Decent prices when they have sales. I like bribing my shepherds in here. Lots and lots of food choices, sometimes you can find some on sale or treats buy one get one. There’s usually not a lot of other dogs which I appreciate. Parking lot is a bear though, right next to Walmart. Difficult backing up as no one wants to stop

We work in Vegas a lot, but live in Utah. I tagged along w my husband and forgot to get Graham's nails done. After attempting to walk him & visibly observing his discomfort, we drove to PetSmart, hoping it would work out. Worked out fabulously! They even called our veterinarian to confirm he had his shots ✔ and then got him in immediately! (I had left them both outside because Graham gets scared, so I went & got him & he went right back). I went & paid and then he was all done and being escorted to me! Yay! He was so happy to have comfortable feet again, and we realized PetSmart is WAY easier than even our own veterinary office! Faster, less stressful & less money! Great save, PetSmart! Friendly staff, clean & tidy store.... What more can you ask for!? I'm definitely planning to return here, often!

EVERYONE was so friendly and the woman who shaved my cat has patience that won't quit!! My cat had a lot of mats that I could not get out myself. My cat expressed herself very loudly throughout the whole procedure and the woman never raised her voice to my cat. She was very nice to my cat. She took her time and did an outstanding job! I had made an appt for shaving and check-in was easy. Just a couple of forms to sign and I had to show my cat's rabies certificate. This was the first time I had gone to PetSmart for grooming and I will definitely return!

Very unhappy with the carrier selection. I would give that 0 stars. Only 2 choices in a 24" length. One much more expensive than the other. Unfortunately, it is only 15"inches high. I need 17". Carriers used to have standard sizes. Now, they make these too short ones, they show on the picture for dachshunds. They should make them for a wider population. Too short for my cat. A pet store should have the best selection around. I am giving 3 stars because of my experience with the staff over the years. They have been so helpful and knowledgeable. I really appreciate that. FYI.... They have dog training here. If your dog needs it, it can make a big difference for you and them. I was there during a class. The owners seemed happy with the class and the trainer was treating their dogs well. If your pet needs medical care they have a veterinary clinic in the back.

Extremely unhappy with the service I received from the grooming department. I called to reschedule our appt to an earlier time and was told one dog got moved up to 4pm and the other was at the origanl appt time of 5pm that it would be fine to drop them both off. Well as soon as I entered I'm given this spill by Mario about they will charge next time to drop off early? This is only our 2nd time here. High anxiety pets that needed a speedy service and was pressed at the time of drop off amongst many other notes of their behaviors and anxieties... 3 in half hours later, no call.. I decided to head over thinking I'm sure one will be on the table almost done. Nope this guy and a couple were n there so I waited (small office area) and Madison my dogs groomer takes his guys dog and the couple leaves. I come in and ask about my dogs, I'm being told they arent done yet, I asked 3 times after being told we get 3 hours per dog (they were their for baths and nail trims) then finially I ask for a manager becuase this Madison isnt telling me what needed to be done as the other co worker is telling me about time policy etc. I said I want to speak to a manager because nobody is telling me what needs to still be done! Madison finially tells the other co worker while still working on this dog that was a walk in!? "My small chihuahuas face wasnt dry yet, it still had to be blown out"... I told them get my dogs, IDC!! Her face was dry and they had been done for who know how long and they were both full on anxiety trying to get to me as fast as possible. The store managers were great in the end of it all and gave me my money back and apologized sincerely but I will never go back and trust a liar to care for my dogs ever again.

The pet hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. They informed me of the different programs they have without trying to upsell something I didn’t want. The kennel was very clean and after six nights I came back to pick up my dog and she was happy and well kept and didn’t smell like she’d been cooped up with a bunch of dogs. I will definitely use them again.

Woman in the Banfield hospital (I think her name is Lisa, shift lead) was very helpful and patient with all my questions. I was there for a prescription food for our cat. She explained the difference between the two that our vet prescribed us. I only took 1 star out as there was dog pee on the floor that's a bit dried out already.

