Treated our dogs for mycotoxicosis after they got into a bag of moldy food in the trash. Everyone there was great and very helpful. Great communication throughout the whole ordeal. Thank you all so much for taking care of our pups.

Our normal vet was closed and they recommended we come here for our kitty's emergency. They took him right away and let us know the cost of the appointment was and checked with us if it was okay financially to give him pain meds. Of course. They took him back and we waited over a half hour. Our normal vet was able to tell us what was going on with our kitty over the phone and tells us it was the end of the road. Without checking financially or for his history they did over $275 in X-rays and test. Just to come to the same conclusion that our primary vet came to over the phone. We ended up with a $500 bill for our kitty to be euthanized. I have NEVER been to a vet that doesn't run all the cost by you before doing the tests, I think it's a very bad business practice. We were devastated over our loss, but then was not the time to argue over pricing so we paid and left. In addition the euthanasia didn't go over smoothly, something happened to the IV and it became blocked. They had to take the line out and put it drug directly in. It was heart breaking watching our kitty so angry and scared in his last moments with us. The staff were apologetic for the mishap, and I understand things happen, but it just made the experience that much harder and harder to come to terms with. Don't get me wrong all the staff were very kind and caring through the whole experience, and I would trust my animals in their hand no doubt BUT not checking before running unnecessary test (costly and prolonging our kitty's pain) is just bad business. If they had asked or checked with our primary vet's records in sure they would have know right off the bat.

Had to take my dog there late at night in medical distress. Entire staff was great and took excellent care of her for the 4 days she was there. 24 hour staff and doctors for all her emergency surgery needs and after care.

I know my Louie was probably fine but it freaked me out he was making choking sounds. Thank you so much for validating he is actually fine and that may just be overcoming Kennel Flu.

Trump 2020 #1

My cat was giving birth and one of the kittens got stuck in the birth canal. I arrived a little past 7am and was not seen by a veterinarian until 9:30am only to be told that it would be $5,600+ for the surgery but it would be done AFTER 5:30PM. I called around and found VCA in salinas willing to do it by 12pm (during the veterinarian's lunch break) and for $629. I would NEVER PUT MY PET THROUGH SOMETHING I WOULDN'T want to go through!

She soothed my panic, as well as offering life saving advice for my dog. They took great care of King! Kings regular vet was closed and we had a late night emergency. The staff was very professional and caring. He was housed there for 3 days. When we came to pick him up, he wanted to say good bye to the staff. They all loved him and he knew it!

Rude staff. Killed my dog on purpose. Threatening staff. Intentional infliction of emotional distress and duress. That’s just two of the many laws broken. Illegal crooks and I am doing something about it! JustIce for Jackson. Don’t care how long it takes, how daunting the process is, and how much money it costs, but I’m doing my whole due diligence on every single license holder and worker that touched my Jackson! Negligence on so many staff!!
