They were thorough in their assessment, helpful in explaining everything to help us with the decisions we had to make, kind and gentle in the treatment of our pup. I would highly recommend this vet to anyone. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Dr. Bond is knowledgeable and thorough. I have always received a follow-up phone call, after appointments, to make sure everything is well and that all of my questions have been answered. I've had to bring my daughter's (ages 4 and 17 months) to the appointments. The staff engages with them and always offer to help me to my car. You couldn't ask for a better experience!

Amazing service when I needed it most. My service dog is 9 years old and has been at my side since he was 7 weeks old. Two nights ago he limped in the back door and could not put weight on one of his back legs. I was very concerned because he is not one to complain but by midnight his leg had swollen and no longer bent. I was able to be seen here the very next morning and I'm so glad I picked this place. They showed absolute genuine concern and were even able to make him sleep while being examined. If you want a doctor and staff that will give you there full attention and explain the possible problems go here.

Strongly do not recommend, I had a dog emergency that I needed their help with and I called to see when the soonest time was that they could see my dog and the lady on the phone was rude and wouldn't make an appointment to see my pup and the lady hung up on me over the phone 3 times. I used this vet for a year and then was treated like this. So I went to banfield pet hospital and they gladly squeezed my dog in between their appointments that day and got her all better!

Have you ever tried to show your 90 year old grandmother how to send an email attachment? This is what it feels like to communicate with anyone at this vet. They are negligent, indifferent, and inexperienced. When I began using this vet eight years ago, they were amazing. Today I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

We've been taking our animals here since moving to CO and we've never had a negative experience. Everyone is always friendly, remembers us by name as well as our pets and always shows the utmost respect for whatever situation we may have been dealing with (everything from regular checkups to cancer). They've always been honest as far as expectations and treatment goes and what they are/aren't able to handle. I'm going to miss them when we leave.

WARNING! Please do not take your animals here. We went twice to this "hospital" told them the problems with our dog, we were only up-charged, up-sold and our dog is still sick. They gave us the wrong medication and no one on the management team will help us resolve this. DO NOT GO HERE.

Best Veterinary Experience Ever!!! I am a first time puppy mom on my own and I can't help but freak out. I called the clinic, made my appointment and I was not what I was expecting. They made us feel welcomed, like we been patients for years, the staff, the facilities are exceptional! Dr. Reed is amazing, she cares for our pets and is patient with us too and gives amazing advise. Also the prices are very decent, I spend a little bit more than planned but totally worth it if you compare care somewhere. And Rex loved them, so we will stay for the long run!

Needed to get some vaccinations and our normal vet couldn't get it done in time. This places was recommended by some friends and they got us in the next day. I wish I knew about this vet office before as they were fantastic. Caught some delinquencies my normal vet missed and got us 100% good for our travel. We have been a part of the Briargate Boulevard Animal Hospital for about 3 years. We received a hand addressed in the mail right after we moved to the Briargate area. We take both our 12 year old dog and our 3 year old cat to the hospital. The care our furbabies receive is beyond expectations. When we walk in they know our names because they care about us, not because they see it on a chart. The Doctors are straight forward with us about care and services needed. Most important to us is the affectionate care they give our furbabies. They treat them like they are part of their family. Best animal hospital in Colorado Springs!

The staff at Briargate Boulevard Animal Hospital is the BEST. After years of misdiagnosis at our last vet, we brought our dog, Zeke, here. They were very thorough with their tests and their diagnosis was spot on. He was cured of his condition within a matter of weeks. WEEKS. My only regret is not coming here sooner. 10/10 would recommend.

This was a hard day. The worst in a while but i felt it necessary to do this while still very real in my mind. We had to make the hard choice to relieve our protector, family member and friend of his pain. I apologize for not getting all the names, but the entire staff was absolutely astounding. It was a rough day for my family and myself. Dr. Flenniken did everything he could and refered us to the specialist at SO CO Veterinary Internal Medicine who were also amazing. I wish I could emphasize this enough, I am so thankful for everything you have all done. I wish I had doctors like you all for the all of my family. I want to thank Dr Flenniken for calling to see how my family is doing, you don't know how much that meant to me personally. We lost but you made our day much less painful than it would have been.

Moved to Colorado Springs two years ago and received a very nice letter from this vet. Had an emergency one Saturday and had to get an appointment quickly. The staff were excellent got me in quickly, Dr Holcomb and the technician were extremely knowledgeable, kind and explained every stage of my dogs treatment. This vet is fantastic, everyone from the reception to the vet techs to the vets. I came here after having a poor experience with vet techs at a different practice and couldn't be happier! Every time I've come I've felt listened to and my pets taken great care of. I've had appointments with all of the vets and they are great. My regular one is Dr. Bond and she is fantastic, she will get on the floor with my dogs and really make sure she checks out everything. I have also never felt pressured to do treatments or get medications that are more expensive or potentially unnecessary. Dr. Bond has always worked to solve any issues at the lowest price point without sacrificing care which I very much appreciate.

This place is phenomenal!!! We were bringing in our new adopted kitty and they were having their roof replaced, so extremely noisy, they took us to an office that was in the back area and away from the noise right away, so as not to traumatize our baby. They were all super attentive, kind, considerate and treated us and our baby like we were special. They explained everything and told us about all of our choices, great communication from the whole team. Afterwards they showed us their new areas that they are remodeling and what their plans were, super impressed! We have decided to make them a permanent part of our baby's health care, we couldn't ask for anything better, wonderful, wonderful people and our baby agreed, she wasn't stressed and actually enjoyed her time there! I liked going here. The office staff was delightful, and the Vet and Assistants were knowledgeable and personable. They helped our pup with ear infections and correctly suggested I change his bag of dog food when he was continually sick for a while. Still, I had a friend recommend to me a place that was "way more affordable" more southern Springs. However, when I went to the other place, they were more expensive! Now I'm back at Briargate for good. They are all I need or want.

I can wholeheartedly recommend this vet! Their sensitivity and caring for our Manx was better than we could have hoped! Alongside us, they struggled to preserve and extend our cat's life and buy him more time. When the time came (a year ago), though, they were incredibly sensitive, answering my many questions, and they gave us as much time as we needed. They had real tears, too. How often can you say that about a vet? What great people!