I go here on a regular basis. I also use the Banfield Hospital for my pets. I love to go and see pet for adoption on the weekend. I highly recommend this store. They even match their online prices in the store. I got large metal crate for my baby Pitbull for $ 40.00 because the matched the online price.

Nice variety of product but this representative of "Blue" dog food literally had me walk away without purchasing anything. I was just browsing for dog food and she comes up to me asking what dog food I am looking for, I didn't ask for her assistance. As the conversation continues she gets upset because I don't remember the dog food brand I previously purchased for my pets. I can buy whatever I want but because of her I will not be returning for a while to this store nor purchasing any dog food brand named after "Blue." She seriously made my morning a poor experience. Please ask if the customer wants any assistance and don't be a @$$ hole if they don't know what they are looking for, instead help guide them.

Grooming services supposedly wont do walk ins an hour before closing. That’s fine, but then specify your hours on your website correctly and don’t be lazy when we come in for a simple nail clip that takes 5 minutes. We won’t be coming back.

I love walking my dogs to this store and practicing our manners inside. This is our primary source of dog food and needs. Staff are kind and friendly. I will have their nail trims done on a walk in basis. One day one of my dogs was having a bad day and didn't want to cooperate with nail clipping and the grromer said that happens and we can try again another time.

This was the first time my puppy has been to the groomers. First, when I went to pick my pup up He cowered in seeing me. Normally he jumps around to excited to stay still. When we got to the car he immediately jumped to the back seat. My pup sits on a pillow next to me always has. This time he jumped in back. When we got home, our normally playful puppy was dosil and fearful. The next morning I thought things were back to normal until my daughter started the hair dryer. My pup started to shake. I thought he was asleep and looked down to find him looking at me shaking. When I realized this I told my daughter to shut it off and he stopped shaking. I don't know what they did my pup but this seems like abuse to me. Second, they lied to me on the price. I will not take him back there for any service.

Would give zero stars if possible. Rude sold us a guinea pig extremely sick. Had to bring our guinea pig to caves animal hospital. Brought in a bill for $276 from canes and they did nothing. Asked for corporate number they gave it to me. Then when I asked why they were demeaning meet and treating me stupid another worker stepped in and tried intimidating me. I will admit I told him to sits the f up and stay out of the conversation. I was really mad at this time. They told me to leave I said that's fine and as I walked out the were getting in my face forcing me out. Will never go to that location again. Will be calling corporate in Monday.

The good: I have taken my mini Pomeranian to get her hair groomed to PetSmart for over 4 years. Her groomer was always Courtney and she was awesome. She moved out of town and now the recent experience I had was beyond terrible. I took her in hoping they could provide the same great service but from the moment I booked her appointment it was a cluster. I called to book the appointment and was put on hold several times before I finally got my appointment made. It didn’t bother me at the time because I’m a pretty patient person. The bad: Then when I brought her in, I provided very clear steps on how Courtney groomed my dog and what to do. They lady said she needed to use the “furmagtor” on my dog to get the tangles out and she tested it to be sure. I was a little worried at this time because the groomer seemed a little confrontational. She gave me the impression she was annoyed that she was going to have to groom my dog. I suppose if my dog was covered in filth and such maybe I could understand her annoyance but I have a 3 pound house dog. I never once got such treatment before so it actually hurt my feelings. She literally made me feel like a bad pet owner because I didn’t have a perfectly groomed dog before I brought her to be groomed. She told me it would take 3 1/2 hours and they would call me when done and I left. The ugly: I got the voicemail my Pom was done 3 hours later and it wasn’t my usual call. She stated in the voicemail that my dog was screaming and they couldn’t get the haircut done. Strange, I thought. That has literally never happened in over 4 years I’ve been taking her. They also told me that I needed to get there as soon as possible to pick my dog up. My husband called there and asked all the questions about what happened and let them know that this was a first. I immediately went there to pick her up and when I saw my dog I was appalled. They literally did nothing except clip her nails. It was so weird. Why keep her there for 3 hours? Why didn’t they call me earlier to let me know? My dog also looked like she got punched in the eye. No answers to any of my questions. A manager came and spoke to me and said the dog’s safety was in question so that’s why they couldn’t groom her. I guess they were protecting my dog from their violent grooming skills. No clue. I let them know I’ll just find another groomer and I was sad that I couldn’t continue to get the same service I had received with Courtney. They said they don’t know Courtney and said good luck in my search for a new groomer. Clearly they could care less about my business and didn’t appreciate Courtney (even though I wrote numerous thank you cards, Christmas gifts, etc for her great work). Just terrible that they don’t care about grooming your dog properly and have no customer service skills to encourage customer loyalty. I suggest to go support a local business owner that cares about their customer

