My experience at the clinic was good, the staff was friendly, the feral cat I brought to be fixed was well taken care of, and the facility was clean. Since this was my first TNR and first time going to the clinic to get an animal fixed, I would have appreciated knowing in advance what time pickup was for someone doing pickup/dropoff themselves (I might have missed this info somewhere, but I couldn't find it anywhere) in order to plan in advance around work. Note: drop off is 7am and pickup is 5pm. It would have also been helpful to receive some instructions about post-surgery care, whether verbally, via a handout at pickup, or via an email (I.e. when can they be given water/food, how long to keep them post-surgery, etc.). I'm sure a lot of people know this info already, but since it was my first time, these are the little things I wasn't aware of.

Would give zero stars if possible. Picked my dog up yesterday after being spayed and she was covered in feces. On top of that she had an immense amount of “clipper burn”. The clinic failed to mention this to me. Absolutely disgraceful for an organization so dedicated to animal care treat my dog like the feces she was covered in.

Do not know what I would do without this place for trap, neuter and return services for my rescued and outdoor-only cats. I became TNR certified first then found out about the stationary clinic through Neighborhood Cats. This ASPCA clinic is cheap, free if just spaying/neutering, and the staff are always extremely helpful. My small colony of outside (feral) kitties are happy and healthy thanks to services like this. I'm forever thankful that they do what they do. Please get involved in TNR in your area and find out how to help these homeless animals live healthier lives. A bit of understanding and empathy goes a long way. Places like this are crazy cheap (free spay and neuter!) and you can even schedule appointments or reservations online. Cannot recommend them and the TNR community enough.
