I been waking up for the past 3 days early to be there at least at 5am. They been taking only 3-4 dogs I been the 3,4 and 5 person in line and my poppy has no luck. They take the first 5-6 dogs. People in front of the line has up to 3 dogs to get them spay or neuter. They should just do 1 dog per family. That way they can give a chance to other families. Appointments available until September, my dog is a street dog, I found her 4 months ago I am afraid thats she's gets pregnant....

Horrible experience at this place. I would not recommend anyone to take their animate there to get fixed. I took my female Labrador there on Saturday, Jan 6th 2018, for her surgery. When i picked her up in the afternoon she seemed it out it but i figured it was the drugs from the surgery. My poor baby never recovered. When i called the number they provided on Monday night, all they had me do was remove her cone collar. My baby died that same night. I found her dead thr next morning in my kitchen, with blood oozing from her anus. They must have blotched the surgery because there is no reason for her to be bleeding like that. When i called in to report it, all they could say was "we are really sorry" and proceeded to tell me that they do not offer any compensation even it was their fault. They wanted me to take her in so they could cut her up again to find out what went wrong and tgrn burn her :( Ive spojen to a few others in the neighborhood and they have heard similar stories about this place. I wonder if the vets there are students? The discount they provide is not worth loosing your loved pet!

We took our dog to get neutered and up to date on her shots. We arrived about an hour early on a wed. Got a place in line and were fortunate to get a spot for the walk ins. They were super friendly, very professional and pretty quick. We didnt wait more than 20 mins after initially being let in. Her surgery went well, no complications, shes healed up great. Were extremely grateful, thank you so much to the staff and volunteers for providing such an important service. Your awesome!!

Pretty quick in and out. First time can be confusing as there are 2 lines to choose from. 1 next to the building is appointments and the one closest to the parking lot is no appointments. Theres no signs to direct you. Get there early as it fills up quickly and without an appointment it can be a long wait if you get there just as the doors open at 7am.

You have to wake up early and be the first 10 persons in line. Once you do that, you get everything taken care of for your pet. Shots, grooming, medical exam /surgery, etc. The full works. Pet has to be leashed /in a carrier.

As a walk in I had to wait in line at 6am in order to be seen but I did not mind since the neutering service was free. They also cut his nails and installed a chip. It was a very pleasant experience and they made me feel comfortable once I dropped off my puppy. Pick up was at around 3pm and my puppy is recovering very well. I recommend to make an appointment if you live in the Los Angeles area but otherwise walk in is not that bad.

My two cats where neutered, given all their vaccinations, and just generally treated wonderfully. The area is a little bit off the beaten path oh, but it is well worth the trip if you want your cats or dogs or pets taken care of by professionals of the highest order. Veterinarians that care.