We’ve always had good luck here! Whether looking for the perfect harness or needing a groom, they can do it all! Gabby helped us getting the perfect no pull harness and Sjonae in grooming did a great job on our Golden and was so friendly! Love the little report card of how your dog did with you each part of the grooming process. Love having another store in the area to take our fur baby to!

I went here two days in a roll. Although the first experience wasn't great because the new dog groomer did not groom my sister's dog the they were suppose to. I had to take him back the next day. On this day he was properly groomed. All the employees I spoke with were helpful and friendly and the store is very clean it's also wheelchair accessible and handicapped parking.

I haven't shopped in the store very much my wife and I would shop around and read reviews before we would buy more crashy higher-end items and we would usually buy them at other pet stores or online because their prices are so high however we did on dozens of occasions drive around back climb into dumpster and pull out anywhere from 50 to 500 lb of dog food that they throw away that they should donate to places like Carol House but they're just a greedy Corporation they don't care about anything but profit stay away hit the mom and pop shops PetSmart pets not so smart

My wife and I live close by, so this makes going to PetSmart very convenient for us. Surprisingly their prices aren't much more then Walmart but I'm willing to pay the small difference as long as I don't have to go fight the crowds to get just a few things for my pets. they're also very understanding about returns it's something doesn't work even if it's been opened and tried.

They had the best xmas present that we shared between two cats. It was a stocking full of cat toys about 8 bucks and they are all cat nip infused. Freaking genius. We just signed our dogs up for the wellness plan. The staff is amazing with our dogs and made us feel extremely welcome. Our 5 year old is very shy and they took great care in making him feel comfortable. Our 6 month old puppy is very excitable and they also did well with her.

I have mixed feeling about this place. I'm not a fan of cramming mass breeded animals in cages in hopes that some 7 year old, snot nosed kid will treat them as family. Good luck parents, because that "pet" for your adorable infant child is now your responsibility. Oh... And keep in mind, everything in the store is marked up 400%. My prediction. This place won't be around for the next 5 years. The next vacant building.

Very unhappy with banfeild. first they couldn't help my baby girl going through withdraw from prednisone without an appointment even though i had her old bottle. then they messed up her appointment and made it a week later despite the emergency. They told me tpo try another petsmart for an earlier appointment. At first i was very upset, but i believe the Lord didn't want her going there. So i found a better vet right around the corner from my house. Goodbye and good riddens.

This is what a so-called groomer at PetSmart did to my Pomeranian. Wrong blade, wrong comb size and after gouging her in several places he thought I wasn't going to notice? They charged $45 for this. This was supposed to be their Premier Service. Unfortunately I cannot rate this less than one star but I do give it a one star because the manager of the Grooming Salon did refund my money and is going to even her out with a free Cut in about a month when her hair grows long enough. But this is an absolute joke and my poor baby suffered for 3 hours under this incompetent groomers torture to her. She was so upset going there that when she came out she actually gouged my leg like a razor cut 4 in Long with her sharp nails and I was offered nothing. Not even a tissue to wipe up the blood running down my leg.

