All my cats and dogs have been treated like they were not only members of my family but also members of TAC's family. Dr. Underwood and staff are wonderful and I wouldn't consider taking my babies any where else!

They have not only one, but TWO wonderful ladies here that have won the Arkansas Veterinary Assistant of the YEAR award!!! The best ladies in the state are definitely the ones I want caring for my girls.

I can assure you this is the best veterinary clinic around. We have 3 english bulldogs and going to the vet is just as routine as going to Walmart for us. Jessica and staff are exceptional. They provide us with updates throughout the day any time our dogs are in for a procedure or even a check up. We have tried other vets around the area and none of them are as compassionate as Trumann Animal Clinic. I also know for a fact if you ever have a problem, they'll do their best to make it right. We consider them part of our fur family!

Been using Trumann Animal Clinic for six years. When I needed them the most I got let down. Nearly lost our little Penelope dew to a serious infection in her female track, that was over looked by the vet and techs on call that day. I will never take any of ours family Peta back to Trumann Animal clinic, unless doctor Underwood is there. Doctor Underwood would have never let this happen, get so out of control. I hope doctor Underwood gets after the on call (temp vet) vet that didn't do her job. The vet and or techs should have caught this deadly disease that day. It was an emergency when I took her in that day. And they miss diagnosed or under diagnosed how serious this was. I am so P's at TAC . I hope they never do this to another family. We almost lost little Penelope. If not for.the quick and professional job that Jonesboro Pet Hospital vet did, we would not have Mrs P today. Today she ate from my hand. So she is recovering and hoping to get to bring her home tomorrow. Dr Underwood, please reprimand the people on call that most scary of day for use. This shouldn't have happened.

They also care about the the human owners. While I was undergoing chemotherapy, I received a get well card from all the staff! It's hose type things that make this clinic great! I was just made aware that one of the staff received Veterinarian assistant of the year! Way to go Jessica! I am not surprised, the care and professional advice we received for our dog , Asa, who is getting up in years, was and continues to be exceptionally and irrevocably spot on and with great respect and love for all animals and their families. I have seen them more than once go out of their way to deliver sincere and responsible treatment to animals with little though for personal recognition. And , by their genuine courtesy develop beneficial relationships with family's all over. Can't say enough good things about this wonderful clinic.

we came home from our holiday trip to visit family to discover that our cat festus had hurt his leg. we called the person watching our animals while we were gone and they told us that he had gotten caught in our miniblinds 5 days earlier. needless to say we rushed him to trumann clinic the next day. we told them up front that we could not afford to pay them all at once and they said they would work with us. they did everything in thier power to save his leg however after 2 weeks of effort they had to amputate because it was just to long without circulation. but because they had asked us to try to save the leg they gave us a huge discount. this clinic will have my devoted love and service as long as I have animals!!!!!!

I work out of town and getting my animals to a vet is sometimes a struggle. Trumann Animal Clinic is awesome. I was able to have a family member drop off and pick up my dog Stella for rabies shot heartworm test and spay. Throughout the day Jessica kept me up to date on everything which was very comforting. The next day I received a call back from Justin checking on Stella. This shows that the staff truly cares about their clients and animals. I will always use TAC for my vetanarian needs.

Very disappointing. Consistently gave shots that were unnecessary. Lied about rabies outbreak in the area when the CDC claims there was NO outbreak. Employees are quite pushy in selling other products to customers (grooming supplies, etc).

I am so sorry about your pet-- I know this to not be true about the clinic though- Dr Underwood and her Staff care deeply about our family pets-- I could not imagine them letting a pet be in pain or suffering- I believe they do what they can to keep them comfortable--- I do not know you or your situation other than what you wrote- I can tell you are upset and hurting- for that- I am so sorry- I donate to the clinic monthly and help those who need something done for their pet-- they are caring and compassionate when it comes to our feelings about our pets- I will be praying for you and I hope you will have a change of heart- I have been with this clinic for many years now-- and I appreciate them---

If you have an elderly pet and you would like for it to survive avoid this clinic like the plague. Their humanitarianism extends as far as the dollar bill. They are fraudulent. They lie and if your animal is older they will make up some nonsense to have it put to sleep. I always dislike that term put to sleep, just another word for having it killed. The only reason I gave it one star is there weren't any negative stars. If it was up to the veterinarian there my pet would not be alive today. At this point they are withholding pain medications for surgery they performed because they can't get my credit card number causing my pet to have to suffer. If you want your pet to live STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE! I just noticed all the 5 stars jumped immediately after my post. Can't for the life of me figure out why. It could possibly be trolls. Nah ... I guess it will have to remain a mystery. Keep those 5 stars coming.

Trumann Animal Clinic & Best Friends is amazing for our "fur babies"! Our pets are like part of our family, and the doctors and staff at Trumann Animal Clinic have always treated them with compassion, sensitivity, love and attention. Whether it's been caring for one of our older dogs, to entertaining one of our youngest of puppies - they have been incredible. They always go out of their way to put our pets' care first (even if it's well after office hours), calling to check on our pets after office visits, and even in caring for us, as a family, when we've had the passing of a beloved pet. We couldn't ask for better care!
