Dr. True and the support staff here are all very friendly, efficient, and compassionate. They were able to accommodate me last minute when my pet had an urgent illness, and I wasn't even a patient of theirs! Dr. True was sensitive to the fact that i am a college student and my budget is limited and instead of guilting me into spending money she worked with me to find a therapy that was effective and affordable. I have been vet hopping for a while in an effort to find a good fit and I have finally found my forever vet office! I would absolutely recommend this office.

My experience with Sacramento Animal Hospital was amazing. All of the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgable. They were considerate with costs, providing an itemized invoice before performing any additional services so I was aware of what I would be spending that day and in future visits. Dr. True was especially amazing with my little dog, getting down on the floor to play with him and make him feel comfortable while discussing his health. They have definitely become my primary veterinarian.

I take my cat and dog here for their annual checkups, vaccinations and any concerns I have. The staff is always friendly and professional, and they are genuinely concerned about my pets' health, both physical and mental (my cat is a psycho, go figure). They're so thorough they'll call you back to check how your pet is doing. I got my feline spayed here as well and they have been there for me through every step of the process and recovery. Their prices are half of those at VCA. I strongly recommend this clinic.

They have a revolving door of vets just out of school. This isnt the way a conscientious vet clinic works, its the way a cold blooded business works. Take your animal here- it's a craps shoot and your animal deserves better. Care is dictated by greed. This place is will try to convience you to get optional treatments, meanwhile ignoring basics, because basics dont make as much money. I suspect they purposefully under treat, because they want you coming back. Their many 5 stars reviews, combined with my 2 year expirience with them, makes me suspect they are unscrupulous, indeed. Take them to a good vet, and see how quickly your sick animal gets well, after years lost to Sacramento Animal Hospital. Meanwhile, the owners laugh all the way to the bank.

I called for an appointment yesterday and was given a 8:30 AM appointment the next day. When I confirmed the appointment was told that I am not scheduled for that day. They are willing to accommodate me like it was a favor. I ended up going to another vet in Fair Oaks area with no problem. This is not the first time I had problems with this vet. When I brought Maya there before regarding the lump in he stomach, the vet said that it was cancer by just looking at it. It will cost at least 2700. I went to another vet clinic for another opinion. Turned out that it was not cancerous and it did not cost me 2700.

An amazing crew. They have been our personal and our rescue organization's vets for over 17 years. We raise and rescue Great Pyrenees and have taken every one of our own dogs to them. In addition, they have seen probably 90% of the rescues that have come through our group, totaling probably over 400 dogs over the last 17 years. Top notch people.

Called to say my dog was in emergency and had bladder stones that needed removing, receptionists said since I was a new patient would be 1 to 2 weeks before I could get him in, plus wouldn't give me a ballpark figure in cost. Very inhumane response seems bit shady... they only care about the $$. Sad.

Every visit they have a new vet. One vet was dishonest on another occasion, incompetent. Under treat is common here, so you have to keep coming back. But, they do it with such a nice smile, you may hardly mind, but your pet will and so may your pocketbook.