It's okay. I have had great visits and some less than inspiring. They have really good deals on equipment sometimes so it's worth periodic visits. Price of other stuff, especially items carried by places like Walmart, are ludicrous in comparison but it is what it is. Overall, my experiences here are mostly positive. I mostly find myself window shopping because of price, but it's fun to visit and bring the dogs out to explore.

I have been taking my Lhasa Apso here for four years to be groomed. Shelby does and excellent job. She always listens to what I want and he looks perfect when I pick him up. She treats him with love and respect and he is always in such a happy mood when I pick him up. I also have been bringing my Basset Hounds here for four years to get their nails trimmed. Shelby and Ken do an amazing job! They have never made them bleed and get them short and smooth. They are so patient with my all of my pups. My only criticism is that when we walk in for nails trims and Shelby and Ken are not working some of the grooming staff has been rude or seemed annoyed/overwhelmed that we are there. In those rare instances, I feel like the services were not up to par. They don’t get the nails as short and make excuses as to why they couldn’t.

Terrible customer service! I made a grooming appointment for my cat 3 weeks in advance at PetSmart in Grand Forks, ND. When I arrived for the appointment I was told that they had fired their cat groomer, had no one who could groom my cat and didn't know when or if they would be getting anyone trained to groom cats. I did not receive any phone call or text message informing me that my appointment was cancelled!! I drove from 50 miles away with my poor cat stuck in a pet kennel in the car for absolutely no reason at all!!! Terrible!! I will never spend another penny at PetSmart!!

They tried 'up selling' on an additional 15min of brushing so they could give her a better bath. That is beyond me. Also, she didn't listen to my one request of not touching my pups feet. She even said, "Yeah I see that in the notes" as she was looking at the computer. Yet, my pup came out with hair cut on her feet. This is a first for the Rapid City Pet Smart.

There is always a wait at checkout (weekends).

Worst customer service at this location and not only that, clearly their staff do not know much about the products they are selling or what the animals they are selling eat. I bought 3 red claw crabs for my son and about a week and a half later they died. I bought a filtered tank(big enough for all three crabs, 1 gal. Per crab), water dechlorinator, etc... everything that was necessary, just to have them die a week and a half later. They were not willing to allow me to return/exchange the tank or any of the wrong stuff they suggested I purchased. Went to the West Valley location and they gave me a full refund on EVERYTHING, even the dead crabs. I was also told the reason the crabs died were because they gave us the wrong food!! They eat crickets and small fish. Never going back to this location. If you’re looking for great customer service, the West Valley location is 100x’s better.

The reason for the two star: I had a question. A simple yes or no question. I asked an employee who was briskly walking by, we'll call her employee #1. #1 was obviouslyin a hurry and helping someone else at the moment. Again understandable. #1 without stopping very politely calls to the gal at the register. We'll call her employee #2. There was nobody in line at this time. #2 was standing outside the register area and was tossing her hands back and forth. #2 returned #1's request with, we're too busy to go and help. #2 looked sheepish as I came into her view as she finished her sentence but stood by her word. I simply replied as I was walking out, "it is ok, your prices are too high anyway." It was the least I could do to let them know of my disapproval

What an improvement we moved here 5 yrs ago & we found that the store was just terrible & the service sucked. Bandfield was terrible... so we started driving clear over to Oakveiw Mall area to that PetSmart. And she said yes and I told her I had a 10am with rose and she said oh, she called in. I asked if maybe someone else was going to take him then and she said no we are all booked. She said maybe I can try again later today and I told her I can’t because I already took 2 hours off this morning from work to bring him to his appointment to which she replied “oh well.” This is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I would have appreciated a call or text letting me know my appointment for today had been canceled. It’s just common curtesy not to make people plan around an appointment and to pack their dog up to go to the appointment just to be told they can’t take him anymore and they have basically just canceled the appointment. I will not be returning to this store. I will start purchasing food, toys, and services from elsewhere where they actually believe in customer service.

