Dr. Reed is a HERO!!! I've had two cats with serious dermatitis, the alpha being days if not hours from death. Dr. Reed brought my Fluffy back from the dead. 2 days ago I had to leave my little baby overnight because of a bladder infection and he is 199% better in 48 hrs. When I moved to Jonesboro I was told that the doctor at VetCare was the Cat Whisperer; I can say without a doubt that Dr. Reed is indeed the CatWhisperer!!!!!

Dr. Kevin Reed has changed my dog's life! She had a horrible flea allergy that other doctors had never even suggested was the issue with her chronic skin condition. We decided that she be kept overnight, gave her a flea treatment and then gave her a wonderful bath and gentle skin cleansing this morning. She smells so much better, feels better and is finally resting without the incessant chewing and scratching that was her daily life. She was miserable and so were we because no one was getting much sleep. I'll never forget how friendly the staff and Dr. Reed were. He listened to my concerns and then took superior care of my dear 12 year old Bizkit. They will be her vet family from now on. Hands down they are the best in Northeast Arkansas !!!!

This was a follow up visit from another facility. As a new cluent I was able to get an appointment the same day. The reception area and staff is inviting and warm (a homy feel). The initial exam is Very inexpensive. I met with Dr. Wolken and trust you me ...I walked out with more knowledge and peace of mind than I had when we left an out of state (I'm a truck driver), emergency and specialty hospital last Thursday

Nice veterinarian clinic that can take care of most, if not all of your pet needs. We use them mostly for boarding and they are good. They answer questions if you call and allow visitors to check on your pets too. I have used them for some pet care in the past and they are good with that too but a little more pricey than some other providers in the area.

They weren't going to let me know when my dog was ready to come home after I had called twice that day. They were fine with letting her stay there and charge me for me days instead of letting me know the first time I called that she was ready. They seem more concern with money than getting the pets better and back to there families.

I was very pleased with this vets office until one of the employees posted my vet records and disgraced this office on a public post on Facebook. Never once did I say anything negative or downgrading at all. I just asked a simple question about parvo and told everyone how my dog was acting and what she was treated for. But this lady puts my personal records including all my treatments on fb. This is not acceptable and I will not pay my bill until this lady is fired.

Dr. Wolken did a great job on Zen's surgery and look forward to him removing her stitches. I would give 5 stars to Dr. Wolken but his receptionist could use a good review in proper customer service. As with previous reviews, they left out a few charges that you will incur with surgery. Luckily, my charges only came up to 100$ extra that was a miscommunication with the receptionist. I didn't give consent for vaccines (a signed consent for vaccines would be nice before surgery). I now have an 8 week old puppy who is coughing off and on every few minutes (she received bordetella which is not a core vaccine and was told was modified live virus) . I have to pay for the antibiotic even though I haven't been anywhere with my puppy to expose her to anything as that would be irresponsible for any owner to do before all vaccines are given. I'm okay with the service I received but there could be a few improvements ( if this had happened at the vet I've used for the past 10 years he would have comped antibiotics and called before giving vaccines). I hope this will be used as constructive criticism.
