I was extremely disappointed. One dr quoted me a price of $300. Then when all was said and done the final bill was over $700 and a different dr stated that the quote didn't include the rx for my dog. I thought it was all around shady. I'll never go back.

The entire staff are all so friendly and caring to all of their little patients. They resolved the issue of the animal I brought in for treatment. I have gone to several of the Vets and very impressed with all of them plus their associates on their whole team are also so empathetic and helpful. One staff member assisted me on Christmas Day one year. I had two large dogs show up out our house whom had taken off when their family were traveling. He took the dogs in overnight until their family could be reached- the dogs were patients at this clinic so they looked up their contact records. Plus, I imagine this veterinarian clinic has won some architectural awards for both the building and the interior design. It's very inspiring for me.

Wait time was okay, about 5 minutes. Front desk staff fairly friendly. Was not invited back with my pet to see the vet. Did not feel that they took a close look at my cat. Her gait is very unstable but that was not addressed. On my second visit, I again was not allowed back to see the vet and my cat's unnatural way of walking was not looked at. This time the vet came out to speak with me after the visit. While most of my concerns were addressed, my cat's gait wasn't.

We've lived in 5 different states before arriving in NWA and have found Village Pet Hospital to be one of the best pet clinics in the country. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and relaxing (no sense in further stressing out our furry family members with a high stress environment). The staff (Heather, Melinda, Ashley, Debbie to name a few) and the doctors are very helpful and caring. They communicate clearly regarding our pets health, and always go the extra mile for our furry family members. We always feel they care for our pets as much as we do!!!

The staff was so helpful, patient and kind! I had to take my fur baby there to get fixed. I called to check in on him and they didnt hesitate to ease my mind. They even sent a card welcoming us to their family. I also got him chipped and they registered him for us which was awesome! The chip company they use is the best!!! Called Save this life. Definitely recommend that microchip for your pet.

I'm fairly new to Bella Vista and I had to find the right vet for my dog, Max. Max was adopted from the shelter. He was at the shelter because he was seized for cruelty. His progress is slow, and he'll probably have some sort of fear of humans for the rest of his life. I explained this to the staff and they handled everything perfectly! They were slow, patient, and knew that scared dogs need to be healthy dogs too. Also, I had to break up with the last animal hospital I went to because they said they won't touch him unless they put him under anesthesia. This would've racked up my bill to around 300 bucks just for his routinely vaccinations. Village Pet Hospital only charged me the fraction of the price AND got the job done. I'm a VERY happy customer.

DO NOT EVER SEND YOUR PETS HERE. EVER. This is, by far, THE WORST vet clinic in NWA and I've been to several and worked at one before and know how they should be run. The staff have no idea what they are doing and are incompetent and extremely slow at their job. The only reason we left our old clinic was because we moved an hour away from them and this clinic is right down the road from us. When you call them they always put you on hold right off the bat, you have to repeat yourself about 20 times before they finally get the correct information down and they do not follow through with anything! When we switched vet clinics to go to VPH we had our old vet clinic fax over our dogs paperwork and asked the staff at VPH to look it over and let us know what shots our dogs needed. After asking them to do that 3 times I gave up because they never did and I had to go back to our old clinic to get my dog's shots up to date. Another time I thought my dog had been bit by a snake and needed to get my dog examined quickly! I called VPH and told them the urgency of the matter and their response was "uh oh. Well we can get you in next week". So once again I had to go to another clinic that could help me out that same day. At another recent visit they were supposed to email our other vet clinic some VERY important information about our dog....I had to call VPH 4 TIMES before they finally sent them! The only person there that is helpful is Dr. Harper but unfortunately, thanks to his ridiculous "staff", you can't ever talk to him so it's not worth it. They sound so nice on the phone but they are a waste of your time. If you care about your animals, you should look into any clinic except this one! If I could rate this with negative stars I would.

Whatever you do DO NOT call these guys to have your beloved pet put out of their misery. I have used Village Pet for years but never again. I was made to feel like a horrible person because I couldn't afford expensive testing. Obviously I knew my kitty was in bad shape. Not eating, not drinking and not able to even get up. She's 10 years old and I do love her. Karen made me feel horrible saying so your just going to drop her off. Your not staying with her. Your not going to give her a chance. I told her I can not afford expensive testing and that my Cat was suffering. She was very rude and Village Pet has lost a long time customer. Feeling like a horrible person thank you very much.

First visit to this Pet Hospital. Second visit today. This is a first-class pet hospital. Very personable, professional and willingness to see pet quickly. Facility was very clean, new, and professional in appearance. Addressed pet's issue quickly and recommended approach to health concern. Also was impressed by their approach to treat the issue for which you came and not 'push' additional products. Believe their prices were fair and reasonable. Thank you again. We now know where we will take our pets.

I moved to Arkansas a year & a half ago with my small herd and was recommended to Village by a friend. Since then, all 5 of my precious companions have been treated for a variety of issues ranging from vaccinations to minor surgeries. It is a wonderful facility with a great staff. They are compassionate and understanding with what are sometimes difficult circumstances and I know that whenever I take my pets to Village they will get the best treatment possible by people who care about and respect them. I have been to many different vets over many years and have for the most part received adequate care the majority of the time but I have never been as impressed with one as I am with Village Pet. It is an extraordinary pet hospital.

Dr.Harper and his staff are the best in this area hands down. No offense to the other clinics. Dr. Harper and his staff wear their hearts on their sleeves for the animals that they care for. From the moment that I first brought my little Koda in with the horrible condition that he had been giving to me in, till the moment where his little heart finally couldn't go any further they loved him and always paid close attention to his needs. Dr. Harper is the best! And so is all that work for him. My dog is very sick right now and Dr. Harper is keeping him overnight to try to find something to make Josey better and more comfortable. I trust everyone that has a hand in taking great care of Josey. He may be too sick to fix, but I know in my heart that everything that can possibly be done for Josey, will be tried. Dr. Harper is very smart and a very compassionate man. He knows how much Josey means to me. And I know that the only family that I have left, will have the best care possible.