Any reviews on here complaining about not being allowed to buy an animal because the cage/tank you own is too small to meet the store policy requirement are from people that need to simmer down and do research before adopting an animal. I am RELIEVED that chain pet stores are finally taking steps (even if they are only baby ones) to make sure that their small mammals, birds, and reptiles are being kept in better conditions. Granted, if they are going to enforce the proper enclosure sizes, you'd think they would just stop selling all of the garbage small cages and tanks altogether... Corporate needs to get on that. This particular Petsmart location takes better care of their birds than the location on 72nd near Crossroads (I wanna cry every time I go in there). It isn't perfect since their diet is all seed, but there is proper space and perch variety and the birds are happy and healthy which is more than many others can say. Could use a few more toys. They have ok fish supplies but their fish care still generally sucks though. Never been to a chain store that knew enough about fish to keep them alive for their actual intended lifespan. No one wants to do veterinary care on aquatics and would rather just let them die out than treat anything. No reptiles are kept on sand (thank goodness) but there is still sand for sale on the shelves??? I really wish the geckos were separated instead of kept together.

Pro: Staff was great. Banfield (technically separate but still in the same store) was great as well. Awesome Vet. Staff and store employees were kind and loving to my new puppy and helpful in picking out items for her that she might like. Con: I watched a staff member (male) in the grooming area with a Tiny Toy Maltese breed being extremely rough with the small dog while trying to clip his/her hair. The dog was frustrated and nipping or pulling away from the groomer who kept picking the dog up and pushing it down hard on the table - not noticing the leash was like a choke chain on the scared dog. No wonder it was freaking out! Not sure where the owner was during all this but I found it a bit disturbing. Don't think I wanna take my dog here. Also, the prices are rather ridiculously high for some dog items. I've ordered TWO packs of Blue Buffalo dog treats and had them shipped as well for the same price Pet Smart charges for ONE pack. You have to wait for sales/clearance items. Mens bathroom was disgusting. The toilet seat has potholes its so old.

I used to love Pet Smart. Unfortunately, my mother in law recently took her chihuahua mix to get her nails trimmed and the young lady grooming her held her awkwardly turned over and cut the pad of her paw. NOT THE NAIL (QUICK) - THE PAD. Fast forward two weeks when my dogs need their nails cut. My partner takes them in to do so and I receive a text saying that my German Shephard/Lab mix "slipped off of the table".. When he came back from paying he was told to "keep an eye on her" because she "slipped off the table" and another woman added that her "feet touched the floor." I'm never taking my furbabies there for services again.

Worst experience ever! I have never been treated so badly by a worker. I have taken my dog here before with no problems and from the moment I walked in the worker was annoyed. She looked at my dog and said that’s not the breed we have in the system glaring at me. My dog is a mix so the last time they just put in something close to her size in the system. She is the exact same size and weight as then. She then said the cut is way different we may not have time. So I said I will reschedule, she said no I’ll do it , then added $20 to the cost and clearly annoyed glaring at me. Never going back again!

the Chain store is really good , convenient, and have just about everything you need. what they lack on is training. I went to this store and if I knew nothing about the fish hobby, these two Latin guys that work there, supposedly schooling me abut the hobby. was explaining a method on how to keep fish. (right) I asked them if they had fish at home, they said no. I said I did`nt think so. because your method is a formula to kill any living thing you throw in your tank. they was thinking by using each other I was eventually going to believe them. I asked them to please take some time to educate them self's about the businesses they working in. otherwise, they are going to turn my community into murders. I been in this hobby for more than 40 years, and I never had to take out a stiff from any of my seven fish tanks. every fish you see are for sale. I have 5" and 7" catfish too. 4 line cats, bumblebee cats, sun cats, and synodontis.

Had my Golden groomed, bath and nail grind, said no to the furminator brush out. Asked that they keep his ears dry, told me no problem would put cotton in them. When I picked him up I was charged the additional for the furminator. I wasn't happy but let it slide. Today he was shaking and scratching his head. When I put my hand in his collar found it so tight I couldn't get my fingers under it and to top it off had left the cotton balls in his ears!!! Needless to say I won't be back. I've had issues before but this was the last straw.

A brand new facility that just opened up in Janesville. They have a great selection for small and large birds regarding toys health and nutrient needs. They have higher end brands for bird diet needs; however, the highest end bird feeds are still found at specialty shops online. They typically sell parakeets and Green-Cheek conures. Birds appear to be in good health with a lack of pathogenic diseases at first glance.

Staff are friendly, but one member could not tell me the gender of a budgie when I asked for help. They knew very little details about the birds and I had to educate them with some facts. However, the worker at the checkout recognized me and greeted me enthusiastically when they saw that I had returned. Also, the budgies could have had better care because they were dirty, cramped and only eating one type of food. Only go here if you know what you're looking for.

HORRIBLE customer service. I went to get a 50 pound bag of dog food and asked for help to put it on my shopping cart because i’m 6 months pregnant an employee told me to wait there and she’ll send someone else to help me. I waited for about 15 mins went to the cashier and told her I needed the bag of food she rolled her eyes and told me she’ll get someone else. When i payed for it i asked for help to put on my car, and again i was asked to wait because they were going to get someone to help me. I even pulled my car up to the front door and no one ever helped me so I ended up leaving, and as I was putting it on my car my self a good samaritan helped me. I spent about 45 minutes at the store when it should of only taken me 10-15 minutes.

I enjoy the happiness my Jack Russell Terrier gets when we go to Pet Smart. I was unable to place my order online though once again. This visit, the app would not allow any other options to retrieve my purchase than for shipping. I went in the store thinking that the variety of food i was intending to buy was out of stock because the last 3 visits there i got the only bag left. There was more Purina One Turkey and Venison variety on the shelf then the combined total of the past year combined. I left the store, but went back in, showed the manager at the register the problem i was having with my order, and he was more than happy to honor the discount price had i been able to order online.

I am not a fan of the pet box stores. The people who work there aren't as knowledgeable about the animals they sell. They do not know how to care for the ball pythons there! Every time I go there they look stressed, have stuck shed, and are generally under weight. The only reason I go there now is to purchase superworms, and you have to open the containers to make sure they're alive. I much prefer Sailfin in Champaign Urbana.

I took my dog in to the Pets Mart on Prospect this week and chose the $20 package, nail trim, ears clean etc.The only thing done was the nail trim. The girl said, "Did the nails and ears are clean," and handed me my dog. My dogs ears are "filty." I tipped the groomer too. I should get at least $10. Returned since only the nails were done. Check your animal before you leave the store. I won't recommend this place!

I love the people who work in this store. They've always been extremely kind and helpful. Today I went looking for something to help us give our pretty kitty pills but not exactly sure what would work the best. It was extremely busy, but a worker came and showed us several options. Of course there's pill pockets, but he also offered other ideas. He also let us know that if the cat won't use the pill pockets, we can bring them back if less than half the package is gone. That's really awesome. The staff has also been able to put pictures of their own animals on their badges, which made me feel like they really cared about animals, including mine. A common link. I can't say enough about how much I love this store.

I went into Petsmart to purchase a dog leash. Found the one I wanted priced at $9.99. Brought it to the register and the cashire was very nice as she rang it up. She said it was $26.99. I told her that was not how it was priced on the shelf so I went back and grabbed another that was priced at $9.99 too. Once again she rang it up at $16.99. She went and looked at the leashes and said it was not priced properly due to getting "new inventory". I am and was very upset and want something done about this. Thanks

I love this store and it's always in order, but some of the young ladies who work with the live fish are very incompetent. It doesn't matter what question I ask them, they hardly ever know what it is. So, make sure you have Google handy for a trip to this location if you're buying fish lol. Last time I was in there a girl dropped a fish (in the bag) on the floor and my 8 year old was horrified. Everyone else in the store is great!

I usually have a great experience with this PetSmart, however, my last experience is making me reconsider shopping there and taking my dog for grooming. The cashier at the front was extremely rude to me when I asked for the military discount they advised on their door for grooming om Tuesdays. I didn't know I was supposed to have the grooming gals add it to the original bill first, but apparently I was supposed to. The cashier was extremely rude in discussing this with me and insisted on arguing with me about getting the discount instead of just being helpful and telling me, "next time, please discuss the discount with grooming".

Placed an order online for in-store pickup at this location and they couldn't find my order. Multiple employees including the manager repeatedly asked me if I sent it to the right store. I DID!!! They told me call customer service, which I did when I got home and they informed me that the system was down and would be back up shortly. Within 5 minutes I received an email that my order was ready. I called the store back and told them to cancel it. Fast forward 1 month and that order is still pending on my bank card. We just took our little puppy there. She's mostly Shitzu so we wanted her face trimmed up. It was her first grooming experience (she's 11 weeks old) so I was nervous. It took about a hour. The bather and groomer did a awesome job and put my worries to rest. They also said she did great!! I highly recommend Petsmart for grooming. Morgan was her bather and Emma did the trimming. Super happy with the results.

I took my dog to be groomed and it was awful he is a fluffy dog and they shaved him when I saw I wanted to cry but he had his harness on so it wasnt until I got home that i saw the bald spots on his chest they left tiny long spots in places cut his his ears straight across whe they are normally rounded even and they are uneven not only from each other but individually also they were supposed to cut and file his nails I believe they are the only things they didn't cut

I've taken my dog here to be groomed for several years. Result always varies but typically works out fine. Last time I took her there, the groomer did her hair shorter than ever before and they burned her genitals with the hot clippers. She was super excited to see me when I picked her up like usual and it wasn't until the next morning that I realized what happened. She was shaking, would barely move and refused to sit because she couldn't get comfortable. I took her to the vet and they had to give her medicine and her genitals were completely swollen and red. I submitted my survey online and a manager got back to me about coming in for a refund. When I came in, that manager wasn't available, but another one was. When I told her I was in for a refund she was snobby to me like she was annoyed she had to take her time to refund my money. I let her read the email since she didn't seem to believe I was supposed to get a refund. I was very angry with how she acted during our exchange and decided I am never taking my pets there again. I work retail as a manager and I know how your day can be, but I was not rude in the slightest. I was smiling, nice, and very patient as I waited and she did not act the correct way in the slightest. Customer for years and they threw it away just like that.

Not to happy with Petsmart's grooming. I was misinformed about the price. For what I paid, I at least expected my puppy to smell clean. He came back smelling like Elmers glue and chemicals. Half of his nails were clipped, a couple was left. Will not go back.

If I can give a negative one star I would. The people in the grooming department are some of the most incompetent I have ever met. First the womam who checked us in was visibilly scared of my extremely friendly service dog who is a 2 year old 60lb Blue Nose American Pitbull. Second I wait an entire hour and a half for a bath and nail cut. Then when we finally do get a phone call. My wife goes to pick up my boy and before she leaves the Grooming area, the mananger says his nails were not cut. And they needed 2 people for the job. While my wife is looking they attempt to cut his hind paws he lets out a bark and the male groomer jumps. The male groomer then writes down that my dog attempted to bite him. My wife witnessed the whole thing. Obviously they have some deep rooted ignorance about the breed. Which is pittyful because when my wife requested to speak to the store manager the store manager tells her that the Older Asian American man who helped your dog is the grooming manager. This place is horrible. They are very judgmental over powerful breeds. I wish them the worst of luck for treating my baby like a monster.

The saddest things to me there were the reptiles and how sad they looked. I know they don't have many things to do than just feed them and keep them in good temp. But their tanks look over misted like if they sprayed too much water. And they feed them unhealthy looking crickets/mealworms. But they have good service and employees are nice
